The staff was very friendly trying their best to please their Guests in well behaved manner. This indicates that they well trained to do so and also it is the culture of the in house to achieve customer satisfaction. Trivial incident, we attended an evening event (Bedouin Night) which was not at Renaissance standard (This excludes the folkloric Tanoura the actor was so good and also the food).
The price was great for a short stay. The hotel has a nice location on the water. You can rent snorkel gear, get in the water at the hotel, and see amazing Red Sea aqua life.
Underwater beauty, position, facilities. It took 45 minutes to check-in for two families at 2 AM, where nobody other than us, with 3 front desk members available. Yet another 30 minutes for the additional bed arrangement.
Breakfast, location, facilities, organised, cleaniness, flexibility of front desk: on day 1 were not able to give us the room we booked but after the first night booked us into a familiy suit, bigger what we booked Limo service poor, hagging by spa staff on the beach, Aqua Bar has some constant noise from underneath the pesestrian bridge (pumps?), disco at nearby lighthouse noisy (not every night though), food tend to be overpirced and boring at hotel restaurants

Location I did not like the value for the money I paid. It was supposed to be a delux sea view room. There was nothing delux about it; and the sea view ... yes, I got a picaboo sea view, certainly not worth almost $200 per night. I also did not like that, when I was checking out, the receptionist tried to shortchange me for LE 100.
I liked best during my stay: all staff was trying to serve and help in a professional way that I have never seen before, simply they are very helpful and polite
Lovely location and grounds, spacious rooms, with good onsite options of recreation - snorkelling, diving and parasailing, decent choice of restaurants can be more professional on offsite tour arrangements - such as glass boat rides on naama bay (our driver was late by 30 minutes to pick us), and Mt Sinai climb at night (the guide turned up without any lights!). The shuttles to Naama bay needs to be hourly and complimentary.
I want to say that when we arrived to hotel there was only 1 room for us instead 2 reserved rooms. And i had no notification about it before!
We enjoyed the swimming pools and beach area and loved the garden setting and look of the resort. The family suite was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and generally very helpful. As a family with two children including a baby we found it difficult negotiating the steps every day with a pram especially at night - as the resort caters to families we would have expected ramps to access all areas not just some areas. The family suite contained a lovely kitchen but was totally empty of plates, cutlery etc which seemed a bit strange.

Dyrt; servicen på hotellet, incheckningen, hotellläget,icke engelsk talande pesonal, nonchalanta receptionister samt hotellmanager.......förväntades mer av ett 5 stjärnigt hotell, inte värt mer än högs 3 stjärnor.
everything is fantastic when i the currency prices exchange make me pay more than booking site. i should pay by doller.
It is avery good hotel for for a family it fit all ages . The food is not bad but it is not so good .

Excellent resort for young couple, Swimming pool & jazuzzi awesome.. Room cleanies & different styles done by them on quilt was very good.. Colour combination done in the room is very good..
Food is very good Staff were friendly The pool should be heated but it wasn't although the weather was cold. Ther was no baby sitter for babies under 1year
The overall service is very good, all the staff comes round to greet and smile often, things get done fairly quickly upon request. The natural and beautiful coral reef at the doorstep is a big selling point for this property as well as the floral and fauna landscaping. complimentary wifi is a huge plus but it is only at the lobby so the description on your website about wifi in the room is incorrect The property can deal with some upgrade as the furnishing looks a little dated

Good facilities, very helpful and friendly staff, closely intergrated with Soho Square shopping and restaurants, shares some beach facilities with Savoy Hotel. Food is well presented, but fairly average. Many guests reported stomach problems. Hotel is very weighted to Russian guests.
The best part of the hotel was the deal of "eat & drink as much as you can" and the indoor swimming pool. Location-wise the hotel is good in terms of being next to a shopping area called Soho Square where you get almost everything that you will find in Na'ma Bay (however, obviously on a little higher prices since Na'ma Bay is the city centre). Do not have complaints as such except we got a new/recently renovated room, which still required finishing and the hot water supply had some problems. The beach is nearby and shared with Sierra's parent hotel, Savoy, but the beach/seaside itself was not that great. Perhaps Ras Mohamed areas and Hurghada are much better.
Pretty and large hotel gardens/pools,easy 5-10min walk to lovely snorkelling beach and shopping/restaurant boulevard with fountains.Reliable hot weather (28c in nov).Good standard of singers in bar each evening.Only there 4 days,if longer would have enjoyed using sister hotel Savoy on beach.Plenty of poolside and beach sunbeds in nov- quiet season- and no towel bagging of SUNBEDS,what a pleasant suprise.Majority of guests Russian but we had no probs as other reviewers had. Bitten by flies while sunbathing at pool or beach,even with spray.Only thing putting me off going again. Beach cafe opened only at midday and poor choice.No morning coffee or afternoon tea in hotel,no tea tray in rooms.ALL Inclusive but nowhere for tea/sweet snacks round pool 10.30- 6.30.Only savoury snacks (pizza )12-5.So was bit hungry most days,particularly if lunch choice not to your taste.Meal choice large but samey and mostly lukewarm buffet.A/I Alcohol choice poor.Dark at 4.30 in nov so v long evenings- can be cool,always a breeze blowing,need a warm jacket.GUEST Relations are not fully aware of all trips available.Push for what you want-Check with stall holder round pool first!
