The environment of the hotel and it's surrondings places Minibar non-availability inside the room, food selection at the restaurent.
Its a nice and clean hotel with large rooms (new wing). The breakfast is great. You can choose between European and Asian food. In 3-4 months will the skytrain arrives in front of the door (100 m walking). So you will be then in the center of bkk in 15 min. The only thing that is missed was a swimming-pool.
Nice rooms, very comfy. We were lead to believe by the hotel info that this hotel was near the Airport, but it is miles away. It would be quicker to travel to the city.
The hotel is not well located, its surroundings are not pleasant at all. The new wing of the hotel is clean rooms are ok. Clients are mainly chinese so all accomodations are to theire standards.

the beds staff needs to be trained properly when we asked for a cab she told us to wait did not give us an appropriate time and when we asked her after half an hour she said it would take another our hour.. she did not know about the surrounding area whne we asked he abt a specfic restaurant she made us walk for miles and miles and the restaurant did not even exist
