My daughter's bag didn't make to SFO, even though we were early to check in."

Minus: "12 of January, 2018 Dear Austrian Airlines authority, I address to your kind attention to asist me to get to me the hat qhich I lost on board of the flight 1576 when I arrived to Vienna airport on my way frpom JFK to Lwo. It happened because it was no room above my seat's bin and the steard helped me to get my heat in another bin. Unfortunately I forgot at the moment when I left the board of the plane, a minute later I reminded that I forgot my hat but I was not allowed to go back and get my hat. I tried to communicate with the Lot&Found office in Vienna airport as I had 2h40 minutes in connection time and it was enough time to get me back the hat, unfortunately nothing was really done from the airport staff to get me my hat and made to me possible continue traveling with my hat. I spoke to two managers, the name I could share with you if you need. The Found office registered my black hat and the plastic box under the number F2018/000682. In this situation I ask your offices to deliver my hat and the plastic box to Lviv airport as sson as possible as this is a special hat for my daily prayers. I wish you best and ask for your kind assistance to send the item as soon as possible with the nearest flight. Sincerely, Meylakh Sheykhet"

Minus: "My Partner and I was dissatisfied with our connecting from Zurich to Cairo. We expected the same flight but we were in basically in coach with little more leg room. The chairs barely reclined to a comfortable position. There was no entertainment, just a three and a half hour flight at the flight plan on a small tv hanging over. their was no differentiation between the economy behind us. just the food that was brought to us, other felt the same as well who were traveling in business with us."

He got our luggage right from the cargo, drove us to another man who stamped our passports, and then drove us to the plan just in time for takeoff. It was incredible service and everyone was super friendly. We so appreciated them making sure we caught our connecting flight!"

Having only two seats in our row and the one in front of us made the flight tolerable, but also enhanced the ludicrous ineptitude of the previous flight, wherein we were treated like so much livestock in a train car, heading for slaughter. I will never, NEVER, fly Swiss Air again."

Minus: "I am not unusually large but it is clear that the seats on your planes are completely inadequate for anyone other than a child. There is no possible way for anyone who isn't seriously sedated to sleep or even sit for any extended period of time in what amount to slightly cushioned coffins. I literally spent an hour in the toilet trying to fall asleep because at least in there I had room to extend my legs. At least in there I could actually breathe (the ventilation system is totally inadequate for anyone sitting near the windows and results in horribly stuffy and uncomfortable air.)"

Minus: "At check-in counters, staff managing the queues did not speak English at all, same thing at the security check queue, only Spanish speaking. There should be some clearer instructions of how and where to queue at boarding. Everyone just wanted to cut queue."

The video/television screens in our row were broken the entire flight. The attendants kept telling us they would be fixed soon and they never were. There was one attendant who was nice and the rest were rude and unhelpful. We arrived in Boston 2 1/2 hours late. Terrible experience."

Sen fick vi vänta ytterligare 1 timme ombord i värmen helt ohyggligt när folk börjar oroa sig för konsekvenserna etc det var ju uppenbart ingen skulle komma ut amma kväll (efter midnatt). När väl ute fanns bara 1 service desk till hela planet, jag kunde åka hem och sova och skita i vouchers men de som behövde hotell lär ha väntat halva natten. Det enda som var ok var att de svarade snabbt på telefon följande morgon - men meddelade inte som man sagt den nya bokningen via sms eller mail!"

Minus: "only problem was with the pull out tray. We were in a bulkhead seat and my husbands tray was loose and tilted and his juice spilled all over. The attendant was very good and helpful in cleaning up. Think that the trays should be checked and tightened if necessary."

Minus: "On a long flight like this, the seating is still too cramped. We are not large people, and nine hours in those seats is difficult, even with considerate 'neighbors'. The seats are just too close together. This is an airport comment - Deboarding to a bus, then a walk to the train/tram, then security, then another walk to the gate - we barely made our connecting international flight."

Sitter man här i Prague utan ombyte och vinterjacka som checkades in med väskan eftersom man blev ombed at på grund av fullsatt plan checka in sitt handbagage vid gaten innan man skulle kliva ombord. Ingen direkt ursäkt och inte det minsta fundering om att erbjudas möjlighet att anskaffa någon vinter jacka. Inte bra."

Minus: "Muslim meal does not mean all Muslims eat curry. It’s rediculous that we cant have a decent English breakfast instead you get curry or some form of curry for breakfast, lunch and supper. Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc. Also I requested help with transfer to my last flight which was horrendous because I’m one adult with 4 kids ages 1 to 11 and my eldest has sever learning disability. I nearly missed my flight because our flight landed late and I was struggling to keep my kids safe and together while running for the next flight. Somone should have been there to help with transfer."

Totally unhelpful ground staff, who were oblivious to the fact that I had a work commitment the next day so couldn’t overnight in some random hotel at an airport to suit Austrian’s policies. Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct."

Ut took way too long and people had to stand for a long time to board. Crew members were not up to par either. I had my earphones and was watching a movie and feel asleep. And everytime one them passes by, they will knock me awake. I was extremely tired and tried hard to sleep yet they kept waking me up every time one of them passes by, no matter how skinny they were! Totally unprofessional."

The worst issue was that there was one family with extremely loud children with the parents doing nothing. I saw a steward way up the plane looking down at them at one stage while serving another passenger but she did nothing. I like children but this was constant with the father actually encouraging the children to make more noise once he realised that other passengers were annoyed. There were plenty of other children on the plane who were behaving. Although SAS staff were aware of this they did nothing to ensure the comfort of the other passengers. One friend of mine stood for about 40 minutes at the back of the plane and another for about 20 minutes to get away from this constant noise as it was so loud and persistent. I had to listen to music to block it out.SAS staff should have intervened because this was very loud and as I have said constant i.e. every few seconds for most of the flight."

We spent the entire time in a panic trying to figure out how else we could get to our destination in time for a wedding. When we finally talked to someone at the counter, he said this was just normal procedure to be able to shuffle seats. This is not normal. I have flown with many airlines, and I cannot imagine it is ever "normal" policy to tell people they have been downgraded to standby until just before the flight. So much anxiety. Also, the flight was delayed, and the crew had no communication about gates or any other information (within their OWN AIRLINE) for those with connecting flights."

They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund"

The flight was so hot, and too crammed. Old plane. The entertainment was unentertaining. I would never fly this airline again."
