Resenärer måste uppfylla kraven för inresevisum för att få besöka Förenade Arabemiraten. Medborgare från Förenade Arabemiraten är undantagna från att göra COVID-19 PCR-testet innan de avgår från ursprungslandet till Dubai. De kommer att testas vid ankomsten till Dubai. Resor till Dubai.Resekrav för Dubai-invånare: Beroende på resenärernas UAE-visum måste de ansöka till antingen GDRFA eller ICA för godkännande att återvända. Resenärer som är innehavare av uppehållstillstånd i Dubai måste ha godkännande från General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA). Resenärer som har visum från alla andra emirat utanför Dubai, måste få inresetillstånd från de federala myndigheterna. Alla resenärer som anländer till Dubai från var som helst, (inklusive GCC-länder) måste ha ett medicinskt intyg med ett negativt COVID-19 PCR-testresultat utfärdat inom 72 timmar före avresa. Negativa COVID-19-certifikat måste skrivas ut på engelska eller arabiska. Inga handskrivna, SMS eller digitala certifikat accepteras. Barn under 12 år och resenärer med svår eller måttlig funktionshinder är undantagna från PCR-testet. Förenade Arabemiratens regering har specificerat utsedda laboratorier . Alla resenärer kan antingen använda de rekommenderade laboratorierna i listan eller pålitliga och certifierade laboratorier i hemlandet för att erhålla ett COVID-19 PCR-test. Resenärer som flyger från Indien, Pakistan eller Bangladesh måste dock få sitt certifikat från ett av de laboratorier som anges i det utsedda laboratoriedokumentet för att accepteras på flygningen. Vid ankomst måste alla resenärer ladda ner och registrera sina uppgifter i Covid-19 appen COVID-19 DXB (iOS) - (Android). Resenärer måste ha en medicinsk reseförsäkring med internationell täckning som täcker COVID-19 innan de reser. Resenärer måste underteckna en deklaration för att bära alla kostnader för karantän och behandling och fylla i ett hälsodeklarationsformulär innan avresa som bekräftar att de inte visar COVID-19-symtom. Telekomleverantörer har olika luckor i ankomst-PCR-testzonerna, så att ett SIM-kort för Förenade Arabemiraten kan köpas, om det behövs. Resenärer måste ladda ner appen ALHOSN.
Vid ankomsten till alla flygplatser i Förenade Arabemiraten gäller stränga restriktioner för inresa, vilka kan omfatta, men inte begränsas till, ett hälsovårdsmyndighetsgodkänt COVID-19 PCR-test vid ankomsten, obligatorisk karantänperiod, vanligtvis genom självisolering på en privat adress om lämpligt, eller ett hotell eller en statlig anläggning, i minst 14 dagar, och uppföljning av tester innan du kan slutföra karantänen. När karantänperioden är avslutad måste du fortsätta att följa alla åtgärder som Förenade Arabemiraten vidtagit för att förhindra spridning av COVID-19. Krav på karantän i Abu Dhabi: Resenärer från ett av de "gröna" länderna, regionerna och territorierna kommer att undantas från karantänperioden. Vid ankomsten måste de ta ett andra test och självisolera tills resultaten av detta test har mottagits. I am of relatively normal (althletic) build not overweight or unusually tall etc. They initially told me there were no other free seats so I ended up sat on the floor. Turns out there were free seats. They lied."

Kayak team said its not their responsibility and forwarded me to Web jet. We called emirates directly but they said since we booked tickets via Web jet they will be able to help. So we called Web jet and they charged a hefty 250-300$ extra to what Emirates would have charged for difference in pay. They said its basically the processing fee. We were disappointed as the reason for postponing was not in our hands, and the fact that kayak passed the buck to Web jet in dealing with the issue. If we had bought our tickets directly from Emirates the process would have been very smooth."

It's one thing to be uncomfortably warm on a flight; it's another thing when the flight crew lies to you. Further, I was not the only one to request that the temperature be reduced. This made an 11 hour flight particularly miserable."

From Chicago I used my ticket and say SWISS staff what my son will have trip only from Moscow. I paid for 2 tickets around $1700. Today when we should have trip back to USA, SWISS company said what ticket for my son do not exsist. And I spent for new ticket 220000 rubles about $3600. Nobody in SWISS company do not said me what my tocket for son canceled. I am shoked !!!"

Instead of sprinting through the airport, a man was waiting for us immediately outside the plane. He got our luggage right from the cargo, drove us to another man who stamped our passports, and then drove us to the plan just in time for takeoff. It was incredible service and everyone was super friendly. We so appreciated them making sure we caught our connecting flight!"

There is no possible way for anyone who isn't seriously sedated to sleep or even sit for any extended period of time in what amount to slightly cushioned coffins. I literally spent an hour in the toilet trying to fall asleep because at least in there I had room to extend my legs. At least in there I could actually breathe (the ventilation system is totally inadequate for anyone sitting near the windows and results in horribly stuffy and uncomfortable air.)"

What about handicap travel? Swiss????"

Minus: "The seats decline fairly far back into the next seat. As a result, some of the passengers got agitated if they do not go with the flow and decline like dominoes. Both legs of the flight we had the people seated behind us kicking and shoving our seats. One gentleman was kicking my seat for a couple hours and made a scene on the outgoing flight. The stewardess addressed the gentleman and explained that I had to decline my seat because the seat in front of me was declined. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me, so every time the gentleman kicked me, it not only hurt my back, but my knees. The couple behind us on the return flight jumped the line to get onto the flight, kept kicking our seats and then pretended they did not understand when we asked that they stop. I think the pilot should address the issue upfront so this toddler like behavior does not go on. I am not sure if it is common behavior, but not something I have experienced on an American carrier."

När väl ute fanns bara 1 service desk till hela planet, jag kunde åka hem och sova och skita i vouchers men de som behövde hotell lär ha väntat halva natten. Det enda som var ok var att de svarade snabbt på telefon följande morgon - men meddelade inte som man sagt den nya bokningen via sms eller mail!"
Minus: "The handle of the pull-stick that slides into the suitcase was broken off with the pull-stick sticking out of the TUMI suitcase. Used a pen point to release it and get it back into the suitcase. No handle so it was impossible to drag the suitcase. The ground personnel representing Swiss Air at the Boston Baggage carousel was a novice, had never filled out a baggage claim form before. Told me they would phone me. I am a bit skeptical about this claim. Not sure if it was Swiss Air of the local ground personnel who damaged the suitcase."

One of my worst experiences and rest assured if I’m given a chance I will never choose Lufthansa again."

So, this means that I am still in Germany which is not the worst place in the world to be stuck, especially because my parents live here. Plus: "Almost nothing was enjoyable about the overseas Lufthansa flights I took. This particular flight, however, did not make me sick like the initial Lufthansa flight to Europe. I also appreciated that the crew asked the passengers in front of me to put their seats up during meals."
Minus: "The overseas Lufthansa flights have the least space of all the flights and trains I took throughout my trip, including other Lufthansa flights within Europe. The bathrooms were more cramped and fewer in number for an overbooked flight, boarding was disorganized and delayed, the passengers in front of me put their seats all the way back for most of the flight, and seriously, just a few more inches of space would make these long flights 104% better. I think everyone would be happier to fly on less awful planes, including the poor crew who has to deal with miserable passengers."
