Plus: It was a fairly quick boarding, even though we left 20 minutes later than expected. The wifi on board did not work. The flight was comfortable and went by quite fast.
Minus: I didn't enjoy the fact that 30 minutes before boarding there was already a tremendous queue. Even though this queue had formed, they somehow managed to take long enough to leave late.
Plus: On our longer flight, we were thrilled- nice crew, delicious food, spacious, great pilot, and enjoyable entertainment experience. However, on our shorter flight from Brussels to telaviv, not only was the crew completely inattentive, but they were intentive to some very disturbing things including children who were pulling the hair of other customers and jumping up-and-down in the aisles of the airplane. There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency.
Minus: I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers.
Minus: There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!
Plus: After our first flight had been cancelled, we needed to be comforted by Brussels Airlines that our return flight would be OK. And we were. Though there were slight delays due to technical checks at boarding time, everything else was on schedule and we even landed slightly ahead of time, never a bad thing. The flight was smooth and quite pleasurable. Now we are prepared to experience flying with Brussels Airlines again.
Plus: This particular flight was parked at the closest bay to immigration at Heathrow. So a late boarding and arrival was made early through not having a mile long walk to passport control.
Minus: Disorganized boarding with the plane load of people huddled around the entrance to the boarding area. No guidance from the crew on how to efficiently pack the overhead bins efficiently with passengers helpless to put their treasures into the overhead bins.

Minus: The dinner taste was not great. Seating is very uncomfortable and small. Really limited on space if seat is reclined in front of you.
Plus: This was a 12 hour flight that didn’t feel like 12 hours. They movies and other entertainment was very good with new and older movies that didn’t disappoint. The food was great all the way through to the farewell piece of chocolate.
Minus: The seats on this flight were very tight. I am 5’8 and felt super cramped. The seats themselves were not that bad just small and not a lot of space. If you fly with them don’t expect to kee anything under the seat with you. Also the whole boarding process is a big cluster! There is no real organization to the line or who they are boarding. Make sure you get in the line quickly or you could be waiting awhile.

Minus: Checking in online was a nightmare as the site kept freezing, there was a mix up with my priority and cabin baggage, I was told by the webchat team that this had gone through but not on my boarding pass, when I got the the airport the Ryanair staff were extremely rude to us, they sent us to the back of the queue I front of everyone and then told us we would have to pay to take our bags with us, they then had to be out on the hold. When we got back to Birmingham we then had to sit on the plane for around 15 minutes as there was not a slot for us. I spent hours of my 2 day break trying to sort check ins etc, I would never fly with Ryanair again.
Plus: Queue was long but still boarded quickly,
Minus: Providing even simple entertainment for kids e.g. colouring sheets would have helped them cope with the flight.
Plus: Best flight for what I needed, the time was perfect, cost was good. It was on time and everything went smooth.
Minus: Well, small plane, cheap flight. Seats small and crowded. There was not even a place to put my water bottle. But for a short flight at the right time, it's fine. Crew made all kinds of announcements and sales pitches, bit annoying when you are trying to sleep.

Plus: The total experience from check-in to disembark was extraordinary. The crew were beyond eager to please and extremely responsive. The food was hot and very tasted. The beverage selection was finominal. The cleanliness of the plane and restrooms, although the handle for one of the restrooms fell off the door.
Plus: It was the first time I needed to use "Passenger Assistance" and it made my experience excellent. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you.

Minus: The board in BUD said flight was delayed...no gate info. Then I noticed people in the area frantically getting up...witching 5 min there was no gat to a message that said boarding...last call! We frantically got to our gate which was a large metal pole building...where we stood for 30 plus minutes.

Minus: The way the crew was serving the meals and offering everything was disappointing, in few word no good. Coffee, coffees anyone? Coffee, coffee! Please! That’s not a way for serving
Minus: To be honest, i feel like your pricing is very misleading. I was not prepared to pay $60 per bag in luggage fees. For an international flight, I believe your site should be much more clear in stating whether the fees paid will include luggage or not. I will consider other options in the future to avoid this unpleasant surprise at the airport.

Minus: The problem was outbound from Porto to Rome. Iberia lost 2 out of 3 bags and one took 24 hours to reach our Rome hotel and one took 48 hours to reach our Rome hotel.
Plus: The crew was excellent.My only complaint was as we were sitting in row 54 the crew made too much noise during sleeping time.Other than that they were very helpful and very nice.It was our first time flying Iberia.It was very enjoyable.I will be happy to recommend bthem.
Minus: The aircraft was not full. Passengers were staggered, but not staggered enough. People were assigned aisle seats (normally a good thing), but the person in front of me kept her seat fully reclined, squashing me in and making the 10 hr flight most uncomfortable. No soap in one of the lavs

Minus: Too much light in the cabin because of too many screens on. Should have a separate part of the cabin with screens off allowing one to sleep more easily.
Plus: The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled.
Minus: This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu.

Minus: Tiny, tiny seats. Charged 80 euro for a bag that was only 4 kilos over the weight limit. Did not tell me how much that charge would be and there was plenty of space in the overheads for that bag. This is a BUDGET airline and will charge you for anything. Never flying again.

Minus: No WiFi on plane Half menu was not available No blankets, no pillows on the plane. Even paid ones Crew didn’t help me to find a place for my hand luggage ( I had only one ☝️) She said it is my responsibility
Minus: Boarding was ridiculous! The gate was significantly too small for a number of passengers that needed to board. There were no clear announcements out how to organize ourselves therefore it was complete chaos with no one knowing where to line up. The crew was the most ridiculous!!! I sat four or five rows from the back and was Peerview to all of their conversations about their hair, about their schedules, about your “valued guest”, about their shifts, about Batman, about anything and everything during the time the plane dark when your “valued customers” were supposed to be able to sleep. It went on and on at a volume that was just absolutely not necessary or professional. This was the least professional crew I have ever experienced and I travel extensively! Comfort the Cabin was freezing cold entire time. I bought a blanket which did basically nothing! Was it Oliver twist blanket before hand? The free blankets I get on other lines with the chill out significantly better! Food and drinks was nonexistent which I suppose is the new trend cutting service for profit. However it should’ve been clearly stated to passengers, that we can prepare for the 11 hour flight!! Entertainment it was nice that each seat had a screen, however the selection of entertainment was poor! For example each TV series only had one episode available.

Minus: They had no filed paperwork with JFK AND we were told that the plane could not leave Oslo until it was accomplished. The flight left two hours late.
