Plus: They are OK. I was trying to do on line checkin it was not working. when you wait for any kind of life in Chinese airport I noticed so many Chinese customers were cut in the standing line and all the air plane staff was not care with this. I had to wait so much extra time.
Minus: Our flight was delay for at least 15 hours this time. they didn't have knowledge to do customer service with this kind of case. They had to wait 2 hours at international transfer area every one was very patient with their service. I never buy ticket from Air China again.
Plus: Crew was good. Boarding good too.

The crew is very rude. They show no respect to their non-German speaking passengers, which is unacceptable!

Plus: Kind and attentive crew, surprisingly comfortable seats with more legroom than I expected, even in basic economy, a ton of overhead storage.
Plus: Deni, our flight attendant, was most attentive, giving Robert, who is legally blind, assistance with safety features if needed, one on one as we were seated.
Minus: No TV in the chair ,even no group TV The the crew member in the business class lady was too aggressive in her way as if we are working for her , too tide chairs

Minus: Not sure why but the crew seemed a little grumpy today. In my experience, this is very unusual for Thai airways staff. Food was nice but not quite up to usual standard.
Minus: Waited 45 minutes for a bus from a remote gate without any crew anniucmwnts. A total shambles as one or two buses did a 20 minute+ circuit to offload the plane.

Minus: For some reason, we were put on standby despite having purchased tickets three months earlier. Apparently, they overbook by 10%. Thankfully, when we arrived in Kiev and went to the international transfers desk, they were able to fit us on our originally booked flight.
Plus: The staff is horrible, rude and treats clients in a condescending manner and unfairly. Their policies change every two seconds.
Minus: Shutting down this airline
Plus: The staff was great, helpful and polite. Seating was fantastic, exit row with our children together in front of us.
Minus: We already had printed out tickets but it took over an hour and twenty minutes to check out bag. Additionally the flights departure was delayed by 25 minutes.
Minus: The flight was late to Helsinki and we missed our connecting flight to Barcelona that was also on Finnair. I was given a hotel voucher to a nice hotel with a complimentary dinner voucher. The dinner was a buffet that was limited and less than mediocre. A chicken option was not even provided, no soup
Plus: Seat reassignment went well. Lounge was a pleasant surprise (highly recommend if you fly out of / through Helsinki)
Minus: It makes little sense to be on a priority boarding, when you are checked-in, documents checked and …… then wait for 20 or so minutes standing on your feet waiting for actual boarding to begin

Minus: The service was horrible. From the moment we checked in at JFK we had a problem. The crew was nasty and they called the port authority police on us. The police agreed that they get lots of complaints from this airline. The crew on board was just as nasty. If you spoke russian you got treated better.

Minus: There is no entertainment screen on the plane or outlets to charge phones. Food was not good.
Minus: US bought carry on case been requested to be checked as a second baggage piece for $100 fee. And then both opened lost and not reached destination.

Minus: They were rude and cater to Chinese... didn't give me the proper documents. Took forever until i found a helpful Thai to determine documents that should've been given to me at gate. Even tho i had business class on the first leg, they wouldn't let me in the lounge for the layover...

Minus: I have read many negative things about China eastern and experienced changes and delays with flights from them.. However my flight experiences with them this time was positive. Food is not gourmet, but I am traveling economy.

After take off, I retrieved my purse & carry on to get my glasses and purse. The flight attendant gave my bin space away to someone...
Minus: See above... Who didn't upgrade their seat. My items had to go into bin 3 rows back. Very inconvenient & very difficult to retrieve after landing. I will never pay the additional fee for extra leg room again.

Minus: Thought I had purchased an optima coach, but was forced to pay $60 baggage fee. At checkin, asked for aisle seat, but agent had already assigned a middle seat. Then asked to change to an aisle seat, but she demanded $30 to change. Aftwr boarding was complete, there were at least 6 aisle seats empt
Minus: British Airways neither a budget airline nor a lux airline. Doesn’t know what it is.
Plus: Way better than the others who fly into Accra via London,slight delay due to technical problem but overall my next choice for sure.

Minus: vegetarian dish was very poor. main dish was ok but quite small, the light dish (breakfast?) was just a piece of bread, might as well not serve anything. Entertainment was very poor, limited selection of movies and very silly tv shows.
Minus: It was very cold they need to lower the temperature.
Minus: The flight and its crew did well but I will NEVER use it again if it has to transit in Brussels. We were bussed to the T terminal ( ‘incidentally’ where were all the AFRICAN flights transit) were we had a 5 hour layover, which is fine with me, but the terminal has no restaurant or any decent stores.

Minus: 1. Rude/unkind flight attendants, clearly judgmental of English speaking passengers 2. Worst airplane food ever 3. Bathrooms were dirty and not maintained
Minus: Wine ran out at the first meal - they only had 5 red and 5 white for the whole plane for a 13 hour flight. No hard alcohol at all so I couldn’t have my G&T to help with sleep. The food was definitely not anything special - the chicken and potatoes was potatoes with sauce and one nibble of chicken.

Minus: Entertainment limited to TVs overhead. Bland food. Tight seats
Minus: Unfortunately we ended up waiting in the plane on the tarmac for 3 hours before taking off due to extreme rainfall. So everyone was antsy/uncomfortable before even taking off for the long flight.
Minus: It seems that Chinese people even when given allocated seat numbers sit anywhere so was very chaotic.

Minus: The aircraft was super old. The flight was delayed. The transfer at PEK (beijing) airport is horrendous. Never again.

Minus: Air China solution to constant dripping water on a flight from LAX to Beijing (13hrs) was stuffing paper towels into the overhead bin which didn’t work. They were kind enough to offer to help me “fill out a complaint” after 2 weeks of trying to contact them. I will #neverflyairchina again!
Minus: We missed the flight going to LA in Beijing because the airplane from Manila landed late, and we don't have assistance in the immigration, they don't speak English. They rebooked us with different seats, I have 2 child separated in my seats, not nice.
