When we got our boarding pass it said gate 3 then we went to gate 3 and there was construction there and checked the screen and told us gate 3. After waiting and seeing that people started to board gate 1 we asked what gate our flight was and the gentleman told me gate 2 but we saw that the seats in waiting area were getting empty then we asked again and they told us gate 1 so we decided to board since we we’re almost the last ones there.

We have to be 45 five minutes waiting inside the airplane beca something happens in Marsella with the air control.

We couldn’t land in Mykonos, so landed in Athens without getting any further informations how to get to Mykonos then.

I received an email that the flight would be delayed for few hours. For that reason I arrived only one hour later from the original departure, still 3 hours before. The check in was closed and I was able to bring my big suitcase at the gate instead. I already paid 90 euros for that as a part of my initial reservation . At the gate I had to pay additional 65 euros. I will never again fly with Wizzair.

Delayed departure and boarding due to airport operations, not fully Wizzair's fault. But considering of already standing 3 hours for security check, standing another 40 minutes for boarding was killing my legs.

The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."

This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

I was abroad so chasing up details I should have been provided with / were never told that I should have, were not on the top of my to do list. I only found out that I had to check in online and that I hadn't been provided with these details when I arrived at the airport. I spent 30 minutes on hold before the problem was rectified and I was given my online check in details but it was now top late to check in online (by 5 minutes ). The flight was delayed due to a number of things - a late arrival, people being let onto the plane slowly, people not sitting down and allowing the plane to taxi and leave. This had a knock on effect of making the plane land late and for me to miss my connection (train) so basically through last minute.com not providing me with the correct details regarding the flight and the flight then being delayed it tripled my whole journey back home."
Minus: "We arrived at a field in Israel with 2 backpacks and did not charge us extra, but on the way back they decided to charge us at the last minute for the same cases we had arrived with. Nothing we said helped and the attitude was cold and hard. The flight was good"

I carried the carry on bag on other Ryan Air flights, but they didn't allow and akaed for extra charges, that was ridiculous as my two kids were traveling alone and didn't have credit card to pay and Ryan Air does not accept cash. Will never fly Ryan Air again. Not worth it.

Mat delas inte ut på Ryanair så det bör finnas ett alternativ för detta i frågeställningen. Värsta med ryanair är väl egentligen merkostnaderna som uppstår. Jag ska resa med 2 barn. gratis incheckningen öppnar någon timme innan flyget. Alternativen jag har är att betala för tidig incheck och val av platser eller köra på gratis incheck och få slumpmässigt valda platser. Chanserna att jag får sitta med mina små pojkar är ganska slim. Att resa ensam är inga problem men med sällskap bör man välja bort Ryanair

Två timmar försenat flyg, besättningen var arga

pga av en av våra resenärer var under 17 kunde hon inte checka in via nätet och när vi kom till flygplatsen måste vi betala för att få boarding kort, dåligt!!! Mycket försenat flyg och en person vid gaten, dåligt !!!

They really do what ever in their power to sqweeze out every euro they can. First the website had tagged my son incorrectly as an adult, and in that denying me the ability to check him in with his proper DOB. So we tought we could check in at the counter, we where there more than 2h before the flight but we came to the counter 1h and 59 min before the flight. The attendand then informed us that we where 1 min late and that she would require us to pay 30€ each to check in. If I hadn't disputed this with the service desk it would have cost us 120€ extra! I won´t be flying with Ryan Air again.

Be more flexible and resonable in these crazy pandemic times ... the only thing that matters to you is money money money ... so sad and pathetic

Otroligt dålig flygbolag , dolda avgifter man var tvungen att betala på flygplatsen och väldigt osmidig ombordstigning. Rekommenderar verkligen inte ryanair

Minus: "Långsam ombordstigning. Matbrickorna lutade så min dryck föll ner på mig. Fick ej glas till drycken. Drycken var ej väl kyld. Personalen gick in i mig med både armbågar och serveringsvagn När jag råkat somna lite mot gången."

Minus: "Crammed space - I had a middle seat. No entertainment sucks on a 4 1/2 hrs flight. Well well, you get what you pay for..."

Minus: "Notification of which Gate!! All the steps Down to the tarmac then up the plane steps!!! Priority- didn't seem to mean anything- everybody boarded the same!! The Cabin crew- Rushed announcements!! And worked as I feel robots!! But definitely got Value for Money!!!"
Plus: "Entertainment system is on a good sized screen with ample selection of programming."
Minus: "You're basically dehydrated by the time you reach your destination. They are stingy with water and other beverages. They charge for ALL alcoholic beverages. Most airlines serve wine with a meal and only charge for liquor."

Minus: "På planet sa personalen ingenting om förseningen och när man påpekade vad som skett på flygplatsen kunde de inte göra got för att kompensera. Jag bad om vatten och fick svaret att det inte fanns något vatten. Då tog en av värdinnorna fram sin privata vattenflaska och bjöd mig. Ett riktigt nonchalant beteende från Rya Airs sida vilket allvarligt talat gör så att jag aldrig mer kommer att välja att flyga med er, kommer heller inte att rekommendera er till nära och kära. Riktigt besviken!"

Minus: "Delayed Limited information/explanation provided Ground staff rude"
Plus: "Cabin crew remained calm and polite"
Minus: "Almost 3 hrs late, and no communication from Ryanair a all (on board and trackers as on time until already 30 minutes post planned departure time, got us all on board an hour late ajd made us sit there for another 90 minutes without any communication fo an hour, no water or snacks etx (30 degrees that day)"
Plus: "Literally nothing. Awful experience and to make matters worse we weren't even served peanuts."
Minus: "Didn't like how they charged me a fee that was more than the price of my ticket because I didn't check in before arriving at the airport. At no point was I warned about this penalty. They told me they sent my phone a text message but I never received anything. I use kayak to book all of my flights and it sucks that you guys work with a company who basically tricks people who book with them by providing cheap tickets and then charging bogus fees. I'm disappointed."
Minus: "Delay 90minutes.. Miss the rent a car.. Lost a bunch of money. Never again Ryanair"
Plus: "There wasn't any therefore the low rating"
Plus: "2 hours late. Didn't tell us in English why. Changed Gates the times. Say on plane when we finally boarded for 45 minutes."
