Från och med den 25 juni 2020 får resenärer från Österrike, Belgien, Bulgarien, Kroatien, Tjeckien, Cypern, Danmark, Estland, Finland, Frankrike, Grekland, Ungern, Island, Irland, Italien, Lettland, Liechtenstein, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, Nederländerna, Norge, Polen, Portugal, Slovakien, Slovenien, Spanien och Sverige komma in i landet. Resenärer måste ha tillbringat minst 2 veckor i ovannämnda länder innan de flyger till Tyskland. Inreserestriktionerna för Kina, Japan, Sydkorea, Hongkong och Macao kommer också att upphävas om detta kan avtalas på ömsesidig grund. Listan kommer att ses över varannan vecka. Inresa från ett tredje land är möjlig för resenärer som kan visa upp ett viktigt skäl för inresa. Förteckningen över viktiga skäl omfattar tyska medborgare och EU-medborgare samt alla tredjelandsmedborgare med uppehållsrätt i Tyskland. Kraven på karantän i Tyskland varierar beroende på delstat. Alla inresande från högriskområden (över 50 fall per 100 000 invånare) måste fullfölja 10 dagars karantän vid ankomst till Tyskland. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."

Minus: "For people who have Airbaltic as a connecting flight this might be very inconvenient. We paid 40 Eur/person each way for our luggage . That brings the price that you pay so much higher than you expect at first. Also if you don't print boarding pass ahead of time which we didn't (plus still needed to drop off checked luggage and check our passports) they want to charge you 30 Eur a person to print that drinking piece of paper. If you don't want to pay that get out of the line with all of you luggage, go to kiosk and print it, then come back to the line. But that's companies rules , employees just have to follow it. Another problem was their attitude. The guy who got our luggage was so weird. Showing off and talking to us like a boss. After giving us boarding passes he said we can go to the screen and look up the gate ourselves. I never write long reviews but man! they got me mad that day. Never say never - but I don't want to fly with this airline again"

Had a long a confusing conversation with a woman who did not seem to understand what an exit row seat was. I booked seats, but my card was never charged and I received no email confirmation. I tried the website again and this time saw the seat map. Completely misleading. The real exit row is the row IN FRONT of the marked exits on the map. I chose the row which looked like an exit row, and on boarding found that I was in the row behind the exit row. The flight attendant took a photo of my seat map print out, because it was so confusing!!! No wonder the woman I spoke to sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about - she was following the seat map too!"

This flight is sometimes subcontracted out to WDL who fly various other flights for SN throughout the day, and so any delay elsewhere in Europe can delay this flight. Baggage priority ignored for Star Gold. Missed train connection on arrival in UK. Due to the above problems. In-flight staff OK but ground crew seem disorganised."

The passenger behind me was difficult the entire flight and kept hoisting himself up using my seat so it was hard to sleep the entire flight. Minus: "The purser (Vinnie, who had been serving up doubles and high fives) arrived and told me that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin and there was nothing that he could do about that, and that they had cut him off after he started antagonizing me. I asked why it was that he would knowingly supply a passenger with over ten drinks, jeopardizing the wellbeing of other passengers, and he again responded that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin. The younger female flight attendant then told me that the cops would be waiting for the passenger on arrival - when in fact, the port police department was never notified, nor was the Norwegian station manager at JFK. I then spoke with a great guy by the name of David and asked him to take me to the back of the plane. The only seat available was the middle seat in row 28, so i spent the last hour and a half in the back of the coach cabin. About 30 minutes before arrival, Vinnie came to me and asked "so what exactly happened?" claiming that he would have to submit a report. I had already explained to him and several other flight attendants what had happened and they had seen and heard for themselves. Again, I was told that Vinnie never mentioned any of this to the JFK station. On arrival, I waited patiently with all the other passengers, collected my carryon from David and exited the plane - there was no one from Norwegian ground staff or from the port police department. The assailants name is Jaramye Daniels. I am concerned about your in flight staff's lack of response regarding this encounter, especially given the fact that it occurred on the anniversary of 9/11. Public intoxication and assault are criminal acts and should be dealt with accordingly."

She was simply told to get the next flight 24 hours later, killing 15% of her vacation. The gate agent said to my hysterical child that she was so sorry for the hours lost in prior connecting flight delays and recognized the plane my daughter was to be on was still one hour from pushback from the gate, but she couldn't overcome the computers having closed out the flight at precisely 60 minutes before scheduled departure so there was nothing a human could do. This is the epitome of machines gone crazy!!"

No option online that said we had to pay for our bags again. Check in crew very unfriendly and rude... We don't like hidden charges, unexplained charges and being over charged. Please refund these bag charges. Thank you."

You made me pay 50$ to check 1, then want to check my other "approved" ones for free cuz you ran out of cabin space? Just spend the 50$ extra and book with a better organized airline"

Minus: "The man and woman who were the gate crew in Toulouse were really, really mean to passengers getting on. The man yelling at an old couple, who didn't speak French and didn't understand, to put their handbags in their luggage or pay 60 euro. The woman tried to make me pay 60 euro too, claiming my carryon bag, which I have taken on dozens of flights including on easyjet with zero problems or questions ever, was 2mm over the regulation length. Then when it fit in the sizer, after an argument and two checks in front of all the passengers in line, I was made to go to the back of the line from the front because I had stepped out (to measure the bag). They made a lot of people check bag sizes and they all fit. Then they handed out tags to people to put on bags, didn't explain what they were, and then people were surprised when the tag meant they had to check the bag even though they were standing at the front of the line. Then the flight was late because they couldn't figure out who was on the plane. They kept reading out names of people at the front of jet, most of whom weren't on the (completely full) plane, because they couldn't figure out who was on and who wasn't. Didn't they check who boarded before they let us all on??"
