Flight from Korea to Bangkok was extremely disappointing. Seats were too small and the row was too small to move your leg. I had a person behind me who with movement would have kicked my seat. It was most disturbing flight I ever had. Do you honesty think Korean Airline cares?
The food was disappointing for an international flight, especially the breakfast. They also ran out of the dinner that we wanted so we had to settle for something else.

The chairs do not support the human body, they only offer rollercoaster type padding. There is no neck support, and the pillow handed out by the crew is too big to be used as a back or neck support. Even lying back, the chairs are uncomfortable. The food could have had some warning labels in English on them. Since I'm lactose intolerant and unable to read Hangul, it's difficult for me to pick food I can eat without problems."

In spite of Cathay Pacific's excess baggage rates, they have a smaller leg room in the economy class."
Ground crew check in counters could have been more so that waiting time for check in would be less
My diabetes meal was the same on my earlier flight from Hyderabad to Singapore. The breast of chicken was 3-4 oz piece. It was difficult to cut it on the smaller pieces in the tray. Prefer pre-portioned chicken breast cubes. No need to make it a chore. I could manage to handle, but be considerate to seniors who might have limited mobility etc.
Boarding process could be improved by breaking the process into smaller batches in a organized manner. Discourage passengers from crowding the boarding area. Meals could be improved . Received identical Meal items on both flights - Diabetic
I love my experience with this airline. The crew was very accommodating and the service was more than excellent. It felt like being home up in the clouds.

The representative at the baggage counter called the plane and made sure that it was changed back to a normal meal. However, when it was dinner time we were presented with muslim meals. When we spoke to the head airhost to request a normal meal he said that they only carried a specific number and an leftover meals were for the crew only and that we had to eat the muslim meals or have sandwiches. We requested the sandwiches - the muslim meal was too spicy and had made us sick before. The "sandwiches" were pretty much two slabs of dry bread with some mayo slapped on. Disgusting and dry. I wish they could have made an exception for us or provided us with something edible. It was a long flight and we were starving by the time breakfast rolled around. The crew was condescending and cold. My entertainment system lacked functionality; some of the buttons on my remote were broken."
No response from staff at New York as we missed our connection to my final destination due to the delay of flight from qatar and they didn't even book my next flight too. Such worst experience .
There was not enough of one option for the lunch served in Business Class. Big disappointment. Meal should be served by soliciting the choices of the passenger in order. Passenger should not have to ask for the soup and starters to get them!!! So better training.
Terrible experience when collecting bags, took an hour and a half to get our bags back at the Houston IAH airport. Not sure who's at fault, but not sure if I want to go through that again.
Everything was excellent, but at Philadelphia airport immigration service was poor, takes too long.
Qatar airlines denied issue of any Boarding Pass to me at the Airport Check in counter, siting the reason that pre-booking of Covid Test appointment 'on arrival' at Kolkata Airport (CCU) was a mandatory requirement, even if I was not traveling from (or through) any of the 19 (nineteen) 'AT-RISK' countries notified by Govt.of India for the purpose of International Arrival. Moreover, Air-suvidha form of Govt of India which I had pre-filled with required documents, never asked me or redirected me to any Covid test pre-appointment site 'on arrival' by the international passenger. The QA executive at the Houston (Texas, USA) air-port check in counter informed me about this about this and said it has come from their internal memo. They even denied issuing me a copy or to take any photo of the same internal note. Though as per our understanding the same is not required as per Govt of India's latest guidelines in related to international passengers arriving in any of the Indian airports (including Kolkata). My subsequent telephonic call to Qatar Airways Customer Care centre also did not help. They only could inform me to send a mail using 'feedback' link in the Qatarairways official site and ensured that it would be replied within 12 hours. Even after making a complaint (through Feedback link in QA official website), I have not yet received any reply from them even after 4 days (besides an automated acknowldgement) of my complaint. In none of their earlier communication to me, neither Qatarairways nor by 'Kayak' / Indian Eagle, this requirement (even if it was mandatory) was ever been ever communicated to me. Suffered a huge loss due to this. Very much disappointed with the Qatar airways.
on Oct. 16, 2016, I flew ACC to DOH on QR1424 with my Dad who is 81. Ryan Mostafa and her crew were EXCELLENT, such great accommodating service, such amazing hospitality that from now on I will always fly Qatar when possible!

Service disparity was apparent. One less meal for a 16hr flight. Seats were super cramped at the rear end of the flight. Ground staff switched us to the bulkhead row since we were traveling with a toddler even though we didnt need a bassinet and booked another seat.
I got delayed, wasn't told about the Iftar time and the entertainment hub wasn't working even I tri3d scanning the QR code multiple times

Instead they charged the passengers with no show fees and delayed departure for another 12 hours."

Minus: "There was an incident prior to take off where a passenger in first class had to be removed from the plane. Though it’s certainly not the airlines fault that there was an issue with a passenger, they should’ve been a lot more transparent and gave us a lot more information on what exactly was going on other then “we need to go back to a special area to get this passenger off.” Couple that with the security checks to “make sure there is nothing on the plane that shouldn’t be” and very little explanation of what actually occurred, it made for a very stressful flight. Not knowing if this passenger had made any kind of threat against the plane, or safety of other passengers... etc, it was very hard to feel safe for the remainder of my trip being left in the dark as the incident occurred in first class."

Minus: "I bought a return from Emirates with the returning flight from Australia to London as a code share with Qantas. Qantas does not honour the e-ticekts from Emirates and will NOT allow you to preselect seats online. You have to hope for a good seat at airport checkin. Too bad, as I would have been prepared to pay extra for a seat upgrade."

Do not under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES take the window emergency exit seats. They charge you extra but don’t warn you that they are tiny. I am of relatively normal (althletic) build not overweight or unusually tall etc. They initially told me there were no other free seats so I ended up sat on the floor. Turns out there were free seats. They lied."

Minus: "The food was very poor, the service was not as good as before. For example they didnt provide earplug and sleeping beauty and they served the breakfast too early, so it was not enough time to sleep. After the breakfast there was still plenty of time around 1,5-2 hours. I think with the departure time at 03.00 a.m. the airline try to save one foood just after the departure. The asian noodle what they provided upon request, was not sufficiant neither fit to the rank of the airline."

Minus: "I specified ovo Lacto vegetarian because I eat cheese and diary. I got a stale and very small bread role with strawberry jam, wilted fruit and margarine for the breakfast meal. The non vegetarians got a full plate of croissant, cheese, fruit and jams. When I asked for butter I got no response. I asked three times before I could get some butter as I do not eat margarine. Lunch was wilted and slimy lettuce and tired fruit for dessert. The main meal itself was delicious but I was hungry the whole flight due to the small helping.. Another small but slightly fresher role and margarine again. Next to the non vegetarian meal there was less than half the food. It was very disappointing."

Plus: "The plane was not clean; carpets were torn; toilet seat hinge was broken; the veneer surfaces around the dinner tray storage compartment were coming loose; temperature was too hot (78 degrees according to my thermometer): I saw three passengers ask for lower temperature but crew could do nothing; food was poor quality; entertainment system kept failing; business class seats were very outdated; attendants were sloppy in trying to place dinner linens and dinner trays at the same time; crew did not offer drink refills until after everyone had fished their meal which passengers ate without any beverages. The was the worst business class experience in my twenty-five years of flying business and first class."
