We spent the entire time in a panic trying to figure out how else we could get to our destination in time for a wedding. When we finally talked to someone at the counter, he said this was just normal procedure to be able to shuffle seats. This is not normal. I have flown with many airlines, and I cannot imagine it is ever "normal" policy to tell people they have been downgraded to standby until just before the flight. So much anxiety. Also, the flight was delayed, and the crew had no communication about gates or any other information (within their OWN AIRLINE) for those with connecting flights."

To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."

When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

We were then required to check our bags, but not until after we were told to combine our personal item with our large carry on bag & then told that it was too big. instead of crediting us the amount we'd already paid (€20), we were charged the full checked bag fee of €55. The gate agent was also very rude and not proficient at her job, causing us to delay the plane's departure. Exceptional customer service may have included refunding us the large carry on bag fee. Additionally, our 2hr flight cost us almost $200 each, not what I would call a budget airline price. We will not be flying Wizz air again & do not recommend this airline."

Flygvärdinnorna på planet var trevliga men man hörde inte vad de sa i högtalarna för de pratade så sluddrigt och fort. Kaptenen sa något som man inte uppfattade i början av flighten men sedan ingen information alls på hela vägen till Göteborg."
Minus: "Allt var uruselt. Servicen ombord under all kritik. Väntade 15 minuter på en kopp kaffe efter beställningen. Beställningen av bagage online är vilseledande så jag hade tydligen bara beställt incheckad väska åt ena hållet och fick därför betala 400 kr för att ta hem den. Detta hände flera passagerare som var arga och jag undrar om ni sätter detta i system för att tjäna mer. Jag reste med Ryan Air för ett par år sedan och lovade mig själv aldrig mer, men ville gärna ge det en chans till men nu vet jag definitivt att jag aldrig reser med er igen och skall dessutom varna alla för detta och inte blir det billigare heller med alla extrakostnader som ni tar ut. Fy för uselt flygbolag!!"
Minus: "Långsam ombordstigning. Matbrickorna lutade så min dryck föll ner på mig. Fick ej glas till drycken. Drycken var ej väl kyld. Personalen gick in i mig med både armbågar och serveringsvagn När jag råkat somna lite mot gången."

The seats made this journey seem much longer than our 9 hour flight to Florida earlier in the year and the backs of my legs still haven’t recovered from yesterday’s flight. I am 5ft 1in and the seats are too high off the floor and too deep for my legs to be comfortable and not have too much pressure in the wrong place. They need foot rests to allow legs to be raised and pressure eased."

Minus: "På planet sa personalen ingenting om förseningen och när man påpekade vad som skett på flygplatsen kunde de inte göra got för att kompensera. Jag bad om vatten och fick svaret att det inte fanns något vatten. Då tog en av värdinnorna fram sin privata vattenflaska och bjöd mig. Ett riktigt nonchalant beteende från Rya Airs sida vilket allvarligt talat gör så att jag aldrig mer kommer att välja att flyga med er, kommer heller inte att rekommendera er till nära och kära. Riktigt besviken!"

Minus: "Waiting for check in look about 50 minutes. When I got to the front I was 1kg over the allowed 20kg and had to leave to pay £11 at another counter and come back to check in. Note the allowance on other airlines are 23kg. Security screened my hand luggage twice. The reason was that the chargers for the camera, laptop, phone, etc was 'too dense in the bag' and had to be done seperately. This took about 25minutes. I am glad I arrived at the airport two hours before take off because by the time I checked in and passed security, there was just enough time to buy food and walk to the boarding gate. The flight itself was noisy. People played music and danced in the aisle, the cabin crew just left it and did not serve the middle of the plane. But the party goers brought their own drink on board and kept going."
Minus: "When check in took place we were kept in a dark,cold,wet & windy covered area for about 10/15 minutes before being allowed to board the plane. This is really unacceptable in this day & age."

Minus: "The fee to check in at the airport was absurd. There is no reason that they should not have been able to accommodate me when I was unable to check in online. The luggage is incredibly expensive as well."
Plus: "Staff were good - even the cabin crew member who was still training was friendly and professional. Landing was incredibly smooth. The pilot also dealt very well with the turbulence and was able to predict it so the seatbelt sign already came on before any trouble."
Minus: "Even by budget airline standards, Ryanair is mediocre at best. The chairs are uncomfortable for a 4 1/2 hour flight - manageable, maybe, for a shorter journey but not anywhere good enough for that length of time. Boarding took an unusually long time and even priority passengers were stood around waiting to get onboard a good 15 minutes or so after already having gotten into the jetway. Not to mention after landing, we were stood over an hour waiting for baggage because, for some reason, four different flights used the same carousel (and presumably only had one team getting baggage off all four planes) despite there being a second one free which I'm sure they could have easily used. Don't have four planes landing near concurrently if you don't have the facilities to deal with it. Ryanair is cheap, yes, but by the time you have to pay ridiculous amounts for things most other airlines consider normal (for starters, you can't even take a full size hand luggage bag on board without priority boarding), it adds up to being less "budget" than it would have been to fly with a higher end airline like British Airways and you'd have to be an idiot to choose Ryanair over a cheaper, higher quality, airline. Honestly, I have no idea how people choose Ryanair more than once in their lifetime."

Minus: "There were 3 queues, supposedly- one for priority boarding, one for back row seats and one for the rest of the passengers. But there was only one person at the boarding gate and she was accepting anyone with a boarding pass regardless of which queue they came from. This resulted in a lot of shoving and pushing and a complete bottleneck at the gate. It was uncivilised to put it mildly. Really poor experience. Next time I’ll try a different airline even if I need to pay a bit more."

Minus: "U get what u paid for. Check in is slow and only 2 counters are working. During the flight they will try everything to pull money from you. Seats are fixed to one back position."
