Tyskland har begränsat inresor för resenärer från länder utanför europeiska ekonomiska samarbetsområdet, med undantag för tyska medborgare, personer med uppehållstillstånd och innehavare av D-visum samt personer med särskilda undantag (se nedan). Tyskland har begränsat alla passagerarflyg från Storbritannien. För att kunna resa till Tyskland med undantagen transport behöver brittiska medborgare som är bosatta i Tyskland uppvisa bevis på uppehållstillstånd. Om de ännu inte har ett uppehållstillstånd måste de tillhandahålla trovärdiga bevis för att de är bosatta i Tyskland. Detta kan inkludera ett adressregistreringscertifikat (Meldebescheinigung), ett hyresavtal, en elräkning i deras namn eller ett ansökningsintyg (Fiktionsbescheinigung). Från och med den 25 juni 2020 får resenärer från Österrike, Belgien, Bulgarien, Kroatien, Tjeckien, Cypern, Danmark, Estland, Finland, Frankrike, Grekland, Ungern, Island, Irland, Italien, Lettland, Liechtenstein, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, Nederländerna, Norge, Polen, Portugal, Slovakien, Slovenien, Spanien och Sverige komma in i landet. Tyskland har också upphävt inreserestriktionerna för resenärer från följande länder: Australien, Nya Zeeland, Singapore, Thailand och Uruguay. Resenärer måste ha tillbringat minst 2 veckor i ovannämnda länder innan de flyger till Tyskland. Inreserestriktionerna för Kina, Japan, Sydkorea, Hongkong och Macao kommer också att upphävas om detta kan avtalas på ömsesidig grund. Listan kommer att ses över varannan vecka. Inresa från ett tredje land är möjlig för resenärer som kan visa upp ett viktigt skäl för inresa. Förteckningen över viktiga skäl omfattar tyska medborgare och EU-medborgare samt alla tredjelandsmedborgare med uppehållsrätt i Tyskland. Det omfattar även hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal, hälsoforskare, utbildade arbetstagare vars ekonomiska verksamhet är nödvändig och inte kan skjutas upp eller utövas från utlandet, frakt- och transportpersonal, säsongsarbetare, studenter som inte kan fortsätta sina studier från utlandet, resenärer på besök av brådskande familjeskäl, diplomater och personal vid internationella organisationer och personer som mellanlandar i Tyskland. Finally, the toilets ran out of paper towels and tissues with 3 hours to go in the flight, and they were never refilled. The flight attendants put a roll of toilet paper next the sink to use for your hands."

Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Luckily I was finally able to book a flight using another airline after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with the regional customer service provider."

My can of Coke was well gone when the mediocre dinner arrived and I got an earful for daring to ask for another one. It finally arrived after dinner with the creditcard machine etc. Yes, it was $4.00. I passed. As the coffee service was in full swing."
Plus: "This is obviously a very well-run airline. Boarding was efficient, the crew were warm and professional, and the overall feel of the aircraft was very Scandinavian-cool. I was most impressed with the meal service. We were served twice on our 9 hour flight, and both meals were hot, healthy, and the best I’ve had during a flight. The passenger in front of us was having a hard time with her sinuses, and the flight attendant (whose name I wish we had gotten) was very attentive and concerned for the comfort and well-being of the passenger. She insisted on doing anything she could to alleviate the woman’s difficulty. It is clear that the crew care about the passengers’ experience."
Minus: "We were unable to sleep at all during our overnight flight and landed pretty exhausted. Our seats were comfortable (complete with a moldable headrest to keep your head from bobbing around) but we felt too upright to fall asleep. The passenger in front of us reclined, but we were concerned about reclining into the already tight space of the passenger behind us. So we weren’t able to sleep, despite trying to get comfortable/somewhat horizontal. It seemed to be a mixed bag of asleep and awake passengers on the flight, so some people were unaffected by this issue."

Beställningen av bagage online är vilseledande så jag hade tydligen bara beställt incheckad väska åt ena hållet och fick därför betala 400 kr för att ta hem den. Detta hände flera passagerare som var arga och jag undrar om ni sätter detta i system för att tjäna mer. Jag reste med Ryan Air för ett par år sedan och lovade mig själv aldrig mer, men ville gärna ge det en chans till men nu vet jag definitivt att jag aldrig reser med er igen och skall dessutom varna alla för detta och inte blir det billigare heller med alla extrakostnader som ni tar ut. Fy för uselt flygbolag!!"
