I miss the old swiss air this new airline is not the greatest.I am swiss travel back and forth between the us and Switzerland ten times a year and I really think swiss is the bare bones of airlines thank you

Plus: "I got ill on my flight to Zurich and the Swiss Flight Attendants attended to me like true professionals. They made sure I was comfortable until we landed which meant the world to me considering I was SO far away from my home. I'd like to especially acknowledge Frank, one of the attendants, who sat next to me to make sure I did not feel alone while I was sitting in the back with ice on my head, and felt like the world was spinning. He was my point of trust and warmth. That was not only extraordinary service, but human compassion at it's finest. Furthermore, the head attendant, who's name I could not get in the haze of the flight, escorted me from the plane to the cart who took me to the lounge to recover until my next flight. Thank you, Swiss Airlines, for having employees who knew how to triage my illness, and took care of me like family would. I appreciate it greatly and will surely be booking all my future European flights on Swiss. Please extend my gratitude to the flight crew on my Athens - Zurich flight on 5/28."

Instead of sprinting through the airport, a man was waiting for us immediately outside the plane. He got our luggage right from the cargo, drove us to another man who stamped our passports, and then drove us to the plan just in time for takeoff. It was incredible service and everyone was super friendly. We so appreciated them making sure we caught our connecting flight!"

I literally spent an hour in the toilet trying to fall asleep because at least in there I had room to extend my legs. At least in there I could actually breathe (the ventilation system is totally inadequate for anyone sitting near the windows and results in horribly stuffy and uncomfortable air.)"

När väl ute fanns bara 1 service desk till hela planet, jag kunde åka hem och sova och skita i vouchers men de som behövde hotell lär ha väntat halva natten. Det enda som var ok var att de svarade snabbt på telefon följande morgon - men meddelade inte som man sagt den nya bokningen via sms eller mail!"

The flight attendants are always making sure you are ok, without bothering you too much! I wish they flew US domestic flights! I would never fly any other airline!"

I said "good" for teh food because it's airline food... as far as that goes Swiss is ok... I never like airline food anyway, and you get on eh plane at 9:00pm, who wants to eat dinner at that time anyway??"

Our flight to Frankfurt arrived late, and the flight to Slovenia left early so we missed the connection. We waited for over 6 hours and still only have a slight chance of making the flight the next day at 9am because we have standby tickets.

en väldigt dålig ombordstigning. Alla skulle vänta på alla och en som organiserade ombordstigningen som inte kunde använda mikrofonen. Var väldigt mycket otydligheter och alla grymtade bak i kön.

ombordstigningen är ju väldigt komplicerad och inte speciellt effektivt. Har de gott om tid är det ok men inte annars

I was told that Lufthansa''s system does not communicate with United Airline System. I found this to be untrue because I have had code share flights between United and Luftansa for 20 years. At Munich I was told that they could not get me tickets either and said that there may be a security issue with me. Once I heard this I walked away."

And it was just one of many other problems and inconveniences with their website."

We did make our flight, however very stressful for no reason. Lufthansa was amazing, Euro-wings folks... very unhelpful..."

Didn’t take any of this segment because the first flight fell through due to an apparent ticketing issue (no idea if it was LOT or Turkish fault) Nonetheless, lot was less than helpful with a 30+ min on hold for the call center and pointing fingers at the Turkish Airlines (which were equally unhelpful). Never again!

Seats in economy are super small and closer together than other airlines. I'll have to spring for premium economy next time for this 11 hour flight. Also watch out for 1st checked bag fees!

LOT put us up in a hotel overnight and booked us on a flighty the next day. The hotel was 1 hour drive, 50miles, from airport. I reached my final destination 13 hours late."

Minus: "Leg room - I know in economy you can't expect much but passengers are really cramped on the 787. 9 hours of sitting in a very restricted space with little opportunity to get up and about if you are hemmed in between two fellow passengers - and once the idiot in front of me had reclined his seat it became very uncomfortable. I don't frankly see why seats need to recline at all - it does not make it much more comfortable for those "reclining" and certainly makes it considerably worse for the person sitting behind. I also don't understand LOT's boarding process - it didn't make much difference but if you are assigned a ZONE 3 boarding number and it is never displayed and never called, what"s the point."

Minus: "Calling the trip 'business class' is simply a bad lie. While it is common in Europe to give this dirty nasty lie do not mistake this flight to a 'business class'. It is simply that you get same seats and spacing as in the other torture chamber known as "economy" which I call cattle class (I suspect they would not let them fly cattle in those conditions). This lie is based on leaving the middle seat empty. Otherwise teh torture is the same. In short I hope someone will sue the SOB that invented this concept and that was allowed to call this 'business class'. It is nothing short of a fraud."

Minus: "I have been told at the airport that I had an unconfirmed flight and was told that I could not travel to Istanbul. I am still at my departure city, in Chicago. I bought my tickets just like anybody would, go on the website, pick the flights and pay. But someone did not do their job correctly and did not correctly confirm my flight. I paid for this incompetence by missing Christmas and a business meeting. Do not think it will never happen to you, it is just a matter of time that this kind of bad service catches up to you. The system is so disconnected or careless that it can't even figure out I couldn't take the flight which it is is asking me a review for."

Many people stood in a long line for at least an hour with no information about why they couldn't check in. When we did check in, they couldn't print my wife's boarding pass for the next flight and told us that we would have to print it at the gate. We found out in Poland that she was missing an eTA number necessary for her to fly into Canada. With the flight delay and lack of information, the application did not process in time, and we missed our connecting flight. As a result, we were stuck in Poland for 24 hours, leading to lost sleep, added expense, and much frustration."

Minus: "Many people on this flight were bothered by the fact that their families were split up all over the airplane and no one could sit together. During boarding there were groups of people who had all been split up and were desperately trying to switch seats with others. I was traveling with a 15 year old, and even though she is not a small child it was very nerve wrecking to be seated 20 rows behind her, not being able to keep an eye on her (even more so because she gets car sick and has thrown up on airplanes before). Minus: "We boarded our flight from gate C7, which as is common in Eastern Europe, a bus gate. To enter the gate, we were completely rescreened, although we had been screened to go from Bucharest to Belgrade. We waited on the bus for 15 minutes. Only a few seats on the bus so it is a standup experience. Finally the bus started driving to the parked planes, but turned away and drove to a where you would exit the bus after arriving. They told everyone to go upstairs where they explained that there was a "technical problem" on then plane and it would be delayed an hour. They sent everyone to gate A4a, where everyone was prescreened again. We waited in a hot gate for an hour, then boarded the bus and to make a long story short, we arrived in Zagreb 1 and a quarter hours late."

I would suggest Providing earplugs to the passengers. On our return trip we were in route to. A little bit less noise, but still need your plugs. On our return trip the luggage took a long time to reach baggage claim, but 40 minutes. The flight was only 15 minutes long."

The delays were brutal. The Covid rules traveling through Canada was a mistake. Never flying to or through Canada ever again.

When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!"

Though there were slight delays due to technical checks at boarding time, everything else was on schedule and we even landed slightly ahead of time, never a bad thing. The flight was smooth and quite pleasurable. Now we are prepared to experience flying with Brussels Airlines again."

They only had a couple of agents to check a full plane and one was dedicated to business class. They said it was to save costs !!
