Minus: Checking to make sure people carried on only 1 bag that was of correct size, not letting people run up and down the aisles, providing free water, more space, crowd control. Overall, it was the worst flight of my life, and I will never fly Ryan Air again.

Minus: Ryanair’s app was down preventing me from check-in for my flight. When I went to the counter to get my boarding passes printed, the agent informed me that they where going to charge me 55€ per ticket. I think this is unfair! Never flying again with this airline!

Plus: Extremely friendly flight crews, never hesitate to help with a smile on their face!
Minus: The layover situation needs to be improved. When you give 50 minutes, there really isn’t enough time to deplane, get through the check point, and make it to the terminal. We were told to run like animals in the airport in order to not miss the flight.
Plus: Great entertainment selection.
Minus: I had two flights that day: TAP Portugal: greeters, assistance loading carry-on, fish with potatoes and spinach, glass of wine, pudding, sandwich, carrot cake bite, coffee and a blanket. Jet Blue: water three hours in, (unhealthy) bag of chips.
Minus: Flight delayed but otherwise it was good! Maybe entertainment such as tv monitors or inflight entertainment upgrade.
Plus: Everything was on time
Minus: Lots of hidden fees, horrible customer service, no flight entertainment available, seats were uncomfortable. Definitely would not recommend

Plus: Terrible coordination between SAS and United Airlines. Two bags missing, could not find boarding pass of baby, despite us showing them on the SAS website their check in details!
Minus: Not losing our bags and delaying our boarding massively despite us having completed information in advance on SAS website. United Airlines inability to assign seating all the way through, throwing their hands in the air and blaming SAS, while SAS did exactly the same thing about United.
Minus: Its simple. Turns out i had to pay 360 dollars for my baggages which was hever specified in the time i was purchasing tickets cause they said im flying without and i can come back with. Who is flying without baggage intercontinental for 1 month? And 3 baggages didnt arrived. Thanks

Plus: I spent 5 hours on the phone and they didn’t help me. They couldn’t even help me the book so I just lost 700 dollars when trying to change a flight.
Minus: Worst experience in all areas. The phones calls were brutal and no one could help me and then someone could and then they cousltnnagain. No one could find a flight. Took so long for them to look stuff up etc.
Plus: Way better than the others who fly into Accra via London,slight delay due to technical problem but overall my next choice for sure.
Plus: The personnel AFTER passport control was wonderful, both airport and United. Passport control workers failed to recognize or help move us through to be able to board in time while they allowed other passengers to go ahead who had same departure. Plane waited 30 mins past take off for us.
Minus: Brussels airport staff at pass control needed to acknowledge departure concerns to prevent plane delay of takeoff. Many passengers missed their connection in Chicago because of our delay boarding due to pass control wait and lack of help.

The funny was that the plane departure at 16:20 that was freaking out and Im never gona take that airline ! I always chose Norwegian but i was thinkkng that they have change little bit ° , in Norwegian one time they wait for me 20 minutes 20 minutes ! Ryanair is the most Bad and i feel sad if i m writing for them as well !

Minus: All the agents were not professional, stupid and did not explained to the pasengers which line to check in. Took me 1and 1/2 hour to check in and went to 2-3 differents lanes and keep waiting each lane for long time.

Minus: If the seat and sitting area would have been cleaner and if you could recline your seat
Plus: Next just to check if a person say that they have paid luggage . Just to have a look. Not just jump to you have to paid. I would have paid for something I had already paid for. That’s all. Not only was it a waste of time for me and for them as well. As the air hostesses had such attitude.
Minus: I know the customer is not always right but it would not kill them to check if someone say something.
Plus: Actually getting on board!
Minus: The fact that something was clearly wrong before we started to go outside and when it was raining we were left outside with no apology at all and when we boarded the communication/apologies were scant
Minus: An hour late to depart is never a good start.
Plus: The plane was clean. The pilot was apologetic.
Minus: The ground staff were processing boarding passes before the plane had even landed causing a long queue in the corridor leading to the exit to the airfield. There was no information as to why the plane was late, but this caused us to miss the take off slot and delay the take off by over 2 hours.
Plus: N/A did not fly.
Minus: I had a medical emergency, and these are non refundable so I contacted the airline to let them know I would not be on the flight so I would not be held further accountable for our absence.
Minus: Seriously on an international flight between Linate, Milan to Heathrow, London PAY pounds for a hot coffee or tea.
Minus: Overall it was a very good experience. The crew was bad obliging and professional. The flight took off 30 minutes early from Abu Dhabi. However, it was late taking off from Heathrow. There was a delay of 1.25 hours as the ground crew took a long time to load and get the plane ready at Heathrow.
Minus: The boarding process was a mess with a long delay and change of gate. The flight was one hour late and we missed our connection. Because it was on a different airway
Plus: Crew is was good. I did experienced something I have NEVER experienced before. While people were STILL trying to get to their seats the pilot pulled from the gate. I was extremely surprised that such action was done. Everyone should be seated before plane pulls from the gate.
Minus: Before pulling from the gate all passengers should be seated.
Plus: - relatively new plane, but honestly that's it...
Minus: It was a 4+ hours trip and here is what they don't offer: - no entertainment system and no wifi - all drinks for purchase (even water) - seat very tight and uncomfortable (plus, if you want to select your seat you need to pay) - cannot recline seat Here is their offer: high prices.
Minus: Original departure time: 08:50- Estimated departure time 10:20. Actual departure time: 11:00.
Plus: The fact that we were offered an additional round of water and the friendliness of the crew.
Plus: Everything! I never knew Finnair was such a great airline.

Minus: Aircraft left an hour late after rushing us through the terminal. The cabin was freezing, the food was bad. 13 hours was a very long time.
Minus: I was surprised by a $120 fee for luggage. I don't remember any indication from Kayak or from TAP about a luggage fee when I booked or when I got confirmation. Further, I found out that if I had indicated that I had luggage 3 days prior to checkin, I would have only been charged $92 saving me $.
Minus: Our flight in Lisbon was scheduled to board an hour before departure. We arrived on-time, went through the line and were then placed in a standing room only area to stand and wait for another 45 minutes before boarding. We were placed near the entrance (I thought to board early as a family) but were later told to join another line when we asked why we sere just standing and waiting while other passengers were walking past us. The communication between staff and between your staff and passengers was poor.
Minus: My luggage was lost for almost 2 weeks.
Plus: The food and service during the flight was great. Enjoyed the meals and they offered drinks frequently. Complementary wine is also a big plus compared to other airlines.
Minus: The luggage situation. We were very annoyed that we didn’t get a carry on bag and had to pay $92 each for every checked bag. I travel frequently and have never experienced this with another airline.
Plus: Could get a comfortable seat
Minus: All changeable seats available came at a cost whilst the flight was only ~75% full?

Minus: The very late departure. The fact they took two hrs plus before they told us the luggage never made it. Should have been truthful from the beginning.
Minus: I was unable to check in online (and I tried multiple times with multiple devices). I got the unhelpful message that I simply couldn’t “check-in at this time.” This left me thinking that I should keep trying. A more specific error message would be more helpful.
Plus: Quick flight
Minus: Had to exist and renter via departure and go through security again because there was no direct transfer, it was horrible having to go through security again.
Minus: Could of been on time. I missed my connection and it cost me 1000’s. Worst airline ever.
Plus: the plane was not bad, the personal monitor was very advanced.
Minus: offer at least one meal, offer at least something to drink, a blanket ... in 8 hours of flight ... after hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a ticket. shame.
Minus: The plane was late. The bus to the terminal was insufficient. The luggage was horribly late.

Minus: The staff were rude. The flights were delayed. The staff at budapest checked our passports/boarding passes and then we were kept in a holding area on a stairwell between the desk and the plane for over 30 minutes, in a hot environment. The seats were not comfortable.

Plus: Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card.
Minus: If they conform European laws and treat their own employees better and stop making their own rules by distancing themselves from other airlines.
Plus: Staff was pleasant and polite. Seats were comfortable enough for economy.
Minus: Boarding seemed to take and incredibly long time.
