Crew could have been more friendly…little-to no smiles…seemed like all business and get the flight over with. Baggage service at Lisbon airport was terrible, between waiting for a discharge belt # to be assigned, waiting for luggage to be loaded onto conveyor belt. All in all waited over an hour for our one suitcase….

When I told them they should remedy somehow their mistake, they said they did not have any other extra seat in business and that there was nothing they could do. They did not apologize. They were quite unprofessional and rude. I fly often and I have never experienced something so unprofessional and rude. Alitalia is far better than Swissair in terms of professionalism and of politeness. I will always discourage anyone from flying Swissair. Worst company ever."

Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

Running around at JFK from terminal four, to terminal seven, to terminal eight, back to terminal four, to get a flight out, was a bit much considering how tired we were – not to mention hungry, since KLM neglected to provide the kosher meals we had requested with plenty of time – BOTH going to and returning from Europe."

Plus: "Flying out of Chicago we had a 3 hour delay. Caused me to miss my connection. The cause was "plane availability". What? It wasn't weather related in the least. Once the flight left the ground, the trip was very pleasant. But, Finnair should have made some sort of compensation to the passengers. They did not."

Minus: "This was booked as British Airways, but ended up American Airways. The food was cold and had to be reheated, the plane was worn, overall this was one of the worst flights to Europe ever. I did not book American, just got duped into it, but now I will make sure I will never fly American again."

Minus: "Whoever designed and built this airplane should literally be INDICTED - AND I AM NOT KIDDING! We were in disbelief the moment we boarded and saw the airplane. 10 people across jammed into the row??!! - and on an long international flight?? - are you kidding??!! Further, these were the SMALLEST seats I have EVER been forced to sit in. Neither I, or my friend came close to fitting. We literally had to alternate getting up and standing because we were literally overlapping each other when we sat! (His shoulder and arm were literally on top of me!!). It was so bad that when the stewardess came rolling down the aisle with her cart, I had to be aware and see her in advance so I could literally TURN MY BODY OVER TO THE LEFT HALF ON TOP OF THE PERSON SITTING NEXT TO ME SO SHE WOULDN'T TAKE OFF MY ARM AND SHOULDER. ULTIMATELY, SOMEONE, OR MORE THAN ONE PERSON, IS GOING TO GET SERIOUSLY HURT BY THIS RECKLESS, GREED-DRIVEN DESIGN!! The OVERT GREED by the airline (American) clearly reflected by this in trying to JAM as many human beings into a flight as possible like Sardines is DISGUSTING!!! You simply DO NOT TREAT HUMAN BEINGS THIS WAY!! It is also clear evidence that there needs to be tighter standards, regulations and penalties by the FAA and what is allowed by airlines. AND I AM SENDING A LETTER TO THE FAA!!!"

Minus: "Neither of my two checked in pieces of baggage did not arrive, causing major anxiety, hardship and hassle after a long trip."
Plus: "I liked most of service except seats space with economy . it was impressive to see Scandinavians and Korean flight attendants cooperate each other . Both of them were gentle ,kind and nice !"
Minus: "The e ticket info didn't accord with the real ticket info such as gates so if you don't check out the bulletin board properly , you may wait in wrong gates but not that crucial. It's always about the airport problem with crowded passengers or in size not aeroplane. Everything is about time control . ICN is quite large in scale so I couldn't use duty free shop due to so many passengers and the spacious hallways even though I had 2hours . perhaps you gotta presume it as 3hours for enough time . so I had to throw out my lotion or moisturizer at ICN .pfff I wasted my money :p"

Plus: "I like the Airbus A330 model's that AA flies from Charlotte on European destinations. They are the former USAir A330's and they are nice both in business and economy. There are no premium economy seats on this version. And Charlotte is an excellent airport to fly from/to."
Minus: "I wish there was a premium economy offering on this plane. The first row of economy is sold as such but is really nothing like prem economy apart from additional legroom."

Minus: "The man sitting next to me required two seats. The arm rested had to be lifted to my seat to accommodate him. I complained but the flight was full and my seat could not be changed. I was told that British Air policy was not to require extraordinary over weight people to buy two seats. No, instead the person next to that overweight person has to suffer. A very stupid and unfair policy. As a result I will never book Finnair or British Air again if I can avoid it."

Minus: "Unable to pre select seats because the arrangement makes you neither a full BA or Finnair customer. Food was just about edible and that was the better non vegetable option. The plane was old and the in in seat screens were old too, with poor resolution (no touch screen to illustrate the aging technology). Although the entertainment selection was relatively current the aging connection in the arm rest, coupled with cheap ear buds made for a poor listening experience."
Minus: "Never picking up garbage (telling us the next crew will do that) The cabin a mess. NO LEG ROOM. Terrible."

Poor communication from boarding staff, airport staff not a clue. Communication on board was un decipherable and airline lost baggage.

Minus: "Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet"

Minus: "Air France is not a low fare airlines, I had to pay 225 USD against 3 luggages which is not acceptable. We should have the right for one luggage per ticket as all other airlines. I asked, online, twice, if we could have a couple of extra kg for hand pieces. Rec’d only auto. luggage policy. Forced to check both bags."

He could have just politely told me there was nothing available. Not looking forward to my return flight"
Minus: "Staff where so unhelpful that I missed my flight and then refused to offer any assistance as to how I could remedy this situation. This cost me over €180 which is a weeks food and stay for me. Don't fly with these guys or with air Croatia."

Plus: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

Minus: "Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good. I did not find the seats comfortable."
Plus: "Service was much better than on the flight from MIA to CDG 3 weeks before - that was very poor. Entertainment was excellent - great selection of movies. Premium Economy was definitely worth the upgrade cost."
Minus: "Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."

Minus: "Flight into and out of indiapolis was delayed by 2 hours. Missed my connection flight to LHR because of the delay. never had such a flying experience. Flight was operated by Delta. I won't be flying them again."

Minus: "It's an a380, stains everywhere, aisles between seats narrow even for business, caos at CDG, no clear queues, ground staff shout at passengers, food selection good but huge gap between describtion and reality, in JFK we waited for 30 minutes cause the docking spot was too narrow for the captain, sky priority? The economy got their bags before 1st and business."

In a French company I expect much more. The entertainment system on the airbus a380 was like an enchant IT system from the past. Very poor reaction time. Very messy and not people oriented at all. Especially after KLM's And Delta experience."

Minus: "Disorganized uninformed staff. One says I have to have an additional "random" security check after going through the same thing in security. Turns out it wasn't random and I didn't need it. Both times they read my boarding pass wrong thought I was going to Tel Aviv - not random. Airport was hot as hell! Flight kept getting delayed then we had a gate change as well. Finally got on the plane and it took forever to take off so we were basically sitting in a sauna for 30+ minutes."
