I spent 30 minutes on hold before the problem was rectified and I was given my online check in details but it was now top late to check in online (by 5 minutes ). The flight was delayed due to a number of things - a late arrival, people being let onto the plane slowly, people not sitting down and allowing the plane to taxi and leave. This had a knock on effect of making the plane land late and for me to miss my connection (train) so basically through last minute.com not providing me with the correct details regarding the flight and the flight then being delayed it tripled my whole journey back home."

Beställningen av bagage online är vilseledande så jag hade tydligen bara beställt incheckad väska åt ena hållet och fick därför betala 400 kr för att ta hem den. Detta hände flera passagerare som var arga och jag undrar om ni sätter detta i system för att tjäna mer. Jag reste med Ryan Air för ett par år sedan och lovade mig själv aldrig mer, men ville gärna ge det en chans till men nu vet jag definitivt att jag aldrig reser med er igen och skall dessutom varna alla för detta och inte blir det billigare heller med alla extrakostnader som ni tar ut. Fy för uselt flygbolag!!"

Minus: "Jag tycker att Ryanair borde bjuda på kaffe och liten bulle under tre timmars resa men mat skulle beställas ifall man vill ha. Stolarna är inte alls bekväma men man klarar sig på gränsen, att sitta tre timmar på de utan att ändra ställning /ergonomisk är inte bra för ryggen ."

Minus: "I swiped my card to pay for baggage. The kiosk said approved, and RyanAir said that the card was not processed. After a 45 minute delay, our bags were finally checked. I'm currently disputing the four baggage charges with my bank. The planes are small, and in Paris you fly out of Beauvais which is a 90 minute ride to the city."

Minus: "We were charged for them to print our boarding passes. We were charged 50 pounds per person because we hadn't checked in online, despite our having done so. We had a change in plans so had to change our flight time after we had booked back in February. . Ryan Air charges more to rebook a flight than the initial cost of the booking, so we just bought another ticket. I will never book on this airline again."
Minus: "Delay to board was exhausting. No information or explanation why. Everybody was pushed outside with stewards pushing us out of airport building to the exterior where everybody had to stand for 45 min (including elder people and parents carrying babies)."
