Plus: The most amazing service, good food and great steward

Minus: No WiFi despite paying. No Kosher food despite ordering.

Minus: 50 min. delay for absolutely nothing. No proper gate available. Only one bus had to serve all passengers from terminal to aircraft. Lufthansa should not operate as a budget airline.

Minus: When I got to the check-in desk, I was told to get out of line and check in online. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been good to know that it was necessary to do this so I didn't wait in line for a long time.

Plus: Crews on Air France are outstanding!

Minus: Baggage was lost and was delivered 2 days later.

Plus: Good, friendly crew. Plane was quite clean, although not perfect. Smooth flight.

Minus: No food included in the price of my very expensive ticket, and to make it worse, I was not informed. There was no info while booking, no info while buying the ticket, no email after buying, no email from the airline, nothing. I’ve never even heard of a transatlantic flight without a meal included.

Plus: Flight was pretty smooth

Minus: Seat in front of me was mostly lowered in a position that caused an uncomfortable force against my knees. My neighbor had to place his knees in my sitting area for the very same reason. Otherwise everything was great.

Minus: Service very cold and rare to find. For some reason finnair doesn’t announce boarding

Minus: As always delay and on buda airport pretty chaos during off board but not due ryanair staff but wrong airport organization

Minus: Plane was smaller than what I thought it would be.

Minus: The loading process could have been clearer, there were lines for zones 1 and 2 but none for 3 till I pointed it out. By the time I got on board a cranky old man was in my seat and there was limited overhead storage availability.

Minus: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Minus: Crew members in Amsterdam were very rude and disrespectful

Minus: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Minus: Entertainment unit was very slow and not even possible to operate properly. I had to ask for resetting it several times.

Plus: Nice crew, friendly. Plenty room on flight as it not booked full. Flight left on time

Plus: Full bottle of water and continuous refreshments in flight.

Minus: Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies

Minus: Multiple delays. Need to offer back up flights and hold connections for delayed flights.

Plus: Crew was amazing, flight was on time, and entertainment was available.

Plus: The onboarding process was awesome! The rest was mediocre at best. The cabin was friendly but not helpful. They had weird policies which we have never heard or seen elswhere. The flight had huge screens that won't turn off, it was freezing cold and the crew had no idea how to help.

Minus: More knowledgeable crew and maybe more crew members, as there were too few and the service took more than 2 hours to complete. Never seen that happen on a 7 hour flight.

Plus: The crew was fine. The seats in the A330 are the worst only to be made worse by NO legroom. Very uncomfortable airplane. The flight crew also closes the rear bathroom off during most of the flight, I am assuming so they can use....

Plus: Very confusing going through security.

Minus: Not being delayed at takeoff. We didn’t have enough time, as it was, to catch our flight to Boston and had to run to catch our flight. The scanners at passport control were also a problem.

Minus: Norwegian Air operated its international flight like a budget airline. I have never been on a flight where no food or drink was even offered. We had to ask for water 4 times before one of the attendants brought over half a glass. We ended up buying food and drinks since no meals were served the entire way. It is very dangerous to limit the amount of water patrons drink on the flight. Nothing else was provided. Headphones, blanket, pillow were all extra. Lastly, they do not allow online check in for travelers from the USA. As a result, we were forced to pay 80 euro for each checked bag at the counter!!! We will never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again.

Plus: The ticket was affordable

Minus: The baggage rules are dubious at best.

Minus: Letting Customers know ahead of time that food is not included specially on a 12 hr Flight! They can at least offer a glass of water. We paid 8 Dollars for a Sandwich because we where hungry and he said 5 Minutes and after a while we had to remind him that we had placed an order!

Plus: Super seats for the price

Minus: I dint like the way you guys sold me the tickets with only one bag to check in with when I went to the airport I’ve got to pay 58 pounds extra I was not happy with you guys so next time you have to tell your customers before they buy the tickets that’ it’s one bag check

Plus: The entire experience was amazing that gives me a broader scope to choose from when selecting flights to Europe. The most amazing part was the attentiveness of the staff. Exemplary!!!!!

Minus: For me this part is not applicable

Plus: The seats were spacious and the crew was wonderful. The crew actually made the long flight more tolerable. Will seek out Delta/Air France for further international flights.

Minus: Not necessary to buy a business class ticket, as all the new planes have standard economy seats in the front as well.
