All service attendants ditched the ticketing desk leaving one poor employee to answer questions for over 70 disgruntled passengers. Very very very poor communication. Luckily I was finally able to book a flight using another airline after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with the regional customer service provider."

The whole checkin process was a big mess, the contract employees eg. at Heathrow do not help much (they probably do not do this to any other airline). SAS staff does not remind you to take your IDs and passport, medications etc. from your hand luggage, which is then checkedin luggage as opposed to hand luggage. It is obvious that transatlantic passengers have more hand luggage than many local passengers."

None of us were able to leave the airport as we were not told any information about potential flight departure times and it would have been $2000 to re-book with a different airline. Beställningen av bagage online är vilseledande så jag hade tydligen bara beställt incheckad väska åt ena hållet och fick därför betala 400 kr för att ta hem den. Detta hände flera passagerare som var arga och jag undrar om ni sätter detta i system för att tjäna mer. Jag reste med Ryan Air för ett par år sedan och lovade mig själv aldrig mer, men ville gärna ge det en chans till men nu vet jag definitivt att jag aldrig reser med er igen och skall dessutom varna alla för detta och inte blir det billigare heller med alla extrakostnader som ni tar ut. Fy för uselt flygbolag!!"

This was a huge waste of time and money and I do not recommend using two airlines, especially not if it involves RyanAir and the Manchester airport. I have to cancel reservations that I will not be able to make the rest of the time I’m at this destination. Moving flights cost me €60 and missing my reservation at an escape room is an emotional cost that cannot be compensated. Very unsatisfied."

Minus: "I HATE RYAN AIRs CHAIRS! I always fall asleep when I fly and then I am falling forward. After 1 or 2 hours flight I end up with nack pain, back pain and a grumpy mode."

Plus: "The crew traveling out of Rome was pleasant is the only thing positive I can say."
Minus: "-we paid extra for priority boarding and did go through the line first to board the shuttle to the plane but then they had everyone else from the overbooked plane crowded like sardines into the same shuttle. It was a waste of money. -traveling to Rome on Ryanair we took samsonite carry on luggage onto the plane with no problems. Leaving Rome we were told to recheck our luggage size. The wheels stick out a little and they made us pay 100 Euros to check our bags. Once on the plane we saw many passengers with luggage and bags much larger than our own and did not have to pay to have them checked. We were the only Americans on the plane. -The seats do not recline and are at a 90 degree angle which is very uncomfortable for a 3 hour flight. -the crew traveling to Rome was very rude. -the seats were dirty with food and crumbs before I sat down and there was trash and food on the floor. It is as if the plane is not cleaned routinely."
Plus: "Only good thing the middle seat was empty"
Minus: "Small and cramped, tired and old. At least it was a quick flight."
Minus: "1156.64 When we arrived at the airport the clerk at the desk would not look up from her computer to help us, we went to the window and she continued to refuse to check us in. When we handed her our passports she bluntly stated that it was too late to check in because it was 10:00 and the cutoff was 9:55. We asked if she could make an exception due to our issues with transportation or if she was able to help us rebook a flight and she said no. We had already paid for this flight and had checked in baggage and paid separately for the two bags and she told us there were no Ryan air flights for our destination. We promptly rebooked with another airline at a separate airport and consequently had to pay for another form of transportation to the airport as well as a new flight and another two checked pieces of baggage. I have traveled all over Europe, the US, Canada, Central America etc. and never in my years of travel have I felt so belittled and disrespected especially considering I was a paying, respectful and loyal customer. It goes without saying I will never use this airline again and will be strongly recommending other airlines to friends and family."
Plus: "Flight on time, very polite crew and the average experience you expect from Ryanair."
Minus: "The whole luggage handling is a nightmare. If you fly with just one luggage, be prepared to have to take everything you care from it and hold it close to your chest, as Ryanair will probably try to check your luggage."
Plus: "I paid for extras this time as on my outbound it was a shambles and did not want to go through it"
Minus: "Paid for priority, but there was no priority queue at all, then on the plane we were told yes you just push forward telling people you have Priority? Really? There was signage for normal queue and priority queue but inky the normal queue had staff on so had to join the normal queue. 26£ for what expect a refund"
Plus: "small airport so less hassle."
Minus: "As we landed at las palmas the passengers were screaming as we had turbulence, no one from the crew tried to ease their fear."
Plus: "Attentive crew and departed on time."
Minus: "The seat was not the most comfortable (of course) and the 10EUR meal I bought was not good either."
Minus: "Flyget var över 1 timme sent från Barcelona, informationen på flygplatsen var riktigt dålig. När vi sedan kom på flyget var utbudet i mat/snacksväg otroligt magert. Vi fick inte ens någon ordentlig ursäkt eller förklaring till förseningen."
Plus: "Besättning /flygvärdinnor var riktigt bra, trevliga och flexibla. Ryanair passar tiderna."
Minus: "Jag tycker att Ryanair borde bjuda på kaffe och liten bulle under tre timmars resa men mat skulle beställas ifall man vill ha. Stolarna är inte alls bekväma men man klarar sig på gränsen, att sitta tre timmar på de utan att ändra ställning /ergonomisk är inte bra för ryggen ."
Minus: "It was delayed. Haggled about luggage and then allowed us to take it on when at first they were forcing us to check it. Overall it was one of those flights you were just ready to get it over with"
Minus: "Climbing steps in and out of plane. Dangerous with many older people with luggage. Waiting in airport with the noisy shops/people was dreadful. All the extra fees charged is sneaky. And then the constant selling on flight was deplorable."
Plus: "Price was great so really can't complain much!"
Minus: "What you miss out on for the cheap ticket price is any snacks or even water. Plus there is no entertainment and seats are not super spacious or comfy. Plus, the flight was delayed half An hour, which ended up being fine, but it wasn't communicated very well."
Minus: "Horrible experience checking in. Carry on bag limit was very unclear. Paid extra for Priority Boarding- no use"
