Från och med den 23 november ska alla resenärer (inklusive barn) som anländer från Albanien, Andorra, Argentina, Armenien, Aruba, Österrike, Bahrain, Belgien, Belize, Bosnien och Hercegovina, Bulgarien, Kap Verde, Colombia, Costa Rica, Kroatien, Cypern, Tjeckien, Danmark, Estland, Frankrike, Franska Polynesien, Georgien, Tyskland , Gibraltar, Grekland, Guam, Ungern, Island, Irland, Italien, Jordanien, Kuwait, Lettland, Libanon, Libyen, Liechtenstein, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, Moldavien, Monaco, Marocko, Nederländerna, Nordmakedonien, Norge, Palestinska territoriet, Panama , Polen, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Rumänien, Ryssland, San Marino, Serbien, Slovakien, Slovenien, St. Martin, Sverige, Schweiz, Tunisien, Förenade Arabemiraten, Storbritannien, Ukraina och USA vid ankomst kunna uppvisa ett negativt COVID-19 PCR-, TMA- eller LAMP-test. Om du inte följer bestämmelserna får du betala ett bötesbelopp på minst 3000 euro. Spanien har öppnat sina gränser på nytt för resenärer från EU, Schengenområdet och Storbritannien. Resenärer som anländer från ovannämnda områden behöver inte längre uppvisa ett uppehållstillstånd eller isolera sig själva vid inresa till Spanien. De måste dock fylla i ett hälsokontrollformulär för FCS 48 timmar före ankomst på https://www.spth.gob.es. Vid ankomsten måste du kunna uppvisa en QR-kod som genereras av det ifyllda formuläret. Resenärer kommer också att genomgå temperaturkontroll och visuell hälsobedömning. Från och med den 14 november måste resenärer som besöker Kanarieöarna och som är bokade på reglerat turistboende uppvisa ett negativt COVID-19-test som tagits senast 72 timmar tidigare, när de checkar in på sitt boende, ladda ner och aktivera Radar COVID-appen för hela vistelsen på öarna samt 15 dagar efter det att de kommit hem. Barn under 7 år är undantagna från dessa krav. De regionala myndigheterna på Balearerna (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera) har infört tre kontrollstadier för inrikes ankomster till öarna med flyg eller sjöfart, utöver kontrollstadierna för internationella ankomster till Spanien. Alla turister som kommer från eller via regioner i Spanien med en kumulativ förekomst av viruset på 150 fall per 100 000 invånare eller mer måste uppvisa ett negativt PCR eller TMA som utförts inom 72 timmar före ankomsten. Om du anländer utan giltigt test måste du betala en bötesavgift på upp till 3 000 EUR. De som har en motiverad anledning att resa måste fylla i en deklaration och ett antigentest vid ankomsten till flygplatsen eller hamnen eller genomgå en 10-dagars karantän. De som är bosatta på Balearerna måste ha ett PCR-dokument från ursprungslandet inom 72 timmar före ankomsten, eller testas vid ankomsten eller genomgå en 10-dagars karantän.
Resenärer som anländer från Brasilien eller Sydafrika måste sitta i karantän.
Resenärer som transiterar Spanien via en spansk flygplats på väg till sin slutliga destination, gäller inte kraven på PCR, TMA eller Lamp-test och hälsokontrollformuläret för att komma in i landet. De bör dock vara beredda att visa bevis på sin fortsatta resa, t.ex. flygbiljetter till sin slutliga destination. Restriktioner som införts av Spanien på passagerarresor från Storbritannien från 22 december till 19 januari kan också gälla för de som reser genom Spanien till andra internationella destinationer.

It was a nice touch when the attendant wore white gloves when he or she was collecting passengers' trash after meals and/or beverage service. I loved the cheese that was served at dinner. The warm croissants served at breakfast were a very nice touch."

I have never experienced such rude people on a flight and I realize this is beyond your control. It made for a very uncomfortable and stressful flight. Maybe signs can be posted or a message when booking your flight that ALL passengers have a right to recline seats and if space is an issue for your comfort then upgrade to business class for more room."

Det enda som var ok var att de svarade snabbt på telefon följande morgon - men meddelade inte som man sagt den nya bokningen via sms eller mail!"

Plus: "The flight from DTW to FRA was made that much better by a particular flight attendant who actually remembered it was my first time flying. She checked with me personally as we were disembarking in FRA to see how my flight was. I unfortunately did not catch her name, but she was the highlight of the flight. If I fly again, I will definitely fly Lufthansa for flight crew like her. I skipped the evening meal as I was feeling unwell, but I had the breakfast. The fresh fruit, and especially the watermelon was delicious. There just wasn't enough of it."
Minus: "The seat cushion was rather stiff and made the 8-hour-long flight just a tad uncomfortable."
Minus: "The fact that they gave my Aunt a hard time about the tickets that was bought for her, because we did not know that when a heavy person books a flight that they need one ticket and a xtra seat, but instead of working with her because she had two tickets they were very rude to her and told her she was not going to be able to come to america that when she got to Manchester she would have to go back to Germany. We were never told what happened to the other ticket since it was not used."

The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

We spent the entire time in a panic trying to figure out how else we could get to our destination in time for a wedding. When we finally talked to someone at the counter, he said this was just normal procedure to be able to shuffle seats. This is not normal. I have flown with many airlines, and I cannot imagine it is ever "normal" policy to tell people they have been downgraded to standby until just before the flight. So much anxiety. Also, the flight was delayed, and the crew had no communication about gates or any other information (within their OWN AIRLINE) for those with connecting flights."

She also said I was only allowed one free drink of coffee. The second snack was a cake or cheese sandwhich. We were starving the entire flight we had to give in and pay for snacks on board. I’ll try to avoid eurowings from now on."
Minus: "Cancelled the flight from Cologne to Zurich - It was showing on time when we left home, but at the airport we saw the status change. No one called or emailed us even when all the details are provided while booking the ticket. The line for the ticket counter at the airport was miserably long, so we had to use international roaming to make our calls to customer service. They never told us why the flight was cancelled and changed the topic to how they can rebook us - my suspicion is that there were very few customers for that flight so they thought its cheaper to cancel the flight and let the customers figure out the solution. Horrible! Te only option given to us was a late night flight to Vienna (more than 12 hours later), and then staying overnight there and then flying to JFK. That was of course unacceptable as we had to join work on Monday. I asked them to then look into Dusseldorf and any flying options from there. They were able to book us a flight from there. We rushed to DUS airport - The email confirmation took hours to show up in my inbox even though they promised 10-15 minutes. After waiting for the confirmation for a little, we had to take a cab from Cologne airport to Dusseldorf airport. It cost us over 200 euros and a lot of stress. The whole experience was a nightmare and I would not wish it upon anyone."

They notified me via an email in German (I don't even speak German, and I made my reservation on the English site, so I would think they would send me notifications in English as well.) Minus: "When I booked the itinerary clearly stated that this would be a Swiss Air flight. We were confused when they did not give us our boarding passing for our connecting flight at our original departure desk, and were told we would receive the boarding passes at the gate in Zurich. I never received any notice about his being a Eurowings flight or instructions to check in online. Our incoming flight to Zurich was delayed at least a half hour and it took us a while to get to the gate for our connecting flight. When we arrived, the gate had just been closed and we were told we were not even on the ledger. We were told we would have needed to get our boarding passes at the Swiss Sor desk and required prior check in to be on the passenger list. We were also very confused about the fact that this was a eurowings fight even though our booking indicated Swiss. This has never happened to us before. We would have needed additional instructions for prior check in, and had we been on the passenger list perhaps the plane would have waited for us."
