Plus: First flight from STL to ORD was amazing. I was upgraded to 1st class...not sure why. Robert was a fantastic flight attendant.
Minus: There was a delay on my second flight from ord to gsp bc there was some type of miscommunication/altercation with some passengers not wearing masks. I have been traveling since 11 am and it was annoying to have to wait another hour.

Minus: First class seats were terrible. No padding. Meal of a messy sandwich was bad. No drink service was offered.

Plus: The crew was efficient and controlled the mask situation well. The seat was well used so it was not as comfortable as I expected. The flight crew did an excellent job with providing information and flying a smooth flight.

Minus: They let out 5 rows at a time which was good, then sort of have up after the first 10. But good concept in keeping things orderly
Minus: On board Mask enforcement - was not done.
The video controller buttons were on the arm rest. This presented a challenge to actually USE the arm rest for myself and my seat mates - we were constantly and inadvertently turning the monitor on.
Plus: Punctuation, friendliness, cleanliness and the advantage of having a plug to charge my phone

Minus: Seats are small. Luckily the flight is short bit for anything longer than one hour I do not recommend this aircraft
Plus: Seats were comfortable and the way the seats are designed works great if someone on front reclines. It does not construct your legs or space in front of you

Minus: Doggie relief area was absolutely gross. I saw atleast 3 other people who refused to also use it.

Minus: I was charged for my carry on that they then forced me to check. Then one of the stewards on the second leg was an outright nasty woman regarding masks. I had my mask over nose and mouth. But apparently not enough and then she was loudly talking to the other flight attendants about it. One told me “I was perfectly fine.”
Plus: Decent snacks (comparatively)
Minus: Correct information on the shuttle/sky train. Was given a note that the shuttle would avoid going through security again, but after I'd walked a considerable distance and found it, it was shut. If you're going to provide information with the ticket, make it accurate

Plus: Well I like the that I was allowed to pre board because I had a 1 year old with me.
Minus: My one year old was a lap baby. There was virtually no space between the front seat and mine. This made flying very uncomfortable for both me and my daughter.
Plus: Crew was amazing. Boarding was perfect.
Minus: Rough turbulence, unfortunately nothing to do with the airline.

Plus: There were delays beyond the pilot or crews control and they handled the situation in a very courteous and respectful way, much appreciated.

Minus: I had an aisle seat that was hard as a rock. The cabin crew repeatedly slammed into my shoulder with their hips and carts and never once excused themselves or asked if I was okay. The PA was muddy and difficult (near impossible) to understand.

Minus: It would have been nice to depart within an hour of my original time.

Doesn’t make sense to hound people about social distancing and masks and then have a full plane.
Plus: The space in economy plus. But the crew making sure we had room due to social distancing the best they could with what space they had to work with on the plane.

Minus: Either passengers wear a mask or not. What’s the point of making announcements regarding wearing your mask when the staff does not enforce it? Also, not sure why the Wifi went out midway through the flight. Get your act together United!
Plus: The captain spoke clearly and have good information.
Minus: The flight was fully packed during this Covid time. There was zero social distancing in place.
Minus: It was a mess from start to finish. Ridiculous lines. Ridiculous covid rules. They have us all shoulder to shoulder in tiny waiting areas then suddenly we get on line to board and have to stand six feet apart and then on the plane we are squashed all together anyway. It’s all so stupid. Not having the ability to get a boarding pass from the online app or printed made me have to wait in a line 300 people long to access the kiosk and then half of them were down. Then another line maybe 500 people long just to be allowed up the escalator to where there is another line to go through exuding checks. Nuts!!! My flight was an hour and I spent three hours online getting to it!!!
Minus: I was charge $24.00 for internet and it was too slow. No meals to purchase
