My SAS go luggage is last to come out because the late arrival passengers luggage all come out ahead. It is a most terrible experience I ever had with a SAS flight. Might as well consider flying norwegian airline!"

Getting a completely new ticket was cheaper, but not cheap. With such cost of even minor changes, next time I will look into booking directly with airlines, instead of Kayak; sorry to say that, as I really liked using your service."

Minus: "Although it was entirely SAS's fault that I missed my connection in CPH, they refused to reroute me on another carrier. They routed me on another SAS flight to ORD, and from there back to BOS. Hence my arrival was delayed from 3.20 PM to 12.130 AM after midnight."
Minus: "Out of all the staff on board they did not give me and a few others those blue customs form, so we made a huge line and when we got to the agent he told us we had to go all the way around fill one out and then come back. The attendants new that those were necessary why so many yet not one made sure we got them lousy service. I wish we got a crew that wasnt so insecure and cared more about providing a good service instead of caring so much over their appearance. I rather have good efficient staff what they look like doesnt matter to me."

Plus: "Flying BA is like flying any other American provider. The service was good, the food was meager and mediocre. We flew the same route with SWISS Air a few months ago and the seats are a bit more comfy and the food, snacks and drink were more frequent and delicious."

Minus: "My special kosher meal cause me to immediately have stomach cramps and estreme nausea - within 20 min of eating it. I had horrible pains and could not use the bathroom due to landing. Upon landing I ran to the use the restroom and the staff promised to keep an eye on my bags. When I exited the bathroom after being violently ill, no one was on the plane except the cleaning staff, and no one was keeping an eye on my bags. I found my purse unzipped. Luckily nothing seems to be stolen. I proceeded to vomit and have food poisoning symptoms the next few hours while waiting for my connecting flight to Rome. I vomited through the entire flight to Rome - no one seemed particularly concerned. No one asked if I needed a hospital. British Air would not take a report about the food poisoning onsite. Nothing was done to help me change my flights to avoid flying so sick or make any helpful suggestions whatsoever."
Plus: "I was not able to get one glass of water to take my medication, without having to pay for it. British Airways has become one of the worse airlines."

Minus: "I was in the back in the cheap seats (row 50) with a friend, we are both small to regular size and the guy seated in the aisle seat was very small and it was still difficult to get up and around each other to use the restroom. Oh well I paid $462 for round trip and arrived safely, that's what matters most."

Then the plane was standing still in the tarmac for good 10 minutes and I needed a tissue again - the same stewardess was extremely rude in telling me to go back to my seat - I advised her to be calm and speak appropriately. I was only trying to get the tissue paper from the toilet."

Absolutely misleading an unjust. I feel cheated, I will never fly Air Portugal again and I will warn all my colleagues in the travel and tourism industry that I work about the disgrace I felt as a passenger with Air Portugal. It's not the first time I flew with them, but it will be the last!"

Minus: "Had to check 2 of our luggages, and it cost $95 per piece. Never flown an airline where I had to pay more than $50 per piece. Also carryon has to be less than 8 kg. Our small luggage that we had to check never had any problems with any other airlines about being a carryon but since it was over 8 kg, it had to be checked. Took a 7.5 hour flight and the entertainment screen was not working for anyone, as the system was broken. Will not be flying with airline ever again."

Minus: "We booked flight several months ago and it included seating assignment, so we choose our seats. Then when we check-in they had changed them to the last row of the plane. We had received a couple of emails asking for us for option to pay for advance seating. Assume they had changed their policy and now were charging. We had a close connection at LHR and being last off, we almost missed connection. Horrible"

Minus: "Flight left Toronto at midnight, the crew served a meal and it was about 2 hours after departure that the cabin lights were finally turned off. On an overnight, overseas flight, turn off the lights and service breakfast with a noon arrival like all the flights I've taken to London do."

Minus: "They gave my 70-year old mother only a few hours notice that they were changing her one-stop four-hour 6AM flight into an 8AM multi stop 14-hour marathon. In fact, she was already asleep when they changed her flight, so she was already at the airport when she found out about the change. To do this to a 70-year old woman is reprehensible. Worse, after 2-hours with customer service, nobody there made any real attempt to remedy the situation or offer any compensation. Worst airline experience EVER."
Minus: "It's always fun to go into the bathroom and find a sink ful of puke in there. It had been there for some time by the stench and they way it had slopped all over. I told the flight attendant and they were like oh well. It was gross. Add that on top of I am a DISABLED person and I could not carry my case up the steps and was told someone would bring it up. They did not. It went under the plane with no tag and then when I arrived in Lisbon it was somehow my fault. The flight crew there trying to "assist" were horrendous. I was actually told I should not be flying internationally if I can't carry my bag. Isn't there rules about bags flying unattended? Even internationally. How was my LAPTOP case supposed to get to EWR without a tag? Shouldn't it have been checked? Shouldn't the crew have noticed this and said something to flight attendants? The club and plane both were filthy. The first seat I sat in in the club smelled so strongly of pee I had to go stand (as it was so crowded) I am a million mile flyer and I will never fly TAP again."

Minus: "Lack of communication. Lack of sympathy. Lack of knowledge. From the beginning, I wasn’t given the boarding pass to my connecting flight nor was I informed as to why. When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process."

Minus: "Our flight was delayed three hours for no readily apparent reason. The food served on-board was inedible. When it was finally time to land, we briefly touched down before going back up into the air and circling for an additional half hour because another plane was at our gate. The quick up-and-down caused at least two passengers near me to vomit. I’ll try my best to avoid Eurowings in the future."

Minus: "Cancelled the flight from Cologne to Zurich - It was showing on time when we left home, but at the airport we saw the status change. No one called or emailed us even when all the details are provided while booking the ticket. The line for the ticket counter at the airport was miserably long, so we had to use international roaming to make our calls to customer service. They never told us why the flight was cancelled and changed the topic to how they can rebook us - my suspicion is that there were very few customers for that flight so they thought its cheaper to cancel the flight and let the customers figure out the solution. Horrible! Te only option given to us was a late night flight to Vienna (more than 12 hours later), and then staying overnight there and then flying to JFK. That was of course unacceptable as we had to join work on Monday. I asked them to then look into Dusseldorf and any flying options from there. They were able to book us a flight from there. We rushed to DUS airport - The email confirmation took hours to show up in my inbox even though they promised 10-15 minutes. After waiting for the confirmation for a little, we had to take a cab from Cologne airport to Dusseldorf airport. It cost us over 200 euros and a lot of stress. The whole experience was a nightmare and I would not wish it upon anyone."

Minus: "The flight was delayed. Then, after flying to Berlin, the staff said we couldn't land there because of weather. They decided to fly us to Leipzig-Halle (another city a two hour drive away) and said they would provide busses to take us back to Berlin. But then, when we got to Leipzig, they said oh we might be able to fly you back to Berlin, just let us refuel. So we all sat in the plane for an hour and a half while they did that. Then, they announced that they couldn't go back to the Berlin airport because there were too many planes landing there. So they told us to get off the plane, go into the arrival hall and we would get more information there. When we got out of the plane, we were greeted by an information lady who informed us that no trains were running at that hour (it was about 11:30pm), and Eurowings would not provide us with accommodation or transportation back to Berlin. The information staff told us that our options were to personally pay for either a taxi back to Leipzig (two hours away!) or rent a car, or wait until morning to take a bus or train. I was able to stay with a friend in the city, and paid to take a bus to Berlin the next day, but what about everyone else who didn't know people in Leipzig and had to fend for themselves? As a young woman traveling by myself in a foreign country, landing in an unexpected city in the middle of the night, it could have been a potentially dangerous situation. I am extremely frustrated with Eurowings. I paid them to take me to Berlin, and they didn't. I talked to customer service on the phone, and they told me that I should make my own travel plans to return to Berlin and they would reimburse me later. Aside from the fact that there weren't buses, trains or flights running till the next morning - I shouldn't have to make my own travel plans! My plans were to fly Eurowings from Duesseldorf to Tegel, and they should be responsible for getting me there. I am never flying Eurowings again, and sharing the story with any friends who travel in Europe. They absolutely do not care about their customers."
Minus: "The entire process to get on a bus to go to flight was delayed by over 15 minutes so the ticket agent could fix one person's flight. There were over 40 people waiting to board the bus. Terrible."

Minus: "i somehow ended up having paid for a "meal" onboard, which consisted of half a sandwich (don't know why they thought mayonnaise went with cheddar), half a cup of coffee and a carton of water. Apparently that cost me 10 euros and it was something i should have unticked when reserving my seat. the flight was also delayed an hour with minimal apology."
Minus: "Delay almost 3h. No food, no snack at all offered for passengers waiting in the airplane for hours after boarding. After 2 hours they offered water. Woow!"

Minus: "When I booked the itinerary clearly stated that this would be a Swiss Air flight. We were confused when they did not give us our boarding passing for our connecting flight at our original departure desk, and were told we would receive the boarding passes at the gate in Zurich. I never received any notice about his being a Eurowings flight or instructions to check in online. Our incoming flight to Zurich was delayed at least a half hour and it took us a while to get to the gate for our connecting flight. When we arrived, the gate had just been closed and we were told we were not even on the ledger. We were told we would have needed to get our boarding passes at the Swiss Sor desk and required prior check in to be on the passenger list. We were also very confused about the fact that this was a eurowings fight even though our booking indicated Swiss. This has never happened to us before. We would have needed additional instructions for prior check in, and had we been on the passenger list perhaps the plane would have waited for us."

Plus: "There was a slight delay, but the flight was easy and comfortable...enjoyable!"
Minus: "EW lost my suitcase in transit in Duesseldorf. Suitcase arrived in Berlin on next flight but then didn't get delivered until 24+ hours later. Hard to reach both EW and delivery service. Due to the delay and further travel plans the next day, I had to buy new clothes in Berlin to have something to wear."

Minus: "The drinks are absurdly overpriced. And I don't mean the alcoholic ones."
Minus: "Our home was damaged & we were without power for 6 days due to Hurricane Irma. They refused to cancel tickets. Heartless, no wonder so many Airlines has such horrible customer service ratings"
Plus: "Eurowings employees overall were friendly, helpful and polite. Language was not much of a barrier. Seats were fairly comfortable for their size. Boarding was smooth and efficient. Information given in-flight was nice. I loved the electronic flight path information available on the entertainment console. We did not purchase the entertainment, but it looked like selections were adequate."
Minus: "Food menu was not accurate. Items listed not available. Food prices were too high. $15 Euro for a reheated fish dinner and small beverage is ridiculous. Carry on bags were weighed. Very difficult to meet carryon weight when carrying necessary electronics and chargers along with prescriptions and the recommended change of clothes. Made the trip stressful. I am used to meeting carryon SIZE requirements but the weight requirement was extremely irritating and unexpected. I would not have been able to do a one bag carryon of my clothing with the weight restrictions. It essentially forces a passenger to check their bag ($65 minimum)."
