The food was ok for an airplane.
Very good service on board, crew very attentive and polite.
Lack of communication with customers in change of situation. Airline had to change the aircraft and as a result all passengers had to be transported to the new aircraft by buses rather than via boarding bridges. It was the longest airport shuttle ride ever because no one told us what to expect. People complained. But airline could have managed expectations better by giving notice to customers what will happen next, customers will be more forgiving that way.
Customer service on the flight was poor .

Xiamen reps at KUL didn’t let me board because they said my middle name on boarding pass didn’t match with the name on Chinese transit visa. I got this Chinese transit visa just to transfer because of the airport layout and that part was also didn’t make sense. They didn’t accept my middle “Y” on the boarding pass and it was so much of hassle to argue and finally let me through. Will never fly again on Xiamen.
The flight was fine
I didn’t realize that Chinese transit visa is needed to transfer at Xiamen airport. When I bought the tickets, I wasn’t notified nor advised to get the Chinese visa. The Xiamen rep at Lax didn’t let me board first and I explained and they gave me the visa waiver paperwork. It was so much of hassle. I’ve laid over many Chinese cities via different airlines and never had any problems. Will not fly again on Xiamen!!
The flights got delayed. One of the flights got delayed without a notice in advance.

Stuart and stuardess was not nice at all. Very dry, did not give a choice of food or drink, were serving like they were not happy to be there, afraid to say an extra word, Not polite.

Not enough blanket for passenger , but the cabin crew has increased the cabin temperature to make up for that. They should prepare enough however. no entertainment whatsoever for the 6hr flight.Didnt like the food.
For the price I paid for this trip, I think it’s acceptable and I will fly them again in the future. On time flights, polite cabin crew. Don’t expect over the top services . Limited choices in in flight entertainment system. I’m not used to Indian food so can’t comment much. Didn’t quite like it.

The toilet flushed when I was still on the toilet seat. Happened again on the long haul sector. The take a very long time to switch on the entertainment and turn it off as soon as decent commences- so if you have air traffic problems - it could be off for an hr before and after takeoff and landing. unnecessary as most people have their own headsets as well. Disasterous! The flight departed 3 hours late because of some mechanical problem. So missed connections in Abu Dhabi, although Ethihad could have held a later connection to BKK for just about 20 minutes for us to board. The huge hassle getting lodging from the airline to take an onward flight the next day. Your staff would not accommodate us at the airport hotel so we could avoid the need to obtain a visa, which takes a minimum of 3 hours wait. We finally gave up on the visa and decided to just stay up overnight at the airport. That caused one kind Ethihad staff to finally make issues us an authorization for the hotel at the airport. We would never fly your airline again.
Seat upgrade in response to complaint
Etihad website did not allow check in and seat allocation until arrival at the airport. This meant that, despite having booked months before and making numerous attempts to complete web check in, my wife and I would have been placed in the centre two seats of a block of 4 seats. The check in process makes Ryanair look excellent!

If I can give this airline negative stars, I would.
Lack of communication. Lack of sympathy. Lack of knowledge. From the beginning, I wasn’t given the boarding pass to my connecting flight nor was I informed as to why. When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process.

I feel like no one has responded to any of my complaints. We were re routed twice and left with no where to sleep, missing work, and paying a bunch of extra for cars to and from airport. My friend was refunded and I have yet to receive one response even though we flew and bought our tickets together.
We had reserved a gluten free meal for my wife. When I went to check in it was gone from our reservation. The crew attempted to put something together so she would have food to eat but the response from their customer support team on the phone was not great. I recommend verifying all meals twice before 48 hours out. On a 7+ hour flight this is not fun.
There was a group of ~20 French teenagers that did a lot of noise, like it was their own private field trip.

That I was able to sleep a bit on the flight - and that we gained an hour.
It left at 6 am. Which means we had a wake up call from the airport hotel at 3:30 am to stand in line with hundreds of others. The Air France app on my phone didn't let me pre- check in.
Flight on time
The usual Air France flights to Rome, that I have been flying for years, are now operated by Joon. For a couple months nothing changed, except the way the crew dressed. But now Joon is showing its true nature as a LOW COST airline.Seats cramped. Snacks and apple juice are now available for purchase only.

The food was not heat correctly it was cold and I felt that the crew rush to give out the food. The seats are terrible, if the person in front of you reclines you won’t be able to see the screen if your watching a movie and you will see the top of the persons head.
Singapore Airlines delivers as always. Friendly crew and clean and well maintained aircraft.
The toilets were a little unsanitary.
The cabin crew were fantastic. Food was abundant. Most boarding systems worked well. Choosing seats was confusing on website so we were allocated seating. The newer planes had a fantastic touch screen entertainment system. The seats on the newer planes were much more comfortable and roomy
The small seats are squishy on the older planes. The entertainment system on the older planes were dated and difficult to use. I felt sick after the flight to UK but felt fine coming home after one long flight on a newer plane.
The staff is amazing and know what parents of bubs need.

The service was the worst ever. For example, salt and pepper was not incl in the dinner kit. Asked for it twice, never got it.

The boarding process can be improved. I traveled with children (7 & 8 years old) and normally we would get the shortest line. But this time we had to board with other long lines which not so comfortable for our children. Also the flight was delayed by 20 minutes. Thai airways should really be improved on this area.

The landing was terrible and quite dangerous. It was a lopsided and the plane was about to tip forward when we hit the ground. I was quite disturbed on arrival. I’m glad to say the we were lucky that webdid not have an unfortunate incident.
we had an overnight stay in addis ababa so we got a free accommodation in town, that was so great, a chance to see town and get a good night sleep before our next flight. the plane is big with screens so you can watch movies, the seat is comfortable, even for a tall guy like me (1.9 m).
It did took a lot of time since we landed until we got our bus to take us to town to our hotel. we waited in the airport for more than one hour, it was late, and we were tired. but after we got to the hotel, it was perfect

Staff was kind and curteous
Very crowded, sat 2.5 hours on the tarmac. Air was not functioning in back two sections, bathroom overcrowded. Went to the forward bathroom and airconditioning running strong and bathrooms not in use. I think that in an emergency situation, all passengers should be treated with respect. Letting customers use the bathrooms in business class and receiving the same airconditioning would have been humane.
Love the personal entertainment feature.

I was travelling as a connection following a long haul flight from Australia and was desperate for a cuppa but had no money or English bank card and didn’t want to incur huge fees to use my Oz card so was disappointed there was no complimentary drinks.
