Väldigt stel och tråkig vänthall. Väldigt trångt i planet men fin personal.

Very slow in the food service, often times rude and lound when addressing passengers, and failed to clean the restrooms in flight, which left them in dire state and smelled. An unusually unpleasant set of attendants, and sadly not one of them made up for the lack of professionalism the others showed. No priority boarding, they proceeded with boarding the first half of passengers all at once so rather confusing."

All service attendants ditched the ticketing desk leaving one poor employee to answer questions for over 70 disgruntled passengers. Very very very poor communication. Luckily I was finally able to book a flight using another airline after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with the regional customer service provider."

None of us were able to leave the airport as we were not told any information about potential flight departure times and it would have been $2000 to re-book with a different airline. No answers were given by SAS over the phone and their staff seemed unaware of any problems."

Jag missade flygplanen fast jag hade 55 mint tills den flyger

Minus: "Ryanair operations at Bordeaux Airport is extremely poor. I arrived 2.5 hours early and still stood in line to check in for an hour because two flights were checking bags with TWO EMPLOYEES! It's 120+ people, and they needed more people working! The flight leaving 20 minutes ahead of us was still checking people in 30 minutes from their departure time, so truly this was on whoever is managing this airline at this airport. I will never fly with RyanAir again."

Goo clean aircraft. Friendly crew,late departure,however most of the delay was made up. Only negative was standing for a long period on the apron waiting to board,especially as I have difficulty standing for any period of time.

Otroligt dålig flygbolag , dolda avgifter man var tvungen att betala på flygplatsen och väldigt osmidig ombordstigning. Rekommenderar verkligen inte ryanair

Kaptenen sa något som man inte uppfattade i början av flighten men sedan ingen information alls på hela vägen till Göteborg."

Beställningen av bagage online är vilseledande så jag hade tydligen bara beställt incheckad väska åt ena hållet och fick därför betala 400 kr för att ta hem den. Detta hände flera passagerare som var arga och jag undrar om ni sätter detta i system för att tjäna mer. Jag reste med Ryan Air för ett par år sedan och lovade mig själv aldrig mer, men ville gärna ge det en chans till men nu vet jag definitivt att jag aldrig reser med er igen och skall dessutom varna alla för detta och inte blir det billigare heller med alla extrakostnader som ni tar ut. Fy för uselt flygbolag!!"

Minus: "The flight was delayed initially with 2 hours. There was no notification by the airport. After 2 hours there was another hpur delay. Again there was no notification. We and the other passengers had to constantly last to the gatw screen to see any updates. We were left in the dark until the very moment we started boarding."
Plus: "Planet var nästan 3h sent iväg från CRL TILL CPH. Ingen kom och erbjöd mat ett dryck och informerade heller inte oss om våra rättigheter som passagerare på plats."
Minus: "På planet sa personalen ingenting om förseningen och när man påpekade vad som skett på flygplatsen kunde de inte göra got för att kompensera. Jag bad om vatten och fick svaret att det inte fanns något vatten. Då tog en av värdinnorna fram sin privata vattenflaska och bjöd mig. Ett riktigt nonchalant beteende från Rya Airs sida vilket allvarligt talat gör så att jag aldrig mer kommer att välja att flyga med er, kommer heller inte att rekommendera er till nära och kära. Riktigt besviken!"

Minus: "It was required to check in prior to arrival to airport to avoid a fee. I did not have internet access still I arrived. I had to pay 55 euro for a simple check in. Not fair to folks who do not use data for internet nor WiFi. A email could be sent 72 hours but that does not mean people check all emails or they even have access to the web. It’s not a fair or smart business move, I will not book with them again."
Plus: "Only option available at the time. I would not have flown Ryanair if there had been any other airline flying the route in the time slot. Actual flight was fine, but the process from booking the flight to gettin aboard was horrible."
Minus: "Rayanair made the transaction as difficult, uncertain and unpleasant as they could. From the moment the booking was complete, a series of email demands, warnings and impossible conditions ensured that it was never clear whether we and our baggage would get on the flight. The initial price was unreasonably low and the eventual cost was twice what was quoted but it had to be paid as a series of penalties over several days. The contract staff in Athens were clearly demoralized, embarrassed and apolgetic, but had no flexibility to resolve issues in a reasonable way."
Minus: "Couldn't recline seat Can't use Bluetooth as phone on airplane mode Hold luggage cost a bit expensive Automated seat allocation separates couples so we are forced to purchase seat to sit together. This is unacceptable."

Minus: "Being a tourist, I had no access to a printer to print a boarding pass. First off, who prints boarding passes anymore when you have smartphones?! RyanAir insists on paper! But they won’t print one for you. No they sent you to SwissAir for a printout for a cost of 15€. Then back to RyanAir so they can tag your bags. Do they take the bags? No! You have to go to 2 different areas to to drop off bags. Just ludicrous! Makes you appreciate American efficiency. Don’t fly RyanAir!!!"

I did have to pay the luggage fee, I don't understand why you have to lift your luggage through the size measuring device when clearly my luggage would have fit in the overhead compartments. Aside from that, I thought the lighting (yellow lighting!) and the advertisements all over the interior was tacky and distracting from having a calm, relaxing flight. I don't think the $$ saved is worth going through this again."

In very fine print, the ticket you think you paid for online is not valid to get a boarding pass at the airport unless you visit another website prior to going to the airport. If you do what I did, which is arrive expecting to be handed a boarding pass, you will be extorted for 50€ because they cut off your ability to visit the required online website. Total scam. This should be illegal. Buyer beware. Kayak did not know about this scam."

Minus: "The whole luggage handling is a nightmare. If you fly with just one luggage, be prepared to have to take everything you care from it and hold it close to your chest, as Ryanair will probably try to check your luggage."
