Minus: It was pathetic wheelchair access in Dubai international Airport. They made passenger walk instead of providing wheelchair. It was a long walk for passengers, who could not walk well.

Minus: Entertainment Food Bathroom Cleanliness Cabin Crew could be more assertive in instructing other unruly passengers. Crew seemed timid and gave in to passengers who were disruptive to others.
Minus: Uncomfortable seats. No option to get out at Mumbai. Food as if stored for 48 hours.
Minus: Consol provided with my seat 18C on 30th November 18 and 18 d on 6th Feb 19 I.e more than 2 months was no operational . Due to this no entertainment facilities was available during my to and fro journey. Such inefficiency is not tolerable. Pl take note of this.

Minus: I had a carry on plus a laptop bag. On the website they say you are allowed to carry a personal item such as handbag or a laptop bag along with the carry on piece. This guy at Nagpur airport says the weight of both these combined should be under 15 lbs. are you kidding me?
Minus: Our flight was delayed from Hyderabad to Doha and they did not allow us to board the flight as connecting flight from Doha to Dallas would have been left. They did not have seats for next day , the earliest we could go was 2 days later. They did not apologize or compensate for delay.
Plus: Crew was great. The sit was great for an international flight in economy class.
Minus: A passenger clipped her nails without collecting her clippings while a crew person passed by. Although it may be that this is a culturally accepted practice, I would prefer that in international flights, a crew member will request the passenger to clean after themselves or do it in the lavatory.

Minus: Nothing. I was sent to two long layovers in China and was told they were too long for them to take me without a visa for China. I was not told I needed one for any layover. I had to purchase a ticket on another site to get home or be stranded in Manila. Kayak doesn't have a customer service number to fix this.
Plus: Upgraded to business class for free and service was amazing.
Plus: The flight is easy to check gave us 23kgs check in luggage 46kgs if u have intl flight. Free hotel with breakfast. Not bad at all.

Plus: Our flight was delayed 45 in Chicago due to ice on the wings. Then about 10 mins of holding to land. With a 90 min lay over, unboarding and reboarding was rushed......but Cathay and security did their best I feel, It was only a 90 min flight and I didn't eat or watch a movie.
Minus: Again, being 6-4, I struggle with comfort and after having no time to rest while switching planes, I was exhausted when I arrived in Manila.
Plus: We had a traumatic and abysmal experience for the trip. The flights were delayed, cancelled, wrongly rearranged and we had to run through the airports with no sleep, no food and no clear flight confirmations with minimal to no help from the Cathay Pacific staff.
Minus: Helpful ground staff with information about next flight arrangements and better telephone helpline staff.

Somehow, despite flying Aeroflot all the way from Sofia to St Pete, the tickets sold to us were sold via Bulgaria Air, which meant we had to collect suitcases and re-check them at Moscow, all while we were not checked-in for the second leg!! LastMinute.Com is hands down the WORST travel website in the history of travel websites, as the above was not disclosed at any time. NEVER again will I even entertain booking via them.

Minus: navigation for the tv was extremely difficult. They also took a long time to pick up al the food trays on this flight
Plus: It was cheap, had a pretty good selection of movies, was able to choose my seat.
Minus: The food was pretty mediocre, staff was pretty stingy with drinks, ran out of drink choices, not that comfortable seats for a 15 hour flight, most of the staff was pretty rude to non Chinese customers. You get what you pay for.
Minus: No earplugs, TVs are too far away to read the English subtitles.
Minus: Absence of jet-way, unclean flight bad restrooms staff didn't speak or understand english
Minus: The crew was not very attentive compared to other times I have flown business class. Not very solicitous in terms of offering water regularly, etc. Also, surprisingly little food offered over a 14 hour flight from Shanghai to New York. A reasonable dinner at midnight, shortly after takeoff, then nothing till almost 12 hours later, and then not the hearty breakfast one would expect after that much time and on business class but a very small snack. Not very satisfying.

Minus: Agents at check-in desk took longer time to process passengers, even though some desks had two people helping. The web check-in line moved slower than the line with passengers who had not done online check-in. When I booked my flight via kayak, I was not given an option to select seats (this was new) . I was able to indicate my seat preference but there was no followup. When I checked in online 24 hours before my flight, the only option for seats was in the middle, which I did not want, although I I knew the flight would not be full. I was able to change seats when I checked in with the agent in the airport .
Minus: Couldn't check in online and caused me to miss my flight. Then made me buy new tickets

Minus: For Asian Veg Meal, they served Paneer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spacing between meals was quite large. Entertainment options for adults and kids were quite limited.
Plus: Flight was on time and arrived a bit early. Seat was comfortable.
Minus: Check-in process could be better. I was in the baggage drop off line which was much shorter line yet it took a long time to get to the agent. Need more agents at the counter. Boarding could be more structured and efficient. Boarding by zone was not followed. Food was mediocre.

Minus: Don’t expect any assistance with the change of a passenger name - you will be asked to buy a new ticket without reimbursement for the mistake that is by any stretch of imagination only a duplicate bookings. What will happen is that either the travel company or the airline simply will blame you.

Minus: The Norwegian staff were completely incompetent. It took me 1.5 hours just to check in. Almost missed the flight.
Plus: A nice comfortable plane and there was plenty of room to stretch out as it was less than a quarter full
Minus: Flight was delayed by 90 minutes and switched gates so we had to wait extra long in the crowded airport then missed our connecting flight in Oslo as a result and had to wait another 4 hrs for the next one. No Food or drink on the plane unless you buy it and Checked bags are very expensive.
