On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Entertainment system was not working
Shoot! I thought last review was for Munich to Newark. Food was great. Seats were tight. Rhodes to Munich was great, except you had to pay for a bottle of water, and I could have used just a cup.
I needed more seat room. Next time, preferred seating or business class.
Working outlets at the seat would have made it better.
There were issues with the movies not playing correctly, it would have been nice if we could have been offered a code to use the Wi-Fi.

Carry-on restrictions are stringent not allowing carry-on sizes suitcase we have brought on many other flights, boarding is disorganized and slow and delays this causes combined with too short of layovers to allow passengers and luggage to make connecting flight causes extremely rushed connections where all of our checked bags did not make it onto flight back to the US

There was a two hour delay because of incompetence in scheduling fuel truck. Further, upon arrival in Roanoke, hand baggage was sent to baggage claim. We carry hand baggage because it contains valuable or sensitive materials that we do not want going through the baggage system. This is very poor and United needs to perform better.

Minus: "1. The boarding process was chaotic - it was not clear where a line was to form or if there was an ordered process for boarding. 2. As an economy passenger, I was to purchase a meal between Geneva and Brussels. Since I didn't want a meal I was surprised to learn I also had to pay for a small, regular coffee."

I am used to boarding in zones so things tend to be less congested leading up to the jetway. - This may or may not have been something the airline could have changed but sitting in the plane for 5 hours waiting to de-ice was unacceptable. The entire food service was served in this time so no food was available for the 6 hour flight to Accra. Had we been able to wait in the terminal, passengers could get their own food and the food for the flight could have been saved. Also, they ran out of chicken dishes by the time I was served and I was left with fish only. Had I been a vegetarian, this would have been unacceptable."
Minus: "Unfriendly support at the airport when reporting my lost bag. No trace of the bag what so ever."

Minus: "No one explained why one needed to go through the Brussels Airlines pre-check gate (at gate #40) and have our passports reviewed again and a sticker added. It was a mess. At the gate, it wasn't clear where the boarding lines were compared to the lines to see a desk clerk and no one was around to explain what was going on. We didn't know if there was another check going on or it was a boarding line."

Minus: "It was the most uncomfortable flight ever. No water served and no refreshments served at all on the 9 hr flight."

Plus: "The aircraft was a Boeing 787 Dreamliner! Wow, what a great aircraft! Seats in coach were good but tight for a big person like myself, but that is more my problem than theirs. Flight cost was the major determining factor and Norwegian was the low cost leader. I'd travel again with them."
Minus: "NO FOOD, NO DRINK unless you either bring your own (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) or don't mind purchasing a 12oz can of Coke for three Euros. If I were to travel again with them, I'd pack a bigger lunch and more water/soda for myself to save some cost. Even if purchased in the terminal."

Minus: "I got extorted for $180 extra charges in baggage fees. My bags were free on the way to London, but suddenly on the way back they weren’t. This airline absolutely sucks - they pretend to be upscale, but they don’t even offer you a glass of water on an 8 hour flight. No matter the price, don’t fly with them."
Minus: "Worst air line I had in my life. Money oriented totally. Just try to sale you food and water. They even not give customer a cup of water/drink or peanut. Nothing. Blanket is for sale also. Not even provide a ear phone plug. Crew is very unfriendly. Hardly see crews except when they come out to sale. Toilet is smelly."

Minus: "On an international flight, one would expect at least a meal to be included. But you had to pay, and had to prebook. So without that knowledge I had to overpay for some very basic snacks. Also had to pay to choose a seat and for checking a bag. I've never had to pay for any of this on an international flight before. Tray tables were miserably low too, and I'm not a large person by any means. They hit my lap and left me no room to adjust. Very uncomfortable flight all around."

Minus: "Not knowing about no food provided but had to buy and book meals 72 hours in advance, which I couldn't do, as it was last minute. No blankets or pillows were provided - had to buy a blanket. No headsets were available, which also had to be purchased, but received text notification to bring my own."

Plus: "I flew round trip from Oakland, CA to London. This is a budget airline. You pay for anything extra. That said, the airplane was new, spotless and comfortable. The toilets were clean and well stocked with paper products. ( I have experienced quite the opposite on more expensive flights.) The crew was efficient and responsive. The plane was on time and the flight was great. Given the $700 price reduction, I don't mind paying to check luggage or bringing my own food, water, blanket, pillow, ear phones, music, sleep mask and earplugs. If you want a snack, drink, coffee or water, it can be ordered for airport prices. The snacks looked better than the food they served."

Minus: "Vi köpte economy plus för att få mat, bagage och att bestämma plats. Vi fick ingen mat (förstår nu att man inte får det på kortresor, men det framgick inte alls under bokningen). Vi fick heller inte de platser vi bokade. Istället fick vi på både hem och ditvägen sitta längst bak vid toaletter som dessutom luktade urin till en grad jag inte varit med om på några andra flighter."
Plus: "Really sweet flight attendant who managed to get me a vegetarian meal though I'd forgotten to request one."
Minus: "Not particular to Norwegian, but just so cramped ... and I'm small!"

Minus: "Our flight boarded late and took off late. Then, I had paid for two meals on my flight. When they came around and delivered food, they skipped me. I was the window seat so I politely waited for the people next to me to finish eating their meals before I asked them to get up. I went to the back of the plane and told the flight attendant. They apologized and said I was supposed to get one. They kindly allowed me to order snacks for free off of their menu. However, when the second meal came around, I was skipped again. I then had to alert the flight attendant again. I was surprised that they would forget my meal a second time."
Plus: "The plane seems new from Oakland to London segment. Seats are reasonably comfortable and entertainment is good. A good flight."
Minus: "The crew didn't seem too happy to serve. They were working but the enthusiasm lagged. Maybe i am used to service levels in singapore or cathay airlines."
