Minus: Very little leg room
Plus: Seat was comfortable.
Minus: Crew was pushy and unfriendly. Baggage policy is a rip off. Flight was delayed but we were not told until boarding time. No information was available at gate prior to departure.
Plus: Crew was nice.
Minus: So uncomfortable. No space to sit comfortably on a long flight. Really unreasonable. Headphone jack didn’t work. Power outlet did not work. You have to rent VR goggles for entertainment. Just the most uncomfortable trip I’ve ever taken.
Minus: Did we leave on time? ...No Was there enough overhead space? ...No Was the landing smooth? ...Oh gosh, heck no Did I arrive at my destination alive and with my bags? Yup! Was it cheap? You bet it was!
Plus: Not much. Below is just #1 on a list of avoidable problems and obvious oversights.
Minus: They took my check-in, told me I would be able to board. However, no one made a phone call to the gate! So I was left at the airport but my bag was sent to Prague. I spent 6 hours of Iberia/Czech airlines employees/dept's telling me I needed to talk to someone else. Worst booking ever.
Minus: Third delayed flight in a row within the week. Seems to be considered acceptable business practice.
Plus: Terrible coordination between SAS and United Airlines. Two bags missing, could not find boarding pass of baby, despite us showing them on the SAS website their check in details!
Minus: Not losing our bags and delaying our boarding massively despite us having completed information in advance on SAS website. United Airlines inability to assign seating all the way through, throwing their hands in the air and blaming SAS, while SAS did exactly the same thing about United.
Minus: Plane was changed to a different plane and caused lots of confusion. Boarding process was chaos, loaded all passengers in a room too small with many standing and getting too hot.
Plus: Good boarding process and crew today.
Minus: Plane was delayed and connection in Copenhagen was missed, resulting in a five-hour delay overall.
Plus: Crew pleasant, operations efficient.
Minus: Main course - chicken and potatoes with tomato sauce- was not very interesting, or very Scandinavian.
Plus: Everything was more or less good except hand luggage which nowhere to place because there were to many things already placed. Some of suitcases didn't look like hand luggage because there were really big ones.
Minus: I don't like if I have to keep my hand luggage under the seat because there is no room for feet. This happened because there was no place above my seat. Why so? Do you allow people to take more than allowed by rules? I had flights to Paris and back and all two flights were with the same issue
Minus: Customer service representative at desk was extremely rude and dismissive of people trying to ask questions about rescheduled gate assignments, I did not have any contact with gate rep, but I was able to observe multiple discussions or attempted discussions by customers. Very poor communication serv
Minus: We ordered the assistance for transfer at the check-in. However the request was not sent to CDG airport. We got seats for the flight to San Francisco in two different raws and the Czech Airline representative refused to give us two near-by seats. Even water in the plane was offered for money.
Plus: Could get a comfortable seat
Minus: All changeable seats available came at a cost whilst the flight was only ~75% full?
