The value for the money is really good! It was clean, spacious, well decorated. We ensured to get two beds in the bedroom and we got them!

Hotel was clean We booked a room for two night with a king size bed upon arrival we were not told they didn't have a room for us instead sent us to a room with double beds wouldn't accommodate us claiming they had "no more rooms available "... next day had issues relocating our luggage to next room. Parking was absurd $70 dollars a night ?? Overrated

Friendly accommodating staff. Great location, beautiful facility. The observatory level was cool, but packed, so much so we didn't stay to enjoy the view. I would recommend to a friend. Disappointed that I reserved a room with a larger bed and due to room availability we were moved to a double, which my wife and I were unable to share. We're by no means large people. It would have been nice to be able to park or rental without being charged extra, but that seems to be a norm in the city.
The room was clean, the bed was amazing, location was walking distance to all things downtown, I felt safe with my young son, easy express checkout. No room service, for the money we spent I would've liked to see a free breakfast, the cost of parking is insane (it is SF though), no pool.
They tried to steal my luggage when I first came in, took them over 4 hours to bring my stuff up. I said enough of this bs and went to go down myself and get all my stuff to find it hiding in a room away from everyone else while the guy at the front was telling me "it'll be there shortly were a little backed up". Then to top it all off I find $35 of charges from the hotel of stuff I never used. I've never been so disrespected by a hotel in my life. Shady workers I highly recommend you don't stay here.

Lyxig lobby, fantastisk utsikt, stort rum med alla bekvämligheter och mycket professionell och trevlig personal. Frukostbuffet man kommer ihåg. 5 stjärnigt in i minsta detalj. 8 dollar + skatt för en liten flaska vatten i minibaren. Ligger högst upp på Nob Hill och i en stad känd för sina branta backar med väldigt få taxibilar blev det mycket tunga och långa promenader upp och nerför backarna.
Läget utmärkt mitt i stan nära shopping Städning undermålig och städerskan slängde av misstag en kasse med nyinköpta skor. det tog tre dagar att få ersättning från hotellet!!
Läget är utmärkt, sängen (King size) bekväm, och gymet var välutrustat jämfört med många hotellgym. Som på de flesta amerikanska hotell är frukosten extra och blir ganska dyr med dricks om man vill ha frukostbuffén. Internetuppkoppling ingår inte heller, och det var problem med att få internetuppkopplingen via WiFi att fungera. Lyckligtvis hade jag med mig lång ethernetkabel.
Av de tre hotell som vi bokat via Booking.com var Parc 55 Wyndham det dyraste och det sämsta! Hotellet har en stor outnyttjad potential. Vid incheckningen försökte personalen lura oss att ta ett sämre rum än vad vi bokat och fått bekräftat, mer än tre månader tidigare.Erbjudande var att byta rum efter första natten. Hotell personalen hade för mycket att göra vilket gjorde att vi inte fick checka in förrän flera timmar efter det som bekräftats, 17.00! Först när vi återkom fick vi bokat hotellrum på rätt våning. Business center med "all" utrustning hade bara två datorer kopplade till skrivarna, ståplats till hälften av datorerna, skanner saknades och inget papper i skrivarna! På de flesta hotell vi bott på under vår vistelse i USA har wifi varit gratis, det var därför förvånande att Parc 55 tar $ 12.95 för en medioker uppkoppling. En del skulle kalla det girigt!

Underbar personal överallt på hotellet. Bra känsla för service. Dom hade sjabblat bort vårt rum när vi skulle checka in men utan tvekan blev vi uppgraderade till hörnsvit utan extra kostnad

The room cleanliness and decor. Customer service-I had requested a 1 bed and they initially gave me a double. So we had to go change rooms. Then at 6am there's was a fire drill so everyone had to evacuate but the issue is that the staff never offered an apology.

I liked that we were in walking distance of the wharf and North Shore. A few blocks from the congestion of fisherman's wharf gave us some peace and quiet. We were able to sleep with the window's open without the noise from the streets or groups of people invading our space.
The service, location and amenities were incredible. Very comfy beds! Everything was perfect, except the shower would clogg a bit. Would definetly recommend
I booked Pier 2620 less than a month before my intended stay. It was cheap, just over $200 a night, but the location was pretty unbeatable and we didn't plan to spend much time in our room, so I figured it was good enough. Upon entering the lobby, we were already impressed. It was very clean, bright and fresh. We really loved our room. The decor is unique and industrial, but super cozy. We had a great time. The staff was so friendly and polite. I can't wait for my next visit to SF, I'll be looking to book here again.
Staff was great and the location was perfect. You can walk to many hot spots within 2-10 min Parking in the city is always a pain. But expected. Valet parking was $60.
The location and staff were wonderful. The gym was very nice. The hotel was clean. . For my purposes, it was perfect. The bathroom could use updating, but it was okay. I would NOT classify this as a romantic hotel. The Edison lamps were unique but not very effective as lighting.
Clean, renovated, stylish, friendly, with a perfect location. Not a the over priced dirty old hotel usually available for the price in the warf. I did not pick the hotel or we wouldn't have stayed in this area. I was WRONG. They've saved an old hotel from being an awful tourist trap. I was anticipating mushrooms growing on the carpets and paint from the 70's. But it was as clean as a Hampton in or Holiday in express I would usually use during the week for work. Location is at the end of the war so getting in and out of there was easy. It's also at the end of Columbus state getting into little Italy and over to China town were also simple. Again, I did not expect this clean of a room for that close to $200 in this area. Would stay here again if asked to. Charged for waters. Hotel elevator room card reader. In room AC could have worked better, but it was well enough that we didn't bother to complain. Not enough outlets. Though there are charging stations in the room, only 1 next to the bed and the other shut off when the TV was off. Stairwell doors all need new door closers. Bed looked lumpy but slept fine.
Jag tyckte att hotelet var hur bra som helst!! Personalen var jätte trevlig och väldigt tillmötesgående! Det var ett mycket bra läge om man vill hålla till nere vid just Fisherman´s Wharf, nära till båtarna till Alcatraz och Pir 39 som var helt underbar!! Tack för en underbar vistelse!! Tyckte att allting var mycket bra!!

Excellent location with great facilities in this hotel. It's really easy to travel to other famous sightseeings and restaurants in this area are really good. A little bit noise whether stay in high floor or in low floor, and the bathroom is too small for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel atrium remains spectacular. Great location in financial district, overlooking the bay, a walking distance from Fisherman's Wharf, but be aware that many restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel are closed on Sunday. Bathrooms are small and outdated. Overnight parking is $34.00.
The location couldn't be more convenient, just steps away from the Embarcadero BART station, and very close to everything off of Market and the Embarcadero. The hotel itself is large and strangely appointed in some ways in the lobby (huge sculptures, dated music, pods of work or social spaces set out in the midst of an overwhelming visual scale reminiscent of Soviet architecture). That said, the staff was so welcoming and pleasant, and the rooms are clean, new, and quite comfortable. I did not try room service, but everything I experienced was worth the very affordable rate. I'll be back.

The staff was awesome and we used the regency club for the first time. Glad we upgraded for it because we loved it! Overall a great stay! For the price that you pay, the gym should should have a more equipment.
Downtown you're close to everything and the hotel view was amazing. You're still downtown, so you walk out and it's a lot of homeless and the streets smell of urine, bad. The hotel staff is in no hurry for anything. Toom service took 1.5-2 hours and we even had a package delivered and they never bothered to bring it up. After three hours we told them forget it we'll get it ourselves. Cleaning staff is super nice. They were doing construction there so don't bother trying to nap during the day, because they were jack hammering the lobby. For the money I think there's better.
Steve, one of the staff members, was very friendly and helpful. Aside from that, nothing. Nearly everything. The rest of the staff seemed unimpressed with the hotel themselves and in fact mocked the hotel for intentionally using "false advertising" to lure customers into staying there. Upon arriving we received a "complimentary upgrade," which off the batt seemed wonderful, but once we entered the room we were appalled; we couldn't even imagine what our original room would have looked like. When I called down to complain about the striking difference from the pictures on the website the woman at the front desk replied that what I saw online was called "photoshop." The room was spacious, but empty; there was no headboard, safe or amenities. The hotel offered nothing, but rooms and was not the kind of place you looked forward to returning to at the end of a long day. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I would never return myself. For a couple hundred dollars more I could have stayed at the nicest hotel in San Francisco. This hardly ranks with the top hotels in the city, despite its high prices and false four star advertising online.

Jeffery was a great bartender showing professionalism with an intoxicated female needing assistance at the bar Urban tax fee is a shady charge that was not explained at check in, The fee is for bike rental and internet, yet the Wi fi was listed as free and you would be insane to ride a bike down the hills. I had to argue to get it removed.
Friendly staff, great location (walking distance to most attractions), comfy beds and updated overall. Needed spa after some gruelling walks (need to be fit to get around) or simply jump on cable cars outside hotel ;). Although We found city pricy, hotel food offerings were excessive to say the least (no room service either?)Management has to know within walking distance are some great options for meals that are easier on your wallet.

Location Mandatory "urban bundle fee" of $20+ per night, even if you don't use or want the services. Housekeeping was bad -- there was a half full highball glass in the hallway outside our room for our entire stay. When we arrived on a December evening the room temperature was set to 54 degrees with cold air blasting in. Overall not a friendly or welcoming environment, unfortunately.
While the yellow carpet in the halls is a bit dated and worn, the rest of the Stanford court is updated, quirky, and fun. The staff is great, and the location is only half a block from the top of nob hill. Great weekend escape.
The location is wonderful, the bed was good No one answered the valet parking phone three days in a row. No room service. A beer glass sat in the hallway for two days without being picked up. Kitschy "hipster" feel.
I liked the lady at check in helping resolve an issue with billing. Somehow, the hotel reservations people decided I should pay for an extra night when I had cancelled that night the previous week. The lady at check in was very helpful and was able to resolve the issue, but I was disappointed I had the issue in the first place. It was not clear to me why this happened. The room was nice - but quite expensive in my opinion.
The bed was very comfortable. The room was dark with the curtains pulled closed. I stayed at the Clift this past weekend with my wife for a "staycation" away from the Oakland grind we call our normal lives. A few concerns with the Clift Hotel. When we arrived we were unsure about how the valet worked since there are no signs or "red jackets" (they wear black). We had to circle the block and call to find out what the deal was. It's also expensive, $52+ tax per night. Once we were in the Hotel we were told that our room wasn't ready, which was completely fine since we arrived 3 hours prior to check in time. We happily checked our bag and went for a stroll around union square. The problem is that the woman at the counter said we should expect a phone call with in the hour when our room was ready. We waited the hour and then another hour. No call. We then returned to the Hotel at 3pm and were told by the same women that it "should be ready within the hour."This would take us up to check in time...Finally at 4pm we complained and a manager upgraded us to a Jr. Suite and promptly gave us the keys. Sales Training: under promise and over deliver, not the other way around. Finally we arrive in our room and its pretty nice. It was on the 15th floor and the view was pretty urban SF high life. We were happy. The tub and painted surfaces were chipping and sup par. apparently this room costs $450+ per night, If I paid that I expect a little more attention to detail and quality. We dined at the Velvet Room, the Hotel's restaurant. We were offered a cold and breezy table next to the hallway leading to the bar but were happily seated in a lovely booth when we requested that. Dinner was delicious. The Redwood Room, their high shelf bar, is always crowded and all seating is reserved for $350+ bottle service. The common areas are nice, warm, and cozy. The room is three star. The overall experience is ok, we'll try another place next month and report back.

The room and hallways where dark, the bathrooms are in bad shape (old and rusty), the tv was small and didn't have on demand. It used to be THE PLACE TO STAY in SF... Not anymore...needs a remodel urgently.
The staff and location were both excellent, the bar is also fun (and the reason I knew about the hotel to begin with). There sure are a lot of interesting chairs around! Room service was prompt and the food was tasty. The bed is comfortable and the rooms have pretty good noise control. The rooms are in dire need of updating. We stayed in a studio so the size was good, but things just seemed old. The walls needed touch up paint, the bathtub was peeling (about a 10'' section was missing plaster), the grout was stained, the hair dryer must be from 1985, the thermostat is old making it hard to control room temperature, the faucet was probably really awesome 20 years ago, but now it is difficult to get it in the "off" position, not good in a state experiencing a drought.
Superb location right in the heart of San Francisco's Union Square area, excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. Beautifully decorated room that was quiet and serene. Standard room king was quite small. No room for more than a couple.

Great vibe in the hotel bar. Room service was slow, found a hair in my food, ordered a Coke three times and never got it, was provided with only a comforter and fitted sheet on my bed, food wasn't very good.
The location was very convienent. I chose to park down the street and save $30 for over night parking. Nice pillows and comfy bed. This hotel is really small the room was giving me an allegric reactions I could not breath, until we forced the window open. The shower curtain and shower smelled really bad. That was gross. I will not be staying here again.

The views were gorgeous! I wish it had a pool, or at least a hot tub, or steam room. I could hear through the walls...other guests etc. It was noisy.

The staff was wonderful. My granddaughter was able to do her studies while I was in class. She was able to do this while looking out a window at the beautiful scenery thanks to the nice people we met while we ate breakfast. I thought the staff was great along with the great training I had for my business. I would like to stay there again. It was hard to drive to because the roads were being worked on. It took us a little longer to arrive than I had planned.

All the hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and accomodating. The Wifi at the hotel was very spotty. It was in and out and made it difficult to use my laptop in the room.
Nice rooms. Polite staff. Nice bathrooms. Everything worked without an issue. At Reservation, called the 800 number. I was told they only had two suites available. No rooms. Two minutes later, I went on Kayak and booked two rooms with no issue. Service was in no way exceptional. It was a little irritating that bell desk couldn't get cab. Food/bar is terrible Surcharge for internet access is ludicrous

Very friendly staff, great service. The access to Equinox is fabulous! Prime, prime location--the best!! In-room dining is awful. I had breakfast twice, and was severely disappointed at the outrageous price for the poor, poor quality of every aspect of the food--coffee is burnt and thick like mud, toast burnt, side vegetables unbelievably expensive with NO quality. The fresh orange juice is good. And that's it. Otherwise, the hotel is just wonderful.
We liked the location the most, right at the corner of Union square and a block away from Chinatown, the Hop on/Hop off bus had a few stops around Union square. The staff was always friendly, the fruit and water we received upon arrival and the turn down service every night are also nice touches. Housekeeping was attentive. Upon arrival our room didn't smell really fresh, but couldn't say it was dirty. The windows can be opened however, so you can let fresh air in. The closet space is really small, but we didn't mind taking the clothes out of our suitcases. We thought the room was quite small, but maybe that was because we just came from a hotel suite in Vegas. You could also hear all the street noise (windows closed) and the neighbours easily, it seems the walls are thin. When housekeeping knocked on the door of the room next to us, it sounded like they knocked on our door.

The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is top-notch. Even though the lobby is small that is insignificant since no one goes to a hotel to hang out in the lobby. The beds are very comfortable and the room is turned down every night.
I loved how the hotel is located in a convenient area; we easily jumped on a cable car to Fishermans Wharf. The staff was professional and helpful. This hotel is a true 5 star luxury hotel. nothing. It was fantastic!
