I loved the little living room with its own TV, desk, and kitchenette. The design was cool. The absence of a tub was a pleasant surprise when I saw the awesome large glass shower. The wired ethernet connection in the room didn't work and that is one of the only reasons I upgraded to this room.
I made a reservation through Kayak for a room with 2 queen beds for 3 total guests. When we arrived the staff claimed that we made the reservation for a room with a single king bed. Being from out of town and with no other options we took the room. When I explained to the manager that the room we were given was not the room I had reserved he simply placed the blame on Kayak. I find this unacceptable. One of our guests slept on the floor as the fold out bed on the couch was simply too uncomfortable to sleep in. I'm very disappointed with our stay and doubt I'd ever consider booking a hotel through Kayak or with this specific hotel branch.
i like she everything about it. there was nothing i didnt like
Staff super friendly No towels Dirty room Coffee pot back compartment full of mold and rust Old tv with basic cable Remote control didn't work
Staff was very friendly. Very old facilities. Old TV and bad reception
Wouldn't give them any stars if I could. Me and my fiance have stayed at plenty of hotels/motels. This is by far the worst one yet.
The whole stay was uncomfortable and the water in the shower kept turning scolding hot the whole shower. I couldn't even give my daughter a shower because I didn't want her to get burned!! They should really fix that before someone gets hurt and it sues them.
Location !!! Reeked of cigarettes !!!!
Proximity to freeway. TV channels offerings. Bed wasn't comfortable at all. Room was too small. Shower pressure was awful.
First of all they only had smoking room, I was so tired I decided to go with worse mistake ever the room smelled so much like cigarettes that it feel like I was coming out of this stay with cancer, I spent a good part of the night killing flies literally they just kept popping up the carpet was really bad it had stains all over had to keep my sock on the entire time I was in the room and last but not least the noise was horrible you can hear everything that going on outside. Only staid here because there was nowhere else available but I will rather sleep in my car next time.
The front desk was very helpful on arrival and again when we had a special request.
The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly. It was an Ok stay for one night. The traffic noise goes all night. It's right next to the freeway and there's no real sound barriers to muffle the sound of the traffic. There's also no signage identifying it as a Days Inn until you pull into the parking lot and see the office but you really have to look for it. The pillows are small and only three on each bed and it takes al least two per person to comfortable and still they are very soft and don't give a lot of support. They breakfast was minimal, cereal, oatmeal, toast and yogurt were our options. The juice machine didn't work well and the staff didn't know how to fix it. The coffee was decent.
The location is excellent, close to central Turlock. It is NOT on a major freeway like Motel 6 etc, so I heard no traffic noise at all during the night - no big rigs downshifting to get up an overpass like you often have with the motels visible from the freeway. The room was clean and comfortable and everything worked. The manager and staff were friendly and accommodating - happy to make crepes the way I asked for them at the included morning breakfast. Excellent value, I will stay there again when I visit Turlock.
Centrally located in Turlock. Walking distance to many stores and eateries. The hotel was clean, inviting and peaceful.
The slight division between the living and bedrooms was great. Two televisions and was nicely designed. Oh yeah, the shower is a definite plus. There is room for three in it and the shower head is high enough for tall folks, which is rare. There is wireless hot-spot but it is not secure and the ethernet receptacle at the desk is not functional.
Clean and nice as expected for Marriott accomodations. The mattress was not as plush as I expect when I stay at Marriott. The mattress is the reason I typically select Marriott as I have back problems. The mattress was fair but a little hard.
Clean. Modern decor. Starbucks right across the street. A pretty loud train comes through every 2-3 of hours all night long. Leave your fan on and or ask for a room on the far side of the hotel, away from the tracks.

We loved the location because it was near shopping, eating and a Starbucks. You could walk to all of these. The staff was very friendly and nice. Access to the freeway very close as well.

I stayed here when my daughter played in a softball tournament at the local fields ;pedreti park ; THe hotel is really new, they have free breakfast and the pool was great because we were there during a really hot weekend. The hotel is next to lots and lots of shopping and restaurants we could walk to which was really nice. We had a good discounted rate too that I think one of the coaches set up. The staff was really nice. We will come back.
it was close to a lot of shopping and restaurants you could hear the train go by at night
STAYED AT THIS NEW TURLOCK HOTEL FIRST WEEKEND OF MARCH. MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY IMPRESSED. WE COME TO TURLOCK A COUPLE OF TIMES A YEAR AND USED TO STAY AT OTHER HOTELS... THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE NICEST FAIRFIELD INNS IVE EVER SEEN. VERY CONTEMPORARY. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY AND THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. APPARANTLY THIS HOTEL JUT OPENED UP THE LAST WEEK OF FEB '09. CLOSE TO SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS TOO.
They have a rule no local residents. That is not okay. Anyone should be allowed book a room. I booked the room on Monday for Friday and I was told on Friday that I was not allowed to stay there. That is not okay. I should have been told on Monday that my booking is not acceptable. Anyways I was really angry so the hotel allowed me to stay and I was happy with my stay.
the kitchenette did not have pool
Great bed and room arrangement. Nice location, close to lots of stores and restaurants. No breakfast. Most major motels offer this and was disappointed to find out this was not an option. Free coffee was the only thing offered and it was not very good.
The Staff was really helpful and attentive, we had a great experience, thanks for everything
I love the kitchenette. No
The rooms were clean and the kitchens made figuring out meals very easy. We had very loud neighbors and had to deal with 3 nights of yelling and screaming. It didn't matter that we called the front desk. We didn't sleep well for 3 nights.
the location does not include breakfast
I absolutely love the kitchens in every room. Cooking my own meals helps me save money. N/A
The rooms are so amazing. Location is absolutely fantastic!!! There are so many shops and restaurants surrounding the hotel I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are like homes. Refrigerator, tv, just a beautiful room. So spacious!! amazing stay! 25$ sur charge per day that you stay.
The hotel was clean and the staff was very personable. Enjoyed talking with the desk staff.
nice room NOISE room 121 is next to the laundry and the run a huge washing machine till ten at night could not get any sleep asked to move but they refused and they refuse to offer any compensation
Snack room Kitchen area No pool Noise from room above
The snack room was convenient and loaded with goodies that were cheaper than AM/PM. The full kitchen was nice and the living room area /bedroom was spacious. The very strong odor of what 'someone', I'm going to assume the owners and their family lived on the second floor ; was cooking. Then someone fell asleep and the food caught on fire setting off all of the fire alarms and the hotel evacuated.
