It was my first time to Seoul and the front desk professionals made sure my stay was comfortable and informative about the many shopping and tour options available. They also advised me about the convenient airport limousine schedule as well and the shopping that was still opened during Chuseok. I really enjoyed my stay and will return again. I wanted business cards done and they made every effort to accommodate as much as they can but unfortunately they were closed during the long holiday weekend. The cafe next door the Paul Bassett cafe had the best espresso macchiato ever as well as the attention to detail expected from a fine coffee artisans. Overall my stay from check-in and check-out was a breeze and I must suggest that if any guest takes the Yangjae subway to enter and exit #2 to walk back to the hotel. It would have been helpful to get my orientation sorted out in advance without having to go exit safely across the other side. I also noticed that the busy street was nosy and luckily I had ear plugs! I would recommend that each guest receive ear plugs and reminder to enter/exit 2 from Yangjae Station. You can use T-money cards to use the subway and taxis, they can be purchased at the convenience stores and when uploading requires local cash in Korean Won. I rate this gem as a five star boutique hotel with one of the guest professionals to ensure that your stay is comfortable and memorable. Thank you Hotel Peyto for a wonderful stay.

Near public transit, comfortable, fantastic shower, super helpful staff. Surprisingly comfy and cozy given the relatively small space.
Nothing. It was very noisy and uncomfortable stay. This hotel is not a place for a tourist at all.
TV. Bathroom: the drain in the bathroom was dirty. It has a lot of moisture built up and residue. The shower foor was clean but the outer rim was not. Damage to tile and walls. Living Area: the area is very small and damaged. The ceiling tiles were broken and you could see the drain pipes and electrical equipment. The walls had extensive wear and tear. This hotel looks great on the outside. You do not get value for the money spent. I am very displeased with my experience and will not be returning. I tried to cancel my reservation after check in and they said it was non-refundable. I highly recommend visually inspecting all rooms before purchase. I rate this hotel as a 2 star, not 4.
comfirt and homestay feeling there is no cleanness to be done in the last day. quite disappointed.
convenient location, everything was close by restaurants,convenient store open 24 hours. traveling with many children,having a washing machine in a room was helpful. I think T.V and refrigerater is old and outdated ,especially inside of fridge was formed with ice,they had to use the tools to break ice .
The hotel is sort of family hotel, with a small kitchen and washing machine. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and one supermarket with 100m. It takes around 5 mins from hotel to Gang Nam station. The bath and face towel are with a little pan-yellow color. There is no cleaning service on Sunday.
They claimed that they have mistakenly put out a price lower than it should be when I booked the room. They called me and demanded that I cancel the reservation. I said I will talk to booking.com when they call me. When I checked online later, it was a non-refundable room that I cannot cancel even if I decided to do them a favor. The day time staff was rude when he thought I spoke Korean (I look Asian), but when I spoke English he became a different person. This is Korea and he looks down on people who speak only Korean? Weird hotel.
