When we got our boarding pass it said gate 3 then we went to gate 3 and there was construction there and checked the screen and told us gate 3. After waiting and seeing that people started to board gate 1 we asked what gate our flight was and the gentleman told me gate 2 but we saw that the seats in waiting area were getting empty then we asked again and they told us gate 1 so we decided to board since we we’re almost the last ones there.
We have to be 45 five minutes waiting inside the airplane beca something happens in Marsella with the air control.
We couldn’t land in Mykonos, so landed in Athens without getting any further informations how to get to Mykonos then.
I received an email that the flight would be delayed for few hours. For that reason I arrived only one hour later from the original departure, still 3 hours before. The check in was closed and I was able to bring my big suitcase at the gate instead. I already paid 90 euros for that as a part of my initial reservation . At the gate I had to pay additional 65 euros. I will never again fly with Wizzair.

Two hours late as usual. Wizz Air is the worst airline in Europe
Delayed departure and boarding due to airport operations, not fully Wizzair's fault. But considering of already standing 3 hours for security check, standing another 40 minutes for boarding was killing my legs.
It was delayed for borderline and flying

Minus: "We got sanatizer when boarding which was so small like a stamp, useless"
Minus: "Lower the aircondition temp, it was hot in the plane during flight"
Plus: "The offert of 5 euro discount on Duty Free products when you buy some food over 6 euros."

Plus: "We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane."
Minus: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."
Plus: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."
Minus: "The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."

Minus: "I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment."

Minus: "Like all budget airlines, Wizzair has low fares and anything else is a nickel and dime game. When did a cup of coffee cost anything? Is this the norm? I would not know. I travel with a musical instrument (guitar) in a soft case. Easily fits in overhead bin compartments. The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."

Minus: "I didn't check in, in advance as when logging on to the airline I needed a code. I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

Plus: "Purchased priority boarding for a change which was nice to be able to not have to jump in the queue quickly. Boarding was fine and the crew were very friendly and professional. The extra legroom seats over the wing provided a good extra space."
Minus: "The cleanliness of the plane was not good, the carpets were fraying and the seats were old and tired. The seats were positioned too upright and there was no option to recline the seat so it was a very straight seat for 2hrs on the flight."

Minus: "Nothing! To learn that Wizz Air ‘allowed’ cabin size is so tiny was really shocking! With All the other budget airlines, easyJet, Monarch & even Ryanair my cabin would’ve been fine. This is the same hand luggage I’ve been using using for many years."

Minus: "I didn't receive my online check in details so I couldn't check in. I was abroad so chasing up details I should have been provided with / were never told that I should have, were not on the top of my to do list. I only found out that I had to check in online and that I hadn't been provided with these details when I arrived at the airport. I spent 30 minutes on hold before the problem was rectified and I was given my online check in details but it was now top late to check in online (by 5 minutes ). The flight was delayed due to a number of things - a late arrival, people being let onto the plane slowly, people not sitting down and allowing the plane to taxi and leave. This had a knock on effect of making the plane land late and for me to miss my connection (train) so basically through last minute.com not providing me with the correct details regarding the flight and the flight then being delayed it tripled my whole journey back home."
Minus: "We arrived at a field in Israel with 2 backpacks and did not charge us extra, but on the way back they decided to charge us at the last minute for the same cases we had arrived with. Nothing we said helped and the attitude was cold and hard. The flight was good"
