We were upgraded to the VIP floor! It was wonderful! Great breakfast!!! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. View was amazing. The weather was cold and there were only 4 people in the pool. The water slide was scheduled to open at 10:00. I asked a young man (staff member) walking by if it would open as scheduled. It was about 20 minutes to 10:00. He kindly offered to open the slide at that moment. There were s'mores in the evening. We parked in self parking. The very attentive attendants took us to our car in a golf cart, which was really fun for our daughter and an extra chance to enjoy the views!! Wish we would have had more time to enjoy the resort. Next time we will stay longer. Some reviewers said resort was looking old. We thought it was fantastic. After renovations this resort is going to be out of this world!!! We ate at Francesca's. The food wasn't anything special. My soup was cold. I said that my daughter and I would share a burger, the waiter split it for us and put it on two plates! That was a nice touch. I am picky and generally don't like restaurant food, so others may find the food good.
I did a staycation here and loved it! I love the location of this resort near the La Cantera Mall and the Rim shopping center. The adult only pool was nice, especially in the morning when it was cooler in the day and quiet. The pool attendants were very attentive in asking us for any orders we wanted. The grounds of the resort itself are beautiful. I love the back terrace as a place to sit and chat during the cool evening. There is plenty of seating to enjoy the scenery. Enjoyed a movie on the lawn one night under the stars, which was also a fun touch.
The pool setup was great. Our kids had so much fun playing on the waterslides at the pool and loved the s'mores at night. Even though there was plenty for the kids to do, it was still a great spot for adults, too. Had a wonderful weekend and would definitely go back.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The surrounding landscape was beautiful to view. Actually breathtaking from some directions. What we didn't like...the beds were too firm. Had a hard time sleeping because of it. Also if you don't plan to use any of the amenities, don't stay here. The reason why I say this is because you are charged high resort fee. We never used any of the amenities and had to pay this fee. The valet is a separate fee. If you park yourself its a very long walk from the parking lot to the entrance.
Fantastic view of the hill country, with excellent pool side service. It took housekeeping almost the entire day to clean our room. One day it didn't even get cleaned!!!
Valet almost tboned my car as we were driving to self parking. He pulled out of their drive so fast. Was difficult to get the front desk personnel to pay attention to us. There were always multiple people staffing the front desk, but they would avoid looking at you and would not offer assistance. Twice I had to interrupt two front desk employees talking to each other in order to get assistance.
Fabulous facility in a beautiful setting. Friendly and efficient staff.
Very little below arvarage for any resort Vacuum running in the halls st 1:45 am House keeping banging the carts against the walls. Double charged room sevice fee. Served cold food! Overall poor service ! No door man Very slow valet Employees were rude and arrogant not warm or friendly.. Never again will i visit nor will i recomend to family or friends
We loved, the night time. All of the lights, the walking around the grounds was very pleasant and very enjoyable. We very much enjoyed two of the on location resurants and of course, "Georges Keep". The pool area was very clean and enjoyable.
Great location next to la cantera and the rim. Room was nic and very comfortable. Everyone we spoke to was complaining about the elevators. They we so slow we had to take the stairs up 5 flights to our room most of the time. The staff was using the main elevator for room service as well making it crowded when you did finally get on. The pool isn't great and the food and drinks are way over priced for what you get.
very nice for a reasonable price. Room service was phenomenal self parking here sucks
The staff here are very inconsiderate of your needs and are not willing to help when asked. There are other places out there that you can get for a better deal and not be treated with disregard and contempt. I waited 45 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to show up when I called for the shuttle immediately upon arrival. I called the hotel after waiting curbside for 20 minutes. The front desk staff (Steve) then lied to me and told me that there was traffic which was causing the shuttle to be diverted, but when talking with the driver he told me there was no traffic at all. Google maps had also confirmed that earlier.
The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is very clean and we'll kept. The parking lot is a nightmare sometimes. The lines in the lot are not painted very well, so you have people parking way to close or way to far away. I actually had an issue with someone parking so close that I could not get into my drivers side which caused a major problem for the rest of my family to be able to get in. I did call the police station and asked what my options were for getting the other vehicle towed, and they said it was up to the hotel since it's private property. Well, I let the staff know and even took them out there to show them. The staff assured me they would get it handled, needless to say it wasn't handle the next morning. I had to have my six year old daughter climb into our vehicle and hand me items to help make room for me so u could squeeze my way in. It was very inconvenient for me and my family.
Everything was excellent with the exception of the shower. Shower was slippery and tub has slight decline which makes it slippery, when unaware of decline. For children it is dangerous. Needs to have non-slippery strips in tub to prevent falling in shower.
Breakfast was good, room was nice and big. This was the executive king suite mind you. i'm not sure about how big/small the other regular rooms are. Nice size tv. the location is sort of outside the city and we had to drive approx 20 - 30 mins to get there. Coming from california, I am not used to the turnarounds and had to make a couple attempts to get here. The crew started working on pulling the carpet and replacing the carpet right outside our door. Good thing that we were checking out that morning, but we had to leave the hotel with carpet dust in our lungs and banging outside our door. coming to think about it, I guess there is never a good time to work on replacing the carpets in a hotel. Its always busy in a hotel. :)
When wife was having surgery had to book a room at the last minute arrived late for check in (after 10) and staff was quick and got me and. young son in a room Quick and easy. Son lived the breakfast that mourning. Place was clean and staff friendly
Friendly people, customer service was great, breakfast was excellent. All around hotel was perfect best La Quinta hotel we've stayed so far. Not much.
Close to the medical center. Starbucks not too far away. Free parking. Free Wifi, which is a sure plus for those of us who never have enough time in the day to finish what we set out to do. Breakfast in the AM Musty, wet dog smell that just would not go away. I tried changing the temperature and fan settings, but it wouldn't leave me. Bring some perfume/cologne just in case you leave smelling somewhat musty.
it wasn't too far from attractions and free breakfast. The restroom was clean except the bath tub it had a few hairs that weren't ours. Also the AC wouldn't get cold.
Clean, friendly, great service We thought we booked a room with a pullout couch. When we got there, did not have one. Had to book another room. But gentleman was very courteous & helpful. Exchanged a king bed for room with two queens at same rate! No up charge! Very thankful! Would book again. Thought this was close to Alsmodome. Was about 15-20 minutes away.
It was a good value and staff was friendly We got the handicap room without knowing.
Friendly staff and clean ro
I liked everything i really enjoyed myself. On a scale from 1 to 10 i would rate it a 9 The sheets felt a little itchy
We like how clean it was. It made me forget the noisy a/c unit that was in our room. The a/c was just too noisy and it kept me up a bit at night. Breakfast wasn't too fancy, but it beats having to go out and look for a place to eat.
We stayed for the weekend for a Fiesta Texas trip. I found this location to be very clean and modern. Separate shower and toilet rooms were a plus in our double queen room. Pretty decent space for our family of 5. The staff was really helpfuf and nice. Kevin at the front desk even helped us with some 50% off coupons for Six Flags which came in handy. Overall good experience. My biggest complaint was the breakfast. Now I didnt expect waffle house quality but goodness. The eggs were absolutely inedible tasted like rubber literally. Really long wait for waffles but thats normal.
Great price for what you get. Very comfortable and modern room. Great breakfast, no trouble with parking and we got in really late. Convient spot, easy to get to off highway and easy to get back on. Close to SixFlags. Room location was a little noisy. We were placed right by a service room and the doors started slamming at 730am.
A corner of the room smelled like if some one was sweating off query and placed it in a jar for other people to smell; it smelled horrible. I sniffed around and noticed it was coming from a white spot on a furniture piece (a small cube that served as a seat). The spot looked like dried body fluids. Before I discovered where the smell was coming from, I had placed some shorts, which I use to sleep, on top of that cube while I got ready for bed. When I got the shorts, I noticed they were drenched in that same, horrible, smell; that made me feel like if the rest of the room was just as dirty. Not a good experience.
Spaciousness of the room Suites only on bottom floor - as per what I was told at check in by Mohammed....shorty cleaning of the room (only made the beds, but didn't leave new towels or take out the trash - even left wet towels on the floor)....front desk personnel were under the impression our room was vacant when we checked out....this last part is not the hotel's fault, but it seemed like the family upstairs was having a tumbling competition every morning that started at 6:30....
We booked two rooms for one night at the above Drury Inn. When my daughter found a cockroach on the bed in her room, she moved into our room so we had to double up. We will not be staying at a Drury Inn again-
This is my favorite place to stay in San Antonio. As always the room was clean, the customer service excellent, and our stay was pleasant. That said, the only problem was the long lines at breakfast because the hotel was full.
Excellent hotel. Clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, waffles, and lots more. We were in San Antonio to see SeaWorld so didn't spend much time at the hotel. Would have liked to stay another day to enjoy the pool more and the free food & drinks offered in the evening.
The stay with my family was excellent, we got there and checked in within a minute, the room was extremely clean, the evening lickback was good, the sleep was great, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. If and when I go back to san antonio, I will definately be staying at the Drury Inn. Jon M...Rockdale Tx.
I was so impressed when I first got to the Hotel and everything was squared away. When I pulled around, they had a luggar cart ready for me. When I asked for a crib, it was in my room within 30 minutes and when I needed extra towels for my family, we had them shortly. The suite was cold when we entered the room. Everything was clean and perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were soft...not crunchy like you sometimes get at hotels. The breakfast was hot and there was plenty of staff to clean tables and replenish the food when needed. The Kick-Back dinner was very crowded, but saved us money after an expensive trip to SeaWorld. There was baked potatos, chicken nuggets, salad....it was pefect for little ones (I have 3 kids, 10, 6, & 4). The pool was over crowded for us, so we did use it. It looked fun, but too many big kids in it for my little ones. Also with no staff on hand, the kids in it got a little too rough for my liking. Location of hotel was great..su...
This was my first time staying at a drury hotel, its a pretty nice place to stay. My only issue with the hotel is its really noisy late at night, there are people running in the halls until 1:00 am. This is over all a really nice hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have hot food served twice a day. We arrived at the hotel during kick back time on our first night and after driving 8 hours with three children, it was great not having to go out to eat, the kids love kick back and breakfast, because they could make there own waffels. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are very large. This is an older hotel but still in good shape. My family and I truely enjoyed our stay here, and we would love to go back. Hot popcorn and cold drinks are a plus for any one traveling with young kids. The free high speed wireless internet was a great extra for me.
Check in easy- the rest not great. Food was gross, mostly not available- staff hangs out in back and doesn't keep items stocked. Things as basic as O.J. out by 8:00. No waffle batter, eggs, or O.J.- had to go to front desk to ask them to get someone to help. When the eggs did come out- it looked like they had spilled water into perfectly good eggs. Area was dirty- tables, counters and serving spoons all dirty. Also, elevator panel where you push the buttons was dirty and sticky. Room was clean- but needs updating. Towels crunchy. Two of four 'white' towels were gray and old. Pillows good and soft- mattress good. Hotel was quiet- no traffic noise. Location about a 20 min. drive from downtown San Antonio but had plenty of restaurants and a grocery store near by.
Hi there.....well our stay at this hotel was great.....they have really great staff that is ready to help you in anything you need and ask for....the hot breakfast in the morning ....and the kick back in the evening was a great idea......always make you feel welcomed......i would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great hotel experance.......
Our experience at the hotel was wonderful, price was good, hotel annemities where fantastic.Kids loved the pool and hot dogs.
The room was huge and had evreything I expected IE: big fridge, microwave, hair dryer, 2 TVs, coffee maker.. I was even more impressed when I found out they had free breakfast and dinner and the meals were very good. The overall appearance of the hotels was nice and well kept. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub was great.. My family and I recently stayed at the Hilton in Dallas which was a nice hotel but we much perfered the Drury hotel..
ALL WE HAVE TO SAY IS THAT FROM HERE ON OUT WE WILL BE STAYING AT DRURY INN...VERY CLEAN ROOMS,FRIENDLY STAFF,GREAT FOOD, AND MOST OF ALL VERY COMFORTABLE THANKS FOR EVERYTHING
I wish we could have stayed longer. We were staying for my daughter's cheerleading competition so we were back and forth a couple days at the hotel. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was clean and the hotel lobby and elevator area were gorgeous. So much more than we expected for the money we spent. We were pleasently surprised.
Location, friendly staff, clean Breakfast finishes a little early at 930
Nice quiet location just off the freeway and well maintained hotel; plenty of hot water & the room was large enough so that my kids and my wife and I did not feel cramped. I did not have any complaints.
5 hours after leaving for dinner, came back to a completely flooded room. A pipe burst above us and was leaking everywhere. The floors were soaked, hair straightener and makeup on bathroom counter were ruined from a second leak above the sink/counter. Told the night receptionist and his response was "sorry, all I can do is give you a new room. Nothing else". The staff at checkout the next morning was courteous and cleared our entire bill, but I'm very upset with how unprofessional the situation was handled at night when we discovered the problem. I'm a fan of Marriot but will not be returning for a long while.
I loved the location. It was close to all the major attractions at San Antonio. It is more of a business hotel. Not necessarily made for families nut it was ideal for mine.
The rooms were exceptionally clean, no hidden dirty sheets. Housekeeping stole our bluetooth speaker. When we went to report it another hotel guest was reporting a similar issue.
The lady at the front desk was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. Was not told that the breakfast was not free and would in fact be $10 for each adult until after we had already gotten food and sat down. If it's not complimentary then that should have been stated. They also gave up the room I had paid for and put me in a handicapped room, which she said was a step above what I paid for.. way too expensive in my opinion.
The king size bed was comfy, and the room was pretty large. We didn't use the kitchenette but it had everything needed for someone doing extended stay. The sheets and towels were clean and the location of the hotel was awesome - very close to La Cantera, Six Flags, Magnolia Pancake Haus, etc. The room, while mostly good, needed some help. The toilet had stains running down the inside of the bowl, the vanity had a broken panel, the king size sheets kept coming off one of the corners (I guess they weren't quite large enough?), and the shower drain was somewhat clogged.
The staff and the service they provided was great.
Above average breakfast. For the price it was great. Will be staying there again. No
Room was nice and clean, in a nice area of town. Was able to hear some noise in a second floor rooms near the elevator/stairs because it opens up to the lobby.
I liked the shower. That the room is quite small.
The stay was so friendly and helpful. They told us about a delicious restaurant Mamacitas, so yummy! Our room was clean and the shower was huge. I would stay here again if I ever visit San Antonio.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I liked best the breakfast. I forgot my tablet charger, but they don't have it in lost and found.
clean, new, good price none

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. No
Great service, friendly personal the food is god & breakfast to go is a great solution for us.
Do yourself a favor and find another hotel to stay at. This hotel is poorly run by Paul and his group of investors. I was staying at this hotel while moving from another state for work and had more than 2000.00 worth of property stolen from one of their 'storage closets'. The property refuses to own the issue and told me I should probaby get an attorney (which I am in the process of doing) to mediate the situation. Dissapointing to say the least.
No linen for pull out bed in room and some noticable wear on a LR chair but very comfortable and great location to Fiesta Texas. Walmart is close by and a Small Bar and Grill walking distance away. Very Friendly staff and clean room. We will stay there again.
This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They had fantastic services such as; free breakfast buffet (it was good), and free dinner buffets. They had free use of a computer and a big screen TV for kids to watch movies. The grounds were great and we had easy access. This was a great place and I would recommend it to anyone staying in San Antonio.
I enjoyed my stay very much. The only problem was the breakfast. It was supposed to be until 10:30 am and by 10 there was almost nothing left ! I and a lot of other guests only had toast and coffee.
Overall I would say this hotel was great. From the front desk to the room service and maintainence. A front desk assistant named X really helped make my stay very homey. He assisted my boyfriend and I in many situations from help with transportation to walmart which was out off the mile radius for charging of our car battery to calling maintainence for help in a situation in our room and warming of the jacuzzi. The service was just great and I will surely return and tell fellow friends and others about this hotel. Thank u
home away from home. very cean............good service, would return again.
This was my first time staying at Staybridge and I was not aware they did not have housekeeping on the weekends, we did not have clean sheets nor clean towels (had to ask twice for them). My stay was only 2 days but will not stay again. Pool was dirty and printer was not working in the business center either.
A large group of us stayed to go to Fiesta Texas and it was fantastic !
Very nice and clean. Polite front desk crew. Large guest turnout for breakfast on the weekend - the serving area gets crowded - staff had to work to keep up stocking coffee and breakfast items. Elevators were stuffy as the doors remain closed and the lighting heats up the cars. Nice workout room and guest laundry facilities on site. 'Home theater' off the lobby is a nice touch - basically a semi-private screening room for the kids.
Our room was not ready when we arrived at 7pm, even though we had a reservation. They gave us a gift card for dinner and directions to an amazing open air shopping mall a few blocks away. When we returned after a nice dinner and a stroll, they had prepared not one, but two rooms for the price of one. My son got a quiet private room to rest for the math competition and my wife and I shared a very clean and comfortable room. I especially liked the detachable shower massage wand and the quality of the soft bedding. Breakfast was better than we expected. It had everything I could have wanted.
I could not beleive how nice the hotel was for the money. The front desk staff was very polite, and the room is beautiful. Flat screen TV, full kitchen, granite countertops, wireless internet, and lots of space. I will definately be back!
The front desk staff and manager were super nice and efficient. The breakfast layout was excellent. Housekeeping staff always said hello. Room was very nice size for an "Express" hotel. There is no carpet on the floor of the rooms. That is perfectly ok, except the floor felt gritty and dirty.
This is a modern style, clean line, beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and their breakfast offerings are plentiful and varied. The pool area is photo worthy with a built in grotto and waterfall. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel to friends and family. The two draw backs of this hotel were the small, cramped breakfast area and the ELEVATOR. That's elevator, singular. Because the hotel has two but only one is operational. This hotel has six floors and 122 rooms, which meant there was always a small crowd waiting for the elevator.
This hotel is new and modern... Faux wood flooring in rooms (no icky carpet!! Yay!!!) comfortable bed, mini fridge, blackout curtains, tons of restaurant options nearby, complimentary breakfast ... Need I say more?! This was definitely my kind of hotel and the price was awesome too!
The hotel was in a great location and the staff was very accommodating. It could have been cleaner. The beds were clean which is the most important part. But the floors and tub were pretty dirty.
Great Breakfast!! Awsome coffee! Great Location This was in FEB and the heater in the room did not work well. We kept wanting to heat the room for our showers, but the heat just never came on. After asking other guests it seemed to be a "normal" problem.
The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is very nice. They changed room for us right away. House keepers did a great job. The location is excellent, near medical center and Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Room is large and cozy. Free breakfast tastes great. None.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, over all our stay was pleasant. The location was a little odd and the pool area is very small.
Easy to find, park, and check-in, despite late arrival. Comfortable and clean room, tasty and many option breakfast, available business support facilities, and properly working WiFi. minor issues: bed mattresses were soft, cooler/fan noisy, and business services printer fouled many times when attempting both sides printing. Not enough time spent onsite to enjoy all aspects of the facilities. Ice not avail on 4th (or 2nd) floors.
Nice place, helpful staff. Had a great time. Parking was a slightly a pain. But it was still ok.
I enjoyed how peaceful and quiet it was. It wasn't too far from shopping areas. Bartender was nice. Front desk clerks were so welcoming. The pool and lounge area were very clean and relaxing.
I was a bit anxious, as I had never done an online booking... but when we arrived, they had my double queen room reservation ready. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was a bit smaller than I am accustomed, but it was immaculate. We stayed 2 nights, room was cleaned and the beds refreshed. Toiletries and towels replaced as well. Overall, our stay was fantastic! Now comes the bonus: unfortunately, I left my daughter's beloved "blankie" behind. I did not notice until we got home and proceeded to unpack. My daughter was heartbroken, I was frantic. Luckily, the helpful staff was able to locate the item from housekeeping... and express mailed it back to us. A special thank you to Steve and Naida for giving this matter special attention. :)
The stay itself was about average for a decent hotel. I did forget a few items in my room and I called the first thing the next morning after we checked out and I was told that I would get a call back with information and I never received it. I called back again the next day, was told the same thing, and again didn't receive a call. The third day I called again and this time the girl did call me back but told me that housekeeping hadn't found anything and nothing had been turned in. I KNOW I exactly what I forgot and where I left it. Yes it was my mistake to forget it but it is housekeeping's responsibility to turn in forgotten items not keep them like I am assuming happened in this case. I was extremely unhappy with how the whole situation got handled and no I would not stay again or recommend to friends. In fact, I would actually do the opposite and insist a different hotel choice if I hear a friend is planning on choosing this hotel.
Nice accomadations. Location
I stayed on this hotel for 3 nights the second night I heard a cricket noise inside the room I looked everywhere and it was behind the bed. On the last day I found another one. I was on the 4th floor so I have no idea how they got there.
Great location that is very affordable and close to many great stores/restaurants. Very comfortable beds! We stayed 2 nights in two different rooms (they didn't move us we checked out and need to stay another night…) and second room had smaller TV and no fridge :/
The price was great so I went with low expectations. Room was typical but my bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful in getting the treadmill to work. It's just a little run down and the noise from IH10 may bother lite sleepers. Overall I was pleased with my stay.
This was the worst hotel stay ever both rooms I checked out were non-smoking and they smelled like cigarettes like if the staff were smoking in our rooms when they were cleaning them. Also the shower head fell once we turned on the water and hit my daughter in the face , also the paint was coming off the wall the cabinets were all broken even the night stand where the t.v. was sitting on was broken and my t.v. was slanted to one side. We didnt even wanted to stay for continental breakfast thats how bad it was ,we even saw roaches by our beds where we were laying VERY DISGUSTED ON THIS HOTEL THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT A.S.A.P.
Bathroom was not clean. Bathtub was not clean.
Just location. Dirty, stinked, etc. overall never staying here again
This place was a nightmare. The room wasn't ready. When it was it smelled bad. No towels. Drug dealers in the parking lot and rooms next to us. I had to Check out early cause my girlfriend and I did not feel safe there. And the service was rude. Never again Everything
i am confortable everything is ok tks....
The location was right where I needed to be By the time we got to the breakfast area, there was nothing left to be had. The construction workers that were there ate everything. Coffee was weak and the orange and apple juice was deluted. When the desk man was asked if he was going to replenish the breakfast items, he said "if I need to". So I was forced 5o to get McDonalds two mornings in a row. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were just there for 1 night to sight see. For $50 it was great! The bath tub was a little run down and overall the property was older and it showed.
The address in gps did not work at all, first time I was 10 miles north second 10 miles south. It's right on I-10.. Take exit 559... Lol. I think it's in a good location but it's not that close to six flags. Rooms were adequate especially for the price. They could be cleaner, no one cleaned the rooms the day I stayed over.. Although they did knock once while I was in the bathroom they never returned..
The rooms were clean and friendly service Everything. Was good
Our stay was anexcellent expierence. Rooms were clean, Flat screen tv, microwave, refridge, work very well. Cofee was also good from the one in the room. Beds were comfortable, Very close to freeway, right on the assess road. Close to both Sea world and Six Flags Fiesta TX. They also offered discont rate for entry to both parks. The night shift attenant was very nice (Raj), he was courtes and proffessional. Complimentary brkfst was good. Food was fresh, coffee was also very good. Great place to stay for the price. We will stay again. everything was good.
The outside of the lobby was nice. Got this room cuz i needed a room near 1604. Last room i could find. The hotel staff was very nice. Room smelled like Cigarette smoke. The lobby looked remodeled so i thought the rooms would be nicer. was told about free breakfast. Lots of people, not enough tables. They have these egg patties in the refrigerator that you have to microwave..... i have never seen that before. 1 waffle machine...... line of 20. So many people. I got bread to make toast. i ate toast and apple juice.
Decent hotel for the price. Extra towels. I'm a nurse so I clean and Lysol the room myself regardless, but didn't see anything nasty. Most important.... No bugs! Cheap linen and bed. Terrible parking. Phone didn't work, but they were working on it
Nothing I did not stay there and had to go to another Hotel an hour away. I am expecting a refund
Nothing Rooms were super dirty.. Blood was on the bathroom door not happy at all
Beds were comfortable. Fairly quiet. Easy access to interstate and close to stores. Some of the hotel staff were not very friendly. Seemed put out when we needed assistance. Paint peeling in bath tub and tape holding together faucet in kitchen and shower curtain rod. Cleaning was poor and they left any toilet paper. We had to go buy a trash can, there weren't any supplied in room. Iron didn't work in room. The rooms were small. Breakfast was terrible and very little to choose from. Coffee maker and waffle iron didn't work. Thought we would pay for rooms at end of stay, but credit card was charged daily.
nothing everything about this hotel was horrible. From the door not closeing all the way, missing cabinents in the kitchen, stained sheets and towels, and painted tub that was missing most of the paint, lack of remote. From top to bottom this hotel was disgusting.
Nothing. It was dirty. Unkept Hair on the bed. Countertop dirty Foul smell of smoke and alcohol Housekeeper whoever that was only came in after I left to exchange the towels. No dishes no iron Refrigerator barely worked. Dark not well lit. Looked like a homeless persons abandoned building. I would've been more comfortable sleeping in a garage
Absolutely nothing. The room was dirty. There were holes in the comforter. The bathtub was extremely filthy. The cancellation fee for such a horrible service cost more than the room itself. I'm extremely unlikely to recommend this hotel. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
No hot water had several cold showers moved out went to Priceline and got a 3 star for almost what I paid for this place.
It is a realy nice and simple hotel. No
The desk clerk was friendly and accommodating The beds were too hard it took nearly all day for the room to cool down there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling
The location was pretty good for where I needed to be and the size of the room was good for the price. The building was old and there were signs of wear and tear throughout the room and general facilities. The breakfast area was undersized (at least when I showed up for breakfast) so a lot of people needed to stand and eat or spill over to other parts of the lobby.
About the only thing we liked about our stat was the price. Room was full of crickets, was suppose to be a king suite, was two double beds even after we requested to change rooms because of the crickets. Didn't get fresh towels everyday, ice machine didn't work. Will never stay at this hotel again.
Absolutly nothing The "hot breakfast" was nothing more then cereal with warm milk...the waffle mix was like water, and they stuck to the griddle. And there was no coffee what so ever. There was what looked like dog vomit on the carpet...the staff were rude
The pool and hot tub I did't like the mole inside the air condition and the water likeage from the air condition.
Not much Location was hard to get to. No free wifi. No smoking room smelled like smoke. There was an a clean ashtray in the room. Why would there be an ashtray in the room if it is a non-smoking room?? Almost missed the entrance due to a lot of bushes and trees. Entrance not well lit. Since this is on one-way highway frontage road, missing the entrance would cause one to drive a half mile past the motel, go across the highway then a mile back and then another half mile to the motel again. There is a back entrance on the road behind it but the gate was locked closed (I'm sure for security reasons). A small lit entrance sign at the driveway would help.
