Because we did not notice this until we got to our apartment we found that it is not possible to make acclaim, rather you just have to make a general complaint with a response according to SAS likely in 3 weeks. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Minus: "Checked in luggage did not arrive. Arrived on Thursday was told to wait till delivery on Monday. Is it normal for LOT customers to wait for they luggage for 4 days? Disappointed"
Minus: "flight was over 6 hours longer than planned, we did not catch plane from Budapest to Krakow so went to Warsaw than to Krakow, plane from Warsaw didn't have air conditioning working, worst flight ever !!!"

Minus: "We had a two and half hour delay on an evening flight on a Sunday from WAW to Paris. This was during the UNFCCC COP24 when there was extra heavy international traffic through Warsaw. It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay."
Minus: "The LOT ticket counter personnel is in need of some serious professional etiquette re-training. Always displeased expressions on their faces. Hence why alot of their own people opt for other airlines when booking."

Plus: "Everything was well organized and orderly, though the staff were not too cheerful or friendly. Even though it was a short 1 hour flight I saw flight attendants giving crayons and papers to the kids and everyone was offered a small chocolate cookie, a tiny packet of sour gummies, and a cup of water for free which I didn't expect. The plane was very small but clean and I was fairly comfortable in my seat for the short flight. There was a magazine in the seat pocket in English and Polish. Mostly I liked the cheap ticket price and that it was an on time flight."
Minus: "When we landed we went down 5 steps to the ground outside and got in a bus to go in the terminal. The plane was so small that there is very little space for carry on bags so that was a problem for some people, and as we entered the plane I noticed that the ceiling of the aisle is so low that my husband could touch his head on it if he went on his toes a bit (he's 6'4") It was odd to me that they had my husband and I assigned to seats an aisle apart, but a kind stranger agreed to change places. Lastly, the carry on baggage weight allowance is very low and they weighed our bags and we had to pay 24 dollars each for our overweight carry on roller bags which were then checked."

BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"

Also, $260 for two underweight checked bags is ridiculous."

Minus: "They charge extra for EVERYTHING, including water. And you can't even buy snacks or other food on board unless you have "pre-ordered" it. Movies are from the 90's ("classics" LOL). At the time of purchase and at check in, there was no way to select a seat."

Minus: "The long wait time that occurred in New York, I was at the airport for over 4 hours waiting for my flight as we had received an email to arrive early. The second flight from Stockholm was a bit confusing as they changed the gate and there was no staff in sight that could answer any questions. The 2 staff members I saw were not friendly and just directed you to the screen."

Minus: "I couldn't check in online, there was some error. so I couldn't order a vegetarian / kosher meal. The sound in the entertainment system in the second plane was terrible, I couldn't understand anything."
Minus: "My young daughter was denied a ticketed seat on an 11:30 Norwegian air flight to Oslo, being told that her 10:33 arrival at the gate -- due to multiple protracted delays on earlier connecting flights to get her to the gate -- made her "too late" and the computers would not permit the gate agent to get her on board no matter how much extra she was willing to pay. She was simply told to get the next flight 24 hours later, killing 15% of her vacation. The gate agent said to my hysterical child that she was so sorry for the hours lost in prior connecting flight delays and recognized the plane my daughter was to be on was still one hour from pushback from the gate, but she couldn't overcome the computers having closed out the flight at precisely 60 minutes before scheduled departure so there was nothing a human could do. This is the epitome of machines gone crazy!!"

Minus: "The crew on the airline talked most of the short flight, and I could hear their personal conversation. Not very professional. Not a glass of water was served. Only food for pay."

Landing was terrible and I dont feel particularly comfortable ever flying with this airline again. Will rather pay more and fly klm"

Minus: "no real effort or offer to be compensated we are still with cold temperatures here in Sweden - Holland, my coat goes missing in the cabin and the only explanation is, this could happen to anybody!"
