Well, it’s a decent place to stay. Clean and tidy.

Let me start with the staff. Not as prompt and forthcoming as we had expected. Not a true reflection of what we read in the review. Despite having paid and made much early reservation, they still asked for paper verification of my booking. Unprofessional indeed given today’s technology. Then there’s the breakfast. Lack of spread for a 5 Star hotel. The room has basic amenities but nothing wow about it. The replenishing of the coffee and tea were sparse. Expected more comfy ambience for a 5 star hotel like a fruit basket etc. Gloomy Long walk from the room to the lift lobby vice versa. Once when my Wife and wanted to return to Our hotel from the nearby BTS, we were unnecessarily detoured because they were some Pte functions going on there. As a hotel guest, I thought that was unnecessary. Honestly, I would have acknowledged it as a 4 star hotel and not as rated within. Oh ya, the shuttle service was non existence or maybe there’s just limited information available made to us. Loads of room for improvement to attain a 5 star rating. Am in 2 minds about subscribing to the membership. Thank you.

Location was not the best, very inconvenience, staffs was slow checking in. They said offering shuttle to Bts station but you have to wait 20-30'. Hotel is wearing down, water drain in the toilet was a nightmare! Will never come back again
