We were offered a cup of water once during this delay which is inexcusable. (We were also woken up to serve dinner at 1am so that was incredibly inconvenient for an overnight flight) On top of that, I, as well as many others missed our connecting flight. Personally I missed my connection by 20 minutes, which seems a reasonable amount of time to hold a connecting flight with so many people from our flight on that next one. In missing by only 20 minutes, we have lost an entire day of our trip and are spending 9! hours in the airport today. There was no communication between flights clearly. Despite there being an earlier flight we could’ve been placed on after missing our connection - we did not get booked on this flight. I asked why and they just randomly placed people on random flights with no regard for when we showed at the desk. In this scenario, a first come first serve would have alleviated an absolutely awful experience. I will never fly Swiss Air again and will urge people I know to not fly this airline. The experience was extremely frustrating, the best response from an employee was “that’s all I can do for you” and I wish it on no one."

The snack was a simple sandwich, a little smaller than the size of a hotdog bun. Supposedly it was an artesian Swiss sandwich, but I think they could have done better. He got our luggage right from the cargo, drove us to another man who stamped our passports, and then drove us to the plan just in time for takeoff. It was incredible service and everyone was super friendly. We so appreciated them making sure we caught our connecting flight!"

At least in there I could actually breathe (the ventilation system is totally inadequate for anyone sitting near the windows and results in horribly stuffy and uncomfortable air.)"

Plus: "-maintenance had to fix an issue that the team was not transparent about for 2.5 hours. 0at least boarding happened swiftly -the male crew member was GREAT but the female crew members two of them were very short, rude, and not there to bring comfort to customers -chicken meal was tasty, but made both me and my father sick. Muffin for breakfast was mediocre as well -tv was good, but touch screen sometimes doesn't work."

Minus: "Food disappointing, dry, and tasteless, my dinner was missing half of what my husband had. Was not worth the effort to complain. Seats left you in pain, no lower back support, and very hard seats."

It took us 2 hours post touchdown to get out of the airport! Almost missed the airport shuttle,"

WE RAN TO GET F TO FLOOR DAWN . IN THE END...WE GET BORDING CARD WITH SEPARATED SETS."

Plus: "I loved the boarding process. Everything was very organized! I was lucky to sit by myself next to the window, so i had plenty of space to stretch. The flight was right on schedule, so i didnt have to worry about making it to the next flight. Food was good. We were offered the water through the whole trip which is nice, because i always feel super dehydrated on the plane."
Minus: "I wasn't very satisfied with the flight attendants. I don't know if its just me getting used to american customer service, or me actually working at the customer service, but it's definetely not the greatest level of service. Girls were giving me an attitude and "smartie" ( in a rude way) responds which kinda made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I had the same experience with Lufthansa before. And once with russian airlines. Maybe its some kinda tendency to get erogant at this job, but please, don't get me wrong, its not that kinda job where you should look at people from above"
Plus: "After departing the cluster fk that is O'Hare airport it's such a pleasure to interact with Vienna and Austrian Air. I had 'only' an hour to make the connection, and yet all, that is all, formalities took no more than 10 minutes. I had plenty of time to spare. Waiting area at the gate had plenty of seating and the staff was professional and courteous. We had to gate check bags as the plane was a regional turboprop, but everything went very smoothly."

Minus: "Vi sitter i planer och ser våra väskor på en vagn, redo att lastas. Helt plötsligt så kör de iväg vagnen, vi ser att de kör mot terminalen. När vi frågar personalen vad som händer så säger de att väskorna skall lastas framtill i planet. DE LJUGER!! planet stänger dörrarna, vi startar och flyger. När vi landar så berättar de att bagaget inte kom med. utan väskor så åker vår grupp till hotellet. Det hemska var att besättningen ljög istället för att berätta och informera på ett bra sätt. Väskorna kördes ut och kom efter midnatt."
