Minus: "Upon landing in EWR on United, per my reservation on this site my connection was on SAS to Copenhagen. Upon arrival in EWR, I received an email from this site saying my SAS flight "may be canceled". I immediately headed to the terminal where SAS was and went into the lounge to speak to an agent. The women I spoke to could not have been more rude. She told me my flight was canceled and that she did not have access to any details because that was United's responsibility. I told her that could not be the case because my flight was on SAS so if they canceled the flight, I would like to understand what my options are given that I had a tight window upon arrival into my final destination into Dubrovnik so I could not be too late in landing outside of my original reservation. She told me that I had to talk to United and did not even acknowledge why there was a cancellation or anything other than the SAS flight I was on was cancelled. She barely even helped me to understand where my luggage was which I was very concerned would be lost given the issue with the flight cancellation. As a result of all of this, it turns out I was put onto a United flight that now had MORE connections. I had to now go to Frankfurt to Vienna to Dubrovnik, all with really tight connections AND now I no longer was on the same flight as my friend who I was traveling with. SAS did not help with any of this or care to assist in ANY way. They told me it was out of their hands and I had to talk to United. AWFUL service when SAS had cancelled the flight! I had no choice but to take the re-routed flights. I ended up running to my gates and barely catching all of my connections which made for a very stressful travel experience to start my long awaited vacation. After paying the high cost I did for my flight, I am extremely frustrated with my experience as I ended up having more connections, tight connections, awful customer service and a really stressful trip. This is NOT would I would expect for how much I paid and out of the quality of an airline. I would like to receive some type of compensation for the extreme inconvenience of landing 3+ hours after my original arrival time, being broken up with my friend who I was traveling with, not being given any options for my travel, terrible customer service assistance, and no acknowledgement from SAS to help me in any way."

Minus: "The take it or leave it attitude of the cabin crew (amazingly casual) and SAS’s persistence in having two standards of service in the one cabin - free food & drink up front, however only tea & coffee or a cup of water up the back and you can pay for the rest!"

Minus: "We arrived late in Copenhagen and I had 20 minutes to catch my connecting flight. Even though I was checked-in for the Copenhagen to Athens flight it left without me. I was then transferred through Prague to get to Athens and again missed my connecting flight through there. Now I am stuck in Prague looking for a flight to Athens and most likely will miss my next flight from Athens to Karpathos and will again be stuck in Athens because there are no flights out to Karpathos until 19 of May, 3days from now. I was physically in the Copenhagen airport and could have made that flight, I feel that since I was already checked in they should have waited for me and allowed me to board. Now I will Be missing work!"

Minus: "Cramped in a tiny seat behind someone well over 6’5 who kept slamming his seat back to get more room. We were later diverted for a person on the flight who had health issues all the way back to Canada when we were practically over Ireland. We flew back I believe an hour and a half back only to not have proper fuel equipment which took fueling forever and caused our crew to go past their duty day which made use get diverted again to Iceland for a new crew and even more gas. We were held on the plane for a total of 8 additional hours! We were never allowed to get off the plane, we were given very minimal food and drink the additional 8 hours, and when my girlfriend asked what was going on your information person in Copenhagen said they had no idea what was going on with my Flight and had no idea where it was."

Minus: "They said coffee and tea was complimentary but they didn't serve a number of people for some reason"

Plus: "One crew member was particularly nice and personable."
Minus: "We waited an hour in the plane before take-off and after boarding, during which time the crew deliberately filled the cabin icecold air thick with the highly toxic fumes from the deicing. I got a headache from it. Throughout the process the entertainment units were disabled, when they could have helped distract passengers from this ordeal. The food was disgusting. When the Danish government has repatedly bailed out SAS, it would make a lot more sense for everyone involved to have higher quality Danish products on board for the meals, especially for such things as dairy products."

Minus: "Normally, I am not picky regarding airline food. In SAS's economy or "Go" class, there is no choice of food. I can think of plenty of dishes that would be appealing to many people. Yet the meal that was served, beef stew, posed a problem as I don't eat red meet. Since many people also do not eat beef due to religious beliefs, I am appalled by SAS's decision to only serve this dish to its economy class passengers. As I ordered my ticket through Kayak, I didn't have the option to request a special diet, nor did I think to do so as airlines generally do not serve serve a beef dish as their one and only."

Minus: "When I went to the SAS counter to print my boarding pass, the counter lady couldn't find my information. She left me at the counter and went inside to find out more info. Then when she came out, she started interrogating me forcefully, about why I got United involved with my check in for my first leg of the trip, because I am causing her to have all this extra work and etc. How dare she!!! First of all. I didn't want to involve United, the service counter at SAS was closed the entire time, and the flight on my first leg was operated by United, so i had no choice but to go to United. In fact I should be the one asking why I had to involve United in the first place. Where was SAS when I needed their help and guidance???? Why was their counter closed the entire time??? Such a poorly organized airline, I'll be wary to fly with SAS again."

Plus: "The crew was nice, the plane was large and had many bathrooms. The seats were comfortable enough and there was a good selection of movies to watch."
Minus: "The boarding process was completely disorganized and hectic. The woman making the announcements on the plane was extremely soft spoken and the PA system was static-y so I could neither hear nor understand any of the announcements. The refrigeration system for the food also broke down on the plane so we weren't fed our second meal. Instead, they chose the cheapest and most unappealing snack of plain almonds to give us. Despite confirming our luggage situation with us at the first airport repeatedly (because of our connecting flight) SAS still temporarily lost our baggage when we arrived at our final destination and caused us to stay an additional hour at the airport after already having spent an exhausting day travelling."

Minus: "Flight delayed so that would not be able to make the SAS flight. Therefore had to switch flights to go to CHicago instead. But initial flight was booked under alaska--but boarding pass unable to be printed from any of the kiosks and we were told to talk to American. American didn't know anything about it. THen stood in Assistance line for 45 minutes to be told that we needed to talk to VIrgin American. They rebooked us on to American, which then promptly was also delayed for several hours, and we thereby missed our connection. Throughout the process there were no customer service representatives either in person or on the phone who were remotely helpful. Overall, worst travel experience of my life."

Plus: "I was running late for the flight due to bad traffic en route to the airport. Nonetheless, the staff was very understanding, and called me to the gate once I finally arrived to assign me a seat since I wasn't given one when I checked in online. They upgraded me without my asking... to an economy plus exit row, so I had lots of room during the 8 hour flight to Copenhagen. The plane was new - an Airbus A330 - and the flight crew was friendly and helpful."

Minus: "My selected seat was broken and I was moved to a seat directly on the side of the toilet. Not nice!"

Minus: "The SFO crew was not helpful at all. Upon check-in, the SFO to Copenhagen leg of the flight was 2.5 hours delayed. When I expressed concern to the SFO ground crew, they said "You'll be taken care of in Copenhagen" in a very dismissive manner. I noted that we would miss our connecting flight (Copenhagen to LHR) and that there wouldn't be another direct flight that day. The SFO crew member told me that I was wrong that there was another flight available (a 4:30 pm flight). I told her that that flight wasn't on the SAS website and she told me that I didn't know what I was talking about in a rude manner. When I arrived in Copenhagen, the ground crew informed me that there was not a 4:30 pm flight and there never was. To get to London, I had to be fly first to Frankfurt then to London on another airline. Overall, this delay cost me over 6 hours. Utterly unacceptable and will never fly SAS again."

Plus: "The entertainment system was very good. The crew were all efficient and courteous, with the exception of one crew member who was rather curt."
Minus: "Our plane arrived at IAD late due to a minor mechanical that was repaired at its previous destination. Consequently, we departed IAD almost two hours late, causing us to miss our connection in Copenhagen. Norwegian Air had a flight leaving shortly from Copenhagen to Rome, but the transfer agent told us SAS "does not re-book with Norwegian." Instead we were assigned to two more flights, one to Brussels, and another from Brussels to Rome. We arrived in Rome around 17:00 rather than 10:35 as scheduled, losing a full day of sight-seeing."

Plus: "Nothing to be honest"
Minus: "Checkin was a disaster, girl was not aware of anything she was doing and after over ten minutes of explainatiin she still put me and my bags on a wrong flight. Lady at the boarding gate tried to help and finally managed to send me and my bag in the same flight. Even bigger disappointment was that I booked a business class seat and paid three times more money then a normal economy ticket, there wasn't any business class seat and all seats were occupied in the front rows. Staff was generally rude and not willing to help."

Minus: "Cost to check bags was dramatically higher than for other airlines. As part of this trip we flew with 6 providers and the cost for bags with SAS was almost double."

Plus: "The gate agent in Athens was helpful"
Minus: "We wanted to check bags and we needed to have our docs checked before we could get a boarding pass for the last leg of the flight. No one was available around the self service kiosks and the line to drop bags or get any service didn't move for 40 minutes. We finally went to the gate. In Copenhagen we had a delay and no one would even talk to us except to say " you are booked in tourist class so I can't help You". They do an excellent job of avoiding any contact with their customers. I fly almost every week for business and have never had this bad of service."

Plus: "It was just a flight. Nothing to rave about. Just a typical up and over flight. The flight left Athens over an hour late and got to Brussels almost 90mins late."
Minus: "We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off"

Minus: "Brussels airport staff at pass control needed to acknowledge departure concerns to prevent plane delay of takeoff. Many passengers missed their connection in Chicago because of our delay boarding due to pass control wait and lack of help."

Minus: "There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!"

Minus: "Switched plane from Brussels to United which saves us 3hrs but then they lost our luggage. This was after we asked them to double-check. They told us that our luggage had been logged-in to our new flight. We are very disappointed in Brussel airline and will not use them again."

Minus: "The rest of the crew were inattentive and rude. It was bad enough to be delayed an hour, but the inattentiveness was ridiculous. I placed an order for a beverage, a pack of crisps and a set of headphones at the beginning of the flight. I didn’t receive them until almost 3 hours into the flight. I figured they were busy with meal service and what not in the beginning of the flight so I was patient, and I saw some people receiving their orders kinda late as well. After the 2nd hour, I started clicking the call attendant button. The female flight attendants walked by multiple times and ignored my attempts to flag them down. Finally, the male attendant came over and resolved the situation, but by then we had been in the air for 3 hours. Worst service I’ve experienced on any airline. Also, for a plane called a Dreamliner, those seating arrangements are a nightmare for anyone over 5’8”; I was uncomfortable the entire flight. It’s a plane, not a bus in a third world country; it’s shouldnt be that damned cramped and crowded."

Minus: "Loved the idea that I could select a hot snack. The photo showed a delicious looking piece of pizza and when I asked to confirm whether it was indeed pizza, I was told yes. Instead I got a large hot pocket with questionable cheese. It was pretty unappetizing seeing that it was heated in a plastic wrap. I really did not want to eat it but was famished. I did not get what was sold to me."

Minus: "Very unfriendly and stressed out female attendants....they should keep the guys only...I wish I was seated on the other side of plane... Catered primarily to customers ordering and paying on the plane...including cooked meals....customers with preordered meals got everything last...we end up having no choice of meal (chicken only) while people seated next to us got their NOT preordered beef dinner promptly, 10 minutes before us...and people seated behind us got no prepaid meals because they run out of food...???..."

Minus: "The flight was delayed, but no information came from Norwegian. They changed the gate 3 times with a marching of hundreds of people including the flight attendants. Still no information. Three hours after the flight was to take off, we heard that we would be "next", whatever that means. Finally, a plane came to the original gate and we boarded. Then we were told that there was a technical problem with the aircraft. We waited 45 minutes on the plane at the gate. Then we were told to exit the aircraft so that they could "change a flat tire on the aircraft." I kid you not, a flat tire. So as we were exiting, they told us to STAY on the aircraft as they fix the flat tire. We waited another TWO HOURS (three hours in total on the aircraft, seven hours in total late). We arrived nearly EIGHT HOURS LATE in Copenhagen. I understand that things go wrong, but the LACK OF COMMUNICATION by Norwegian Airlines to the hundreds of confused customers is UNACCEPTABLE."

Minus: "We booked a trip from Stockholm to NY. Got to the airport and the baggage fee was quite high, but i was ok paying it since i didn't prepay online- my mistake. BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"

There are a lot of people who have connection flight and it's hard to rebook especially at night.Punctuality should be the most important over everything else. Ildiko Balog"

I've been flying first, business and economy plus on American alot for the past few years and was u aware that this was a discount airline when I booked. Like I said, I love the new planes but I'm going to spend the money and have a nicer crew with water and a meal for international flights (I flew Stockholm to NYC)."

Plus: "Service was fine, but really wish that at a minimum water would be offered at regular intervals (at least every 3 hours) on long haul flights. Attendants do seem a little pissy if you ask otherwise you have to buy the $3 bottle from the snack bar. I know its not premium but 12 hours is a long time to only be offered two small cups of water. The passenger behind me was difficult the entire flight and kept hoisting himself up using my seat so it was hard to sleep the entire flight. The crew seemed to put up with him very well so I give them props for that."

Minus: "The purser (Vinnie, who had been serving up doubles and high fives) arrived and told me that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin and there was nothing that he could do about that, and that they had cut him off after he started antagonizing me. I asked why it was that he would knowingly supply a passenger with over ten drinks, jeopardizing the wellbeing of other passengers, and he again responded that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin. The younger female flight attendant then told me that the cops would be waiting for the passenger on arrival - when in fact, the port police department was never notified, nor was the Norwegian station manager at JFK. I then spoke with a great guy by the name of David and asked him to take me to the back of the plane. The only seat available was the middle seat in row 28, so i spent the last hour and a half in the back of the coach cabin. About 30 minutes before arrival, Vinnie came to me and asked "so what exactly happened?" claiming that he would have to submit a report. I had already explained to him and several other flight attendants what had happened and they had seen and heard for themselves. Again, I was told that Vinnie never mentioned any of this to the JFK station. On arrival, I waited patiently with all the other passengers, collected my carryon from David and exited the plane - there was no one from Norwegian ground staff or from the port police department. The assailants name is Jaramye Daniels. I am concerned about your in flight staff's lack of response regarding this encounter, especially given the fact that it occurred on the anniversary of 9/11. Public intoxication and assault are criminal acts and should be dealt with accordingly."

Minus: "Vi köpte economy plus för att få mat, bagage och att bestämma plats. Vi fick ingen mat (förstår nu att man inte får det på kortresor, men det framgick inte alls under bokningen). Vi fick heller inte de platser vi bokade. Istället fick vi på både hem och ditvägen sitta längst bak vid toaletter som dessutom luktade urin till en grad jag inte varit med om på några andra flighter."

Plus: "They had new movies (I watched La La Land a few others). Their entertainment options are good and the in-cabin electronics work well enough."
Minus: "We have taken 6 trans-atlantic flights with Norwegian, and *all* of them have been delayed by multiple hours. They clearly do not have the operational capabilities to run these long-haul flights. Our most recent flight, for which I am writing this review, was delayed by 5 hours, and on top of that, we had to wait to de-plane for 40 minutes since the small destination airport (OAK) could not handle our arrival simultaneously to another Norwegian flight; they coincided because of our astounding delay. There was no legitimate reason for the 4h45min departure delay--no mechanical issues, no weather problems, no airport issues; it was purely Norwegian failing to have their staff available, or them waiting for other delayed flights to arrive to allow those passengers to transfer. We heard absolutely zero explanation except from the pilot who said was due to Norwegian's "own operating issues". There was no staff at the boarding desk, and after the 5 hour delay, some non-Norwegian-affiliated airport employee just said "ok everyone board", because clearly they needed the gate and the Norwegian staff was dragging their feet. I have never seen anything like it: a whole crowd of disgruntled people heading to the podium with no organization. Fortunately, we were flying from Stockholm and the Swedes were all very reserved about the horrible service. In the cabin, it is no-frills as you would expect, but I continue to be disappointed by a lack of water! I can afford to order bottled water from the snack bar, and we did that, but really water should be delivered to all passengers spending 11 hours on an aircraft. The pre-ordered food was pretty bad and definitely not worth the money that they charge for it. If you compare this to a "real" airline's trans-atlantic flights, there is no comparison: Norwegian's cabin crew is a bunch of amateurs from third world countries; a major airline like Lufthansa actually cares about passenger comfort and makes 2-3 times as many rounds through the cabin to deliver things like water, food, wine, hot towels, etc. I think this will be our sixth and final Norwegian trans-atlantic flight. Within Europe, we have had much better experiences with Norwegian."

Plus: "The Dreamliner is excellent. Everything is new. I surprisingly enjoyed the games available in the personal entertainment screen."
Minus: "For an 11-hour flight, I was surprised that pillows and blankets were not offered--especially since the AC was blasting out cold air. I was freezing throughout the entire flight and ended up getting a cold that I'm still recovering from. The only other issue I had was the lack of variety in movies and tv shows. Most were obscure movies and shows that I had never heard of. More recent/relevant options would be appreciated."

Minus: "It would be good to know in advance that even for long international flights you're going to have no pillow, no blanket, no drinks and no food!!!!!!! Or pay a lot for it. This is hard for à long ( still expensive) flight. This is the first time I have this experience. It's very dissapointing."

Minus: "Well, due to a delay from Bergen to Copenhagen, I barely made my Copenhagen to Boston connector flight. The crew did their part to make sure I didn't miss my connecting flight which was terrific, but my check-in baggage did not make it (I hope it is still in Copenhagen). Normally I wouldn't grade so hard, but my check-in luggage was also mishandled on my connecting flight two weeks ago from Copenhagen to Oslo, causing me to miss my initial Oslo to Tromsø flight and settle for a later one. So two mishandled check-in bags out of six flights over a three-week period is not a good ratio. To be honest, if my baggage appears tomorrow I will be annoyed but not too angry. If not and it's lost, well, I love Norway and Norwegian patience, but conscientiousness is a good thing, and Norwegian or not, carelessness is a bad thing. I hope my luggage arrives tomorrow so I can forgive and forget."

Minus: "Terrible customer service. They will change the requirements for check in multiple times to ensure you can't get on your flight. We had to book new flights and missed two days of our vacation because they wouldn't let us board the flight we originally paid for. They also refused to put us on another flight that night."

Minus: "They would not allow my friends onto the flight because they were delayed getting in from a connection due to weather. Our flight on Norwegian was delayed 2 hours and had open seats, so i don't know why they wouldn't give them tickets. We tried calling customer service many times and spoke to the people at the check in desks, and they were very rude and told us "too bad." My friends missed the flight and had to rebook a new flight to Europe at an extremely high cost. I will never use this airline again. This was the worst flying experience I've ever had."

Minus: "I couldn't check in online, there was some error. so I couldn't order a vegetarian / kosher meal. The sound in the entertainment system in the second plane was terrible, I couldn't understand anything."

Minus: "My young daughter was denied a ticketed seat on an 11:30 Norwegian air flight to Oslo, being told that her 10:33 arrival at the gate -- due to multiple protracted delays on earlier connecting flights to get her to the gate -- made her "too late" and the computers would not permit the gate agent to get her on board no matter how much extra she was willing to pay. She was simply told to get the next flight 24 hours later, killing 15% of her vacation. The gate agent said to my hysterical child that she was so sorry for the hours lost in prior connecting flight delays and recognized the plane my daughter was to be on was still one hour from pushback from the gate, but she couldn't overcome the computers having closed out the flight at precisely 60 minutes before scheduled departure so there was nothing a human could do. This is the epitome of machines gone crazy!!"

Minus: "Allt var uruselt. Servicen ombord under all kritik. Väntade 15 minuter på en kopp kaffe efter beställningen. Beställningen av bagage online är vilseledande så jag hade tydligen bara beställt incheckad väska åt ena hållet och fick därför betala 400 kr för att ta hem den. Detta hände flera passagerare som var arga och jag undrar om ni sätter detta i system för att tjäna mer. Jag reste med Ryan Air för ett par år sedan och lovade mig själv aldrig mer, men ville gärna ge det en chans till men nu vet jag definitivt att jag aldrig reser med er igen och skall dessutom varna alla för detta och inte blir det billigare heller med alla extrakostnader som ni tar ut. Fy för uselt flygbolag!!"

Ett riktigt nonchalant beteende från Rya Airs sida vilket allvarligt talat gör så att jag aldrig mer kommer att välja att flyga med er, kommer heller inte att rekommendera er till nära och kära. Riktigt besviken!"

Plus: "I think the crew were ok. But I didn't need them for anything. I guess I'm happy they were not rude or miserable themselves. They seemed upbeat which was the only positive thing about this whole trip. Plus I think the pilot stepped on it, cause I think travel time was less than what was planned (I might be missing taxiing time though, so not sure)."
Minus: "Well, I can't say I wasn't entirely expecting this. There was over an hour and half delay. Nothing announced. We were in the dark. The plane didn't arrive on time, nothing announced. Boarding was delayed, nothing announced. When boarding was complete, there was an indefinite delay that was only announced quite a bit later. Anyway, the whole experience, including naming Charleroi airport as "South Brussels" is not something I intend to repeat."

Plus: "The price of the flight and convenient travel times kept making their flights more attractive. The flight itself was very nice and comparable to any other airline despite comments I had read about steep lift offs and advertisements blaring the whole time. None of that happened."
Minus: "Of course the price of the Ryanair flights is what lures you in., but just about EVERYTHING else after that is stressful with this airline. All their rules must be followed precisely or you'll pay through the nose. After painstaking finding the right sized roller bags and under seat sack and making sure I was well within the weight limit, they never measured or weighed either of them. I also saw plenty of carry-on luggage way bigger than mine come on board and go into the overhead bins just fine. Kind of pissed me off. The price to check bags is SO SO high, but with the limited weight you can take in the carry-on, you almost have to check a bag unless you're doing a short 3-5 day trip."

Minus: "Flyget var över 1 timme sent från Barcelona, informationen på flygplatsen var riktigt dålig. När vi sedan kom på flyget var utbudet i mat/snacksväg otroligt magert. Vi fick inte ens någon ordentlig ursäkt eller förklaring till förseningen."

Plus: "Besättning /flygvärdinnor var riktigt bra, trevliga och flexibla. Ryanair passar tiderna."
Minus: "Jag tycker att Ryanair borde bjuda på kaffe och liten bulle under tre timmars resa men mat skulle beställas ifall man vill ha. Stolarna är inte alls bekväma men man klarar sig på gränsen, att sitta tre timmar på de utan att ändra ställning /ergonomisk är inte bra för ryggen ."

Plus: "The flight was delayed. No one took charge of boarding. Passengers talked over announcements."

Plus: "If you are flying Iceland air it's for the great value, the friendly and courteous crew, and the chance to see the Icelandic landscape from the air. We did not try the food for sale."
Minus: "Boarding and transfers in Reykjavik can be quick and chaotic, leaving little to no time for the food purchases and bathroom stops you probably need. Also don't plan on having access to a large selection of current entertainment. Plan ahead."

Minus: "Very convenient flight itinerary on these two flight segments. All airlines should provide at minimum a small bottle of water at no charge as travelers are not allowed to bring fluids through airport security"

Plus: "On time, and comfortable"
Minus: "No issues"

Minus: "Boarding was late and slow"

Plus: "The flight left on time"

Plus: "The crew was very polite and professional."
Minus: "The weight categories differ from the ranges of other regional airlines."

Plus: "no redeeming quality"
Minus: "the accommodations, seats, personnel, ticketing, take off, landing, lack of courtesy, lack of amenity, lack of charm, lack of class, lack of professionalism"

Plus: "Nothing."
Minus: "Everything, firstly I checked in early as recommended to find that my wife and I were not sat together. It gave me the option to change one of our seats, stating that it would only increase in cost if we select a more expensive seat. It turns out there were more free seats than reserved but to sit next to my wife (without changing hers) it was going to cost £10, no idea why as they hadn't selected her a more expensive seat. Guess what.....the exact same happened when checking in on our return journey, can't wait to board the plane in a couple of days! When arriving at the airport it is clear Ryanair are removing staff to keep cost down with no care for passenger satisfaction, you check your bags in automatically which appears a scam for over weighing your cases and charging you without having to speak to you. It coat us £10 for being over a kilo, we didn't believe we were but paid it as we thought we had no choice because no staff were close by. A couple beside us were supposedly 3 kilos over and believed this to be incorrect, they kicked off enough of a fuss to be able to go check in face to face and not pay a single penny, doesn't quite seem fair? The final nail in the coffin was the fact that at 8.45 (our supposed departure time) we were stuck in a huge queue watching people get off the plane we were due to board. No delays or hold ups had been announced yet we should have been boarding at 8.15 and told to go to our gate as normal for this time. No plain in sight and when it arrives we can't go straight on as people are getting off it! All in all Ryanair have been awful so far and I am dreading our flight home!"

Minus: "Ogillar starkt hur bolaget metodiskt sprider ut familjen under alla flygresor i förhoppning att kunna mjölka mer pengar för platsbokning"

Plus: "Just everything was so easy and straight forward. No issues and no hassles"

Plus: "it was on time mostly, affordable, and allowed two carry on bags."
Minus: "the forced printing of my boarding pass which I didnt have overseas and couldn't use the app forcing my friend to print it out at work."
