Bath robes were a great addition
Great location and service was very good.
Super location Lovely scent in lobby Great staff - upstairs and down 10am breakfast end. Went for a morning run so ended up at food court next door.
Everything. Starting with the deco going from the confortable rooms and ending with the amazing food.
Everything was perfect, like every minute of my stay.
a bit isolated from things, was here for a wedding but really not close to transport or much else.
I travel a lot for both business and pleasure and I can honestly say that this is one of the nicest hotels ever! The place is beautiful, the food excellent, and the staff bends over backward to accommodate. no negatives
Proximity to river and adjacent to mall. Convenient for getting less expensive breakfasts - au pain dunkin donuts....... Housekeeping for room was so so
We chose the hotel thinking we had to bring our dog with us and this was pet friendly. Turned out we did not need to bring him. We were so surprised at how nice everything was. Well appointed, lots of little surprises like wine on arrival, reasonable parking that was good for several hours after checkout, everything spotless and tasteful and quiet.
Best sleep of my life
Clean and friendly
wait staff in Champions was very good shortage of drawer space. lighting was awkward. bathroom was poorly laid out. amenities were not very good
Location to the T- able to access the whole city from the hotel Room was small for price
on the T very basic room for the price
All very clean. Great view. Great location 1. Only one drawer 2. No desk or desk chair 3. Lighting was strange. 4. No "instruction" sheet.
Close proximity to T stop is ideal. Bed was lumpy, hot water in sink was dangerously scalding.
The location. They offered none of the amenities that typically are offered free at any other hotel I have stayed in. Very low value for the top money they ask for. I won't be staying there again on my next trip to Cambridge.
Nice view, good shower, renovated lobby Room was old and unremarkable
I was very pleasantly surprised at the overall professionalism and courtesy of the staff. The location cannot be beat if you're visiting MIT.
Convenient location. Clean room. Very helpful and pleasant staff. It's shocking that for the price you pay for a room at a Marriott that Wi-Fi or wired Internet connectivity is not free. Really? Bathroom vanity was very small, too small for two people to be getting ready at the same time. The under-mounted bathroom sink wasn't installed under the granite, vanity top correctly...surprisingly low build quality or QA, again, for the price of a room at a Marriott.
Size of Room---Service was great The noise from the street. Instead of bar soap I like bath gel. The trip to TD Garden was listed as 1 mile--That is not walking--maybe b the T
The staff was cordial and helpful.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful in helping us select a place for dinner. Room was worn out. Bathroom was dirty.
room was very comfortable location
cold room, despite using the heat. mediocre bed and bedding, bizarre room layout.
The first room we were assigned to had beer cans in rubbish and appeared someone had laid on the bed and watch TV after the bed was made up. We told the front desk and we were immediately moved to a clean room and offered several apologies for any inconvenience. I appreciated the help very, very much. not a thing.
The rooms were clean and fairly comfortable- breakfast was pretty decent Very basic accommodations - staff was sometimes nice sometimes seemed to be indifferent- when we left we asked if she could call a cab and she did however the cab she called was unmarked he didn't help with bags and there was no meter and he charged us far more than it cost on the cab ride we got in our own. I only mention this because it seemed like this was someone she called all the time and I wouldn't recommend using them anymore. Seemed odd
the room was clean and confortable. the breakfeast and the free parking was appreciate.
Its location was great. Next to a mall and a short walk to a strip mall and next to major attractions and public transportation. I was extremely disappointed in the breakfast that was served and the amenities that either they didnt have or were not mentioned to me by staff. The breakfast for me is why i choose this hotel brand. I have in the past stayed at the hampton inn and found that the breakfast was wonderful. Although it was a buffet style the food was barely warm and was not of the standard i had been acustomed too. the first morning there were no eggs and the second morning there were unusual lookng eggs in which i had to ask what they were. breakfast is the most important start of the day and had id known that the breakfast was not going to be up to parr i would have stayed at the days inn just down the street. i will think twice before making my choice
Nice, good breakfast. Good location for parents of Harvard students to stay. Roads a little confusing
it is near subway o boston and it is near mit
The room was clean and comfy and the breakfast every morning was pretty good. Also close to a shopping mall. I did not think it necessary that they replaced my soap and towels every day without me asking for it (I did not throw the towels on the floor). I reckon resources can be saved.. Hotel staff was a mix between very friendly and kinda blunt-friendly. If you need to be in the city center, it is a bit out of the way (but well accessible with the T).
Staff very insensitive - Trip was to testify in court because of my son's severe schizophrenia so that I could make medical decisions on his behalf - court date changed at last minute and they would not allow me to get a credit to move the reservation date because I booked with a travel service and not them directly. I did NOT want a refund - I just wanted some consideration to have them keep my $892 for 2 nights and move my reservation to the rescheduled court date - the manager of the hotel simply said "life happens" - they have no idea of a parent's grief over a very sick child. VERY DISAPPOINTING
Clean Quiet Allowed to park (free) early before check-in Location great for accessing the T I had car trouble, and all I was told from the staff was "Call AAA". There was no request if I needed any assistance or followup. Area around hotel not very nice
The staff was very friendly, i hat a minor problem with my room, but they gave me a new room immediately. I will never get used to eating out of a plastic plate using a plastic knife, but it is probably a typical American habit ...
Very clean. - The free breakfast is terrible. - The wifi is very slow. - Rooms are very old-looking. - Way too expensive for what it is.
poor location. small room without closet. overpriced.
the hotel staff were great..their check in was so fast and you'll really appreciate that after a long trip..also they got a freindley room service staff..it's a nice small hotel with nice views i didn't like their breakfast..not much choices.. and apparentley am not used to help yourself services....
Very friendly staff Location was not very nice.
Why can I not include my Marriott rewards number in the Kayak reservation?
The place is clean, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, upgraded and modern hotel, tvs are really nice The cleaning products smell or residue is so strong. Made my eyes water and burn and inside of nose burn. The staff were very kind and moved me to another room. But smell and chemicals still there. Kept window open entire stay. Also, parking is $35.
- Huge selection of complementary breakfast - Convenient location - Flat screen TV - Nice, clean, and cozy room - Gym with TVs - Free unlimited hot chocolate/coffee/tea in the lobby - $40/night parking
Friendly staff, amazing breakfast and close to the transit!! Definitely would stay here again!!
Nice breakfast included Located near most attractions Clean Friendly staff Self parking
