Minus: "Thunderstorm at Zurich caused delay of our flight into Zurich, and we missed original connecting flight to USA. Many other travelers affected and there were no other flights that day. One wonders if they could have held the flight for one hour or so to allow everyone to make the flight. There was a huge line, 2-3 hours of waiting, at SWISS transfer desk to rebook. It took another 2 hours to locate our luggage. I believe SWISS were required by EU regs to provide overnight accommodations and meals. But the hotel was 30+ km from the airport and we were not confident we would have transport in the morning to make our rebooked flight. Because we could not take the chance already being delayed by a day, we booked an airport hotel at our own expense. Overall experience of the missed connection was negative based on the airline's (SWISS) procedures, but the individual SWISS staff helping us were all helpful and made extra effort to accommodate."

The support staff when I called again put back the seats for my return flight. I tried to check in online. Not working. Tried at least 50 times. Not working. Called the support staff. They told me to call the check in support center. I called the check in support center at least 50 times where mi was told the staff are busy and could not answer the call. I called at 6:00am next day where I was told by the check in support staff that my ticket had an issue which they did not know exactly what was the issue but prevented me to do a check in. I drove more than 2 hours to the airport where finally I could check in but I was told that my return flight seats had disappeared again. They managed to put them back again. I hope this time it’s finally ok. The support staff on the phone told me I could get reimbursed for the seat reservation I had paid for for the on going flight. The Swiss staff at the airport told me there would be no refund. Swiss is terrible"

Bording stuart said that my ticket is ECO LIGHT class and I don't have the right to any baggage. Worst thing of all was that the reason of my trip to Paris was my sister's graduation and half of the baggage was my formal wear and other half were presents for my sister! Your lack of transparency ruined one in lifetime special event- MY SISTER'S GRADUATION. I am very glad that you asked me for my opinion because I am using my free time to demand full refund, even tough the damage is much bigger than the cost of the ticket and it's irreplaceable."

Minus: "We had a family of four sitting behind us. The father yelled all the time. They took up four overhead bins and he was frequently up and down getting things out of the bins. His very hairy large belly was touching my daughters head every time. He and his children punched the backs of our seats on a regular basis. My back was in constant pain and I was unable to do very many things due to the back pain during my "vacation", The flight attendants had to remind the parents that their children could not stand on the seats during takeoff or crawl around under the seats. No ability to change seats or I would have. I didn't have a problem with the other children on the flight, when they were crying their parents tried to do something. However these people brought playdough for their child to roll out or punch on the seat tray and all they did was constantly yell loudly at their children, Well not about the kicking, punching, or crawling around. Just yell in general at them."

There is no possible way for anyone who isn't seriously sedated to sleep or even sit for any extended period of time in what amount to slightly cushioned coffins. I literally spent an hour in the toilet trying to fall asleep because at least in there I had room to extend my legs. At least in there I could actually breathe (the ventilation system is totally inadequate for anyone sitting near the windows and results in horribly stuffy and uncomfortable air.)"

Minus: "My luggage being lost both from Toronto to Zurich and from Zurich to Toronto. Air Canada took nearly 4 days to get my baggage to me in Toronto, as a result of which I was unable to attend a funeral in Chicago. I was lied to over and over by air Canada. The entire experience was horrible."

I tried watching different movies, programs, music...it wasn't the material I was watching that was the problem. I asked the flight attendant to reset my console. That didn't work either. I just ended up reading my book the entire 9 hour trip."

Minus: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us."
Minus: "There was no amenities pack given in Premium economy. The food was ok. It would have been nice to have been offered another bread roll. Seat comfort was fine, but I kept getting hit by the separating curtain as the flight attendants went back and forth from economy."
Minus: "Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

Especially after KLM's And Delta experience."

Diverted to Stuttgart, where no BA staff was on the ground to deal with and all services had already closed (~00:30). Basically ~50 customers were dumped at a place they didn’t want to be and no info on his BA wanted to deal with it was given. After 1 week still no info on compensation. And this wants to be a major carrier?"

Minus: "I did not like the service between British airways from London to Gothenburg, they charge you even for water. They did not offer free drinks like soda or water, they charged. Even though the flight was international."

Minus: "The only problem that I had with my flight is that my luggage did not arrive on the same flight. Possibly due to my connecting flight from DCA to JFK. Both American Airlines and British Airways reassured me that it would be at Gatwick Airport when I arrived. Unfortunately, it did not. It took approximately four days to get my luggage. This was definitely a lessons learned."

They pack so many seats into the space that there is no comfort at all in flying. It was a complete let down. Food was an improvement from our flight from LAX To CDG, but if was only mediocre at best. I really expected this flight to be better than those I've taken with Vueling, Iberia and Virgin but it was terribly disappointing. I would think twice before purchasing a ticket with this airline again."
Minus: "For the 2nd time, neither me or my husband got our food choice...it has happened everytime we have flown. And we purchased full fare business class seats! I can understand once and maybe for one of us but it has happened EVERY time. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I sadly left my laptop onboard and I called the number for SFO BA Lost and Found for 48 hours....every 20 minutes. NO ONE answered and no one returned my messages. I finally had to drive back to the airport to talk to a human....a 5 hr round trip. No laptop turned in and it didn't turn back up in London. So clearly, cleaning crew stole it. That in its own right is a problem but NO ONE returning my calls. Completely unacceptable. I got the duty manager's email and emailed him TWICE over TWO days before he returned my email. I highly doubt I will fly BA again, I'm afraid."

Minus: "Language with the personnel was a minus. An experienced flight attendant uttered "Jesus F..... Christ" - as a reaction to people getting up before seatbelt signs have been switched off seems fair, the wordage is unacceptable from an airline that ought to be a pillar of decency."

Our stewardess was rude and unhelpful. Best example, when my husband turned in the remains of his last meal, something had leaked over his tray table. She didn't bother to help. He luckily had some extra napkins. She watched him clean it up and then left without taking the soiled napkins. Thanks. The meal quality was poor on the international flight. American handled the start of our vacation. Such a superior international flight quality compare to British Air."

Minus: "Like the flight from Amsterdam to Philadelphia, the seats were extremely uncomfortable and wouldn't go back much at all. On this flight my tray was also broken so I couldn't ever put any drinks on it without them spilling everywhere. The flight attendants were the worst ones I have ever had on a flight. Very unpleasant and rude. They would barely pay attention to customers and would only gossip when they were making their rounds down the isles. One of them made an attempt to bump either my arm or my leg every time she walked paste me, not once apologizing. It was very clear that she was doing it on purpose. At one point she even kept bending over to get into one of her drawers on her cart and kept shoving her butt into my shoulder and in my face repeatedly without acknowledging me at all. I was returning from a trip overseas and my appearance was less than business casual but that is no excuse to treat me like that or any other customer riding on this airline. I enjoyed my flights with British Airways on my way to Europe. It's extremely unfortunate that these two airlines are sister companies and transfer people between them. From now on I will actively avoid taking any flights on a American Airlines unless I have absolutely no other option. Sadly, this may mean avoiding British Airways as well. It's sad when Allegiant Air offers better flights than such a reputable airline, such as this."
