First flight came in a few mixtures late, but then we had to wait our long turn to deplane, get on bus and wait for it to fill up with all slower passengers, drive to terminal, make it through passport control, take train to other terminal, and run 20 gates down where they were looking for us. We made it with 1 minute to spare from takeoff. They knew our bags were connecting and they made it. If they could've expedited our passage with a club car it would have been excellent."

It was a nightmare... not the way you want to start a vacation. I had difficulty booking my daughter's seat online for the return, but didn't have access to phone service while abroad. In my complaint letter to Swiss Air I requested they place us together. I never got a response and upon check in, they had my son and me in our purchased seats and my daughter at the back of the plane. I asked them if they could do anything about it (I was even willing to give up my seats to move to the back...) yet no one seemed concerned or interested in helping to make this work. They also had no knowledge of my complaint or appeared concerned about my prior experience. I'm so over Swiss Air. My experience with the employees on the phone prior to my first departure, the lack of response to my email, and a disinterested and inattentive staff on my return, have all convinced me to choose a different airline next time."

Minus: "The boarding process was not ideal. This was our first time in the Zurich airport and we were not aware of the passport check at the gate. There were no signs and several passengers tried to board without the stamp only to be sent to the passport check line. Very frustrating. Also, there was no organization so everyone just rushed forward when boarding was called. They should consider boarding by rows to make it a more orderly process. Finally, there was no leg room at all. I realize airlines are trying to squeeze every passenger in that they can, but this was ridiculous. I'm 5'11" and my knees were pinned against the seat in front of me."

There was almost constant interruption for announcements at the outset, with information that wasn’t necessary & actually made waiting for an extra hr + more frustrating. I give the crew/staff credit for doing their jobs well enough that it still managed to be a decent flight in the end."

On my flight back home, they have lost my luggage... hope they will find it. Now I am trying to get refund for cancelled flight, hotel, taxi, food... I will never fly with this company by my own choice any more!!!"

Food quality was poor as well. during booking there was not an option to indicate dietary requirements either. not impressed with austrian air overall."

So I try to call Austrian, but they work just from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. I start to search all the info the site of Austrian, and find one phone number that seats be working 24 hours. So finally I got a person on the phone who was able to help me. ..."

När vi landar så berättar de att bagaget inte kom med. utan väskor så åker vår grupp till hotellet. Det hemska var att besättningen ljög istället för att berätta och informera på ett bra sätt. Väskorna kördes ut och kom efter midnatt."

Finnair can work harder to keep customer service quality high. Hate to say it, but perhaps letting the bitter, last generation flight attendants who seem to have a grudge about the decline of the glamour and benefits of the job as flying has become commonplace with more competition (seen this on Finnair & N America’s older airlines line United)"

There was something meager, miserly in the whole experience. They are obviously maximizing profits at the expense of the customer, who seems totally disregarded. I would not choose this airline again!"

The tv screen does not move out far enough to view when the person in front has their seat all the way back. Selection is limited compared to the non stop flight previous from Miami to Helsinki. There isn't an option to view the flight details in flight which is interesting to some passengers. At least have the option."

Minus: "not enough leg room. and i have to point out that I am a petite 110 lbs, 5'2" woman. as soon as the person in front of me reclined their seat to either sleep or lounge, I had my food tray on my chest and the small tv screen 8 inches away from my nose. Thankfully Im small but the man sitting next to me was rather tall and had to turn into a human pretzel to fit in that seat and space allotted."
