always take great pride in staying there. overall, the experience never disappoints. front desk staff is always incredibly helpful. I was discouraged by valet. when we were leaving I must have had 6 or 7 bags in my hand and as the valet driver got out of my car, I even made a point of telling him to give me a second for me a give him a tip. he just walked off to some other conversation he was having previously with someone else and didn't help me with my bags at all. I tipped him anyway, even though I shouldn't have.
Location and that it was attached to galleria and casino We called prior to make sure we booked a whirlpool room. Lady who answered said it would not be a problem as most rooms are whirlpool rooms. When we arrived to check in, the man started "Oh no, you paid close to half off so you don't get a whirlpool room. Only guests paying full price has this option." We decided not to fuss and just to use the hot tub in the spa for relaxation but it looked as though someone had really bad diarrhea in the hot tub. So needless to say, we had no hot tub relaxation. If you want good service and to feel like you matter, be sure to pay the outrageous full price or stay elsewhere!
Room was clean, quiet all night, view for city view was lovely. For having so many floors the elevators were always quite quick. Front desk service was great: we had a misunderstanding upon check in that was a little frustrating but once the staff realized their small error they were extremely apologetic and always polite. Location was great. Room was dark only one bedside lamp. No overhead lights and no light in shower, and shower head leaked leaving it with bad water pressure. We tried to relax after a busy day and watch tv for an hour, our tv had 2 channels. The rest said no information on the menu and we were not interested in the two channels we could use. The parking situation was horrible. We used self park outside and the attendant was not there when we reached the rooftop parking. We struggled with a suitcase to find how to check in and enter the hotel. The pool looked lovely but we tried to swim at 8:30 on Friday night and a male employee was rather rude telling us the pool was closed. The sign posted for hours said pool open until 11pm.
Overall very nice would come back again The lines at the check in and check out service
The location was excellent giving easy access to the Casino and the Falls. Plenty of good restaurants near by, easy access to our wine tour that we scheduled. Our first room was extremely small, had stains on the towels, one stain on the bed, fruit flies, and gum on the recycle bin. I went down to speak to one of the front desk agents to complain with pictures of the evidence. The agent gave me another room key to an " upgraded room". When my finance and I arrived at the next room on the 7th floor, I quickly realised that it was a handicap room. My fiance was not impressed, nor was I. We both took a quick look around and found the floors in the bathroom very greasy and found a few hairs in the bathtub. Also, I noticed the duvet cover was two sheets rather than a sealed duvet cover; I am not sure if this is customary at the Hilton.. I would not stay at this location again due to the reasons mentioned above, not to mention it was approaching $600 for 2 nights..
advertised a whirlpool tub and a view of the casino got a back room butted up against the elevator pick another hotel
The Italian Restaurant was not good
Perfect location and very comfortable room. Great breakfast buffet. The yawn in the middle of the Managers welcome voice mail and the pair of someone else's socks found in the bathroom under the vanity.
Even we stayed only two nights it was worthed every penny. View at waterfall was amazing. Room was big, clean and very comfortable Elevators where only thing that was annoying..... Either was to long line or you have to miss out rides because it was full. (Maybe because it was Labor Day weekend and hotel was packed) Parking wasn't free and it was little bit pricey ($30 + ~20% taxes).
Very nice hotel. Great location. Staff was very friendly and even upgraded our room for free.
The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I was literally in awe from the sparkling bathroom floors! ( not one mark, hair, or streak) bedding and pillows were calling for us! My girls even commented and trust me they are Teens and super hard to impress let alone give a compliment. The maintenance call was handled quickly and effectively. The gentleman apologized for the interruption and easily fixed the shower drain backup. Most unprofessional staff We have encountered at a Hilton. We stay at them often and love the superior rooms and service. But after a long evening with our girls walking and enjoying the falls attractions Amd sites. Dropping almost $ 700 ln the room to start off to have to be charged for WIFI for the one person extra and to be told that we cannot enjoy the complimentary breakfast or attraction packages (even though we are paying the exact same price as the ones who qualify) and then to be insulted by offering us $3.00 off an iMax show (wow no thanks) super disappointed in the lack of effort and quite frankly rude and curt tone. Calling me dear while my title is Dr. That is petty and really didn't bother me too much just mentioned as a sidebar. Also I am a HIlton Honors member but I husband booked online and forgot to include the member #. Which they told us we cannot earn the points for this stay.... Why???? Idk
Bathroom was not very clean.
Very nice lobby with with Starbucks and a restaurant for your convenience. Our falls view room was spectacular . A definite place to stay but do your homework first. The rooms are expensive, ask for anything that might be included! I asked and then recieved vouchers. Parking was outrageous at $35. Unless you have lots of dollars to throw around there might be a better deal around the corner.
Terrific location, excellent views, friendly staff
Mortons is at the hotel and has a great view. Parking 40 CAD No Minibar Old and dirty rooms Change the bed to king 40 CAD Awful Pool
Hotel was way too hot. The rooms never cooked nor did the lobby. The wait for breakfast was too long.
We had a room with a window that would open just wide enough to hear the Falls. Perfect. Rooms have two chairs facing the Falls. Short walk to a really nice non-smoking casino and a lift to visitor center close to the Falls. Need directions for getting from the Rainbow Bridge to the hotel. It was confusing. Cell service is expensive in Canada.
Incredible views of the falls. Modern rooms, great friendly staff. $40/day for parking at the hotel. $16/day for wifi.
Came to this hotel basically for the view. Great to wake up seeing the Niagara falls. Bathroom toilet was too small, not standard size. Wi-Fi should always be free for guest, shouldn't have to pay for something that is standard in other hotel chains. Parking was expensive!
I did not like the parking fee, thought very expensive and not told about it till I got the bill.
Can't beat the view, great modern updated room Parking cost
room was spacious and clean The pictures on-line were doctored to make it appear that the marriott was in fact in the location that is actually the fallsview casino. I chose the hotel and paid extra for the view but felt mislead by the photo online. Also I was not given marriott points for my stay because of booking through a third party. I won't do that again.
Romantic and spectacular! I loved it all!
Very well run hotel with beautiful rooms, incredible views, and easy access to town. Big crowds by parking valet, but this is to be expected during summer visits.
The view was amazing! The room was gigantic, the hot tub awesome, the massage chair incredible. The room very roomy. The breakfast was so crowded and a mess!! We hot there early but it is no joke if you dont make it to breakfast before 8am expect a long 45 min wait to be seated. We got there early and had a good view of falls but by 830 it was crowded by the time we left it was packed a long 45 min wait line outside to get into restaurant. First thing they do is they give you a slip that shows the times breakfast is not crowded go early.
Centrally located, clean, modern We have a premium room with fantastic view of the falls. Room is big but the floor plan is lousy so the usage is somewhat awkward. The worst thing is that we have a huge bathroom but partitioned into several sections and the shower ended up to be like a small cubby hole.
View was good, beds were comfortable , location also very convienent. It's easy to get to the horseshoe fall via incline railways The worst part of the hotel is the staff. They don't give you options they are always up selling even when not interested. Parking situation is the worst. They said it's $35 per night and it ended up being $123 for two nights because they didn't disclose the tax for me. 10% tourism tax is mandatory only at this hotel and its voluntary everywhere else. Scam artists! My original receipt showed $277 and final receipt at check out showed $647 The only things I added are parking $35/night , $50/upgrade to junior suite and that's it ! This is the worst hotel in niagra
things were changed without notification, like the managers reception was over by5.15p.m which was normally till 6.30. the morning manager was a rude person
The hotel was chaotic but the rooms were very large and clean and incredible value
Spacious room Nice breakfast Didn't like that there is no tunnel or bridge to get directly to casino Pool way too cold (especially for small kids) Valet area too crowded for drop off or pick up Only able to use 1 door for entering or exiting premises Starbucks way too expensive at the location
Excellent location close to the falls Very friendly staff Very clean modern hotel Good included breakfast Long waits for elevators, especially at breakfast and evening Cost of valet parking - should have self park option. It also should be advertised better. Poor selection of reception snacks compared with other Embassy Suites - shouldn't advertise.
Not bad just not great breakfast was diner quality not what I expected
The suite was a excellent choice for us as it gave our party of four room to spread out. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but go down before 9 AM to avoid the crowd. The location is great as the entrance to the Falls' Visitor Center is right below the hotel. We are planning a trip back in the Fall and plan to stay here again. It is a little pricey, but I feel you are paying for the view plus location which is worth it.
Nice views and spacious rooms. Good breakfast buffet Parking too high to take a shuttle to get too
Amazing view of the falls. I didn't know Kayak would charge for us to use their service.
I only liked the location 1. Be aware that this hotel has motel like section with doors open to the outside. 2. Also, house keeping was banging on the door and window at 9am with the DO NOT DISTURBE sign on the door. 3. The beds they had in the room were full size not queen.
One of the only things that this hotel had in its "pros" column was the closeness to Niagara Falls, and the fact that we were able to check in 2 hours early. Where do I begin? Once we checked in in the chlorine-scented lobby, we loaded our luggage in the elevator to head to our room. Because the hotel only has one spot for guest elevators, we spent the next 4-5 minutes walking the long and winding hallways to locate our room. Once in our room, we noticed the strange set up for the bathroom: toilet and shower/tub in a closed room, sink exposed in the main living area shielded only by a small wall. Moving into the bed/living room, our "view of the Niagara" was awfully green; apparently the trees hadn't been trimmed in a while. We called to the front desk to see if we could switch rooms. While the staff member was friendly, he informed us that because we booked a room with 2 double beds, he could do nothing for our concerning our "view." Since we drove 6+ hours to see Niagara Falls, we needed a place to park our vehicle while we explored. Fortunately, the hotel has a good sized parking lot that they allow guests to utilize...for a small fee of $25 per day. My next trip to Niagara, I will most likely splurge and book one of the nicer hotels neighboring Oak Hotel.
The hotel is nice and clean. The view overlooking the falls is absolutely amazing. Breakfast was served at Applebies next door, no options and not very good.
If your room is on the higher floors, the view of the Horseshoe Falls is fantastic. Parking is expensive.
The location to the falls and walking distance to our favorite restaurants is fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient. It appears there was a old two story hotel and the added the high rise later. We stayed in the out dated part of the hotel. The room smelled musty and old. It was a disappointing experience.
View. Since there were no leaves on trees yet, the view of the falls was good. No refrigerator in room, no microwave, additional fee for parking, then no room in hotel lot to park. Ice machines only on odd floors of hotel. Staff unresponsive to concerns. Tourist trap, nothing included, everything required an 'upgrade'. Obviously not looking for repeat business.
Decent. Was ok until elevator was out of order. Only has 2 elevators. One was out and we people had to wait up to 30 min to get in the only working elevator.
The only good thing was you were close to lots of fun stuff in Niagara Falls and could "kind of" see the falls from your window. (4th level) They "upgraded" us in a room with a king sized bed that was actually a double bed made up for one adult. We had to call down twice for extra pillows. They actually put us in a wheelchair accessible room 421 with no tub, grab bars everywhere, and a chair in the shower. The water gets everywhere in the bathroom because there is no lip to keep the water in when we put the white towel on the floor to stop the water it turned black underneath from??? Dirty floors. There is no fan in the bathroom to remove the steam so when you shower it gets really hot and hard to breathe. Then, after you run the water there is this terrible rattling sound in the wall the pipes make. The dresser drawers are broken and hazards and never stay shut. When this was brought to the attention of staff upon checkout they basically apologized and said that "well we upgraded you, we would have put you on ground level outside in the motel next door with booking.com" because we only paid $265 for the night.. Who knew that the shitty motel next door to the hotel was actually a part of the hotel. It looks like somewhere you go to get murdered not a place you spend $300 bucks to stay. I suggest save your money and go somewhere else. Would only be worth it to spend maybe $50 but parking in itself is $25.
The view, pool and spa. Had to go outdoors to get to breakfast (with hotel voucher)- the staff at the restaurant wasn't very friendly to foreigners. Parking was quite a walk for a solo mom with luggage and a 5 year old in the dark. For a newly renovated hotel, it shouldn't have patches in wall paper and flimsy bedding. It is over-rated. Paying for location.
Location Parking costs extra. Lobby had a ceiling leak as we checked in. Room was a mess - no fridge, shower pressure was bad, lamp didn't work, even the room number was a paper with the number written on it. Staff wasn't friendly. Only thing good about this place is the location
walking distance to city amenities and the Falls a plus. The view from the room was amazing. Entrance lovely. The costs were exorbitant for off season, middle of the week. The room should have had a micro wave, fridge, luggage rack for that money. Parking fee was ridiculous ($25) and a surprise for an outdoor parking space. We were given someone else's parking card initially. Armchair seat cushion in room sagged. Why is there paper on the hallway windows? Stairwells were dirty and crude. A continental breakfast should be included for that cost. The room had a tired, dated appearance in contrast to the main entrance.
Free breakfast at the Applebee's next door. View of the falls was phenomenal from a fallsview room. We were on the 13th floor. I felt like we could have fallen out the window and into the falls. Staff was polite and helpful. Parking was an extra charge, not included in booking. It was another $20 Canadian.
Pool and spa were excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. I liked the free cookies. Would stay there again and recommend it Nothing
I LOVED the AMAZING view from the 12th floor of the Niagara Falls and the Ferries Wheel. Definitely family friendly with a 15 minute walk to arcades, restaurants, 4-D kids movies, bowling, laser tag, etc. My hubby and I will DEFINITELY return again in the Summer. The staff was AWESOME. BEST TRIP EVER!! Don't change a thing.
It was close to many of the attractions. Mattress was too hard, pillows were too soft--no support.
Staff was very accomodating;restaurant food was better than expected and prices were surprisingly reasonable. Restaurant staff were all exceptional.Loved the on site Spa-I always visit when we stay here.Beds were very comfortable Housekeeping did not replenish toiletries, coffee as expected. On site Starbucks do not accept Starbucks cards.Bath towels could use an upgrade
The lobby was beautiful! Warm and inviting. The front desk staff are friendly .Our room was lovely. The beds are amazingly comfortable!! Big and fluffy, like a sleeping on a cloud. The rooms are clean, the towels were fluffy and big.. The coffee in maker in the room was perfect. I would have preferred more creamers.but still perfect. The hotel is centrally located between the falls and Clinton Hill. About a 15-20 min walk to each, We certainly got our exercise !!! The Aveda Spa is wonderful. We each had a 55 min massage with a scalp treatment that felt and smelled amazing!! The indoor pool and sauna was the icing on the cake!! Would absolutely stay here again!!! Napoli Italian restaurant located one block away is delicious!! Would certainly go for a delicious relaxing meal!! The Ossa buco gnocci is to die for!! Dont miss the illuminated falls. Spectacular!! Be prepared to spend money. Food and entertainment is very expensive. This has nothing to do with the hotel. It is just reality in this area. Once i got over how $$$ everything is I relaxed, went with it and had a really enjoyable time.
The staff, the warm chocolate chip cookies we received when we arrived, the view from out room, the suite and layout of our room. The price was a little high, but all of Niagara Falls is a little pricey!!
The ambience of the lobby has a warm friendly feel...very nice. For the price I shouldn't have had to pay for parking ($13) to only be told immediately after not responsible for my vehicle AND the SECURE lot next door was cheaper. Although the view of the falls was decent from our room the strong stench of cigarettes filled the room and the Jacuzzi tub didn't work. We didn't complain but we feel that because we arrived (12:00) early for a 3:30 checkin they could've done better. We wouldn't stay here twice...sorry.
Everything was fantastic Nothing
The hotel is super close to the falls and Clifton Hill area of Niagara, but not in the middle of the action so it's nice and quiet. We didn't have a view room, but we could still see part of the falls. There really isn't a bad room in the place. The pool is salt water and had an adult's only part for swimming laps which was appreciated. There is an additional parking fee per night if you drive.
Very clean. Large room. Refrigerator included. Good beds. Good location. Parking aloud for checkout day. Nice staff. Very pretty hotel. Also, I forgot a nice belt and they called me to tell me. They are even sending it out without charging me for postage. Thanks Doubletree.
Location, view from room, darkening shade for comfortable sleep. Would have looked a small table for the easy chair. view of the falls was somewhat obstructed, we mainly saw the mist and top of the falls, but couldn't see the horshoe falls at all. We had requested fall view room.
Drinking glass had lipstick on it. Obviously had not been cleaned or replaced after last guest.
The room was very nice. Beautiful furniture. Did not like the location. Thought we would be closer to Niagara Falls. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. The room was nice, but the floor was not clean enough -- it was sticky in some areas.
The standard king room exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the king size bed! My husband and had a great time at the Sterling Inn & Spa.
Loved the atmosphere no pool
Fireplace, jacuzzi & breakfast in bed Luxury room in a good location
The room was very nice. I liked the fireplace and the jetted tub. The continental breakfast is a nice touch. The food at the restaurant was excellent. It was not easy to find in the part of town where it is located. It is on a corner so signs on both streets would help. Provide a larger table in the rooms for the continental breakfast, or in case people are interested in room service. Although the food at the restaurant was excellent, the menu choices are too limited. It is also very pricey for ala carte fare.
Location is in a great spot, lounge is nice good staff, rooms are really nice and spacious. Bed was a little on the hard side, no seat in the steam shower.
location and the room was nice after we asked top have it cleaned We had problems with the cleanliness of the room but it was rectified after we brought it to their attention.
Close enough to walk to all of the Niagara Falls attractions, but far enough off the main tourist spots to be quiet. You MUST eat at at the in-house restaurant, AG Inspired Cuisine -- it is DELICIOUS.
Friendly staff. Very clean and is to get to N/A
We were promised a view of the falls and we had an awesome view! We also were given an upgrade to the 11th floor as a surprise. Had a sleep numbers bed which was awesome. Great food and room service. Would stay again! Couldn't see the fireworks but you can't have everything, right?
The main reason we choose the hotel is for the suite. We are two adults wanting privacy at night with the feel of two rooms. The bathroom was toward the front door so the one person in the bedroom has to walk thru the living room/other person's bedroom to use it. Usually we find suites that have the bathroom in the middle and it separates the two rooms so,there is no disturbance when using the bathroom
Nice facility, close to public transportation. Disappointed with pool and hot tub, hot tub was not hot and is connected to pool.
EVERYTHING!!!! Staff is so cordial! Beds are super comfy! I have nothing bad to say!!! Loved my experience!!
Our room had an amazing view and it was clean and newly renovated. The air conditioner worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The indoor pool is heated which was great to have since it was cold outside. Also, Tony Romas has a friendly bartender and a great breakfast buffet. Overall a great stay. The only downsides to this hotel is that parking is $20 a day and the sleep number beds aren't the greatest. Its not that the beds are uncomfortable, its just that compared to some luxury hotel beds they're definitely lacking.
Hotel was nice and in a good location, within walking distance of the falls, casinos, and the hotel restaurants. The whole area around the falls is very resort style. Restaurants near the falls are grossly over priced and there is very little information available if you want to try some of the local bars and restaurants.
updated,clean,fruendly staff. $20 parking surcharge
The view was nice. The sink was scratched and there were stains on the carpet. A little skanky.the
Nice clean rooms, jacuzzi and pool. Short walk to falls. Falls mostly hidden behind another hotel.
Perfect location! Close walk down to falls & can take Incline back up to hotel, close to Casino, comfortable accommodations with indoor pool. Rooms with terrific falls view! Sometimes can get upgrade to higher floor or falls view room depending on occupancy. Stayed at many hotels here and keep coming back to Raddison.. It's the best value for price, comfort and location. Food is expensive in Falls area, my suggestion is to visit Niagara on the Lake ; food is better priced and the town is picturesque with shopping and wineries. Never had a bad stay here!
Location and cleanliness. Expensive breakfast and parking
Very nice room, clean and great location. Not enough towels for two people... Refrigerator didn't work.. A/C is poor.. Hardly cooled the room. Staff not so welcoming nor friendly at desk.
Room was clean Every time I go they give me excuse that they have water problem even after I reserved a room online then they shift me to a lower class room for same price which is not fair it's a ripoff
It was clean, comfortable, good location. We had no issues whatever. It was not fancy, but e erything was functionable. No issues whatever.
Loved the location, the room was great, the service was great, and the hotel did stay very quiet and there were 3 sports teams while we were there. The wait time for the elevator was 15 minutes at peak time. And I would suggest going out for breakfast.
Location and cleanliness Parking was added on at the end of stay. We would have appreciated notification of parking fee prior to stay since parking lot adjacent to hotel was $5/night.
The hotel is conveniently close to all the attractions, yet it doesn't feel loud or crowded. We really took advantage of the indoor and outdoor pool, the spa, and the sauna. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. We had a great view of the park and the city landmarks. I've stayed in Niagara before and this was the better experience by far.
Rooms were big Great view of the city Walking distance to Niagara falls King size room had a pool out coach
We watched the nightly 10 pm fireworks right from our room window. We walked to all the Clifton Hill attractions. The indoor pool & hot tub were great for the kids. Liked everything
Crowded, one of the rooms had a view of a concrete wall and nothing else.
Great location close to Falls and everything !! Will stay there our next trip
Our room was very nice with a jacuzzi tub which was a pleasant surprise. Our view was nothing to enjoy. The staff was not very helpful with directions to the local attractions.
The hotel is centrally located. It is only a short walk to the falls. The bedroom was a little dirty, we found a used matches on the table. There were also mosquitoes hanging out on the curtains inside of the room.
Upon our arrival, we had to wait in line for 30 minutes to check in. Once we approached the receptionist he didn't acknowledge or even apologize for the wait time. The WIFI did not work so I called guest services and the women first hung up on me. When I called back she said I had to call a 1800 number in order for me to fix the WIFI. She was extremely rude. I am not one to go out of my way to give a poor review but this was THE worst experience I have ever had.
Family was able to be together with adjoining rooms. The parking was terrible we parked and went out could not find a park upon return.
Large, average hotel room. It was clean, seems updated, and the beds were comfortable. Nice having two sinks. The location is excellent. Parking was expensive. One elevator wasn't working.
The hotel was a short walk to the falls. It was the opposite of a nice hotel.
One of the best stay in going to Niagra Falls so far, everything is A++ Good value for money. We had a spacious room, nice big beds, good wifi, and friendly helpful staff. There are a selection of restaurants on the street, we found a great one nearby.
Parking charges were not listed on website. There was no fridge in the room for the kind of money they charged for the room. They describe the room with sunset view, There was no sunset view. The hallways were hot.
Pool had lots of bugs couldn't even go in. Dirty underwear behind the furniture from guest before us
it sucks to pay to park when you are staying in the hotel will not be staying there again
I had to pay for a parking spot to leave my car while staying in best western
The hotel itself was fairly clean. Hallways seemed dirty, but room was clean and very big. Could've had a party in the bathroom or the balcony. There was a very rude staff member that questioned me when I asked about the voucher that they stated they had on their website. The problem was solved, but not without receiving attitude from her. Other staff members were great and helpful. I also didn't like that I had to pay for my parking at the hotel.
The kids will love it here. Between the water park, the talking animals in the lobby, easy-for-kids food and the overall experience, the kids become fully absorbed in this little world. Food quality at the restaurants, especially the buffet dinner is fantastic. Limiting coffee and tea in the morning to only one cup is cheap. They should include refills. I was happy to find out that they serve Canadian coffee roasters Kicking Horse Coffee. But only at a coffee shop. This makes it complicated for customers. Just serve the same stuff everywhere, and include refills at breakfast.
The water park was great, the room was clean, had a great view of the outdoor pool from the balcony. Staff was super friendly and it was overall awesome. I'd come back again. I just wish they would have more activities for adults. It felt like it was all for kids. I would only recommend it for families with children and not for a young couple
Great pool facilities Fantastic staff and atmosphere Perfect for families The only ready I can't give perfect score is because food was not good The pizza is good but all other food isn't With evryone being so nice it's hard to complain Makes no sense why everything is good but the food
When the rooms are cleaned, checked and aired ...little details should also be taken into consideration example the shampoo/soap/conditioner dispenser which was totally empty... Perfect place for a family...loved it...a little pricy but we all had a quality with the family ...
I didn't expect a Waterpark to keep my kids occupied long but there was so much to do. While the resort is expensive, the money we saved by avoiding alternative entertainment more than offset the room cost. The resort is a bit far from the main strip in Niagara Falls. If you do plan on going to the strip, you'll have to drive (and pay for parking)
They could really use another sit down type restaurant. The buffet is nice however the wait is ridiculous!
We've been twice this summer - It's such a good time for the whole family. Lot's to do for everyone. Would have like to have stayed longer but it is just so expensive.
It is an ideal place for a local vacation if you have younger kids.
The mattress was not comfortable
Queens bed too small
Staff very helpful/courteous
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk gave us a room apparently with a toilet that was a little rocky and by the time we got up to our room the maid had already had staff fixing it. The room was small but very clean. It was also within walking distance of the falls and most of the other sites in Niagara Falls. Very reasonably priced. The hotel stay comes with free breakfast which is very nice. It's served from 6-9am, but if you don't get there by 7:30 or so, the room breakfast is served in is too full and there is a line out the door. Other than that, nothing to complain about.
I liked that it was close to everything, to include the falls. There was refrig or microwave in the room, a bit of a downer.
Great location. Nice room for the price. Breakfast room is cramped and limited food choices. Air conditioner unit a bit noisy.
Was close to the falls. Place was very run down and in needing of repairs. Pool was broken. Staff who checked us in wasn't friendly and seemed annoyed with his job.
I did not like the fact that we had to walk outside to get to our room. The front desk is located in a diffent building that was not accessible without walking outside.
Location, room, free breakfast - very crowded but it was free. We had to sit with another couple but learned about Canada - with out the crowds we would have sat by ourselves and not had that wonderful conversation! Nothing
Close to the falls; easy walk. Free breakfast Excellent service and friendly staff Comfortable rooms The water did not work in the morning during our stay and it seemed to be out for the whole building. This was obviously a fluke, and they reimbursed our parking charge for the inconvenience, but it did adversely affect our stay.
Crowded breakfast. Hot hallways. Bad room location.
It was close to the falls Breakfast is gross and there was a prostitute on meth making racial jokes about the poor housekeeping staff to their faces. No staff to be seen but when we checked in the chick at the desk tried to hose us for parking fees before I HAD TO ASK HER HOW MUCH IT WAS. That's a tacky trick and 12 bucks for parking is a damn joke. Would stay again for only less than $40 otherwise move on
Staff very friendly and accomodating. They were able to switch us from the first floor to a room with a balcony. Breakfast was good, the only thing is that they did not have fresh fruit. Location was also very good - within walking distance to the falls and restaurants.
The horseshoe view The route down to the niagara falls is too far.
I loved the view. We had a fallsview hen we arived the floow was dirty. However Staff was responsive in attednig to it. Appearss that they had fixed the AC uit and debrie was from the exhaust
The view from 2802 was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in. The sound of the falls just lulls you right to sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but the view was HUGE. This the perfect spot for a romantic get away, young or old. Some of our best photos of the falls were taken right from our room. Well worth the price. We will highly recommend this to our friends. No coffee pot in the room. But there is a Starbucks very close.
Friendly, organized and responsive staff. Great location. Dated facilities, thin walls
The free valet that came with the affordable parking was great - he doubled as a concierge letting me know about the fireworks that I was able to watch from the window of my room on the 30th floor. (I have never been above the fireworks before. It was beautiful. I had a free upgrade to a falls view which was a delight. The room was clean and comfortable - the shower was great which is always a relief. A huge bank of windows overlooked the US falls and part of the CDN falls for gorgeous sunrise misty mornings. The location was within walking distance of, well, everything. I wish the restaurant had been open on Monday night.
the view is spectacular. We enjoyed watching the sunrise over the Niagara Falls from our bed. The room is very cozy; small but comfortable. Parking is not free.
view+location are great 2 clowns at reception- 1 was checking in somebody else other was engrossed in his computer screen-we stood in front of him for 10 minutes without him saying a word while he stared at his screen and occasionally spoke with the other reception fool finally the other guy got checked in, and the clown who checked him in then checked us in parking is $45-they take your car somewhere else (valet BS) IHOP restaurant upstairs has great view-$20 for a burger $25 for french toast etc- absurd prices only top 5 floors out of 30 have rooms-rest is just an empty tower
The decor was modern and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room had an even better view than we expected. The bed was amazingly comfortable and we had a wonderful time! It took a long time to check out and the valet always took a long time. More valet drivers would help, two instead of one.
the staff upgraded our room when we arrived with a stunning view of both falls our room was clean ad the bed was comfy. staff were polite friendly and always there to help everything was amazing nothing to not like thanks tower staff for the amazing experience
My wife an I really enjoyed the view, the staff were very friendly and polite, and the cost was very good for the room we had. The parking set up was a bit different.
I loved the view. The view the hotel provides of Niagra is absolutely beautiful. The service and the cafe was great and housekeeping was also wonderful. The only thing I didn't like is the room could use some new funiture. I loved the decor of the room but there was some things that needed too be replaced.
The Hotel is really central and it's a great place to stay. The staff is really friendly. We booked a city view room and got one with a little bit of a falls view. That made us really happy. The room is pretty nice. Everything seems kind of old. The elevators make creepy noises sometimes. This place has no activities or a pool. A indoor pool would make it perfect.
Location It was wicked humid out and the air conditioning was busted in our room, we were given a very small discount
Room was very comfortable and spacious. Liked the retro decor. Hugely inflated pricing for a weekend stay. Bath towels too small and too few. Spa was too busy to enjoy and facilities (shower area) lacking.
I liked the presentation of the room it self. And it was close to everything. The front desk staff(girl) could learn how to smile.
the location The Jacuzzi tub, the TV didn't work properly (they were advised but did nothing)
Centrally located, convenient walking distance to falls and all attractions
it was close enough to clifton hill, and the falls that you didn't have to drive drunken teenagers on our floor
Their elevator works faster & their media in their tv was good. Thiers no menu for food if incase I want to order hotel food. I wish they have 24 hr hotel restaurant.
Good pool, hut tub and sanua Wifi wasn't that good ... At least not up on the 4th floor
leaving it ! The room was dirty and the quality of the sheets were cheap, it was smelly althought we brought it to the attention of the staff, it made no difference.
Very relaxing vacation. Refrigerators should be complimentary.
Excellent price, clean, friendly staff. Only complaint - turn up the heat in the hot tub Hot tub too cold
You can't go wrong with Best Western especially when you're travelling with kids!! The staff are very nice!!
Restaurant Staff very pleasant Incorrect information about smoking preferences.
good location nice room clean parking and resturants near by
Probably a great hotel for a fam with children
The hotel was centrally located. Parking was free. Staff was not open to here about a complaint. The hotel was noisy. The hotel had a number of adult novelty shops in the area and they were not appropriate for children.
The hotel staff was really friendly and very helpful. The location was great for us and we really enjoyed the courtyard-it was cool over the weekdend and having the courtyard made our stay much more enjoyable. No
Clean rooms, nice pool/lounge area Somewhat noisy until closing of pool at 10pm
It is located close to the main attractions. The rate is good. Not so much of rooms service al late night hours.
It was handy to lots of restaurants. Hostel's own restaurant was very good. Handy to things and places we wanted to do and see. Enjoyed the indoor pool. No. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
Great service, clean rooms, love the pool area No room service, take out only from the pub next door. Difficult with kids
Convenient and good location for us to stay more than 1 night, I will pretty sure to go again. Some of staffs are not really helpful.
Great location. We walked to the falls. Everything was wonderful. Staff was friendly and VERY helpful. We had a flat tire and the staff helped me look up a place locally to get it taken care of. limited parking. was a little surprised by the $14 parking fee.
Rooms were nice. Didn't like paying an extra $17.50 + taxes per night for parking.
Overall it was okay Not very responsive to normal services
The room was not as expected. I thought I had reserved a room with a hot tub larger with a king bed. Most disappointing as my husband and I were riding into Niagara Falls on the motorcycle and we're really looking forward to the evening.
Had a great stay at this hotel. They upgraded my room to a suite which had a lot of extra space. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were also quite friendly. The Tourism Improvement Fee was listed on my bill and taxed 3 times. This is supposed to be an optional fee, but when I asked them to remove it they stated that it was mandatory at their hotel. I was not impressed that i was forced to pay this tourism fee on top of my room rate plus tax, on top of my parking plus tax and on top of the facility fee plus tax.
The size of the room was nice. In the ad they did not disclose that there was a $14/day parking fee and ~$5/day facility fee which added another $20/day to the cost of the hotel. People should know about these fees. Also, if everyone has to pay a facility fee, why don't they just add it into the room rate. I guess because it makes their rates look higher (which they are).
ENOUGH PARKING AND LOCATION
Location to things to do and bus stops. Smaller parking lots.
Close proximity to falls/restaurants/shops and friendly staff. Lamps had a good amount of rust on them. Appliances appeared old
It's proximity to the Falls and complimentary breakfast. I was not aware that it was under construction. We also had issues with the door to our room. It took a considerable amount of effort to open and close it. The innkeeper had to come help us get into the room.
Friendly service and excellent breakfasts The temporary detraction of the exterior due to the on-going renovation/construction.
The house was beautiful. I found the staff to be very helpful an friendly an, the location was excellent. The room was very modern for a 1891 building an the colors a little over the top.
Great B&B! Enjoyed our stay, close (10minute) walk to main strip in Niagara Falls and a great bike ride to Niagara on the Lake. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Would stay here again!
