Readonable price, but you will have to pay 22 extra gor parking each night Parking fee, no continental breakfast
The location was good with only a 20 minute walk to the LA Convention Center and Staples Center. Food and dining options were prevalent within short drives. The hotel was clean and quiet. The hotel was very overpriced for the level of accommodations. It was over $400/night during the week for a fairly small room and some dated decor and layout. We could have paid slightly more to stay at the JW Marriott which is more high-end and literally next to the convention center and Staples Center. The comforters on the bed were very uncomfortable from the heat but the room was also cold. My travel companion and I both woke up in sweats and found it difficult to sleep well.
The way the room door was so crowded it was hard to even get the suitcases in the room; the bathroom door seemed to open the wrong way, and overall the room felt very cramped, in need of a design overhaul.
It's a quite cheap hotel with frigo, microwave and hairdryer it's a bit noisy and breakfast it's really simple
Friendly staff at reception. Liked associated diner. Room serviced nicely.
Very nice great breakfast! Neighborhood a little rough
Easy parking - Lousy breakfast, staff quality not consistent, some were really unfriendly. DOn't take room 110, quite noisy in the early morning as it is right beside the laundry room where many staff gather to chat & do their work.
I was glad to be able to use internet in my room free of charge. The place was quiet and close to town where I needed to go. There were quite a few restaurants and fast food in the area. Free parking. Ok breakfast although basic. The hotel is not in the best area despite the fact that it is near a university campus, I would not walk around after dark.
They had tea and fruit in the morning We had a terrible experience.
Convenient location to USC There were a bunch of small ants in the sink area and the shower, and even a few on the table in the room. Never what you want to see in your hotel room! There were a few large red stains on the carpet. The shower faucet leaked. It took a very long time to check-in because the sole worker was chatting it up with two other guests, making we wait well they gabbed like old friends.
Location was awesome. Only a mile away from the Los Angeles Sports Arena and Coliseum, and right next to the Shrine. Rooms were clean and the staff was very chill. It's practically a motel 6, it has the same kind of layout as one. Very basic and parking was very limited (we only had 1 spot per room on Halloween night). I don't think it's as crowded or expensive on non-holidays, but we were able to find free parking on nearby streets.
The staff gave good service by printing out bus routes and times for me plus telling me about 'The Grove' which wasn't in my guide book. he had the time to look things up on the net which was most helpful! the simple breakfast, tasty but unhealthy
The staff were very friendly and helpful The breakfast is served in the reception area with no place to sit down . Very crowded in the mornings!
The owners and the staff were extremely friendly and caring. The location was not ideal for my purposes. I think if someone is looking for a place to crash for a night between flights/doesn't mind being in the hood this place is great. I didn't feel unsafe personally, but I am from Detroit and I've seen worse.
Nothing I almost died from the bleach smell.Hit me soon as I walked in.Cutvon air and opened window and still couldn't breathe. Shower looked like Pepto Bismol threw up.The remote control to tv had disgusting grime.light switch's ALL were dirty

Very clean rooms. Parking on site, not on street so safe parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Travel a lot for work and this motel is in my top 3 best motel. Nothing wrong with this motel.
For the price? For the price I believe it was worth it. One night. Checked in at 11PM and left around 8AM. Longer than that I probably wouldn't have been able to handle it. I did not like the customer/guest service presented by workers. It was very awkward for my friend and I. When I showered my friend said that he grabbed a paper towel and threw out a roach that he saw.
This hotel is far away from downtown LA, I rode the bus and it took me45 minutes to get there, I like nothing about the place, beside the TV,when I got to figure it out, the carpet is clean those are the onlytwo thing I tolerate nothing-else I did not like the room, it felt dinky, with an old torn chair that itches my hand when I rest my hand on it, the blanket on the bed felt unclean, it just did not felt like a hotel motel room,I wanted to find another hotel the minute I got there
It was close to where I needed to be those 2 days. Location was sketchy, but close to 24-hour buses on Vermont. Given this was last-minute,it was very good for the price. Room was really small.
It is clean and quiet! There were some scavengers going through the dumpster when I arrived, but they did not approach me at all.
I had a terrible experience. I didn't like anything. The host was very rude to me and my two small children. He even tried to force me to go to another hotel. We are a blended family and he seemed to have an issue with that. It was very late and he forced us to stand outside in the cold. Terrible area.
The management was great and really helpful. We enjoyed the stay there. They helped us in all ways possible. Mino

It is very convenient for the price and the host was very understanding. The room was great and comfortable. The shower doesn't work, I had to use a little cup to take a bath.
Very honest caring staff. They caught an over charge on my card and refunded it without asking. They were considerate people not the best location - you are among homeless people, litter etc. But I didnt not feel in danger. The water did not get hot enough for me in shower. would have liked lamps on the tables instead of just overhead light. Might go again, price it right
Didn't care for the area but had the best price
It was clean and no smoke (cigarette) order. Everything in the room was in good working condition. No barrier to outside noise. If you are light sleeper you need ear plugs. No information to local amenities provided. TV channel has porn site that is not protected.
The room looked clean, had a nice painting on the ceiling, and was very close to the Exposition Park, which was where we needed to be all weekend. The staff was very rude, hardly any parking, the bed was uncomfortable, and if you wanted new towels you had to walk down and switch them out yourself.
Motel manager arranged something after I made a mistake with the booking (and charged the same initial price). Has cameras around the block. Basic room needs tidied everyday (bed, sink, toilet, bath, table) Relatively close to Downtown Los Angeles. The neighborhood isn't safe. Don't go out alone at night. The room still had dust on some of the furniture (head of the bed, behind the TV, under the sink counter)
There is not enough parking for the number of rooms. I had to go and buy toilet paper for the room cause there was none and I couldn't find anyone to get me a toll Then around 11pm to midnight the manager comes and knocks on my door to ask me to move my truck over which I parked in the handicap (van assessable) He wanted to use the part of the van assessable to parked is that spot is against the ada.
I cant say that I enjoyed any of it. We did stay 2 days and it was rough. I'm not sure I did my homework on it well enough. I don't think it was kid friendly. Extreme porn was on 24/7 on one channel. We had to make sure kids never went near the TV. There was a black Light in the room..not sure why..
No towels and there were bugs
It was close to the person I was visiting. There was no refrigerator in the room or ice machine to get ice.
There was no carpet on the ground, it was wooden floor. The location was not good. Would not accomodated to move me to first floor. Checked me in even though I was under 21 and the policy was no one under 21. Very rude and not understanding. Would not negotiate anything nor give a refund.
Clean room, good mattress, feels safe despite the neighborhood, that doesn't seem so great, parking right in front of the room staff friendly and helpfull for the purpose of being at the airport in time in the morning --- perfect!! I would give it another try for a few days of sightseeing - when all you need is a place to sleep for the night shower was cleaned, but old - some things don't simply come clean after time :/ shower didn't drain too good -----however, the room seemed to be newly renovated, so hopefully the bathroom will be next ;)
Service, hospitality, spacious rooms Wifi can improve, was not able to connect for most part of the time and when got connected it was too slow.
The staff when I checked in were nice. Bad location, drug dealers, prostituion going on in rooms, dirty sheets, loud rooms, cigarette smell, staff would not give me a discount upon checkout. Knowing what I do now, I wouldn't stay here for $15, let alone $55!
Very dirty, the price does not match with the quality
This motel wasn't as bad as I thought it would be for the location. I might consider staying there again. The price was reasonable. The only thing I noticed on my stay was small roaches in the bathroom. If that issue get fixed it would be the ideal place for a quiet in and out.
Terrible!!!! The clerks service was ridiculous! The room didnt have keys. Front desk buzzed me in which i didnt feel comfortable with them having access like that. I didnt know checkout time was at 10. so my door buzzed and rushed me out of the room
Very clean and well decorated rooms The owner told me I couldnt have a visitor in my room under any circumstance. I had arranged for my business associate to meet me and was hassled for him attempting to meet with me in the room. They should have disclosed the no visitors policy online.
The air conditioning should be installed somewhere else. It can not be right above your head when you sit at the desk trying to get things done. Besides, water drips from the AC.
Nothing Actually, I did not like anything about this hotel. Bad location, difficult to drive in or out of the parking lot, very noisy, no hair dryer, no iron, no clock, refrigerator was falling apart, TV was very small and hung too high on the wall.
The room had a bad smell. The sheets were dirty, with hair on the bed.. The lication is horrible! Dont go to this motel!! Gang war next door at this weekend. (Was even in the newspaper!) We felt very unsave! Worst motel ever. And way too expensive!
I enjoyed it more than expected. We just needed a bed to sleep. I lived in LA before and worried about the street. My husband wanted to change when we arrived. She gave us an upgrade to king bed and room for same price to stay. It is newly renovated. The location is horrible. The hotel itself is simple and clean. The new owner also saves your car space in the lot when you leave. My husband enjoyed the cable better than any room he has had before. Inside I forgot about location. They make up for it.
Price wasn't too bad. No shampoo, no hair dryer, only two pillows, and very uncomfortable bed.
