De tidigare gånger jag har åkt med SAS (dock från JFK) har det alltid varit två alternativ för måltid (kött eller vegetarisk) , utan att förbeställa. Minus: "Really rude flight attendant even after we boarded and left late. She was rude to people sitting in the exit seats, rudely demanding attention while she rushed through the safety guidelines. She then very rudely told me I had to pay for what I was trying to order, even though I was reading it off the menu? She acted as if I was stupid because I don’t speak swedish, but she did not speak the language of our destination, and it was a connecting flight."

Minus: "SAS is a train wreck. everything they told us was misinformation from the first delay (there were 5 delays, one each hour, before they cancelled) The whole time they would not allow ticket changes while we watched available flights take off for 5 hours. We had no say in the rebooking - they just said wait you will get an email. The SAS workers need to be trained - how about putting up a sign that says "this line for parking vouchers ony'ly" when 300 people are lined up for assistance."

Because we did not notice this until we got to our apartment we found that it is not possible to make acclaim, rather you just have to make a general complaint with a response according to SAS likely in 3 weeks. This process took over an hour of my time. The three tel numbers given to report damage are in Scandinavia and not much use when travelling within the UK."

The attendants new that those were necessary why so many yet not one made sure we got them lousy service. I wish we got a crew that wasnt so insecure and cared more about providing a good service instead of caring so much over their appearance. I rather have good efficient staff what they look like doesnt matter to me."

The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. Minus: "The flight was extremely delayed. The staff at the Chicago airport acted arrogantly when addressing passengers. A $12 voucher was issued however there were only 3 places open at that time and not only were they very far away from the gate, but the lines quickly grew to be longer than many passengers were willing to wait. Beyond this, when passengers did go to ask for an update they were quickly forced to take a voucher instead of any information and if they tried to refuse it on account of the extremely long lines, the phrase "go get something to eat and relax. We are giving you this voucher." was repeated until the passenger gave up and relented. I then was met by a team of flight attendants who were as annoyed as we were, and not only did they announce the fact that they were "as annoyed as we were" but that we should remember that and not take it out on them. The request to not "take it out on the crew" was made at least 4 times during the flight, including upon landing in a way that made it seem as though the passengers were children in need of reprimand. This treatment made an already uncomfortable delay much worse. Beyond this, I was extremely disappointed to find that my flight on British Airways was being flown by American Airlines without being advertised. I have not flown with AA since my last poor experience on an international flight with them, and I am sad to say that due to this experience I will not be choosing to fly British Airways unless I can be sure there will not be a flight with American Airlines."

Overall not a good experience, would much rather fly with another airline for my next international flight. I fly internationally very frequently and this was the worst experience I've had so far."

Minus: "I had called the airline ahead of time for a bassinet seat. On 31st Dec not so many people fly with babies. There were only 2 babies including mine, but they still had just one bassinet seat and one high chair. The high chair was a ridiculous option. Very uncomfortable for an infant. In spite of calling and requesting ahead of time, no bassinet seat. I have traveled in other airlines and they have been far more accommodating. Seats were very uncomfortable and service was very poor. Coffee/tea served was not hot. So overall very bad experience and I am possibly never taking BA again."

Minus: "After everyone was boarded in the plane, the pilot announced that a fuel pump was broken and that they would try to fix it. 2 and half hours later, the pilot announced they couldn't fix it and that a new one would have to come from London to San Francisco to replace it (as if the only place to get decent plane parts was London)!!!! The plane was rescheduled to fly the next day at 18.00. It didn't actually leave until after midnight, causing us to miss our connecting flights not just once, but again the next day. Communication by British Airways about what was going on and when we could expect to fly was awful throughout, and their customer service was worse than abysmal. I will avoid flying BA in the future."

Seattle gate supervisor insisted I check my carry on bag, after I had carefully measured it and my backpack to make sure I could carry both on. She assured me one of my bags would get taken in London before our connecting flight., and then I might never see it again. She wouldn't hear of measuring the backpack. Which was apparently the problem. When I got to London, my backpack was in fact tagged as being acceptable size! Fortunately, the rest of British Airways staff have their act together and one person didn't ruin an otherwise great experience."

Minus: "The flight was delayed by 3 hours due to maintenance issues due to which my international connecting flight in London was missed. We were given meal vouchers 15 minutes before the plane was ready for boarding and by then, all the restaurants had already closed at Chicago airport. So we were forced to either not eat anything, or use the vouchers at 1 restaurant that was on the brink of shutting, that could not provide any food, but provided some drinks and packets of chips only."

Seems to be flown only by Romanian families with hundreds of pounds of luggage. Like a caravan."

The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

The check-in and gate agents provide no help or even attempt to try serve the customer. They are just there to perform a task. Norwegian sold premium seats and then puts the customer in Economy in the back of the plane. A bit is a bait and switch. They should refund the difference in the fare to be fair."

Then you go to the small handful of kiosks and find that only a couple are working. So you wait in line. Then you get your boarding pass and walk to the security checkpoint as you do with every...other...airline..ever. You wait on line and watch countless people being turned away from the security person. You wonder why out loud and surmise with the passengers around you - but we’ve all flow. Hundreds of times before, and we all have our boarding passes and no checked bags. So, you think youre ok. Stress. Then when it’s your turn, you get rejected because you have to have a “stamp”. What stamp? I scanned my passport at the kiosk and I have a “known passenger” number. what stamp? Go back to the counter and wait on a loooong slow line. They want to weigh our bags. Why? They are all small carry-ons. We’ve all done this a thousand times. Nope - Norwegein weighs your TOTAL carry on and it all has to be less than 10kg. 10 kilograms! So, one by one, EVERY passenger is instantly angry and gets hit with a $65 fee per bag and all carry ons get checked. Stress and now we will be late upon our arrival as we didn’t anticipate checked luggage. After having your luggage weighed and deemed too heavy, you have to go wait on the “payment line” to pay your $65 fee. This is a joy - everyone is pissed. The staff is smirking and repeating, “don’t stress” over and over. After you pay your fee, you have to get BACK ON LINE to show the bag guy that you paid and then he put your bag on the conveyer. only, your bag is in a pile of all the other bag behind the counter. So he holds up each bag and says, “this one?” Farking nuts. Then you go and get BACK ON LINE to go through security. Then the gate....that’s a whole other debacle. 250 people crowded around the gate person. Literally hell. LOOK AT THE OTHER AIRLINES AROUND YOU. COPY THEM. Oh, no food or drinks on the plane unless you know the secret handshake. We realized this when the food cart and drink cart each passed us by. Mind you, this was t just our group. Every passenger around us has the same stress filled confused experience and we all spoke about it. Never, ever again. Pay the extra $100 and fly a proper airline."

According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

The gate agent was also very rude and not proficient at her job, causing us to delay the plane's departure. Exceptional customer service may have included refunding us the large carry on bag fee. Additionally, our 2hr flight cost us almost $200 each, not what I would call a budget airline price. We will not be flying Wizz air again & do not recommend this airline."
