And the flight was delayed leaving - due to the late arrival from ATL (Delta HQ) which had a power outage. And no video entertainment. No meals."

My carry on bag had to be stored in the bottom of the aircraft as the overhead lockers in the aircraft are small. As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily."

Plus: "Check-in was good, no queues. I arrived about four hours before scheduled departure time and check-in had been open already for an hour. In Mexico City Airport I had missed a flight three days earlier as I'd been observing the departure screens and they'd failed to update the status of my aircraft: this time I was informed of the gate at check-in. Flight was on time and didn't do anything scary. I was lucky as my neighbour found another free seat so left me with more room."
Minus: "I've found Iberia to be uncaring. This flight was much the same. The food and drink service was cheap, and I felt the attendants didn't feel like they had to try to give good service. The new entertainment screens kept coming on, and I kept turning them off as I wished to sleep. Eventually I discovered they were being triggered by the electrostatic charge on the pillows that I was rearranging."

Minus: "The plane was an Airbus 330. I'm 6'2" and was uncomfortable in the seat for 7 1/2 hours. My knees hit the seat in front, and later the person there reclined to make things even worse. Since I couldn't slouch, my head was far above the seat back. I realize airlines are squeezing space and this trend will continue. It's become an accessibility problem for me."

URuselt på flygplatsen i Barcelona med transfer från Air Maroc och Tangier och hitta till Terminal 1z. INGEN att fråga. Otrevlig, stressad, okunnig personal som skrek vid gaten. Noll koll på att avgången var mer än en timme försenad. Otrevlig personal som pratade otydligt. Vueling har också gjort det helt omöjligt att komma i kontakt med dem för att få återbäring korrekt på tidigare missöden. Detta är synd då företaget har stor potential.

Minus: "I was informed upon arriving that I was on "standby" for a flight I'd booked weeks in advance, and told the reason was I had not paid the surcharge to reserve a specific seat, and Vueling oversold the flight by 10%. Not cool, Vueling. Also the flight was almost an hour late taking off."

Is the weight issue an over head storage weight limit issue or a fuel issue? Either way they eventually let me go. Ridiculous. They charged me over $110 for an extra check bag when kayak told me it would be $65-$110. Scam/stealing. Also, they told me I had to hold my kid during take off and landing instead of them being in their super secure car seat. How is that even logical? They said it was a company policy. If it was a company policy, why didn’t I have to hold my kid on the following flight? Dumb."

They also said they could not fly us to Barcelona because all of the hotels there are full occupancy (sounds absurd). Only after we insisted on flying to Barcelona we discovered that the flight to Tel Aviv took place as usual. To this day, I do not know why an airline needs to lie in such an ugly way. Note that this was not a misunderstanding or language difficulties. The English of the airline team and mine is excellent. This behavior is dismissive, irresponsible, and embarrassing"

An email came through requiring I add additional information for my two companions within 48 hours or their flight would be cancelled and NO refund. I have the app and requested text notification, whereby nothing came through. The flights were cx and I had to book 2 new ones or fly alone. When calling to dispute, I could only email. The phone number was not international. The email rely denied a refund. I requested to escalate the dispute but Wasnt ever connected to that individual. In Paris, I attempted to reach the claims dept and was told to email them or call customer service but don't speak Spanish so got no where. Out 267$."

Minus: "Booked online for British Airways. Wasn't clear that it was operated by Vueling a budget airline. I payed extra for British Airways specifically to avoid the budget carriers. Vueling charged for everything (nickel and dimed) as expected, line through ticketing was extremely long, and of course there wasn't any entertainment for the flight. I wish kayak would have been very clear that it was not a British Airways flight. Paid extra for nothing."
