Plus: the new seating in Business Class is very comfortable and so similar, although slightly less spacious, than First on some carriers. Crew is top class. Doha is a great airport too. I prefer it to Dubai.

Plus: No one gave me food. I pressed the button to request services, and had to wait for two hours until someone finally came and get me a drink (the flight was about 3 hours long). This was the worst flight experience that I ever had. Very bad.

Plus: Simple morning flight. Not at all full. Left on time, arrived early. Plane was new. Crew was happy. What more does one need? They were beta testing a new WiFi service. Free, but not yet ready for prime time.

Minus: I was told a wheel chair would be available to help me get to Terminal E in Zurich. I had literally TO RUN to catch my connecting flight to NYC since the chair was not their for me in Zurich. I almost missed my flight. I am a 79 years old woman. That was one terrible experience.

Minus: The flight was delayed by 2 hours and they changed the gate from one end of the terminal (A15) to the other (C1). The waiting area was cramped. This being the home of Singapore Airlines, the way managed this entire thing was pathetic. Boarding announcements were also confusing.
Plus: Better flight as bigger craft and no neighbours in my row so I got some sleep.
Minus: The hot food was dry and lost my appetite

Minus: Singapore Airlines is so wildly overrated. The service is frequently poor, and the cabin environment dirty and old unless flying on their very latest planes. Even their A380s are now stale and musty. Not nice.

Plus: New and very clean airplane. Appears to be an inch or two more room between the seats on the 787 to and from China. Good boarding procedure.
Minus: The actual flights were ok. The experience at the airports was the reason for the below average rating. They are not set up to handle transit passengers. The signage in English is poor or nonexistant. The overall level of English for the airport staff is very poor. One goes upstsirs/downstairs nunerous times. Because the second portion of WF858 is domestic flight, the passenger needs to exit the terminal and re-enter as an international passenger. Numerous security and passport lines. I found the movie selection to be poor with few non-violent movies available. Will not fly this route again.
Plus: The number of take offs equaled the number of landings :)

Minus: Everything else. Staff was rude and did not speak English, food was terrible, and the airport was very confusing. We had a 4 hour layover at Xiamen airport and instead of going straight to our gate, they made us go through immigration, then transfer services, then back through immigration. We landed at 5am, the transfer services open at 6, then check in opens at 6:50, but we weren’t allowed to check in until 8am because our flight was at 10am. We basically stood in line without anyone giving clear instructions and waited at different line ups for 1 hour each. Horrible airplane, horrible airport. Never transferring here again.
Plus: Nothing. never boarded. Took the train instead.
Minus: 1 hour connection. I missed my flight because the flight out of LAX got delayed.
Minus: The check in staff did not let me check in and denied to support me! The reason was that my first name, middle name and last name were written in English order, not in Chinese order! I want my money back! All of my plan and meetings in Xiamen were cancelled!
Plus: Flight attendants were excellent. There at least two meal and four drink services including tea and coffee after food. Kept up on the bathrooms as well.
Minus: There were many entertainment services offered but I had some difficulty using the screen. Was able to watch movies etc

Minus: The luggage was left behind. After waiting fir a very long time fir the luggage, was informed it was not on the plane to Israel causing missing a train schedule. Many hours extra traveling due to this problem plus no belongings. Very frustrated

Plus: I paid $190 for extra legroom for an economy seat by an exit door, however the remote for the entertainment screen encroached an inch on the already VERY narrow seats - I'm six foot three and 215 pounds and both hips were in full pressing contact against the sides of the seat - TOO NARROW!
Minus: Seats too narrow in Economy.
Plus: The seats are old .. the plane is old .. the flight was delayed 2 hours, food even in first class lounge is not apetising the menu has been cut significantly.. lettuce and tomato say that they are not sourced from China .. must be from India as the quality sucks
Minus: On time is an expectation that if you travel from HK to BKK on CX that it is always delayed .. common knowledge for people in Thailand.. this is bad
Plus: the flight itself was fine. the crew is professional
Minus: They lost my luggage and 4 days later I still don't have it. They are not being very helpful at all in recovering it or taking responsibility for it
Minus: they want to take extra money because i had a small bag from Duty free!!!!
Plus: The service quality and client treatment of Ukranian Intl Air has improved a lot compared to my last trip with them.

Minus: it is better to mention in the ticket whether it is with or without baggage , it makes a lot of inconvenience when we see the boarding pass and then go to the counter to pay extra baggage . the passenger came with one baggage from Kharkov and on a return it is without baggage on round trip booking ?
Plus: The staff is horrible, rude and treats clients in a condescending manner and unfairly. Their policies change every two seconds.
Minus: Shutting down this airline
Minus: Boarding failed, everyone had to wait in a bus for 20min with -8 below zero temperature outside. The bus was standing with the doors open, the boarding crew did not provide any reason of that, the flight was late.
Minus: The food was of very poor quality and no alternatives. Went hungry the entire flight.
Minus: Too little space for carry on compartments. Seats are too tight and tiny, very uncomfortable, staff not interacting or smiling, food was disgusting and tasteless, the aircraft seemed old and was so incredibly noisy the whole trip, and the ventilation was too bad the smell was just old and rusty.

Minus: The airline staff Abu Dhabi were very unhelpful. They have our seats away to other people. Then they lost our bags. Horrible experience. Would never fly them again!
Minus: My wife had a drunk passenger sitting next to her and the crew did nothing to stop the man from misbehaving.....what can I say to this inefficiency ??? I choose to not travel with ETIHAD ever again.
Plus: I flew economy Melbourne > Abu Dhabi and then Abu Dhabi to Melbourne. The first leg of the flight was great, the flight wasn’t full and I had a whole row to myself. The flight attendant even gave me some tips to ensure nobody sat there. This flight was on an A380 so the plane was large and it felt spacious.
Minus: There are a number of things that Etihad do that just degrade the quality and experience of the flight and I probably wouldn’t fly with them again as a result. I’ve listed these below: 1) Entertainment system is poorly appointed and travel in two seperate months found that little had been refreshed on the in flight programs. 2) The entertainment system is deactivated until the seat belt sign is turned off, and is deactivated again about 30 minutes prior to landing. 3) You practically have to cut off your arm to get some water. I would always bring my own water on the flight, but Australian regulations prevent more than 100mls being carried on flight. 4) The service is inconsistent, some staff are just downright rude and others are incredibly friendly. The time waiting after pressing the call bell is excessive and in one case my drink never arrived. 5) Unlike other airlines, they don’t give you a “menu” to chose from for the inflight meal. Instead they just come around asking “Chicken, Lamb or vegetarian”, and lack any real understanding of what’s actually in the food. 6) When you order a drink, they open the can pour some into a cup but don’t give you the remainder in the can. 7) The inflight wifi is expensive. 19.95 USD for 180mb puts them at one of the most expensive. Overall, I would have expected a bit more from an airline such as Etihad.
Plus: The crew was very nice
Minus: Uncomfortable seat but it’s only a 1 hour flight so not a big deal.
Minus: The website I booked on and the Delta phone line on the printed ticket said that I had baggage when it turns out that I did not according to the check in staff and they made me pay.
Plus: The earphones for out two seats only worked intermittently, but the Purser, Lee-Ann handled it professionally and pleasantly. That was the only disappointment in an otherwise pleasant flight
Minus: The earphones could have worked!
Plus: Seat space a bit tight . I should have upgraded to more leg room . Next time!
Plus: Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport

Plus: On time, best connection for me, earning miles on my program. I booked based on time and cost, didn't even pay attention to what airline.
Minus: No food, plane felt pretty old and not so clean. Smaller seats than the other flights I had with Lufthansa. Otherwise, it was fine. I had a pretty bad earache on that particular flight, so I liked it less than I might have otherwise. Something didn't feel right, pressure wrong or something.
Plus: Not much.
Minus: Baggage fees and unclear policy during booking with Kayak.
Minus: One hour late for take off...
Minus: I was switched seats against my will on board! Although i reserved the seat ahead of time when i got in i was pretty much forced to sit somewhere else. The staff handled the sitution in a very poor manner!
Plus: The short flight and pleased to get food.
Minus: A very lengthy boarding process and the inevitable delay of an hour. Not good when it's already a late night flight. No entertainment console. Quite cramped
Minus: Flight attendants where bothered to serve us beer, water or any other snack during he flight. I had to beg in both occasions to have my tray taken from my seat.
Plus: so good and comfortable
Minus: the plane was old though.

Minus: reduce on the spices in the food or provide different options.
Plus: Champagne; boarding via SATS business class was smooth but I doubt Ethiopian has much responsibility or this.
Minus: The rest: even mediocre fast food would have been better. The starter was some chewy rosebeef, the main where soggy chicken nuggets. The butter served was rancid! Gross. Also big difference between the older and newest 787! This was the older☹️. Ground crew unhelpful.
Plus: On time flights both directions
Minus: Excessive baggage charges (40-60 euro each way per bag), so buy the ticket that includes the baggage
Minus: The fact that, although the card said it was the same company for both flights (two-legged), I could not get a boarding pass at check/in for both flights, for both the outbound and return journey, and had to go through customs and border control twice just to get a new boarding pass each time. Leg room can be better, even with the extended legroom space.
Plus: My isle seat
Minus: Studardess were very unpleasant,2 times they passed my row,had to take out garbage by myself. Same movies were played on both flights (I had round trip)
Plus: Crew was extremely nice and helpful.
Minus: the Air Serbia magazine was the only entertainment available.
Minus: Too hot temperature inside te aircraft. Seats uncomfortable
