Lost my 2 luggages in the past 11 days !!! No news for my first luggage after 11 days and the second one i am waiting in a hotel hoping they will deliver it to me . You guys are the worse for ruining our summer vacations back to back !!

Flight was on time. Newish plane with lots of entertainment on the screen in front of you Crew was very nice to the children we had with us.

An hour and a half late which forced me to miss connection to next flight

en väldigt dålig ombordstigning. Alla skulle vänta på alla och en som organiserade ombordstigningen som inte kunde använda mikrofonen. Var väldigt mycket otydligheter och alla grymtade bak i kön.

For four seats there are three sections; so, you can hope that someone doesn't need any space or else you have to decide how to awkwardly split it up."

Minus: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

4 flights in 3 weeks between arrival and departure and all flights delayed about 5 to 6 hours ! What’s going on with AF ?! Not a low cost and you paid for that service !?!? Not anymore

New Boeing 737 Max 8. No wifi aboard. No personal screens. Food, only one snack and a cup of water. Very poor.

Overall very pleasant experience. Good airplanes (Embraer Zag to WAR 787 WAR to ORD), wide seats, good leg room. Food was good, crew polite and efficient. Thirsty? Walk to end of plane and help yourself. Or crew member will help you with drink. Request for beer was followed with "one or more?" One delayed flight was no issue, LOT organized fast transfer in Warsaw, Worked well.

Minus: "Crammed seats. Flight delayed, almost missed connection flight. Luggage didn’t make it to the final destination. Luggage was delivered to my hotel in 2 days, but noticed they have been opened (had tapes around my bags, the tapes were cut/altered). Some stuff was missing. Worst."
Plus: "Crew was amazing"
Minus: "Flight delayed and we lost connection"
Plus: "Everything went good."
Minus: "Movie or general didn't provide closed caption or subtitle for an English language."
Plus: "Quick problem solving with the delayed flight."
Minus: "Again, lost baggage is an incredible inconvenience."

Minus: "The LOT ticket counter personnel is in need of some serious professional etiquette re-training. Always displeased expressions on their faces. Hence why alot of their own people opt for other airlines when booking."
Plus: "They gave decent food and some decent movies and ok songs to listen too."
Minus: "Not enough good movies to watch. Perhaps put on some Spanish movies and music along with more variety Polish and Russian movies and music. I was stuck in middle of two old people that kept farting a lot."
Minus: "Was delayed. A huge guy was sitting next to me and taking the space."
Minus: "They kept changing departure time from Warsaw to Lviv , and totally we were stocked at airport for 4 hours. Lot didn't provide any drink or food, and also they didn't give us any information about our flight, they just ignored us. We were very frustrated, our kids were hungry and thirsty but nobody from LOT company didn't care about it. They even didn't say "sorry " . I will not recommend this airline to my friends or to somebody else, just be careful with this airline."
Plus: "All stuff members spoke good English."
Minus: "I was in the business class. Food was too salti Cabin stuff were clumsy Plates and glasses fell of their hands on the pasengers Many times dueing the flights. Chairs wrre stuck and a stuff member need to come every time i needed to change position."
Plus: "Flawless boarding, on time, nice crew."
Minus: "Had to wait on the runway for ground services at destination, but for a very short time. The route is bussed at both airports."
Plus: "Legroom, Prompt arrival."
Minus: "The entertainment screen did not work well; I could not use it at all. That is very bad on a long flight."

Minus: "The flight was delayed in both ways. Very crowded, not comfortable to sit. Just 11 movie selection with a terrible sound."
Plus: "787 Dreamliner is comfortable and feels more spacious."
Minus: "LOT was late on every flight. Did not miss any connections, but could not leave on-time if it was there only responsibility."

Minus: "No TV monitors. 1-hour delay both trips."
Plus: "Business Class on LOT Flight No. 21 from Warsaw to Los Angeles is excellent! The Boeing 787 Dreamliner is a beautiful plane and the Business Class seats are very comfortable. The food was pretty good and the flight attendants were extremely nice!"
Minus: "There was a two and a half hour delay for technical problems for our flight from Warsaw to Los Angeles on Tuesday July 24, 2018. There had been a two-hour delay for my flight in from Warsaw to Moscow, also for technical problems, on Friday July 13, 2018. Obviously, LOT needs to insure its planes are safe, but it needs to do so sufficiently in advance of take-off so that its passengers are not inconvenienced by lengthy delays."
Plus: "The fact that the Dreamliner plane is kind of new, maybe just a few years old. How it is tinting the window The support which you have under the feet The fact that is offering more entertainment on the flight"
Minus: "It will be nice to have inside of the seats a button which can start a massager"
Plus: "Brand new plane, very smart albeit plasticy and clunky. Professional staff. Very helpful when I had a specific personal request at the booking office. Flight crew were not constantly trying to force us to buy things or making announcements every 5mins like some budget airlines I could name. Flight was 30mins early so no problems there."
Minus: "Warsaw Airport is terrible. Not enough seats in the departure longes. Not enough choice for shops. Not enough toilets for the volume of passengers."
Minus: "The ticket agent was really grumpy, they were late taking off, I am not crazy about prop planes, too much vibration."
Plus: "The crew were ok"
Minus: "Delays and bag checkin policy."
Plus: "Everything was well organized and orderly, though the staff were not too cheerful or friendly. Even though it was a short 1 hour flight I saw flight attendants giving crayons and papers to the kids and everyone was offered a small chocolate cookie, a tiny packet of sour gummies, and a cup of water for free which I didn't expect. The plane was very small but clean and I was fairly comfortable in my seat for the short flight. There was a magazine in the seat pocket in English and Polish. Mostly I liked the cheap ticket price and that it was an on time flight."
Minus: "When we landed we went down 5 steps to the ground outside and got in a bus to go in the terminal. The plane was so small that there is very little space for carry on bags so that was a problem for some people, and as we entered the plane I noticed that the ceiling of the aisle is so low that my husband could touch his head on it if he went on his toes a bit (he's 6'4") It was odd to me that they had my husband and I assigned to seats an aisle apart, but a kind stranger agreed to change places. Lastly, the carry on baggage weight allowance is very low and they weighed our bags and we had to pay 24 dollars each for our overweight carry on roller bags which were then checked."
Plus: "NOTHING!!!!!"
Minus: "Because of them not knowing their job I had to spent extra 1000$..."
Minus: "Super"
Plus: "The plane was on time, friendly crew, food was pretty good as well"
Plus: "Overall everything was good - I have travelled frequently with LOT in the past few months and this was perhaps the best experience so far. Boarding was easy enough - the flight was not fully booked so there wasn't the usual Central European pushing and anxiety during boarding. Flight crew are informative, cabin crew attentive and kind. Service and food were good."
Minus: "Comfort on these long haul flights is not expected in economy - the seat next to me was free which came in very useful as the person in front of me reclined almost immediately and kept throwing himself about in his seat in vain attempts to get comfortable - I was able to move over so I wasn't disturbed by his person. Why they have reclining seats is a mystery - it doesn't make it appreciably more comfortable for the person reclining and it reduces leg room for the person behind, makes it more difficult to watch the screen (despite the tilting feature) and means that the tray table is resting on your knees during meal times."
Minus: "When we bordered ,they used a bus to bring us to the plane.It was cold and windy outside,so,not comfortable."
Plus: "Very roomy well designed plane. Good communication from pilot and staff."
Minus: "I lost my iPad during this flight. Luckily it was found in the Warsaw airport but the airline did not do anything to help me besides giving me some phone numbers and email addresses. It would cost more to ship it back to the US then the iPad is worth. It would be nice if lot would provide help to get it to me."

Plus: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

Plus: "Good basic flight. Noticeably less leg room than other flights. Flight staff were pleasant."
Minus: "Flight was delayed an hour and a half. Liked the Minsk airport though."
Plus: "Nice new plane. Desert was some sort of raspberry cheesecake which was great."
Minus: "Movie and tv listings could have been a bit better. Only a few movies from the last year."
Minus: "We had a 4 hour delay getting out of Chicago and another delay leaving to come home. It makes one wonder what kind of maintenance they do on their planes."
Plus: "I like comfort in business class. Choice of food and wine was good too."
Minus: "Entertainment movies were a bit aged."

Minus: "Late boarding, aircraft was full and the seats had very narrow width making the trip very uncomfortable for the passengers. Food was only served for extra payment (I didn't buy budget airline ticket at least the price didn't reflect that!). Parking in Frankfurt far away from the terminal, the busses were waiting long till start fully packed with people very frustrating."
Plus: "Good food and service very smooth boarding and the 787 Dreamliner is a great plane. Flying to Japan included a delicious Japanese themed meal"
Minus: "Onboard entertainment system could do with a bit more choice and choice of subtitles for films (if you speak French only, good luck!)"
Plus: "We weren't sure what food we would get as eco premium but basically it was the same as business just seated two by two - very good"
Minus: "No entertainment at all"
Plus: "The transatlantic plane was great."
