Ingen av skärmarna fungerade på flyget, vilket är väldigt dåligt när det är en så lång resa
Checkade in golfklubbor och Finnairs personal såg till så att vi fick betala 2 gånger. Helt oackseptabelt!
Ända bättring skulle vara att kunna ge rätt gate på bordningen vid byte i Helsingfors ( var fel/ ändrat) både gånger 😉😊 (kanske inget med er att göra…) Annars jätte nöjd med alla fyra flyg med Finnair, trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Vi gick och ankom innan tidtabell. Fick ett glas blåbärssoppa ombord. Trevlig bestättning.
Plus: "The crew was amazing, friendly and on-top of it. the filght was great. I was next too a large, smelly man and that affected my flight, but that was out of the airline crew's control made the flight a bit uncomfortable."
Minus: "Not to be seated next to a large man and a child behind me kicking my seat. Again, items out of your control. There is one item, and that is, I forgot to request a vegan food option and it would have been nice to have one last minute even though I did not request it."
Plus: "The crew was very attentive, helpful and wonderful. I’d like to mention food too: excellent, fresh and wholesome!"

Minus: "Our flight got delayed so American Airlines Auto switched us to a flight leaving a day later with a 17 hour layover. When I called to get it fixed I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got through. Once we got on original flight they gave away seats we paid extra for and gave us no refund."

Minus: "Ran out of food options from SFO to HEL. I was sitting towards the end of the plane ... and no more chicken so got stuck with the pork and mashed potatoes options. Need more coffee aboard the flight. ANA cleans the bathroom periodically, and wouldn't be bad to do the same on long flights. The arm rest between seats don't go all the way up, only half way. If the person in front of you is asleep during meal service, the FA (flight attendant) won't lift the seat and it may be a very uncomfortable meal experience. Other airlines will have the FA do it themselves. ...and you need to be careful about staying awake to get food (otherwise you can get forgotten)."

Plus: "I have Parkinson's disease, and my ability to walk is dependent on how long it has been since I last took carbidopa/levodopa, and how much I have exercised while standing since taking my medicine. I have difficulty walking narrow aisles, and in crowds. The staff was very understanding, and let me pre-board, ensured someone was there to help me deplane, carried my carry-on for me, and did everything possible to assist me. The crew/staff was wonderful!"

Minus: "Flight from dublin was delayed about an hour. Flight from Helsinki to Chicago was delayed almost 5 hours and all they gave us were 8 euro in vouchers which isn't even enough to eat at the airport. Communication on delays was poor and staff was not helpful."
Plus: "They gave us a warm cloth to wash our hands and face at the beginning of the flight. There was a bottle of water there too. We were constantly offered various drinks, especially water. The staff was extremely friendly and each of the flight attendants spoke about 4 languages."
Minus: "The entertainment system wasn't the best I've seen as of late. It's not a big deal, but it would be nice if they updated it!"

Plus: "Finnair's Planes are high quality and standard. I am an Aircraft Mechanic, and frequently when boarding planes I try to look for bad repairs or bad maintenance. The Interior was clean, and the leg room in economy was absolutely excellent. The Staff was outstanding, and showed the utmost professionalism at all times."
Minus: "All my complaints are things neither Finnair nor the Crew could have helped. Turbulance was minor but constant. Some passengers rude enough to cut in front of the bathroom lines, and pretend not to comprehend English when they do. The Pork Dish and Breakfast dish were awful, however I recognize it isn't Finnish food, but a Korean variety. Two babies kept crying and screaming, for almost a solid 4 hours. I wasn't aware infants had the lung capacity or developed vocal chords to do such a feat. It also seemed like the parents were ignoring their babies not even trying to console them. Absolutely out of the hands of the staff, and I do not blame them for that. The only reason why the flight was so low, was simply because of things out of their hands. This is just a review of this specific flight, not the company itself."

Minus: "Let me start out by saying this was my first transcontinental, longer than 2hour flight...I am extremely upset that I paid the extra money to choose my seat and when booking I chose that I wanted a window seat, well I ended up smack in the middle of the plane with a person on each side of me so I wasn't even able to sleep the entire 7 hour 9p-9am flight. Also when I attempted to check in 24hours prior in order to make sure I got a seat id be happy with it said that it wasn't available for my flight so I couldn't check in and I couldn't chose a seat but regardless I still should've gotten the seat I wanted bc of my preferences at booking. Don't pay the extra to ensure your seat it's a total rip off"

Minus: "Unable to pre select seats because the arrangement makes you neither a full BA or Finnair customer. Food was just about edible and that was the better non vegetable option. The plane was old and the in in seat screens were old too, with poor resolution (no touch screen to illustrate the aging technology). Although the entertainment selection was relatively current the aging connection in the arm rest, coupled with cheap ear buds made for a poor listening experience."
Plus: "The flight was operated by Iberia. The crew was very good, the flight was on time and it was a comfortable flight. It was not a full flight (either way to or from Madrid) and there was plenty of room to spread out and sleep which was nice. The entertainment system was great with many options from TV to movies to games and music. The food was only fair but included a meal and a large snack. I will definitely take this flight again."

Fortunately, another attendant came over after my husband went to the galley to again ask for assistance."

Good budget airline, comfortable seats and pleasant crew
I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.
Plus: "The flight was fine."
Minus: "Super delayed. I arrived in Vienna at night with no further outbound flights because of the delay. Also, the airline will not accept responsibility for the missed connection so Im done with Eurowings."

We were confused when they did not give us our boarding passing for our connecting flight at our original departure desk, and were told we would receive the boarding passes at the gate in Zurich. I never received any notice about his being a Eurowings flight or instructions to check in online. Our incoming flight to Zurich was delayed at least a half hour and it took us a while to get to the gate for our connecting flight. When we arrived, the gate had just been closed and we were told we were not even on the ledger. We were told we would have needed to get our boarding passes at the Swiss Sor desk and required prior check in to be on the passenger list. We were also very confused about the fact that this was a eurowings fight even though our booking indicated Swiss. This has never happened to us before. We would have needed additional instructions for prior check in, and had we been on the passenger list perhaps the plane would have waited for us."

Minus: "I tried to book exit row seats online. The seat map would not load, so I called the number suggested. Had a long a confusing conversation with a woman who did not seem to understand what an exit row seat was. I booked seats, but my card was never charged and I received no email confirmation. I tried the website again and this time saw the seat map. Completely misleading. The real exit row is the row IN FRONT of the marked exits on the map. I chose the row which looked like an exit row, and on boarding found that I was in the row behind the exit row. The flight attendant took a photo of my seat map print out, because it was so confusing!!! No wonder the woman I spoke to sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about - she was following the seat map too!"

Minus: "You do not even get one checked bag free, it will cost you plenty. They changed our flight's boarding gate but took far too long before letting anybody know. The sign at the gate said departure would be on time but it was actually very late, and they never updated the departure time, they kept us standing in a crowd, shoulder to shoulder like cattle. There was a huge line waiting for hours in the overheated departure gate, everybody soaked in sweat. Only enough chairs for a couple dozen people, old folks fading. On board they ignore you completely, as though you were invisible, unless you have pre-ordered a meal. Press the button for an attendant, none will come. No drinking water available unless you go to the back and ask for it. If you ask a flight attendant for water she will tell you to wait for the cart, then ask again, but to the cart pushers you are invisible unless you have one of their meal boxes on your tray table. Extremely uncomfortable, very narrow seats. You have to pay extra for a pillow or a blanket. This is an airline for masochists who are happy to choose misery in order to save a few bucks. Now I know."

For a flight from Paris to LAX, you'd think there'd be some kind of entertainment and yet we had nothing but a really old tv. There were no USB charging ports. Everything was so loud. I've been flying for years and I've never had anything as bad as this. Somebody puked on the bathroom door and the crew just put a blanket down to cover it up. Everything smelled. AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT, they charged me 80 euros for 1 checked bag. Meals were 45 euros EACH WAY and for a glorified tv dinner and a snack. Not worth it in anyway. I've never been more dissatisfied with a flight in my life."

Minus: "The flight was delayed for poorly explained reasons, there was a huge baggage cost for an international flight, the plane taxied for 5 hours after landing, the heat was cranked up and there were no fans, our baggage hasn’t come out 2 hours after landing, but most of all there was no in flight entertainment for the 7.5 hour transatlantic flight - I don’t want to fly Norwegian ever again."

It’s not that we didn’t plan to be earlier (we did) but our Uber driver took an awful route and turned a 50 minute drive into 2 hours. Minus: "The in-seat entertainment system was busted - but then I hadn't expected anything, so didn't really miss it. The charger did work. The location information did work, including simulations of the view from the cockpit and windows. You have to pay for everything except water poured for you."
Minus: "The purser (Vinnie, who had been serving up doubles and high fives) arrived and told me that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin and there was nothing that he could do about that, and that they had cut him off after he started antagonizing me. I asked why it was that he would knowingly supply a passenger with over ten drinks, jeopardizing the wellbeing of other passengers, and he again responded that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin. The younger female flight attendant then told me that the cops would be waiting for the passenger on arrival - when in fact, the port police department was never notified, nor was the Norwegian station manager at JFK. I then spoke with a great guy by the name of David and asked him to take me to the back of the plane. The only seat available was the middle seat in row 28, so i spent the last hour and a half in the back of the coach cabin. About 30 minutes before arrival, Vinnie came to me and asked "so what exactly happened?" claiming that he would have to submit a report. I had already explained to him and several other flight attendants what had happened and they had seen and heard for themselves. Again, I was told that Vinnie never mentioned any of this to the JFK station. On arrival, I waited patiently with all the other passengers, collected my carryon from David and exited the plane - there was no one from Norwegian ground staff or from the port police department. The assailants name is Jaramye Daniels. I am concerned about your in flight staff's lack of response regarding this encounter, especially given the fact that it occurred on the anniversary of 9/11. Public intoxication and assault are criminal acts and should be dealt with accordingly."

Minus: "Extremely rude flight attendant that served my section. Lack of information about when you would be served. No free drinks including water, even though I paid for a meal. Very narrow seats, the only type of person that would fit comfortably would be a child. I was given a different seat from what I reserved and sat in the middle of 2 men (one with horrible body odor), both whom were very thin, but it was if we were all sharing the same seat, I couldn't move!!!! Toilets hadn't been cleaned, absolutely disgusting. When the pilot spoke, he had such a thick accent no one around me could figure out what he was saying. And last but not least, we sat on the plane for 3 hours before we took off, 2 of those hours was without airconditioning."

Minus: "I did not like food service.I have some food restrictions.There were no kosher or halal options.Anyway, I was not expecting that but I wanted to get a cup of soda but the crew said if you don't get the food you can't have the soda so I had to buy it. This is stupid. I did not like luggage restrictions they allowed me only 10 kg if it is more than 10 you have to pay another hundred dollars. If I find another direct flight I'll try it."
