Minus: "Poor organization, 2 hour line to check your bag, crowding due to lack of communication and organization at the gate, slow luggage boarding. All of which led to a 45 minute delay sitting on a hot and unairconditioned flight followed by a missed connection and 6 hour wait at the next airport. There was no entertainment inflight, so nothing there to rate. The staff were pleasant under the conditions. Nothing else was positive."

Minus: "There is no entertainment which is ok. You had to pay for everything in flight. Their carry on luggage size allowance is smaller than any airline I’ve ever flown"

Minus: "I travelled economy. Somehow it felt quite crammed. I felt that there were too many announcements, in all 3 languages, it got frustrating, as it stops all onboard entertainment. Duty Free selection rather frugal."

Plus: "The flight attendant crew were all very friendly and so good at giving out drinks and water and whatever we needed. I felt really pampered and I wasn’t even in first class. Brussels airlines literally saved my whole trip back from becoming a nightmare because I had a really short connection time in the Brussels airport. I was sprinting to the gate to make my flight and was running real late and they had waited for me! The staff at the gate and at the passport control all were very helpful. I was very impressed by everybody involved and so appreciated that I could make it home as planned instead of having to find a new flight."

Minus: "Had to hop to a couple different counters because no one knew who air Brussels subsidiary was at the cincinatti airport. I didn’t think to check ahead so also on me for poor planning."

Plus: "Problem was, my luggage didn't arrive. I am now in front of lost and found desk, expecting it will come one of next days. My additional problem is, I am traveling on Wednesday in remote area by car and need desperately my luggage!"

Minus: "I never flew to Florence because the airline missed my connection and the next flight to Florence was not until nearly twelve hours later, so now I'm on my way to Rome instead. This ruined my rental car and lodging reservations, and I'm now fighting both those agencies because of this botched flight and poor service. Additionally, the plane was ungodly hot. So much so that the crew apologized for our over the PA. Nothing was done to fix it, but it was blamed on the plane only being on auxiliary power while we were parked on the tarmac for the hours. That would've been understandable, but it didn't get better when the jet engines were on, so that excuse turned out to be just so many lies."
Minus: "I ordered kosher meals and asked at the gate if the kitchen sher meal was ordered... they said yes but in the flight they didn't have it registered."
Plus: "The seats were great, we were seated in an exit row, so loads of legroom, we are tall so this is very important. Crew was very friendly and helpful."
Minus: "No fault of the airlines, but I was seated next to a very large family with little kids and a baby. I'm usually pretty tolerant, but the back of my seat was kicked for 8 hours and the kids kept running right in front of me causing me to constantly move my legs. Ugh. Food was ok, nothing special, it edible."
