nice spacious rooms breakfast assortment
Big & comfortable rooms, and good breakfast
It's a very nice 4 star hotel. close to metro and price is reasonable. The wall between each rooms are too thin, you can hear conversation from next door.
It is not located in the center, but very close to the Metro station (<100m)
Very clean, friendly staff
Buffet breakfast Various items did not work properly. Leaking pipes under sink, shower leaked and made puddles on floor, hair dryer made annoying clicking sound when not in use, wireless Internet was poor, and most of the staff did not seem to care.
Everything - it was great No
I liked the location. It was very convenient to the metro station (Cuatro Caminos) and a grocery store. The room was spacious and had a lot of storage space. The breakfast was also very good each morning. The bathroom configuration was not the best. We were in room 208. It was very awkward that the toilet was so close to one of the sinks. (This was not the case in the first junior suite that we checked into - room 201 I think. We moved because the internet connection was poor in that room.) Internet was slightly better in 208, but still not great. Room 201 had just one sink in the bathroom, but was not so cramped. The closets were also even bigger in 201. So, if you get a junior suite, make sure it is on the 201 side of the building.
The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful and the location is just 10 minutes from Sol using the metro. Very satisfied! Absolutely nothing was wrong!
cleaness, comfort and service very good.
