Plus: By far the best of the 4 flights involved in my trip. Everything went smooth except for deboarding, but that's because of the people, not the airline staff. There was constantly an attendant walking the plane offering water refills entire flight. 3 beverage services, 2 meals, and constant water. Very very good experience

Plus: We (a family of 5) were late for 5 minutes (literally) to the boarding ... Our flight was at 3.45 PM and were at the gate at 3.20 PM ... We were held up at the Passport Control by the Polish Border Guards at the Passport Control - their computer was down ... My wife cried, my kids cried and asked to be let in on the plane ... Nobody cared to help us ...

Minus: for RyanAir to be more human and humane and caring ...

Minus: Get more organised. There is no point checking the passports on the plane door when they have already been checked at the gate, especially when people are waiting in the freezing cold to board the plane.

Minus: They always change the gates, also too many disorders in the gate previous the boarding process, the process it is not clean. They took hand baggage aleatory to send to down and do not ask if we have fragile stuffs there.

Plus: The crew was OK, but nothing special.

Minus: Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :(

Plus: Very confusing going through security.

Minus: Not being delayed at takeoff. We didn’t have enough time, as it was, to catch our flight to Boston and had to run to catch our flight. The scanners at passport control were also a problem.

Plus: Crew brilliant but seat very tight

Plus: The leg room in economy class was average. Not too cramped. There were good selection of entertainment options to watch/listen.

Minus: The care and friendliness of the staff needs improvement. The quality of the food was poor. Additionally the boarding process needs to be better organized. Property sequence and queues need to be maintained and followed through.

Minus: the boarding was chaotic, the airport and airline staff were confused and disorganized, the flight was delayed, we had to walk on the tarmac which was completely open to the street (I could have just walked straight to the plane without going through the airport at all basically), the leg room inside the plane is so tight that my knees were almost touching the back of the seat in front of me and I am only 5 feet tall, a bottle of water was 6 British pounds which is a ridiculous price, the landing was less than stellar

Plus: Leather seats and plenty of leg room. Flight was on time.

Plus: Seats super comfortable. Big screen entrainment.

Minus: One more time offer drinks for a very long travel time (other 10H).

Minus: Food should be tastier and boarding should be more efficient and on time.

Minus: flight was delayed by 3 hours; very rude and indifferent ground staff, almost impossible to rebook; no information/help was provided; barely made our next flight

Minus: Online check-in was very messy - not available. After contacting the phone support, it was possible.

Plus: All seats were very comfortable and spots where I can view everything and crew were awesome.

Minus: Local travelers should be offered even water.

Plus: Boarding was late but fast. Dinner was good. Seating space was fine

Minus: Your staff seemed serious and competent but not friendly.

Minus: This flight reached the absolute depths of mismanagement, disorganization, and unprofessionalism. They allowed a full flight of passengers to board with excess luggage, forcing all of us to wait while those people deplaned you check bags. The resulting fracas resorted in several heated arguments, and seemed close to a fist fight. One grounds crew member on the jetway was extraordinarily rude. Wish I knew her name to report it. This was truly the worst flight experience of my life, and I am a frequent traveler.

Minus: Late boarding! Crew lack of customer service skill! Food wasn’t good enough as well! ....etc

Plus: The crew was kind enough and food was decent

Minus: The plane itself is very old and dirty. Each seat is fit with an entertainment system with a fairly good selection however on both flights, the entertainment system worked for one hour. Then it stopped. The crew was less than helpful and when they did give it their attention they simply reset the screen which then continued to power cycle for the next 5 hours. On the way home, enough folks complained that the crew reset the entire system and then it worked for the last hour

Minus: Slow in refuelling, got us delayed for 40-

Minus: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Plus: Flight arrived on time

Minus: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Plus: Food was quite good, and they were great about continually offering beverages throughout the flight.

Plus: The crew was kind, the flight was on time and alll in all was just as expected.

Plus: Overall Austrian was fine. Smaller plane and people were professional.

Minus: Certainly don’t expect the luxury of SE Asian or Middle Eastern airlines

Plus: The crew was very friendly, the pilot gave us some interesting information en route.

Plus: I just loved the moment when I left that Airplane

Minus: Stop charging extra stuff, I payed more money extra apart for my fly, the charged me for the boarding pass €110 and also €50 for the luggage of 10Kg! Such stole company I never in my love will take a flight with this people

Minus: There are no nets on the back of the seat in front of you to put things like water bottles - headphones, books etc.

Minus: Swiss air returned my bagage damaged and there is no way to report it!

Minus: 2:30 hours delay inside the plane and finally they change our aircraft. The crew is not friendly with us.

Plus: New Boeing 787. Nice aircraft

Minus: This is the only international flight I have ever taken that did not serve food or drinks. We asked for water 4 times and was brought a small glass half full only once. We had to purchase food and drink separately. I can't even believe juice or soda was not included! It is dangerous to not offer at least water for that long of a flight. Would never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again.

Minus: The flight was delayed, then we loaded onto an airport bus where we stood, sweating, for about 10 minutes before the bus left. Once we got on board it took forever for people to be seated, and some people were having their seats switched and others couldn’t find anywhere to put their luggage.

Minus: Seats in economy section are very close together . There is not enough room for knees...especially for such a long trip.

Minus: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Minus: When its rain we shouldn’t walk to the air plain

Minus: 50 min. delay for absolutely nothing. No proper gate available. Only one bus had to serve all passengers from terminal to aircraft. Lufthansa should not operate as a budget airline.

Plus: Drinks served on flight. Comfortable seats.

Plus: Everything is well organized, crew members were great.

Minus: Aircraft A330-300 sucks. It is SLOW! Boeng-777 did Moscow-Houston flight in 10 hours, but this A330 flew from Frankfurt to Atlanta in the same time. Shelves for baggage are small - it is not enough room for all passenger bags. Entertainment can be better. Food... It could be SIGNIFICANTLY better! Or just do not serve it et al. If I could I would not buy it.

Minus: No AC, we roasted. Seats uncomfortably small. Terrible on boarding and off boarding process.

Minus: the flight was late and no food or drinks were available without paying rather high prices

Minus: The ticket was overbook. I ended up with no food on the plane because meals was not enough. There is no usb ports in both planes.

Plus: Great staff , amazing dinner, and the entertainment screen size was best

Minus: Communicate with the other airports for delays....we got home 9 hours later and missed events which were planned because of a failed paperwork delay in Milano.

Minus: The entertainment system was very old with minimum selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working. The seating area was very cramped. I called for service a couple of times from my seat, but nobody came.
