Personalen i frukostrummet. Hotellchefens parkering framför entrén under våra 4 dagar, just där Taxi släpper av gästerna. Ljudet från grannresturanten till 02.00. Duschskyn- skynket täckte 50%=stänk i halva badrummet. Flyget stör vi nordliga vindar.(vår fredag natt) Planens pådrag hela natten.
clean and simple - freindly staff.
Hotel overall was very good, clean and conveniently located for the train station. Staff were generally helpful and professional during the stay. Our only disappointment was my elderly parents were told that a Saturday evening meal would be available, but when they arrived to eat were told it was fully booked and turned away. The staff were then not particularly helpful and my parents were required to search outside to eat on a cold and wet night. I think the stafff should have been more proactive in rectifying this situation.
The hotel is modern, clean and uncomplicated, and is both close to the Rodenkirchen station and the town centre. The breakfast buffet provides a good choice. Breakfast finishes at 10.00sharp. Dont expect to get any food after than time - so be down for breakfast in good time!
Helpful staff, nice rooms, excellent location near to ferry boat just off the river. Rooms were fine during our stay (moderate temperatures) but would be very hot during warm days.
Very nice big rooms with balcony and big bathroom, excellent services, delicious brekfast...
Our stay was very nice and very comfortable. Nothing : all was perfect !
No coffee or tea facilities
good hotel for a good price
good location no night staff
Hotel was clean and comfortable Not easy to find parking place
a bit far from city centre
Very helpful staff, one night stay too short to say anything else.
The staff werw exceptionally helpful, especially the receptionist. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Could not fault anything!
value for money, quiet no night staff, a tad bit far from the city
Staff were very courteous and extremely helpful throughout my stay. I received a very warm welcome on arrival at reception Hotel is located on the junction of busy main roads so traffic noise can be a bit of a problem, despite the double glazing. However, this would not discourage me from staying there in future
The receptionists were really kind and helpful. The breakfast is really good and the girls in the kitchen were very nice and funny!
Everything!! From the friendly greeting on our arrival after a long day of travelling through the free tea and coffee at any time (plus Easter treats!!) and breakfast to the smooth check out including arrangement of taxi. Our third visit and already looking forward to next time.
The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times (even when overstretched on Sunday morning), with good English. Continental pillows (much too soft).
Nearby park nice to walk in. Fair walk from nearest tram stop
Clean room, friendly staff. I found it to be a little out of the way.
Staff were very helpful, especially with our bicycles. A simple and practical place. Room was a little small.
The staff were so friendly and went out of there way in every way. I don't know when I have stayed at a hotel in which they were as accomodating and friendly - second to none ! The rooms are quite small.
Very helpful staff, made us feel very welcome and gave us good directions for finding a restaurant for the evening.Although the position was a little industrial between the railway and a road, it was remarkably quiet and served it's purpose. The rooms were clean and functional.
Hotel very clean and friendly staff it isn't near to center
Great location, right near the station - very easy to walk to the Dom and other city centre attractions. Clean, comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi. They don't take credit cards! This caused a major irritation, when I unexpectedly needed to check out early. I didn't mind paying the cancellation fee (it wasn't the hotel's fault), but having to rush to and from the ATM when I was already in a hurry was not something I'd choose to repeat.
Hotel is friendly, personal, good value for money, very conveniently located for city centre No lift, no phone available especially when no staff present much of the time, wifi internet access not working, no shower curtain, no plug for bath.
very close to the train station , wifi works well , staff is very kind and helpfull , very good price
it is rather good alternative for hostel than hotel of my dream. breakfast is good especially coffee WC and bath are not very modern
location No heating by temperature till -7 C. No staff after 18.00 hours.
It is located very near the city center and there was a restaurant related to the hotel itself. The room was clean and plain, but had everything needed. Some constructions right under my window + everything could be heard from the corridor.
Narrow six-storey building with the showers on the fifth floor -- hope you like stairs! But staffers are helpful and speak good English, and the hotel is an easy walk from the train station (and, beyond, the Dom cathedral).
Bad sound-proof of the room we stay; Heater did not work during the days we stay - -5C on the day.
Nothing at all. The building is obsolete. The w/c was on the floor and I had to separate it with others. There is no elevator and I had to step up 4 floors. There is no "american" or "european" breakfast.
Staff was polite. Close to the main station. Spacious room. Old bathroom - needs renovation. Cigarette smoke could be filled there, and in the hallway too. Some construciton work right in front of the hotel - very noisy on weekdays. Poor breakfast. It was cold during our stay - no heating in the room.
The room was clean, and spacious enough for one person. My room had a separate, but private bathroom. The staff was friendly (some knowledge of German is helpful) and the restaurant associated with the hotel was convenient and tasty. The hotel is a less-than-ten-minute walk from a streetcar stop that can take you all the way back to downtown / main train station. The separated bathroom was a bit of a challenge, having to cross the hall and unlock it each time; minor nit. Like many old/small hotels the walls can be a bit thin. On my first night I heard the man in the next room snoring.
