Excelent location.Nice beach,quiet and nice staff.Hotel club was a nice place to have a drink after hours of sun and swimming.
The White Sand Beach, which I pretty much could experience in any other hotel, and therefore is nothing special with KC. Terrible food, difficult to get help in the reception, most because they dont want to help (and not because almost everybody did not speak understandable english), terrible internetconnection (though they promised me that the internet connection was very good, and therefore possible for me to work. Which it was not!!!! And made my stay quite exchausting). I really didnt like staying at KC at all, unfortunately.Overrated in all departments. A big dissapointment for me staying here, when experience Koh Chang
the swimming pool was gorgeous, very important as the sea was very bad breakfast was not the same level than the other prestations
the hole area of the hotel is a hudge tropical garden, which is absolutely beautiful. the restourant is very nice? all the dishes are very nicely decorated? even the simplest, such as fried noodles. the coctails in the bar are also perfect however the location of the hotel is very isolated. the is practically nothing outside. the taxi to White sand beach will cost you 100 BTH. also be aware of tide in the mornings and afternoons
great luxury hotel with good swimming pool and friendly staff. Good location near beach/sea and restaurants and 7/11-shop. Would definitely come again. Beach was a bit rocky and not ideal for snorkeling / swimming. No remote for the air-conditioning. Sometimes people in the swimming pool who didn't stay in the hotel-rooms
Good location, nice beach near the hotel. Friendly staff, wifi everywhere in the area of the Chill resort. Luxury holidays I spent there. Poor choice of breakfast I would prefere more choice of food in this kind of hotel for the value of money.
The hotel was very peaceful and relaxing, and the setting beautiful. A double room had been booked, but the booking from Booking.com only indicate a room for 2 people.The hotel were not willing to put us in a double room for one night as the only one available was for a more costly room.
