Från och med den 1 juli 2020 kan alla medborgare i EU, EES eller Storbritannien och personer som har permanent uppehållstillstånd i EU-/EES-länderna fritt resa in i Kroatien, utan restriktioner eller krav på karantän. Övriga utländska medborgare, inklusive amerikanska medborgare, får resa in i Kroatien för affärsresa, turism eller andra angelägna personliga skäl, om de kan styrka detta. Utländska medborgare måste uppvisa ett medicinskt intyg med negativt resultat från PCR-testet för COVID-19 som utfärdats senast 48 timmar tidigare. Resenärer vars provsvar är äldre än 48 timmar kommer att tillåtas att resa in i Kroatien, men de kommer att få en order om självisolering och att de måste testas igen på plats, på egen bekostnad. Alla inresande måste fylla i formuläret "Enter Croatia" som ska uppvisas vid ankomsten. Formuläret kan skickas in online före avresan. Resenärer som anländer från Sydafrika eller Storbritannien måste uppvisa ett läkarintyg med ett negativt COVID-19 PCR-testresultat som är högst 48 timmar gammalt.
Resenärer som inte kan uppvisa ett negativt PCR-provresultat måste ta ett PCR-test som görs omedelbart vid ankomsten till Kroatien och därefter sätta sig själva i självisolering tills de får ett negativt testresultat. Resenärer som inte uppvisar ett PCR-test vid ankomsten och som vägrar att ta ett test på plats kommer att hållas isolerade eller i karantän i 14 dagar. Resenärer kan beordras att isolera sig eller tillbringa 14 dagar i officiell statliga karantän om det anses nödvändigt för att förhindra spridning av COVID-19. Placering i karantän sker på resenärens bekostnad. Resenärer som inte får order om självisolering får en pamflett med rekommendationer och instruktioner från Kroatiens folkhälsomyndighet efter 14 dagar. Resenärer som anländer från Sydafrika eller Storbritannien måste genomgå en 14-dagars självisolering. De har möjlighet att ta ett COVID-19-test (på egen bekostnad) efter dag 7 för att förkorta självisoleringsperioden om de får ett negativt resultat.

SERIOUSLY!?); a big difference from their partners (i.e. Swiss and Lufthansa). Crew was not present -- not only were they very unfriendly they were no where to be found. TV/video didn't work properly -- kept fast forwarding or changing channels on its own. The crew of course, was not concerned."

När vi landar så berättar de att bagaget inte kom med. utan väskor så åker vår grupp till hotellet. Det hemska var att besättningen ljög istället för att berätta och informera på ett bra sätt. Väskorna kördes ut och kom efter midnatt."

Because we did not notice this until we got to our apartment we found that it is not possible to make acclaim, rather you just have to make a general complaint with a response according to SAS likely in 3 weeks. This process took over an hour of my time. The three tel numbers given to report damage are in Scandinavia and not much use when travelling within the UK."

This was the first leg of an expensive international flight and given the price of the 2 legs I should have been upgraded to a more comfortable seat. My flight to Europe on Iberia was excellent. Even in business class, the entertainment system was poor it's difficult to use and my system froze entirely on the way to Madrid. It worked on the way back, but the selection was relatively limited and poor."

It makes me far less likely to fly or recommend this airline again. Luggage tracking should be a very simple process."

In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

"Not writing it clearly and visible at the time of ticket purchase" is certainly tricking and misleading us. This is a crime!"

I always travel through Europe with layovers and never have this issue before. I had to buy another ticket straight to Moscow and wait in the airport for 8 hours. I ask to reimburse me half of the price of this ticket."

Voucher for a cup of coffee didn't cover all the troubles I had to go through."

Minus: "Flight was just under 3 hours late (long enough to kill most of the day, but just under what is needed to pay compensation). First they said it was problems in Amsterdam, then problems with the plane, then traffic in Amsterdam. It was hard to tell what was true and what was avoiding penalties (it is possible that equipment issues caused them to lose their spot, and get caught in traffic delays). I hate that they charge 2.5 euros for water on the flight. Their carryon rules only allow us to take the smallest of bags (smaller than other airlines) but when I got on the plane, lots of people had medium sized carryons."

Minus: "The planes seemed very old and rickety. One was an old propeller plane that looked like it had a large patch. The second plane was so old that It was very difficult to open the overhead storage compartments. Both planes rocked side to side during takeoff and landing. I couldn't figure out how to check baggage online through Kayak, and it cost €40 at the airport. It got me where I needs to go, but with the baggage fees, it turned out to be about the same price as other airlines, and I wouldn't recommend the planes for people with any flying anxiety."
