Spanien har öppnat sina gränser på nytt för resenärer från de flesta EU- och Schengenområdena. Inträde är dock fortfarande begränsat för resenärer som kommer från andra områden, med undantag för spanska medborgare och invånare, och de som åtföljer närstående familjemedlemmar. Spanien tillåter inte inresa för resenärer som har varit i Storbritannien, Brasilien och Sydafrika, innan den 16 mars som tidigast, med undantag för spanska medborgare och medborgare från Andorra. Från och med 22 juli får inte längre resenärer som anländer från Serbien resa in i Spanien. För resenärer som anländer utanför EU får endast följande kategorier av resenärer vistas i EU:s territorium: associerade stater i Schengenavtalet, Andorra, Monaco, Vatikanen eller San Marino. •Innehavare av en visering för längre tid som utfärdats av ett Schengenmedlemsland i en associerad stat som är medlem i Schengenområdet och som ska resa till detta land. •Hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal som kommer till Spanien för att arbeta. •Varor och transportpersonal i utövandet av sina uppgifter. •Diplomater, konsulära, internationella tjänstemän, militär personal, räddningstjänst och medlemmar av humanitära organisationer i utövandet av sina uppgifter. •Studerande som studerar i en av EU:s/Schengens medlemsstater och som har lämpligt visum eller motsvarande tillstånd och sjukförsäkring får resa in i landet 15 dagar före studiernas början. •Högkvalificerade arbetstagare, inklusive deltagare i idrottsevenemang på hög nivå som äger rum i Spanien. •Personer som reser av vederbörligen ackrediterade familjeskäl. •Personer som reser av vederbörligen ackrediterade humanitära skäl. •Invånare i Australien, Kanada, Georgien, Japan, Nya Zeeland, Rwanda, Sydkorea, Thailand, Tunisien eller Uruguay, förutsatt att de kommer direkt från dessa länder eller endast har gjort internationella transiteringar på flygplatser utanför dessa länder.
Från och med den 23 november ska alla resenärer (inklusive barn) som anländer från Albanien, Andorra, Argentina, Armenien, Aruba, Österrike, Bahrain, Belgien, Belize, Bosnien och Hercegovina, Bulgarien, Kap Verde, Colombia, Costa Rica, Kroatien, Cypern, Tjeckien, Danmark, Estland, Frankrike, Franska Polynesien, Georgien, Tyskland , Gibraltar, Grekland, Guam, Ungern, Island, Irland, Italien, Jordanien, Kuwait, Lettland, Libanon, Libyen, Liechtenstein, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, Moldavien, Monaco, Marocko, Nederländerna, Nordmakedonien, Norge, Palestinska territoriet, Panama , Polen, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Rumänien, Ryssland, San Marino, Serbien, Slovakien, Slovenien, St. Martin, Sverige, Schweiz, Tunisien, Förenade Arabemiraten, Storbritannien, Ukraina och USA vid ankomst kunna uppvisa ett negativt COVID-19 PCR-, TMA- eller LAMP-test. Om du inte följer bestämmelserna får du betala ett bötesbelopp på minst 3000 euro. Spanien har öppnat sina gränser på nytt för resenärer från EU, Schengenområdet och Storbritannien. Resenärer som anländer från ovannämnda områden behöver inte längre uppvisa ett uppehållstillstånd eller isolera sig själva vid inresa till Spanien. De måste dock fylla i ett hälsokontrollformulär för FCS 48 timmar före ankomst på https://www.spth.gob.es. Vid ankomsten måste du kunna uppvisa en QR-kod som genereras av det ifyllda formuläret. Resenärer kommer också att genomgå temperaturkontroll och visuell hälsobedömning. Från och med den 14 november måste resenärer som besöker Kanarieöarna och som är bokade på reglerat turistboende uppvisa ett negativt COVID-19-test som tagits senast 72 timmar tidigare, när de checkar in på sitt boende, ladda ner och aktivera Radar COVID-appen för hela vistelsen på öarna samt 15 dagar efter det att de kommit hem. Barn under 7 år är undantagna från dessa krav. De regionala myndigheterna på Balearerna (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera) har infört tre kontrollstadier för inrikes ankomster till öarna med flyg eller sjöfart, utöver kontrollstadierna för internationella ankomster till Spanien. Alla turister som kommer från eller via regioner i Spanien med en kumulativ förekomst av viruset på 150 fall per 100 000 invånare eller mer måste uppvisa ett negativt PCR eller TMA som utförts inom 72 timmar före ankomsten. Om du anländer utan giltigt test måste du betala en bötesavgift på upp till 3 000 EUR. De som har en motiverad anledning att resa måste fylla i en deklaration och ett antigentest vid ankomsten till flygplatsen eller hamnen eller genomgå en 10-dagars karantän. De som är bosatta på Balearerna måste ha ett PCR-dokument från ursprungslandet inom 72 timmar före ankomsten, eller testas vid ankomsten eller genomgå en 10-dagars karantän.
Resenärer som anländer från Brasilien eller Sydafrika måste sitta i karantän.
Resenärer som transiterar Spanien via en spansk flygplats på väg till sin slutliga destination, gäller inte kraven på PCR, TMA eller Lamp-test och hälsokontrollformuläret för att komma in i landet. De bör dock vara beredda att visa bevis på sin fortsatta resa, t.ex. flygbiljetter till sin slutliga destination. Restriktioner som införts av Spanien på passagerarresor från Storbritannien från 22 december till 19 januari kan också gälla för de som reser genom Spanien till andra internationella destinationer.

Plus: "The most difficult problem I have to deal with in airline transportation occurs when the fellow traveler in the seat in front of me decides to drop their seat back into my lap. The seats are so close together that when the seat in front of you is all the way back the following happens: 1. You can no longer view the monitor on the seat back. 2. You cannot eat or write from your tray top. 3. You have great difficulty getting out of your seat. 4. You have great difficulty keeping from severely injuring the occupant of that seat. The way to deal with this is to get out of your seat. Stand in front of the offending passenger and as politely as you can as him or her to refrain from dropping the seat back so far. But the airline should not put you in this situation."

När väl ute fanns bara 1 service desk till hela planet, jag kunde åka hem och sova och skita i vouchers men de som behövde hotell lär ha väntat halva natten. Det enda som var ok var att de svarade snabbt på telefon följande morgon - men meddelade inte som man sagt den nya bokningen via sms eller mail!"

It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Plus: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Once we got onto a new connecting flight, it was also delayed and once again, we missed our last connecting flight and are not making it to our final destination today."

We didn’t sign anything and gate checked it and all was fine but some incompetent crew at check in. Not very helpful finding seats with all four of us. Put us in different rows. Could work on their customer service for sure."
Minus: "Flight to Stockholm was cancelled. SAS Provided no informaton on the steps for re-scheduling my flight. I had to call the SAS headquarters in Stockholm before receiving any guidance on what to do next. All service attendants ditched the ticketing desk leaving one poor employee to answer questions for over 70 disgruntled passengers. Very very very poor communication. Luckily I was finally able to book a flight using another airline after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with the regional customer service provider."
Plus: "The staff and other guests are always so polite! Getting the SAS Lounge Pass is always smart."

Minus: "I didn't realize that even though I am an international traveler, I had to pay for baggage for this short flight. And since I didn't realize it, I didn't purchase it online, which doubled the price at the airport :-( also, and this is not the fault of the airline, the security line is ridiculously slow because at least 50% of the passengers get shunted to a single line because the screener saw something odd."
Minus: "Delay and poor information. Staff confused at check in..."

Because we did not notice this until we got to our apartment we found that it is not possible to make acclaim, rather you just have to make a general complaint with a response according to SAS likely in 3 weeks. This process took over an hour of my time. The three tel numbers given to report damage are in Scandinavia and not much use when travelling within the UK."

I was very impressed by everybody involved and so appreciated that I could make it home as planned instead of having to find a new flight."

Minus: "I'll begin with the order of sequence of all that went wrong: 1. A huge queu while we were waiting for checkin in Rome (waited for more than 30 minutes) 2. The steward didn't agree to take a gymnastics hoop to the aircraft, despite its being super light. By the way, the inbound flight the hoop was taken into the aircraft; 3. We (family of 3) were seated separately, what made a huge stress to our small daughter. 4. There were no AC socket in Brussels airport (there were, but not charging) during transfer. 5. Our baggage was not delivered, which is very unpleasant :("
Minus: "the cabin crew refused to serve any drinks until they served food and they were only serving front to rear, rather than front & rear to middle. as i was sat right at the rear of the plane it meant i didn't get anything to drink for 30-40 minutes. i thought delta were poor on that front but these guys were ridiculous. as for the food: i don't expect much from airlines but i don't consider cake & toblerone to make a breakfast, even if it was served with orange juice."

Minus: "Even though I'm a star Alliance frequent traveler status holder, and the status grants an extra bag on economy class I was forced to pay for my first checked in bag. Furthermore, since I assumed I'll be getting my checked in luggage for free (as it states on the miles and more website) I didn't pay for it in advance a fee of 35$, meaning they made me pay 65$ in the airport."

The entire food service was served in this time so no food was available for the 6 hour flight to Accra. Had we been able to wait in the terminal, passengers could get their own food and the food for the flight could have been saved. Also, they ran out of chicken dishes by the time I was served and I was left with fish only. Had I been a vegetarian, this would have been unacceptable."

Having blankets was very nice, since it was very cold in some sections near the toilets. I was selected for supplementary search but the attendants were very efficient and courteous."
Minus: "No one explained why one needed to go through the Brussels Airlines pre-check gate (at gate #40) and have our passports reviewed again and a sticker added. It was a mess. At the gate, it wasn't clear where the boarding lines were compared to the lines to see a desk clerk and no one was around to explain what was going on. We didn't know if there was another check going on or it was a boarding line."

Minus: "No wifi and no electrical socket. By row 43, they ran out of blankets and dinners other than beef. The check-in website looked like it was from the 1990s. When I had to pay for a second bag at the airport (IAD) on the outbound flight, it took 15 minutes. When I came (BRU), they told me to wait in 3 different lines, wasting 30 minutes, before I got to the correct line. Then board the flight to return was a 45 minute delay. It's like these guys were totally new to the airline business."
