Minus: "I did not like the fact that I have been with Delta for years and their response to me about booking my flight and using the payment method was they are working on it and there is nothing they can do. They would not even offer to hold my flight for 24 hours in case they fixed the issue within that time frame. It was very disappointing."

Minus: "Plane was diverted back to Toronto from LaGuardia airport as we were told due to "weather", landed late at night and were told that due to not being able to control weather WestJet could not assist with accommodations, leaving everyone stranded and scrambling to find a room in alreday booked up hotels. When speaking on phone with agent, I was told it wasn't due to weather but incident at LaGuardia where plane went off runway. I paid $130.00 for 5 hours in a hotel, due to pilot error, not weather. La Guardia opened it's other runway immediately after and other airports in NewYork were running fine. Completely unacceptable and extremely bad customer service as CSR simply told us "sorry we can't help". Will never book with West Jet again."

It doesn't make sense! When you fly in Europe with any major airline company (not low cost..), no matter how long or short the flight is, minimum you get a sandwich and abundance of drinks.. not with Delta (or any other american airline company).. pontless. We always get treated like cattle.. but they like keeping the prices of tickets expensive, don't they???"

She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

The airplane interior was ancient and would be better served with Allegiant aircraft and not something that should be on a so called premium route by a once premium company. I would honestly recommend anyone fly Thomas Cook or TUI or even Norwegian before flying British Airways 777s as they are ancient wrecks with no value proposition. I would recommend going by boat before flying British Airways 772. The only time I would recommend flying any of the 772s from British Airways was if walking was your only other choice and even then a nice pair of trainers would probably be more comfortable."

Felt frostbite, couldn’t move fingers, and have a sinus headache. absolutely appalling this is NY and USA - yet we can’t have car services pick up pasengers outside the door of the airport, instead require to walk 7 minutes and stand in a freezing air tunnel airport garage. Changes my mind on flying to LAGUARDIA in the future"

I was sitting in the back and the flight attendant who was suppose to assist us made us feel like i was a bother to her. First of all she just rudly dropped biscuits on my table didnt ask if i wanted and then I had to ask her for coffee, she didnt ask me if i wanted something to drink. Finally she brought my daughter and I some coffee. i ask for sugar and she said im very busy you have to wait....eventually she gave me one packet of sugar. I had to ask for another sugar for my daughter , so when i ask she gets upset and tells me i have to wait but there as a white who ask for assistance and she was very polite to her."

Minus: "at check-in agent said we did not have coverage on our ticket for our 2 -50lb bags dispite informing her that we were covered and had no problem on our arriving flight to Portugal - we had to pay 196 Euros or leave our bags in Portugal Additionally we had ordered a wheelchair to assist my wife to the gate - which we also had our arriving flight - agent said she had no record of it. She said we could wait which we did and waited 2 hours to obtain a wheelchair (and came close to missing our plane) not to mention the stress associated with the whole check in process"

Plus: "Flight was delayed leaving Newark so we missed our connection in Portugal which was supposed to take us straight to Venice. Instead TAP gave us a replacement flight to Madrid and then from Madrid to Venice A FLIGHT WITH TWO STOPS IS NOT WHAT WE WANTED OR PAID FOR. Madrid was also delayed and we missed our connection to Venice. We got a new flight from Madrid to Venice and had to wait 5 hours for it. A trip from New Jersey to Venice ended up taking OVER 24 HOURS!!!! Due to the disgraceful disorganization and service of TAP PORTUGA we missed our best friends rehersal dinner a memory we would have loved to have. Extremely disorganized, terrible customer service OH AND WE HAD TO PAY FOR OUR BAGS TWICE to get reimbursed later but I don’t believe anything Tap Portugal says so we’ll see. Staff advice did not align and they were unapologetic for the experience we received."

Minus: "The seats were the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. There was no leg room. My knees were in the back of the seat in front of me abd I could not move. Unless you are way below average height, don’t take this airline."

Minus: "Viewing options in 38E where i sat, were terribly uncomfortable. The screen i had to look at was off to the left and i had to sit sideways to see the screen."

Plus: "The actual flying of the plane, take off and landing was really smooth! Well done to the flight crew! We were pleasantly surprised to be served 2 full tasty meals on our long flights as well."
Minus: "Tv/movie options were not as good compared to our previous flight to Lisbon. We used the economy option which required us to pay for a seat upgrade in order to be able to hear each other. I will use this airline again if I have to but it isn’t my first choice."

Minus: "Where to start. No soap to wash your hands in the WC. Air conditioning dripping water to a seat next to us. They run out of on food option we wanted. The flight to Lisbon was delayed. The plain was dirty. One of out seats the entertainment system did not work. We alerted the crew, they did not do anything to remediate these problems. Only bad experience of the trip. Portugal deserves a better airline than this one. Last the best of all, $90 dollars per bag we checked in, so we spent $360 dollars just to carry our luggage."

Minus: "I was told that I can check in my luggage free of charge. So I bought some wine and checked in for the connection flights. They charged 35 euros and to final destination 75 euros. I tried to watch some movies and they had only one English channel. I couldn’t believe that kind of shitty system still exists. I don’t recommend it."

Plus: "Our flight was late, so we missed our connecting flight to Barcelona, but TAP had already rebooked us on a different flight and had boarding passes all printed out. Good Job."

Minus: "Ground staff insisted carry on bags were checked in and implied this was mandatory and I complied only to discover later that majority were allowed to ignore this. Also plane was late"

Minus: "Everything but specially the fact that there was no Business class but tickets Were sold and in the end not even assigned seats. No previous info or whatsoever ... this company is becoming worst than a low cost ... well much worst !!!"

Minus: "Seats need an inch or two more leg room for me, the biscuits they gave out were tasty but would of been really nice to have a sandwhich. But that's air travel these days. There was a slight problem with the air craft before we took off. Air conditioning was off and the door were closed while we sat there for 15 mins. They kept us well informed though, not the end of the world."

Minus: "They kept us all day in the airport t to then tell us at 7pm that the flight wouldnt actually leave that day."

Minus: "Little confusing at the gate but mainly due to poor PA system not the staff. Happens a lot at airports in my experience"

Plus: "The crew was very friendly and check-in was uneventful. A group of us traveled from MXP to EWR via LIS. Excellent ride on each leg."
Minus: "I love the flight attendants uniform. The ticket agent allowed me to change my seat to the exit row with no extra charge. Some of my group was charged for overweight bags and others weren't. A little inconsistent."

Plus: "We were shuttled to the plane then the plane wasn't ready, so the bus took us back. We just stood on the bus by the gate for a good 20min. Then went back to the plane again. This time it was ready for boarding. I don't understand why they took us if the plane was ready. Once we were there why did we go back to the gate again?? Get it together TAP. My first and only experience and it wasn't a good one."
