The owner, Tim, was attentive, kind, and informative. The room was very comfortable. We stayed in the Rutland Suite. At breakfast, we ate with an older couple from Norway and a young Italian couple who were on their honeymoon. Great place to stay! Would definitely recommend.
My husband and I just got back from our one year anniversary weekend-getaway at ptown. Admirals Landing was our first experience in a B&B, and honestly we were a little skeptical at first. We were blown away by how amazing our stay was. Robin and Audrey were amazing hostesses. They were helpful and informed with absolutely anything we had questions with. Breakfast was fresh cooked and delicious. We stayed in room #6, which is very secluded and romantic. It's on the second floor and has it's own private staircase to get there. The steps are steep, but I had no problem and I'm in my second trimester with twins. The room itself was spacious and clean and had a fireplace and a private bathroom. The location is great as everything is walking distance! We HIGHLY recommend this B&B!
The staff were nice, the room was clean and refurnished The room was very small
Great little hideaway tucked into the perfect spot right on Commercial Street. Quiet decks with amazing views, clean and cozy rooms and a perfect little breakfast sampler in the morning. Friendly atmosphere and priced just right. We will definitely be going back! With only one staff member on duty, he wasn't always easy to find when we had questions/wanted to check out. Bathroom was a little dusty (but kept neat and tidy overall).
rooms were updated and clean noisy tenants in next building over no onsite parking limited breakfast options
Hi, it was clean and the staff was really nice.

The bed was comfortable and location was great. The staff at breakfast was very rude and unfriendly.
Mr. Masters was an excellent house. His B&B is beautiful. The moment I arrived, I knew I would be safe and well taken care of. The staff were also very accommodating and congenial. It would have been nice to have a small coffee machine and a small refrigerator in the room. Some rooms had a small refrigerator but perhaps that is only for 2+ people in the room. However, I understand that with an old home fear of fire is a concern.
No parking, but you could pay across the street.
Amazing accommodation ! We will absolutely be returning for another stay in the future.
I liked the location. It was right in the center of Provincetown. You're able to walk anywhere you wanted to go. Also, the hotel has a great little bar called Shipwreck Lounge. The staff was friendly and polite. Everything was fine!
The convenience of location. The friendliness of the staff. The reasonable off season rates. The music from the club in the basement level resonates up through the hotel. Wish there was better sound proofing/ insulation to buffer the noise.
Staff was very friendly. Beds very comfy. Piano bar in lobby piano player sings music more for adult crowd but a lot of fun. Breakfast was minimal. Bread, muffins and bagels seemed store bought not freshly made. Also available was small selection of fruit, cereals and boiled eggs. Coffee and tea obviously but no orange juice only cranberry juice. Location at top of hill could be difficult for less able bodied patrons(no elevator either)

The third floor deck, and the jacuzzi were great, and the location was ideal for food, drinks, and nightlife. Hotel Employee and the entire staff were very welcoming and helpful. The TV reception was spotty. Breakfast could be more substantial - it was very pastry oriented. However, the coffee was great, and you also get a 10% discount at bayside Betsy's, which has awesome breakfast.
It's so charming! The room was beautiful, the location is perfect for walking to Commercial St., and the staff was so friendly! Even the other guests there with us were awesome! Breakfast in the morning was amazing! We overall just had a wonderful stay!
The room was extremely humid like the sheets felt wet and towels do not dry at all. And there were dozens of flies and mosquitos! Far away from the scene,
We liked the staff, they were very kind and accomodating. The restaurant, pool and bar were closed.
Harbor Hotel is in a great location, right off the main drive to Ptown and a mile walk to downtown.
We had the best time at this hotel. We really loved the bed and the room as well as all the other facilities. The firepit was a definite amazing bonus and we really enjoyed the community feeling at it and met some great people. We are definitely going back next year - with friends and family next time! If you like to bike, you can bring one or rent one in town. The staff was all super nice and we had great service. When we first got to the hotel the manager/bartender at the pool (forgot his name) made us an AMAZING mudslide- best I've ever had! The restaurant food was very good and they had $2 Taco Tuesday! Towards the end of our stay we lost our desire to go into town because we loved the hotel so much. There is a beautiful beach right in front of the hotel that is WICKED at low tide. Also, you don't need a car - we drove but didn't use our car once the entire time we were there. There is a $2 Shuttle bus that runs every 30 min to and from the center of town. Considering parking is $20 in PTown center, this is AWESOME. I wish that there were towel rods in the bathroom. Also, we were on a ground floor so we didn't have a table and chair in our room (in the second floor rooms it is on the balcony) which would have been nice. Next time I wont request Oceanview as it is really more of a "car view" on the first floor and we did pay extra to have it. To the person that wrote the review about a small bathroom - get a life - it's a hotel! That said it was the same size as our tiny NYC apartment. Who cares? If you don't like dogs and kids, not a place for you! Our neighbors in the room next store who were really loud - we didn't complain then because we thought it would be too awkward. (it happens)
Very in need of serious updating. No safety grab bars in tub shower. Concert floors no carpet. Poor communications with staff ie didn't know about continental breakfast until checkout. Over priced for dated hotel.
We were making last-minute reservations and this place was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We thought the price was very reasonable for the height of the season and the pool-side restaurant and bar were a nice feature, though I can't comment on quality because we couldn't get near the facility during our short time there. Overall, it served our needs, but I would like choose someplace else given more time to plan. Pool was too crowded to take advantage of and got a different answer each time we asked what the hours were. The "beach" across the street was not a locale where you would choose to spend a day, but the other beautiful local beaches are a short drive away.
Food pool second story, back building's balcony Staff view of the sea mid-century modern vibe fire ring no elevators
This is a party hotel, so I would not recommend it for families. It's trying hard, but has some work to do. I would say it is similar to a Holiday Inn...in 1974.
The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean. The frig had a small freezer area The large outside courtyard had a lot of seating areas. The breakfast was not included. The floor of the room was cold cement. The cleaning staff was very noisy and started at 8am. There was only room for one person to sit down in our room. The other had to use the bed.
I have stayed at the hotel since it was the Cape Inn. I have had many great time and have met some awesome people. Armand who worked the front desk until last year was great. I was happy to see him back this year. I also like the bartender Keith. They are one of the reasons I keep returning. I do plan on returning in the fall and hope to see them. I was a little upset regarding your breakfast buffet. Due to a medical issue I can not eat very much at a time and it was not worth for me to purchase the buffet. I think it would be great to. Have another option. Overall I liked my stay and hope to be there for Halloween. See you soon. My room was in the back section and the plastic furniture is an embarrassment and should be replaced.
beach area - filthy water and sand, no place to sit ; wifi reception spotty, NO AC !!!
Everything you would want right there. Beach, kayaking, pool, pool table/ping pong table, etc. Suite has a single bedroom with kitchen/living area separate which was nice. Staff was very helpful. location was far enough away from the hustle and bustle but just a short drive into town.
Had air conditioning Customer service was kinda mean Room was cramped Wasn't near walking distance of anything fun
The John Randall House was conveniently located a short walk away from Commercial Street. The staff was very accomodating and informative. The common areas were very clean. I was a little apprehensive to share a bathroom, but it was totally fine! Our room was a little small, but to be honest, we were never there, so it didn't really matter.
Great location and friendly staff, beautiful artwork.
Courteous staff. Awesome, clean condo. Great location.
The B&B was clean, well located, well maintained, and had all the necessary items laid out for its guests (towels, soaps, etc.). They were also very helpful with our late check in, leaving keys in the mailbox for us when we arrived at 8:30 p.m. There was an overall lack of staff around. The few people that looked like they worked there (handymen doing general repairs) said 'I don't work here' when we asked basic questions.
What a find! We were looking for a place to stay for one night in Provincetown on the weekend. Most other accommodations had a 2-3 night minimum stay. Wish we could have stayed longer than just one night. We will definitely return! We really loved everything about it-clean, friendly, quiet, great location. If there is one thing that I would even comment on it would be that the public space is a bit small. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed our breakfast outside.
Friendly at reception and very helpful with places to go.
The room was awesome, 4 post bed, fireplace, posh furnishings and a modern bath and very spacious.
Super friendly, great location, nice breakfast Sharing the bathroom with many
The room was simple and small but clean and private. Location is great, right in Provincetown. Staff was very friendly. Nice to have use of a kitchen. They offer free bikes, too, which wasn't of use to me in December but would be great in warm weather. Parking was a little awkward, though it didn't affect me that much. The pluses far outweigh this one glitch.
It was clean, quiet (off the street) and not a major hotel chain. The house is a bit old (you can tell from the construction) and not having parking near the hotel was annoying.
The room was small but comfortable. The shared bathroom was also tiny, but having a sink in the bedroom meant no waiting for the bath. You can't beat the location, right in the center of town, though still quiet. Owner was pleasant and available. Anybody who has difficulty with a steep staircase should be sure to book one of the downstairs rooms. I had no problem, though.
Near restaurants and shops. The mattress should be condemned. There was no chair in the room. We could not get internet connection. There was no breakfast, or no coffee in the morning or ever. And the staff was rude and we mfelt we were not wanted there because we are straight
