Minus: "Försrnad start från Arlanda gjorde att man knappt han med nästa flyg. Det som inte funkar då är att bagaget kom inte med andra flyg. Sitter man här i Prague utan ombyte och vinterjacka som checkades in med väskan eftersom man blev ombed at på grund av fullsatt plan checka in sitt handbagage vid gaten innan man skulle kliva ombord. Ingen direkt ursäkt och inte det minsta fundering om att erbjudas möjlighet att anskaffa någon vinter jacka. Inte bra."

But I couldn’t finish because it was too sweet and I didn’t like the juice. So I had to get up and bring the cup to the back. That wasn’t nice. Also they at but flexible about giving choices. Only one kind of sandwich they had but I think there was one other kid also."

Minus: "The Star Alliance flights aren't that cheap. Comparable price between Lufthansa, Swiss, SAS and Austrian. Lufthansa gives you food, and has friendly service. SAS gives you coffee and tea. On Austrian and Swiss I didn't get anything. For same price range and same alliance, that is a point I keep in mind. Now I mainly try to get onto Lufthansa flights (or Turkish Airlines which is my favorite). Even on Aegean, I got better food, and the magazine was better, plus there were some monitors to track the flight. Austrian feels cheaper than the others. That is the main point I didn't like."

Would not accept our evidence of payment for the two bags. Finally accepted her mistake but Forced to pay 90€ For the extra bag. Ripoff!! Other airlines (Vueling, Air Europa) checked same bag as courtely, did not charge. First and last time flying Austrian."

The only way to talk to them is to find them at the end of the plane ( where they been chating with each other ) Secondly . The amount of snacks was limited where’s in Turkish airlines it’s unlimited and you can choose different sandwiches whereas in Austrian airilines can offer biscuits and Cookies ;( Thirdly . We are living in 21 century and most transatlantic airlines have WiFi ! Where’s Austrian did not have it!"

Minus: "only provided ONE meal on an 11 hour flight?? how is that ok? people were very hungry. when i asked about that, the disinterested flight attendants tried to convince me that they had in fact provided “two services” -they apparently think a small packet of crackers counts as dinner. shortly before landing they served a stale ham sandwich (8 hours after the only meal). Food quality was poor as well. during booking there was not an option to indicate dietary requirements either. not impressed with austrian air overall."

Worst is the lack of communication during the 45 minute wait, for which I have little understanding seeing many older people clearly suffering."

Leaving pillows and blankets should be the only thing to clear out. Maybe a note on the TV screen could say, "a tidy plane helps flights be on time :-)""

När vi frågar personalen vad som händer så säger de att väskorna skall lastas framtill i planet. DE LJUGER!! planet stänger dörrarna, vi startar och flyger. När vi landar så berättar de att bagaget inte kom med. utan väskor så åker vår grupp till hotellet. Det hemska var att besättningen ljög istället för att berätta och informera på ett bra sätt. Väskorna kördes ut och kom efter midnatt."

KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

None of us were able to leave the airport as we were not told any information about potential flight departure times and it would have been $2000 to re-book with a different airline. No answers were given by SAS over the phone and their staff seemed unaware of any problems."

Minus: "Inbound flight - flight got canceled from Budapest - after calling the airline and waiting in the line the 2 first lady I was talking to put me on hold and never got back to me, the 3rd lady had no idea why the flight got canceled except it was for emergency. She said next flight would be 2 days later - after calling the insurance I booked for the flight, they didn't want to reimburse for the interruption because the airline could not explain why it got canceled and i should prove that the flight was canceled - after being 6h on the phone with airline and insurance and waiting line had to hang of without solution. I had to purchase a new ticket from another airline to be able to fly on the same day back to Miami. - after arriving at the airport next morning for the other flight it turns out that Tap Portugal booked me to British Airways but they have not send me a notification email about it, so if I do not ask at the counter for Tap Portugal for the paperwork for the insurance I would never find out that i got a new flight and i would have miss it and the insurance would have never pay for it. With the new ticket i had to purchase, my travel with Tap Portugal cost me on the end around $3000, and I do not have that much money for a ticket at all, now I have a financial trouble. Thanks, never again."

It is totally a robbery to be charging people for 1 checked bag of only 50lbs. not only is it ridiculous but robbery. You charge a lot of money for the flights as it is and to go and charge people to check a bag on an international flight is insane. It is to bad I have to fly back with you because I will not be flying with you ever again after this I will take my money elsewhere. Also you need to let people know that they are being charged for luggage when the are booking their flight because when I booked my flight nowhere did it say I had to pay for my luggage. It already was rediculous that we are only aloud 1 50lb bag checked and now you want people to pay for it too? Pretty soon you minus well have people just get on a plane naked!!"

I was in the bathroom 3x during the flight and I usually don't use the restroom more than once during any given flight. I didn't like that when asking for a drink of water, they only give a half full cup of room-temperature water. On an 8 hour flight, I get dehydrated and could drink 2 water bottles alone. I don't like to be a nuisance to the attendants so I only asked for water twice. I just wish they would provide small personal bottles per customer. I also have never flown on TAP before so I wasn't aware of anything like how to call an attendant using the touch-screen or even that watching movies was free. It should be said over the intercom at the beginning of the flight."

Plus: "The seats were comfortable and already stocked with a pillow and blanket for all. we each had a personal screen stocked with movies, music, games and flight info. at no additional cost and that was great for passing the time during a long flight from Lisbon to NY. The crew was the best part, so pleasant and helpful and professional. We were instructed to close the shades and were allowed to sleep and woken up for the custom form and the great meal which had the option of soda or wine, etc. at no additional cost. The quality of the food was impressive and the salad even came with a packet of real Portuguese olive oil and vinegar. When appropriate we all had to open the shades and drinks were served again and later a small snack of a sandwich and a juice were given all in perfect timing."

It almost ruined our entire trip because we almost missed two connection flights and they did not care at all."
