Minus: Really rude staff member getting people through to plane. Food I ordered came to me as something totally different because they had run out of what I ordered they didn’t ask me if I wanted it instead so had to refuse it as I can’t eat cheese so I ended up going without.

Plus: Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us.

Minus: Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait. Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)

Plus: The price

Minus: Stop the incessant advertising and selling over loud speaker when most people are trying to sleep through a flight .

Plus: The SAS flight was fine. My dissatisfaction was with the company that booked my ticket which I found through a Kayak search. When booking, there was no information about luggage and I ended up paying for it at the airport. This should clearly be declared in the online booking process.

Minus: Flew SAS Plus. Extra seat width and leg room made all the difference versus SAS Go. Money well spent.

Plus: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Minus: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Plus: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Minus: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Minus: Seats in economy section are very close together . There is not enough room for knees...especially for such a long trip.

Minus: Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though.

Plus: The seats were spacious and the crew was wonderful. The crew actually made the long flight more tolerable. Will seek out Delta/Air France for further international flights.

Minus: The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came.

Minus: the getting to the airplane and from the airplane after landing can be better by using more busses

Plus: Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit.

Minus: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Plus: Seats on the plane are really, really, really uncomfortable. I usually try and avoid using Ryanair because of this. at 6' tall the leg room is only just possible, there is no neck support as the seat back does not cater for tall people and seating being non reclining means that it is impossible to shift the my weight during the flight, bearable for shorthaul, but at 5 hours plus it is a penance. Like I said, I'd fly with any other carrier to avoid this, circumstance meant it had to be ryanair.

Minus: I’m not sure if there was WiFi, i wished that would’ve been advertised. If possible can you advertise the drinks and snacks selections. I booked my flight with Lufthansa but it was operated by another company which made it difficult to find

Minus: No AC, we roasted. Seats uncomfortably small. Terrible on boarding and off boarding process.

Plus: The crew was great and the food was pretty good (in addition to lunch/dinner, they offered multiple snacks and drink service throughout).

Minus: The boarding could definitely be better - customs and an additional security check before the gate was a bit much and caused the flight to depart over 15 minutes late.

Minus: The seats are uncomfortable and too close together. The flight was late because we circled the airport several times in the air, and spent thirty minutes waiting on the tarmac to come to the gate. The stewardess spilled on my neighbor each time she filled my water.

Plus: Crew was a top notch, very focused and carrying. I am loyal lufthansa fan and been flying with them with more than 20 years.

Minus: Guys, we need to do something with these outdated business class seats, infotainment system. Omg, last century, movie selection bottom poor :( We are always playing catch up game in terms of interior. How long it took you to offer padding & decent blankets in business.

Plus: Boarding was crazy and confusing. Ground crew poor communication and rude

Plus: New spacious plane, great crew, comfortable seats, good wine and partiffs. Anything thing is better than flying over priced crappy American Airlines and will avoid giving them a cent anytime I can. Lufthansa did a great job.

Minus: I kid screamed all-the-way across pond all night. Maybe next force the parents to calm child down. Tough situation and had to really address that issue.

Plus: Superfast checkin, easy boarding process although it seemed a bit chaotic.

Minus: The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer.

Minus: Pointless paying for priority boarding as staff just let both lanes board at the same time

Minus: Plane was small ,seats were not comfortable and plane was not connected with eye so passengees were waiting outside of plane in cold weather.

Minus: We were unable to have choose seat option at booking and also check in and they split us up and weren’t able to put us together at the gate. A bit light on the perks for “premium”.

Plus: Newburgh airport is nice and small so were no long security lines. Norwegian air was perfect. No issues with anything.

Minus: Didn't have wifi on the plane. But it's not a deal breaker.
