I stayed here because I was working late & didn't feel I could drive home, which is more than an hour away. I checked in at 4:AM & had arranged to check out around 1:PM. It seems that the cleaning staff did not look at the notes in the computer for my eventual check out and on 2 different occasions, one at 9:AM & the other at 10:AM, they attempted to gain entry into the room to clean, I suppose, and the door made a tremendous noise as I had put the security latch on it. This was quite disturbing, having been woken up twice. Check the computers!
Front desk was friendly. Room was clean, coffee in the room was good, great bay view and I didn't get out much but the location seemed perfect to me! How the snack bar was out in the open tempting you but all of it was for a fee, it should be locked up unless I request for it to be opened. Can't imagine what parents with children go through to keep them from munching.
Very clean, modern, and luxurious.
Valet yelled at me because I was never charged. I even asked the front desk why I was not billed. Turns out they spelled my name wrong and were not able to bill my room. I don't think that I should have been reprimanded for their spelling error.
The staff was very accommodating, outgoing and friendly. Upon arriving early we had to wait for a room, no big deal, check-in wasn't until 3pm. For the inconvenience we were given a free wi-fi code. The code never worked. I would have been discouraged to buy the wi-fi and then not have it work. On Saturday night, our room which faced West, could hear loud party/club music until after 2am. It may have gone longer but that's when we finally fell asleep. The tv was old, outdated and did not work well. The channel was stuck on the "movie" channel, however it would not let us select/rent any of the movies.
Great location in Brickell. Close to Metromover and the bay. Rooms start on 16 so you definitely have a view. The Bar@25 is awesome. Priced for the view, but you won't find it anywhere else. The lobby is on the 25th floor, but the guest rooms were below so you need to use a different elevator to get to them. The carpetting was dirty in the halls. The reqding lights in the room were old and only some of them worked. The radio was old and not compatible with newer iphones.
Room was nice and staff were very helpful. What is the deal with the parking? Parking lot in the building as well as other structures surrounding the building were all empty yet they were charging $30 a night to park. Don't understand how this is a thing.
The view from the bar (25th floor) was stunning, the rooms are well kept, and the hotel overall was very clean The bellhop left our luggage pieces on the cart at the entrance and never brought them up (we went down and got them), it costs $30/day to self-park (no in-and-out privileges, so more if you leave/come back), while the map shows it close to the water the closest beach is a 15 minute car ride away, and the rooms and bathrooms felt a little dated/worn
Restaurant service has to improve
Amazing staff, great dinning
Front Desk staff made great accommodation for my early arrival and made quite sure I was well taken care of. Restuarant breakfast of Corned Beef Hash & Eggs was spectacular.
The service at four seasons is exceptional in every area. An amazing experience. Everything was perfect
The hotel was very luxurious, mable lobbies, marble bathrooms. Beautiful views of Miami bay. One could have lived in the bathoon it was so big and plush. The room service menu was expensive, however we were not too surprised at this as the hotel was definately upmarket & luxurious
Professional and courteous staff, wonderful bedlinens, large well- equipped bathrooms, extremely quiet hotel. Outside a large, nicely warm pool. Remember this is not a beach hotel, you are among the skyscraper financial buildings on Brickell Av but the service is outstanding as are the views and there are plenty of good restaurants/cafes in the area.
Location is excellent. Hotel is located walking distance from great restaurants and shopping. Located in the heart of Brickell. We checked in on Thursday for a special birthday "stay-cation". I was under the impression that this was a five star facility, but the room we were placed in and the service we received was far from five star quality. Within hours of our check in, the bathroom sink clogged up. My husband and i went to dinner and asked for maintenance to come to our room while we were gone. When we returned, it appeared that someone had come to fix it. However, within 30 minutes, the sink was clogged up again. We called the front desk and at 11:15 p.m. two maintenance men came into our room with a shot-vac to attempt to fix the problem. A shot-vac. At this point, the proper thing to do would have been for the hotel to offer to switch our rooms. Instead, we bore the sound of the vacuum and the maintenance crew for about 15 minutes. When one of the maintenance men was done, he said he would be back up in 30 minutes to see if it was fixed. It was almost 11:30 p.m. at this point! My husband told him not to bother returning. Not shockingly, in the morning the sink was still not working and now the toilet was backing up. I was appalled and embarrassed that I had booked this hotel for my husband's birthday. I went to the front desk to check out and aired my grievances. I spoke to a supervisor/manager that was there. He offered us a free breakfast that I said we would accept but then the manager took it back and said, "Well, actually it's past breakfast time." He offered to give us drinks at the bar instead. I could not have walked out fast enough. I was SO disappointed with this experience and spent the rest of the weekend trying to make it up to my husband (who has been ever-patient)!
rooms were nice, comfortable, location was good for what we were doing Found what appeared to be a pubic hair in our room service food. We did not eat the food and would not eat in the restaurant. We both stepped on glass shards while sitting at the pool. We brought it to the attention of the spa staff who shrugged it off..
The construction of the shower lead to water pooling up at the shower door and seeping out into the bathroom.
The service was amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the valet to the gift shop clerk were all about service. N/a
Great Staff, great view, very clean, i mean they clean the rooms twice a day, the staff is the best part of this hotel. Will stay there 100000 more times. The food and parking are not cheap, $40 per day just to park and the breakfast will cost u some $$. Needs a fridge in the room, it's miami.
Nice ambience and services. Excellent food.
The room was spacious with open bathroom; the balcony was great and the design nice and calm. the room service is not 24/7, the spa was closed for refurbishment
Even though looking from the outside the building looks kind of old, its inside view looks amazing, as the rooms and hallways.
Very nice rooms and staff were great. View from rooms was also very nice.
The gym the view the food and drinks and the poolside service was spectacular. Late maid service.
The staff was mostly helpful and always had a smile on their face. The lobby is among the most beautiful spaces I have ever seen in a hotel The rooms are clean and spacious Love the pool and jaqcuzzi. The man made beach was a nice touch You definitely pay for what you get. Expect to lay out a pretty penny Pool side service was a little spotty. At one point my wife and I had to wait 15 min for a towel and chairs despite the area being fairly empty (this was after speaking with two staff members) on another occasion we waited 20 min for someone to ask for our orders. There was a stain on the seating area in the room. Do not know what it was, however definitely expect more from a hotel of this caliber. Our view from the room was absolutely gorgeous, but the balcony was too small to fit chairs on. Note this appears to be only on a small section of rooms so be weary about this.
We were impressed by the service, which is really outstanding. The beach island is really nice, it's a pitty there is no entrance in water. The view is great. The food was average. We had few dinners at the hotel and it was quite expensive, but so-so.
It was very quiet and safe
Clean and comfortable. No lobby staff after 11pm. No one on location will answer your call after 11pm. Answering service can't do anything.
Good Location in Miami's Brickell District. This place SUCKS. Our reservation was cancelled without notice, and they moved us to new hotels twice. Then told us we had not paid, even though we paid in full with CC 3 months in advance. Every time we passed through the lobby there was a new customer with a major problem, receiving no help. Once I reached out to corporate, the situation began to improve, but not without MUCH arguing and hassle. The service is beyond terrible. The employees are largely completely clueless, helpless and don't communicate with you, or each other. The rooms are just barely passable. Cheap construction, cheap beds, poor sheets, and no services whatsoever. No cleaning, no gym, nada. Again, this place SUCKS. Don't stay here unless you're completely out of options. Get a VRBO or Air BnB in the same area. This is the only time I'll be visiting an Extended Stay America, ever.
Terrible service of front desk staff and mechanician to fix the equipment and receive customer who had phisycally difficulty in bad atmosphere of the room
This hotel had a surprising nice lobby and pool that made me wish I had built in time for lounging poolside and enjoying a cocktail. The free cocktail ticket received at check-in was a nice perk not offered by most hotels. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet - no noisy maids or slamming doors in the hallways. The location is great - very accessible for Brickell business environment. 25 minute mid-day taxi ride to/from the airport.
We found the staff and facilities to be excellent - very clean and well equipped rooms, and good restaurant and leisure facilities
The big number. Convenient for children. An excellent view from the window.
Security, The fact that I had to stay in the lobby to use the computer (internet), and my son did not sleep well because the sofa bed was very very thin, not confortable at all
Staff was friendly. Deli was open late night/early morning, which was nice. The room had a bad odor. No TV in the bedroom. Had no hot water my second day, so I had to call maintenance. Pool was closed.
It is a tough choice about which is best, the service from the desk or the quality of the suite, both were A+ quality. I would have rather parked my own car, yet this service was also top notch.
2 rooms plus a living room wuth kitchen kitchen without kookware and cutlery
The staff were very helpful, the rooms were of a good size, comfortable & adequate for our stay. The morning breakfast that was provided was very good. We also had evening dinner at the hotel restaurant during our stay. There was good variety with the food & was well priced.
Big size suite Cleanliness was wery bad.
It's position in the city. I suggest to work on the front desk staff. They can be more kind and helpful with customers.
Apartment was spacious, housekeeping did decent job of cleaning even though we had to call once or twice for extra towels. Location was great, downtown/ Brickell area with a lot of restaurants and bars close by. Nice kitchen. Nice balcony. The staff was responsive when we needed them. The beds were terrible, I slept in the bed a couple nights then slept on the couch the rest of the stay. Beds had no cushion just felt like sleeping on springs half the time. The couch was more comfortable. No way i could have slept the whole week on the bed without having back issues. Had to pay for parking $25/day and they tried to charge for a week even though we returned the rental car the day after we got there. They did take it off the bill though.
Every thing was great
It suited our plans being near to the cruise terminal Not ythat easy to find
Practicality, functionality, good location, familiar, comfortable and spacious. Excellent staff, very friendly and attentive, we did two more reserves. One suggestion we make is to improve the quality of the mattress. Could be better.
the room was really big with all the services provided, big tv, washing machine, drier, and also very clean. The room provided had a better view because we used booking.com (thanks booking!). There is a publix just one block away, a gas station an a walgreens (pharmacy). As we went with our baby, having a publix nearby was really helpful. internet wasnt working properly (just to say something), but we didnt complain with the staff about it, because we didnt care too much (i think it was because we where in the 7floor)
It was basically a one bedroom apartment with a huge bedroom. It was a beautiful room and I'd definitely recommend it and I'd definitely visit again. A dvd player would have been the cherry on top. There was no Iron in the supply closet. Other than this, I had all the comforts of home and then some.
Very clear, convenient and spacious habitat approximately 300 m from metro station (Metromover) 10 minutes from downtown. The kitchen equipment is very good (but I am a man).
it's an appartement, you are on your own, you have all brand new applicances to cook and a supermarket at a 5 min walk. The Metromover 5 min walk aswell Hard to find
The location was great The bed in the first room we stayed in was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. There was also no alarm clock and we had an early morning trip scheduled the next day. The 2nd room we slept in had a severe mold problem on the wood floor in the bathroom. The smell was terrible and the room was so toxic we had to keep the patio door open all the time.
it's in the center of Brickel, you can move anywhere not necessarily by car, you can walk, very close to restaurants. no cleaning service and parking expensive.
It was amazing to live on the 39th floor and see the ocean from behind the skyscrapers. The hotel is located in a condo building right in the middle of the downtown, across the bay from Mandarin Oriental. It means that it is far from beaches, restaurants and nightlife. Our studio was extremely worn down: a very noisy air conditioner, stains of mould in the bathroom, leaking taps - a sorry sight in general. We only stayed one night and paid 79$ for it, so it was ok in the final reckoning.
reasonable, good location & great pools
The place was nice, big, pretty clean and the balcony was huge and had a great view. Would stay again for the price and location. It was pretty close to Bicentennial Park. There was no room service and had a hard time getting in contact with the repesenitives so if I needed anything there was no way of getting it from them. The parking garage was horrible cuz it took a very long time to get down the nerrow bends at every coner. The higher you were the longer it took to get down to the first floor by car.
The premisses of the apartment itsel are very good, the view is great as well as the location. The cleaningness was below poor adn the request to perform minimum arrangements were deceively avoided. A quick cleaning service was promissed twice and never performed, I was even tried to lie about it having been made. A delivery of a package was denied at recpetion causing severe problems regardless of such being advised 3 times in advance. There no reception or services available, not even at a minimum level.
Very nice, kind, lovely, respectful and good manager, Mr Alfredo ... He is the best.
Staff ready to help me any time and very polite, very clean and beautiful view this is personal but the room in 38th floor very scary for me
comprehensive furniture and appliance. The floor wasn't clean enough.
The pool area. Did not respect the details of our booking. Had to show the booking because they were not accepting us.
Nothing Nothing the room. Toilet did not work. TV www in and out and no wake up calll Late to my meeting. Waste of money
Clean room, friendly staff, nice happy hour/bar environment. decor is a bit tacky... But maybe just not my style..
Good staff but a place for younger people. No families. Feels a bit like a super nice hostel. Staff is nice, cleaning and service people are great and super friendly. Only one bartender that was there late ( didn't catch her name), we asked for water and she was upset, have us used cups that still taste like lemon from last drink she poured on them. All bartenders were super nice with the exception of that one. Otherwise, good service.
Stayed the night to bar hop in Brickell, location was great, room was spacious. Will book again.
- Customer service - interior design - spotless - location - the temporary construction in progress across de street
Very nice looking hotel. Very clean. Check out time is noon which is great. They wouldn't sell just a toothbrush, you had to buy a whole kit for $5.50. Most hotels will give you a tooth brush for free. $22 for valet parking is kind of steep as well.
Location from metro Noisy- thin walls. Could hear ESPN on one side of room from neighboring room. Spanish soap opera on the other side of room from neighboring room. TV channels didn't all work. No bonus for Starwood frequent travel. Did not allow a 4pm late check out.
The roof top pool and polite employees A/C
We were the first guest to stay in our room, hotel was brand new, that was a cool point. Love the feel and atmosphere. We are in our mid twenties, excuse me, late twenties lol. we rented for the night, for a staycation, we are parents needed a break, and the Atton was great. I think the pool could of been a bit better, it's a small infinity pool with a nice view, has a bar and seating area, it's family friendly, but i can see how awkward it would be if it was full of adults relaxing and kids running around screaming. I wouldn't bring my kids here for a family stay. Just me and my husband, definitely. I'd rent here again.
The location is excellent. The staff is gracious and helpful. The neighborhood seems perfect for exercise walking or just a stroll. The art in the public areas and halls is delightful. The mattress was comfortable and the bathroom nicely appointed and spacious. The room was a bit cramped for a king bed, with the small desk area's chair blocking the floor at the foot of the bed if anyone sat in it. And the electrical wiring is quirky: turning off the unmarked "master" switch (one of two by the door that happens to turn off the electricity to every outlet and other switch in the room, including the bathroom -- very inconvenient if you turn it off by accident, as we did during daylight hours, thinking it controlled nothing); it also turns off electricity to the smoke detector, possibly a code violation. We informed the front desk of the problem.
When I did my check in I’ve requested a double bed room, but front desk said they were completely sold out and was the only room available. At 2.30pm aprox, I couldnt connect to wifi they said everything was ok and was my 3 phones and my computer problem BUT they will try to check it. I went to the mall and 3 hours later nobody did anything. Before leaving to the mall, 2:30pm aprox I requested a plunger because water on the toilet was running, they said somebody will come and mix it, again, 3 hours later toilet was sames as I left. At 7pm aprox I called front desk for blankets and sheets for the sofa, they brought only 2 sheets because that was everything they had, no blankets no pillows. At 7.30/8pm I left for some dinner and requested to fix the bathroom, they said they will try because the front desk person was the only one available that night and has to do everything (same answer was given by valet/bell boy at 2pm that we arrived). Today I woke up 5am and had to use the bathroom but again, water was running and I had to go personally to front desk to request a plunger so I can mix it by myself, they finally gave me the plunger to do something so easy requested almost 12 hours ago. Do I deserve to pay yo $250 for this room and service???????? Please let me know because really your service is a disaster.
The hotel was good overall. I asked the GSA to print some tickets for me, but the young man told me the printer was broken. That is understandable, but he did not offer to print it from their office nor suggested a nearby place to print my tickets. I've worked in hotels, we train all staff to go above and beyond to leave a great experience for all guests. Unfortunately, their service needs some update. GSA lacks personality, not personable, lacks knowledge....
Comfortable bed Staff was extremely rude. He told us that the elevator was not work and told us to take the stairs. After looking for stairs in their junky backyard for 10 mins, a guest told us the way to the stairs. The parking is $30 per night. It's overpriced for a hotel that doesn't have a bathtub or gym or hot tub. Breakfast was also not included. It's over rated. Avoid if you can.
The location The staff wasn't the friendliest, the bathroom doors don't provide much privacy, valet parking only
It was a good location to walk to the Vizcaya Museum & to take the free trolley.
Short stay but really enjoyable. Breakfast inclusive would be excellent.
The hotel seemed like it would have been nice to stay at. Our booking information was lost so when we got there we had no room. They were also full so we got to call around for an hour to find another hotel. The receptionist was not helpful, only saying that she didn't have our information and that they were fully booked. Only when asked did she look up another hotel for us, for $100 more a night.
Service was great. They really pamper their guests. Noothing.
The staff is always so nice - this was our second time in a month staying at this hotel. Angelo at the front desk is always happy, kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to ensure we have a great stay. The valet team is always fast and the pool and gym are really nice. We had a great room the first time with a parking lot view, but oversized balcony and this time we got the pool view - we loved both. Thanks!
The hot meal upon arrival, the size and comfort of the room along with the quality of its appointments, the staff and my interactions with them and the fresh hot breakfast with numerous options. View of side of parking structure and ability of passersby to look into my 3rd story room. One lamp in the room didn't work. Having to schlep things upstairs to the lobby upon check-in and back downstairs from the lobby to the valet station upon checkout.
