Dessa begränsningar gäller inte brittiska medborgare som är lagligen bosatta i Frankrike. De kommer att få återvända in i landet, men kan behöva visa bevis på bosättning. Undantag görs för makar och barn till franska medborgare, varaktigt bosatta med franska uppehållstillstånd och deras makar och barn, varaktigt bosatta i EU, Andorra, Vatikanstaten, Island, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norge, San Marino och Schweiz samt deras makar och barn på väg hem, samt sjukvårdspersonal. Flygbesättning, personal vid diplomatiska och konsulära inrättningar och internationella organisationer med kontor i Frankrike samt deras makar och barn samt handelssjömän får också fortfarande komma in i landet. Mask är obligatoriskt för alla resenärer över 11 år.
Resenärer måste fylla i en ”edsvuren förklaring”, (déclaration sur l’honneur) för att själva intyga att de inte lider av symptom som är förknippade med COVID-19 och inte har varit i kontakt med bekräftade fall under de föregående två veckorna. Resenärer måste uppvisa ett läkarintyg med ett negativt COVID-19 PCR-testresultat utfärdat inom 72 timmar före avresan. Barn under 11 år är undantagna från kravet på att presentera ett COVID-19 testresultat. Utländska resenärer som inte är medborgare i ovannämnda länder eller som inte anländer från ett av ovanstående länder förbjuds fortfarande från att resa in i Frankrike. Resenärer som anländer utanför de ovan nämnda länderna måste ha ett Exempted International Travel Certificate Certificate för att resa in i och transitera i Frankrike, som visar att deras resa är av "väsentlig" karaktär.
Resenärer måste genomgå en 7-dagars isoleringsperiod och ta ytterligare ett COVID-19 PCR-test i slutet av denna period.
Det finns särskilda regler för resande som passerar genom Frankrike för att återvända till sitt hemland. Endast direkt transitering till ditt hemland är tillåten. Resenärer som reser i transit får inte lämna den internationella zonen och får inte vistas i Frankrike. Bagage måste kontrolleras till slutdestinationen, och resenärer får inte lämna den internationella zonen för att hämta och återigen checka in sitt bagage. Everone was mixed up, business, gold card, economy, and only one person doing the chekcing of boarding passes. It was not the best process."

Customer service at our arrival gate was extremely slow. Baggage claim closed before my daughter’s luggage was released and it was lost until the next day. Our connecting flight was booked incorrectly do we had to spend the night in Frankfurt. Our 13 hour flight took 29 hours. The food was awful."

I wanted to check in online but I had to no reservation or ticket number is provided so I had to go to my old reservations to find it. .Next I wanted to pay for my luggage online but there was no link given. It says you can do it cheaper on Lufthansa.com but I could not find where you can actually do that. All in all spend 30 minutes with no result. Had to pay at check in $44 instead of $27. And it was just one of many other problems and inconveniences with their website."

We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."
