Everything is just great, it is worth paying extra, but I wish they had a better coffee.

Plus: "- the food trays of seats of the plane are in such a way that you can lay your head on them and sleep. It’s really the most comfortable of all Continental flights I’ve experienced."

Minus: "Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!! When I asked why they it happen they lady From call center turned the phone off."

Minus: "I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely."
Plus: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."

Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

Minus: "The cleanliness of the plane was not good, the carpets were fraying and the seats were old and tired. The seats were positioned too upright and there was no option to recline the seat so it was a very straight seat for 2hrs on the flight."

The clerk raised his voice and was disrespectful to me and other customers. The flight itself was ok, nothing special but not bad either."

At the gate they suddenly say i need to pay now , left me no choice but to pay 60(!) poumd from a small bag!!! The gate representative, Rose is her name, seemed like just a sales person, she didnt even care what i said, and said “ its your fault and tour responsibility “. “Please pay or you wont be able to board” she said. Yes, like a bully, demanded for money, or else.... Worst service i had ever experienced in my 16 years of traveling."

It will make Budapest a more enjoyable time before you touchdown."

Minus: "Told our bag was too big even though we'd paid for a large carry on, which we already knew fit in the overhead compartment (plane was an airbus A320). We were then required to check our bags, but not until after we were told to combine our personal item with our large carry on bag & then told that it was too big. instead of crediting us the amount we'd already paid (€20), we were charged the full checked bag fee of €55. The gate agent was also very rude and not proficient at her job, causing us to delay the plane's departure. Exceptional customer service may have included refunding us the large carry on bag fee. Additionally, our 2hr flight cost us almost $200 each, not what I would call a budget airline price. We will not be flying Wizz air again & do not recommend this airline."

Minus: "It was a full plane ride but they didn't seem to be boarding on time? After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."

Very friendly staff at the airport and onboard.

Otroligt dålig flygbolag , dolda avgifter man var tvungen att betala på flygplatsen och väldigt osmidig ombordstigning. Rekommenderar verkligen inte ryanair

Boarding and special attendance not managed well by ground crew. Also to late in general. After 90 Min. delayed boarding, it was found that technical repairs of the plain were needed before taxying. Immense waste of time for everybody, Ryan / Malta Air seemed to be doing it all for the first time. Not acceptable.

Minus: "Jag jar skrivit till er då delarcav min resa rill Madridcoch sedan resan från Berlin och hem till Stockholm inte gick. Men detcär ingen som komtaktat mig och jag har försökt på alla sätt att få pengarna tillbaka på den här resan då det var omöjligt att resa den här sträckan när de andra sträckorna försvunnit"

Flygvärdinnorna på planet var trevliga men man hörde inte vad de sa i högtalarna för de pratade så sluddrigt och fort. Kaptenen sa något som man inte uppfattade i början av flighten men sedan ingen information alls på hela vägen till Göteborg."
Minus: "Allt var uruselt. Servicen ombord under all kritik. Väntade 15 minuter på en kopp kaffe efter beställningen. Beställningen av bagage online är vilseledande så jag hade tydligen bara beställt incheckad väska åt ena hållet och fick därför betala 400 kr för att ta hem den. Detta hände flera passagerare som var arga och jag undrar om ni sätter detta i system för att tjäna mer. Jag reste med Ryan Air för ett par år sedan och lovade mig själv aldrig mer, men ville gärna ge det en chans till men nu vet jag definitivt att jag aldrig reser med er igen och skall dessutom varna alla för detta och inte blir det billigare heller med alla extrakostnader som ni tar ut. Fy för uselt flygbolag!!"

The on board staff never offered to help anyone struggling to find their seat or with their hand luggage. In fact the 2 girls at the back end of the plane were too busy bickering to notice anything. The space you get to sit in is ridiculous you can't even bend down in it. And the plane was delayed."

Minus: "Trip was Athens - Rome. We had an issue trying to check in online in Greece; it told us to bring our passports to the agent at the airport. We arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hrs before boarding time. After waiting in line the agent told us the check in was closed and we had to pay 55 Euros each JUST TO GET OUR BOARDING PASS. It’s paper with a bar code on it! And we had an issue checking in online. You’re supposed to check in with RyanAir 2 hrs before the plane leaves and we were 4 mins late by the time we waited in line and got to the agent. Nope, still had to pay for paper. Not to mention we had paid extra for priority check in at book. Sure felt like just a cash machine for them. Charge for water too. Awful awful company. I will never fly with them again."
Minus: "I was charged an extra $141 because I did not check in on time. When you’re traveling the internet is not available at all time. I’m very disappointed with the service."

Minus: "På planet sa personalen ingenting om förseningen och när man påpekade vad som skett på flygplatsen kunde de inte göra got för att kompensera. Jag bad om vatten och fick svaret att det inte fanns något vatten. Då tog en av värdinnorna fram sin privata vattenflaska och bjöd mig. Ett riktigt nonchalant beteende från Rya Airs sida vilket allvarligt talat gör så att jag aldrig mer kommer att välja att flyga med er, kommer heller inte att rekommendera er till nära och kära. Riktigt besviken!"

We weren't given food, nothing. I still have to pick up urgent prescription medication from an available pharmacy before I get home. Horrible experience. What's worse Eilat Airport is closer and weather OK there today"

Plus: "For a discount airline, the service was what we expected, no frills, just transportation from Lisbon to London."
Minus: "As a no frills airline, nothing is free, not even coffee and we paid 6 euros for two cups on board the plane. We paid extra to get better seating and we got one "free" check-in bag as part of the deal. They are very strict with the carry-on luggage and make sure that you adhere to their sizing policies and saw people arguing as they were forced to pay 50 euros for non-compliant bags. It is better to pay extra in advance to get better seating. Finally, if you are traveling to London, the airline flies to Stanted which is about an hour from London, but train service is good and you can connect to the tube and practically reach every corner of the city quickly and cheaply."
