Minus: Flight was canceled but there wasn’t any notice prior we arrived at the airport. And there wasn’t any employees from air China to inform us at the airport. Unprofessional!
Plus: Constant service through out the night on long 12 hour segment. Hostess was constantly walking up/down aisle serving great green tea and juices. Unlike other airline where crew puts off lights and go to sleep too

Plus: Airport in Delhi was nice. Terminal was the furthest away though so that was bad.
Minus: Super late- didn’t board until after the flight was meant to depart causing me to miss my pickup. Food is terrible. There is no entertainment whatsoever, no charging ports to tv or movies. Quite possibly the worst take off and landing of my 35+ flights this year. The staff is friendly but the airline is terrible. Seats were dirty with stains on the headrest, no legroom and no availability for upgrades.
Plus: Just completed a Round trip from NY to India on Air India Heard that it is not a good airline to travel on It was great - good plane, wonderful service ,more leg room,decent food/mostly Indian Maybe a choice of other food may work also More comfortable than some of the other airlines and service much better. Go Air India

Minus: Check in at Delhi was a mess Guided to the incorrect check in counter three times to check in the bags.Then incorrectly to the domestic gates.when the flight was actually at an International gate. The people who worked there at the AI although nice were either indifferent or not informed where to send passengers.Almost missed the flight to this’tamasha’

Plus: Specious seat, enough leg room, friendly stuff, clean airplane in general. Boarding was quick and in time lending.
Minus: Food was average, plug for earphones was broken.

Minus: I missed an earlier connecting flight and was placed on a later flight at a window seat with the most uncomfortable seating. I sat there for the entire flight with pain from how hard the seat felt. Also, the drinks and refreshment was severely lacking. The wait time between drinks and meals was too long. I found it odd that they didn’t serve drinks with food either

Minus: Turkish Air keeps their planes unbearably hot. I’ve complained before and they always say it’s “Normal” for the industry. I fly over 1000,000 a year and I’m telling you it’s not. Also, I bought an “Extra” room seat and the seat is still ridiculously small for anyone over 6 feet.
Plus: Food good. Staff friendly.
Minus: Kid sitting behind me was kicking my seat.

Plus: flight was totally fine. Thanks to Swiss hotline, they could find my booking and send me the documents some hours before take off.
Minus: Kayak has asked for my e-mail and phone number which I provided but never received any order confirmation. Finally it seemed that my flight was never booked. Unluckily Kayak did not forward my contact details to the other brookers in between and definitely not to Swiss. Never Kayak again.
Minus: they cancelled letting me fly
Minus: The screens would freeze for all the people around. The connecting flight had 50 minutes, however there was another security check and gate was quite far, everything had to be done in a hassle and we were nervous throughout regarding missing the flight.
Plus: Absolutely nothing.
Minus: Lack of punctuality (90 minutes late, due to “late arrival of inbound aircraft” as per usua). Ever decreasing seat pitch so absolutely abysmal lack of comfort. Dismal snacks and drinks for purchase. Bus service at LHR rather than jetty.

Minus: The aircraft was 21 years old and showed every minute of its 21 years. Economy class is very bunched. On board food was average at best

Minus: Typically an international flight that cost 1000+$ would come with food and drinks, given that they cost next to nothing compared to the ticket. But apparently for Norwegian one has to purchase food and drinks on top of the ticket, otherwise you don't even get served water in a 7 hour flight, which is completely ridiculous. Do you really the 2$ from a passenger for some water? Btw, I pre-purchased food and water. It's the fact that the people who sat next to me didn't get served water when I received food and drinks that made me very uncomfortable.
Plus: Crew was very nice and attentive. Seat was comfy. Sat in the middle of the Premium Cabin, last row, end seat.
Minus: Had to walk 3 days to get to the gate. It was a joke. I didn't see any golf carts transporting anyone down to those gates. All I kept thinking about is ," Im glad I'm not an elderly person or I would never make it to the gate". Shame on this airline. They need to do something about this.
Plus: Dreamliner is an excellent ride.
Minus: Food quality is sub-par. Crew service level is minimalist.
Plus: Dreamliner is a comfy plane, good seats w/ decent legroom.
Minus: Food options. Not good choices, overpriced, and they ran out of many options on both flights. Poatao chips stale, terrible corn curls. The only main dish vegan oprion was cup o noodles type soup whivh was bland. I didn,'t know about ordering meals ahead, where I would have had more options. 11 hours is a long time to have such poor options.BRING YOUR OWN FOOD! Water should be offered free of charge- hydration on a long flight is important.

Minus: Landlords gave an unpleasant service! Which continued with late of 50min of the flight, they didn’t do anything to help/ to provide the passengers the answers. The food was cold It was comfort place to sit. Bad experience with KLM

Minus: Late start, messy boarding, late arrival, got water spashed in mu face and the attendant didn't even apologize, full buses to go to the terminal an long wait for luggage. Quite poor. Also no entertainment, but that's usual on this flight.
Minus: The service was the worst ever. For example, salt and pepper was not incl in the dinner kit. Asked for it twice, never got it.
Plus: Food still up to standard. Better then some flight from Thai Airways.
Minus: Entertainment system is way too old. Screen is small and very poor quality. The seat is also looked old. Service is below standard. I got my drink after I finish the meal. And don’t even think about refill or coffee. The flight attendants never come back before collecting the tray.
Minus: Delayed. Crew seemed pretty annoyed to have people aboard. Will avoid next time.

Plus: This particular flight was parked at the closest bay to immigration at Heathrow. So a late boarding and arrival was made early through not having a mile long walk to passport control.
Minus: Disorganized boarding with the plane load of people huddled around the entrance to the boarding area. No guidance from the crew on how to efficiently pack the overhead bins efficiently with passengers helpless to put their treasures into the overhead bins.
Plus: The crew was very cool

Minus: Not being informed of the Thunderstorm situation earlier no one knew what was happening
Plus: The plane was almost empty, I had a whole row for myself (albeit with very limited legroom)
Minus: Can't comment on food as it isn't provided with the basic fare.

Minus: There wasn't enough seating at the gate, people (the elderly included) had to sit on the floor or stand for quite some time as boarding started well after the gate closing time printed on the boarding pass.

Minus: It took 45 minutes for a flight attendant to respond to my call despite me calling dor assistance every 10 min. I had an issue with my tv screen and was not able to use the in flight entertainment I am very dissatisfied with such poor care and professionalism from your staff. This was something that should not have taken 45 min to get solved and even worse despite the call light being on multiple flight attendants walked by and did not even bother to question why the call light was on
