När väl ute fanns bara 1 service desk till hela planet, jag kunde åka hem och sova och skita i vouchers men de som behövde hotell lär ha väntat halva natten. Det enda som var ok var att de svarade snabbt på telefon följande morgon - men meddelade inte som man sagt den nya bokningen via sms eller mail!"

en väldigt dålig ombordstigning. Alla skulle vänta på alla och en som organiserade ombordstigningen som inte kunde använda mikrofonen. Var väldigt mycket otydligheter och alla grymtade bak i kön.

ombordstigningen är ju väldigt komplicerad och inte speciellt effektivt. Har de gott om tid är det ok men inte annars

Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

Inställt flyg och absolut ingen information även om jag hade Guldkort, mycket pinsam support när man ringde numret i appen, och flyger man fick va 2 timmar försenat

We were 3 minutes late to the gate, along with at least a dozen other people trying to make this connection, but the flight did not wait for us. Awful. We were only late because there was only one person at the security checkpoint, and they checked every bag and every person one by one.

Staff were friendly and helpful but they couldn’t make up for the uncomfortable seats and poor food.

New Boeing 737 Max 8. No wifi aboard. No personal screens. Food, only one snack and a cup of water. Very poor.

Staff is lovely, entertainment okay, and food quite good. But the plane is just old. Feels like a 90s business class...

Overall very pleasant experience. Good airplanes (Embraer Zag to WAR 787 WAR to ORD), wide seats, good leg room. Food was good, crew polite and efficient. Thirsty? Walk to end of plane and help yourself. Or crew member will help you with drink. Request for beer was followed with "one or more?" One delayed flight was no issue, LOT organized fast transfer in Warsaw, Worked well.

LOT booked me this flight without my knowledge allowing them to avoid refunding me a flight which they themselves canceled. Low morality in this company

Minus: "Dusseldorf to Warsaw: Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight out of Dusseldorf (about an hour) - Just before landing, pilot announced all connections would be made - (and even mentioned chicago) - Connecting flight was gone when I arrived at gate, and I was quick in getting to gate from prior flight - next flight caused 5 hour layover in Warsaw Warsaw to Chicago Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight our ot Warsaw (about an hour) - no messaging at gate about reason for delay - kept increasing departure by 5 minute increments; started at 16:40 ended 17:05 (I beleive) - once boarding was complete, pilot said delay was due to wait for connections (boarding was an hour and 15 minutes late). Very frustrated"

Minus: "The gate agents were forcing random people to check in their hand luggage, even before weighing that luggage. They also check the hand luggage to make sure it fits in the "template" and weigh it (a second time) at the gate. Once on-board, they then announced that they were waiting for other connecting passengers. Took about 45 minutes. It would be nice to know that before booking that they do this, and also before boarding, even if it makes more sense to start boarding before they arrive (but 45 minutes before?). The live map on the public screens in economy showed a dummy/overview map with "waiting for data" the entire flight, rather than the actual live map. Premium did have the data on their screens, and the individual screens also worked fine. Not sure what happened there..."

The flight was over an hour late with no explanation. There was a plane at the gate when we landed, which added to the tardiness of arrival. They were so non Chalant about so many people missing their connecting flights. It was like they already knew they were going to put us on Lufthansa 2 hours later... polish airlines Is awful- the airport personnel even worse. No one respects standing in line. Airport officials kept cutting into the security lines which literally cost me the 5 minutes that I could have made the flight. I am very diasspointed and kayak should not advertise this airline."

I said I was never given the option to get a ticket with/without a bag for free and they basically told me I was lying. I didn't feel like arguing and paid for the bag. Kayak didn't mention or made me aware of my "kind" of ticket. Either Kayak makes consumers aware of this or LOT shouldn't be posting their flights on Kayak. 2. I flew Eurolot, "A partner of LOT" and not LOT. It should also be CLEAR what it is one is flying."

Minus: "Seating was tight as usual on all planes. The seat cushion was worn down and was hard. Crew were not overly friendly but weren't rude either. They won't be winning any customer service awards. They didn't offer drinks as often as United has especially on an international flight. They need to offer water more frequently."
