Plus: No water, no complimentary drink at all. The website said there is a cup of free coffee. Bad attitude from crew. Do not even ask questios. Have to walk in the open air space in the cold before reaching the plane or terminal. Next time I will stick to UA or its parnters, as we are gold 1K members and can enjoy the lounge with all free drinks and food before boarding.

Minus: If we can catch the discounted prices, but for us this time. We paid almost 5 times than other passengers on this 0630 flight.

Minus: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated

Minus: Boarding in Eindhoven is outside the terminal building

Plus: Superfast checkin, easy boarding process although it seemed a bit chaotic.

Minus: The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer.

Plus: Not comfortable

Plus: Fast boarding, crew was able to help

Minus: As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????

Plus: The flight was very short compared with LHR to LAX, so, I don't have much to say about it.

Plus: I got an aisle seat right near the bulkhead with so much leg room. There were so many free amenities. It was the biggest plane I'd ever seen - very well kept and clean. Crew was nice and quick with service.

Minus: No WiFi.

Plus: Unlike my previous BA LHR-PHX flights, this one was in a 787. The humidity is much better in a 787. It makes a huge comfort difference in a 10-hour flight. As always on BA, the food was very good.

Minus: Seats were a a bit cramped. The flight crew seemed overworked.

Plus: that there was a water and a blanket on each seat!

Minus: I thought there was free alcohol on international flights. that you were not allowed to use the given blanket until after take off.

Minus: It would be better if the plane was cleaned before boarding. The row where I was seated has potato chips all over the floor. Pls. clean your plane before boarding.

Plus: Check in was so easy.

Minus: Meal choices - only serving beef in economy was not great.

Plus: The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional.

Minus: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Minus: Needed to replace plane because of technical problem, that should have detected earlier. The business seats are standard seats. No water through the flights. Very bad experience

Plus: Seats on the plane are really, really, really uncomfortable. I usually try and avoid using Ryanair because of this. at 6' tall the leg room is only just possible, there is no neck support as the seat back does not cater for tall people and seating being non reclining means that it is impossible to shift the my weight during the flight, bearable for shorthaul, but at 5 hours plus it is a penance. Like I said, I'd fly with any other carrier to avoid this, circumstance meant it had to be ryanair.

Minus: plane seating reclining even 15 degrees.

Minus: The passenger sitting next to me smelled REALLY bad. Like he hadn't washed himself in weeks. Other passengers around me got a whiff too and also reacted the same. I asked the main crew member from my aisle for a seat change but he came back 10 mins later saying there was nothing else available. Later when I was walking around to stretch my legs, I saw there were AT LEAST 10 seats open in the next cabin. Why lie? The entertainment system touch-screen was not working properly and the headphones kept falling out of my ear.

Plus: The flight attendants were the warmest and most personable I’ve seen in a long time. All ground staff had the same amazing hospitality.

Minus: Finnair A321 HEL-DXB, 6 hour flight, uses regular EuroBusiness seats (same seat as economy but blocked middle seat and better food), no wi fi , no tv, very uncomfortable aircraft.

Plus: All

Minus: Keep up the same spirit

Minus: Entertainment system very slow and did reset itself several times.

Minus: Really rude staff member getting people through to plane. Food I ordered came to me as something totally different because they had run out of what I ordered they didn’t ask me if I wanted it instead so had to refuse it as I can’t eat cheese so I ended up going without.

Minus: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Minus: Stop the incessant advertising and selling over loud speaker when most people are trying to sleep through a flight .

Plus: Food was extremely good for economy & professional & experienced cabin crew.

Minus: 747 showing its age!

Plus: The flight was super relaxed and comfortable. We really loved the Magnum ice cream at the end of the flight.

Plus: Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us.

Minus: Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait. Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)

Plus: Crew was a top notch, very focused and carrying. I am loyal lufthansa fan and been flying with them with more than 20 years.

Minus: Guys, we need to do something with these outdated business class seats, infotainment system. Omg, last century, movie selection bottom poor :( We are always playing catch up game in terms of interior. How long it took you to offer padding & decent blankets in business.

Plus: Flight was on time

Minus: Very rude crew, I asked for water and I was told to get and help myself
